Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat such as an automobile seat.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, a seat cushion for an automobile seat includes a so-called adhesive sheet formed by adhering a skin material to a foam pad molded in a substantially outer shape of a seat cushion.
[0003]
In order to improve the appearance quality of the adhesive sheet, there is one in which a decorative recess such as a groove is provided on the seating surface of the sheet.
[0004]
This decorative dent is formed by providing a protrusion for forming a recess in the mold in advance when the pad is foam-molded, and forming a recess on the surface of the pad, and then adhering the skin material into the recess. [See Patent Document 1].
[0005]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-189272
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the skin material is pressure-bonded to the pad as described above and a part of the skin material is bitten into the recess of the pad and bonded, the part of the skin material that is bitten into the recess and peeled off is peeled from the pad recess. There was a bug.
[0007]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, when the pad is molded, the skin (film) 100 formed on the surface in the recess A provided on the surface 10 side of the pad 1 is peeled off from the pad 1. For this reason, the skin material of the portion that has been bitten into the recess A of the pad 1 and adhered thereto is peeled off by use of the seat cushion.
[0008]
Therefore, as described above, the present invention provides a vehicle seat in which a skin material is bonded to a foam pad having a recess on the surface to form a decorative recess on the surface. The purpose is to prevent peeling of the skin material.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a vehicle seat according to the present invention is characterized in that fine irregularities are provided in the recesses of the pad, and the skin material is pressed and bonded in the recesses. It is a configuration.
[0010]
With the above configuration, the surface area in the recessed portion of the pad is increased, and the adhesive force of the skin material to the recessed portion of the pad is stably and increased.
[0011]
Moreover, since the said skin reduces by forming a fine unevenness | corrugation simultaneously with a recessed part at the time of the molding of a pad, peeling of a skin material can be prevented.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 shows a pad 1 made of molded foam (urethane foam or the like). The illustrated pad 1 is molded into a substantially outer shape of a seat cushion, and a recess A is formed on a surface 10 on the seating surface side. It is formed at the same time as the pad 1 is formed by the mold.
[0013]
Although the illustrated recess A is formed in a planar horizontally long oval shape, the planar shape such as a square shape, a circular shape, or a star shape is arbitrary.
[0014]
Fine recesses 11 are provided on the entire surface or at least on the bottom surface in the recess A, and the recesses 11 are simultaneously formed by a pad molding mold when the recess A is formed.
[0015]
The fine irregularities may be sawtooth-shaped as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, but may be small irregularities such as satin-like or corrugated small irregularities.
[0016]
Therefore, fine irregularities are formed in advance in the concave portion forming portion of the mold so that the fine irregularities 11 are formed in the concave portion A of the pad 1.
[0017]
By forming the pad by foam molding so that the fine irregularities 11 can be formed in the concave portion A of the pad 1, the skin (film) is remarkably formed in the concave portion A of the foamed pad 1 compared to the conventional product. Less.
[0018]
The pad 1 is foam-molded with, for example, urethane foam that is the same as a conventional pad used for a vehicle seat.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 4, after the adhesive 4 is applied to the surface 10 of the pad 1 described above, the skin material 2 is pressed by the mold 3 to adhere to the pad 1.
[0020]
The skin material 2 is a woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, leather (artificial or animal) conventionally used for automobile seats, or a slab urethane foam integrally formed on the back surface thereof.
[0021]
A protrusion 30 is provided in a portion corresponding to the recess A of the pad 1 in the mold 3 described above, and the outer surface of the protrusion 30 is formed to have the same or larger size as the inner surface of the recess A. The surface 30A of 30 is formed into a smooth surface.
[0022]
The skin material 2 is pressed by the protrusions 30 of the mold 3 so as to bite into the recess A of the pad 1 and bonded. Thus, a seat cushion having a decorative recess (not shown) on the seating surface is formed.
[0023]
In addition, at the time of adhesion | attachment of the skin material 2 in the recessed part A of the above pad 1, the skin material 2 is pressurized and adhere | attached on the surface 10 of the pad 1 which apply | coated the adhesive agent 4 other than the recessed part A with the metal mold | die 3 simultaneously.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the skin material is pressed and bonded into the concave portion of the pad, the fine unevenness provided in the concave portion of the pad increases the adhesion area to the skin material in the concave portion. Therefore, the adhesive force in the recessed part of the pad of the skin material becomes large, and peeling from the recessed part of the pad of the skin material can be prevented.
[0025]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, when the pad is foamed with a mold, the skin hardly occurs in the recessed portion of the pad, so that the adhesiveness of the skin material in the recessed portion of the pad is improved and the pad of the skin material is improved. Peeling can be prevented from inside the recess.
[0026]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, when the skin material is pressed into the concave portion of the pad and bonded, the fine concave and convex portions provided in the concave portion of the pad are expanded to bond the skin material. Therefore, the adhesion of the skin material to the pad increases, and the skin material does not peel from the recessed portion of the pad.
