BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a compressor, and more particularly to a compressor provided with an accumulator having an improved structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, an accumulator for supplying a gas refrigerant and oil to a rotary compressor constituting a refrigeration cycle is used. As in the accumulator of Patent Document 1, there is an accumulator that is erected and used in the same manner as a vertical rotary compressor having a vertically extending axis. However, when trying to increase the internal volume of this accumulator, its vertical dimension becomes longer and its upper part protrudes upward from the upper end surface of the compressor, so an enlarged space for the accumulator is required, and accordingly, There is a problem that the compressor to which the accumulator is attached is enlarged, and this accumulator is vibrated by vibration from the compressor body and suction pulsation, and the lower part of the container body and the cantilevered copper pipe are likely to resonate, and noise is generated. In addition, at the time of manufacture, the container body and screen are assembled by brazing in an inexpensive furnace, but copper pipes with a low melting point are often assembled by brazing in the atmosphere, so the pipes are Since the container body is inserted after being assembled, it is likely to be a manual operation and the productivity is poor. Further, as described in Patent Document 2, there is an accumulator that is used in a horizontal manner, like a rotary compressor having a vertically extending axis. However, this accumulator is low in height, but has a complicated structure and poor productivity.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a compressor having an accumulator that is small in size, reduced in noise generation, and improved in productivity.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, in a compressor including an accumulator, the accumulator includes a cylindrical container body, an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe connected to the container body, A thin plate cylindrical body that is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the container body and has a concave portion protruding in part on the inner peripheral side to form a refrigerant passage between the inner peripheral surface, and from the inlet pipe There is provided a compressor characterized in that the refrigerant flowing into the container main body is caused to flow out of the outlet pipe through the refrigerant passage. As a result, a compressor having an accumulator that is small in size, reduced in noise generation, and improved in productivity is realized.
[0007]
In a preferred example, the thin plate cylindrical body of the accumulator is formed in a substantially circular shape, and the cup inner diameter and 50% or more are arranged with inscribed or minute gaps, and a part of both parts is welded with a copper alloy or the like. Stick. As a result, the thin cylindrical body is reinforced, the occurrence of interference vibration suppression between the two is prevented, noise is reduced, and since the main part is all made of sheet metal, an inexpensive in-furnace brazing method is possible and assembly. Costs can be reduced and productivity can be improved.
[0008]
In another preferable example, the container main body is disposed horizontally so that the central axis of the accumulator is in a substantially horizontal direction, and the inlet portion of the refrigerant passage is positioned at the upper portion. As a result, even in the case of a horizontal compressor, the inlet portion can be provided at a place where the inner volume can be secured most.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of a compressor according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0010]
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of an accumulator used in a first embodiment of a compressor according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded view thereof.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the accumulator 1 used in the compressor according to the present invention is a vertical accumulator, and includes a cylindrical container body 2 composed of an upper container 2 a and a lower container 2 b, and the container body 2. The container body 2 is formed so that a ventilation gap 2g is formed between the connected inlet pipe 3 and outlet pipes 4, 4 and the screen member 5 disposed opposite to the inlet pipe 3. It has a container-like thin plate cylinder 6 fixed to the inner peripheral surface 2x, and the thin plate cylinder 6 has a plate thickness thinner than the plate thickness in the container main body 2, and a part thereof protrudes to the inner peripheral side. A recess 6a is formed, and an oil return hole 6b is formed in the lower part. By providing the recess 6a, a refrigerant passage 7 is formed between the inner peripheral surface 2x and the thin plate cylinder 6.
[0012]
Thus, since the refrigerant passage 7 is formed by the inner peripheral surface 2x and the recess 6a, there is no need to provide a refrigerant outflow pipe in the container body as required in the prior art, noise reduction can be achieved, and productivity is improved. Will improve.
[0013]
The outer peripheral portion 6x of the thin plate cylindrical body 6 is held in contact with the inner peripheral surface 2x of the container body 2 over 50% or with a minute gap. The container main body 2 and the thin plate cylindrical body 6 are made of a copper alloy. Some of them are fixed by welding materials such as.
[0014]
As a result, the thin plate cylinder 6 is reinforced, the occurrence of interference vibration suppression between the two is prevented, noise is reduced, and since the main parts are all made of sheet metal, an inexpensive in-furnace brazing method is possible. Assembly cost can be reduced and productivity is improved.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 3, the accumulator 1 having the above structure is used by being incorporated in a vertical rotary compressor 21 according to the present invention.
[0016]
The vertical rotary compressor 21 according to the present invention includes an electric motor unit 23 housed in an upper part of a hermetic casing 22, a motor unit 23 driven by a crankshaft 24, and a lower part of the hermetic casing 22. And a compressor unit 25 that compresses the refrigerant. The compressor unit 25 includes two cylinders 26 and 27. A lubricating oil 28 is stored at the bottom of the casing 22 so that the oil level substantially coincides with the upper surface of the lower cylinder 27, and the lubricating oil 28 is placed inside the crankshaft 25 by the action of an oil pump (not shown). The oil is pumped up and sprayed into the casing 22 to supply the lubricating oil 28 to each sliding portion.
[0017]
Further, the outlet pipes 4 and 4 of the accumulator 1 are connected to the two cylinders 26 and 27 so as to supply gas refrigerant and oil to the accumulator 1.
[0018]
Since the accumulator 1 used in the compressor according to the present invention has the above-described structure, the gas refrigerant and oil flowing through the refrigeration cycle are transferred from the inlet pipe 3 of the compressor accumulator 1 to the container as shown in FIGS. It flows into the main body 2. The gas refrigerant and oil that have flowed into the container body 2 pass through the screen member 5, are filtered, and flow into the thin plate cylinder 6. Further, the gas refrigerant and the oil flowing into the thin plate cylinder 6 are separated, and the gas refrigerant flows into the refrigerant passage 7 through the ventilation gap 2g formed between the screen member 5 and the upper end of the thin plate cylinder 6, and then exits the outlet pipe. The two cylinders 26 and 27 are reached through 4 and 4 and compressed. The remaining liquid refrigerant is vaporized in the same manner as described above, and the separated oil is sequentially returned to the two cylinders 26 and 27 via the oil return hole 6b, the refrigerant passage 7, and the outlet pipes 4 and 4.
[0019]
In the refrigerant passing process as described above, the refrigerant passage 7 is formed by the inner peripheral surface 2x and the concave portion 6a, so that it is not necessary to provide a refrigerant outflow pipe in the container body as conventionally required. Reduction of noise caused by the outflow pipe and generation of interference vibration suppression between the container main body and the thin plate cylinder can be prevented, thereby reducing noise.
[0020]
Next, a second embodiment of the compressor according to the present invention will be described.
[0021]
While the accumulator used in the first embodiment is a vertical type, the accumulator used in the second embodiment is a horizontal type.
[0022]
For example, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the outlet side container 2Ab provided with the outlet pipe 4A is internally provided with a thin cylindrical body 6A in which a concave portion 6Aa that protrudes inward on the inner peripheral side is formed in a spiral shape. A refrigerant passage 7A is formed between the outlet side container 2Ab and the thin plate cylindrical body 6A. Further, the inlet portion 7Aa of the refrigerant passage 7A is located at the upper portion, for example, the uppermost portion of the thin plate cylindrical body 6A. Since the other configuration is not different from the accumulator shown in FIG.
[0023]
Therefore, since the refrigerant passage 7A is formed between the outlet side container 2Ab and the thin cylindrical body 6A, the inlet portion 7Aa can be provided at a place where the inner volume can be secured most even in the case of a horizontal rotary compressor. Conventional horizontal rotary compressors are often used in devices where it is difficult to secure space, but the installation of the horizontal rotary compressor is facilitated by downsizing the accumulator. Furthermore, since the length of the suction pipe can be arbitrarily set, an optimum design considering the suction efficiency is possible. In addition, while preventing the installation height from increasing and the installation space from expanding in the vertical direction, the volume can be increased by extending in the lateral direction (horizontal direction) parallel to the axial center of the compressor, In addition, the container body can be more effectively used and downsized. By making the shape of the cup almost the same as that of the conventional one, it is possible to attach the accumulator to the compressor using the usual attachment fitting for accumulator.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
According to the compressor according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a compressor having an accumulator that is small in size, reduced in noise generation, and improved in productivity.
