[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional surgical needle counter collects many types of suture needles used in one operation in one container. It can not be identified.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has an adhesive flat surface on one side and can be adhered to the removed package in order to reliably return the used surgical suture needle to the removed package. Thus, the shape of the block body to which the surgical suture needle can be fixed is obtained. In addition, a plurality of blocks are aligned and fixed on a removable mount, and the whole is sealed in a sterilizable package, sterilized with ethylene oxide gas or radiation, and can be used immediately during surgery. It was decided that it was in a state. Further, the whole was housed in a resin-sealed container, the end portion could be fixed to the operating table with cloth forceps, the lid was transparent, and the entire container was sterilized.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a surgical needle fixing block 1 according to claims 1 and 2. The group of 20 to 30 blocks is close to the number of suture needles used in one case. The material is polyethylene foam, and the suture needle 2 is easily pierced. One block shape is a rectangular parallelepiped, and the bottom surface is adhesive. It is aligned and fixed to the mount, and is peeled off one by one and adhered to the package 3 from which the suture needle 2 is taken out. When the used needle returns, the suture needle 2 is inserted into the block 1 and the count is completed each time. Since the completed used suture needle 2 and package 3 are lowered, the empty package remaining on the operating table is not confused with the newly opened suture needle, meaning that the suture needle has not yet returned. In the unlikely event that the suture needle is lost, it is possible to specify the type of the lost suture needle, the approximate loss time, the suture site that was sewn with the suture needle, and the like.
[0007]
FIG. 2 illustrates a resin container 4 according to claim 3. When the product is shipped, the assembly of blocks 1 is stored in the container 4. After taking out the block, an arbitrary quantity can be stuck in the container and used as a normal suture needle counter. The material of the resin container 4 is preferably polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS or the like. Projections 5a and 5b protrude from the end of the resin container 4 so as to be fixed to the operating table with cloth forceps. Because the lid is transparent, the outside nurse can check the needle again. Since the lid is locked, it can be handled safely by medical personnel and waste disposal contractors.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is implemented in the form as described above and has the following effects.
[0009]
The used suture needles that have returned are stabbed into the block one by one, matching is performed, and the count is completed each time. The completed used suture needle and package are handed over to the outside nurse, so a simple double check is possible. Since it is not confused with a newly opened suture needle, an empty package remaining on the operating table means that the suture needle has not yet returned. In the unlikely event that the suture needle is lost, it is possible to specify the type of the lost suture needle, the approximate loss time, the suture site that was sewn with the suture needle, and the like.
[0010]
When a resin container is used, an arbitrary number of blocks can be attached to the container and used as a normal suture needle counter. The resin container can be fixed to the operating table with cloth forceps. Because the lid is transparent, the outside nurse can check the needle again. Since the lid is locked, it can be handled safely by medical personnel and waste disposal contractors.
