Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a tire attachment / detachment work carriage for removing and attaching an automobile tire. The tire here is a tire attached to a wheel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When removing and installing tires for repair and inspection of automobiles, tires of relatively small automobiles such as passenger cars are small in size and weight and require a lot of labor to handle manually. do not do. However, tires of trucks are large in size and weight, and especially when they are double or multiple tires, it is not easy to handle them manually.
[0003]
As a work cart for facilitating the work of removing and attaching a tire, a tire replacement auxiliary device or the like is known (for example, see Patent Documents 1 to 3). In these tire replacement assisting devices, a tire receiving portion that is driven up and down by a lift mechanism is formed on a support base provided with casters, and the tire receiving portion is placed under the tire of the vehicle that is jacked up by moving the support base. Insert and use it to remove the tire, and move the removed tire to the designated place. When the tire is mounted, the tire is received on the tire receiving portion of the support base and moved to the tire mounting position of the jacked up vehicle body, and the tire is mounted with the movement of the support base.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to mount the tire on the conventional apparatus as described above and move to the tire mounting position of the vehicle body, the center of the tire mounted on the apparatus needs to coincide with the center of the hub to be mounted. This alignment is for fitting the wheel hole of the tire to the bolt on the hub side, and the alignment must be maintained until the fitting is completed so as not to damage the screw thread of the bolt. However, it is not easy to do this with the movement of the support base. Eventually, the effect that the support base is difficult to follow by lifting heavy tires is reduced or trimmed, and the delicate alignment state is manually adjusted. It becomes a troublesome work to secure in. For this reason, the work support level of the support table is low, and the work is not completely freed from hard work and takes time and effort.
[0008]
The present invention has been developed in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a tire attaching / detaching work cart that can be attached and detached while aligning the tire while supporting the weight of the tire.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a tire attachment / detachment work cart according to the present invention includes a jack and a tire holder for receiving the tire on a carriage main body provided with traveling wheels, and raising and lowering in response to the raising and lowering of the jack. In the tire attaching / detaching work carriage provided with a portion, the lifting and lowering portion is provided so as to be lifted and lowered with play in a direction intersecting with the lifting and lowering axis direction of the jack.
[0010]
In the tire attachment / detachment work cart having the above-described configuration, the elevating part moves up and down in response to the raising and lowering of the jack with play in the direction intersecting with the raising and lowering axis direction of the jack on the carriage main body. As a result, when the tire is removed from the vehicle body or when the tire is mounted on the vehicle body, the elevating unit is integrated with the tire on the main body of the carriage by the amount of play while receiving the weight at the attachment / detachment position. It is possible to perform delicate positioning with the vehicle body side for attaching and detaching the tires by light manual work that can be pushed by hand. After that, while maintaining the positioning state on the truck body, the axis of the tire of the truck body It can be attached and detached smoothly with a straight movement to the detaching side or mounting side of the direction. Therefore, hard work to support the weight of the tire is sufficiently reduced, the tire can be easily attached and detached without trouble and in a short time, and it is particularly effective for attaching and removing a large and heavy tire such as a truck tire. .
[0011]
In a further configuration in which the elevating part is supported and guided by the carriage main body so as to elevate and move with the play, and a part thereof is opposed to the elevating part of the jack and responds to the elevating and lowering,
By supporting and guiding the elevating part so that it can be raised and lowered with the play on the main body of the carriage, the jack is only partially opposed on the elevating part, and the play is not limited, Therefore, the positioning function using the play can be responded to the raising / lowering of the raising / lowering part by its own weight without impairing the positioning function, and the structure is simplified to the extent that they are not connected to each other.
[0012]
Moreover, in the further structure provided so that the steering wheel can be attached to and detached from the cart body,
By erecting the steering handle on the main body of the carriage, it is easy for the operator to push and move in a linear direction with a natural posture, and it is easy to steer to change the direction. It is suitable for moving to various places while being received, and is easy to use for attaching and detaching tires. In addition, if the handle is removed when not in use, both sides will not be bulky and will not be disturbed.
[0013]
Moreover, in the further structure which has the tire holder which hold | maintains a receiving state in the tire received on the tire receiver,
Since the tire received on the tire receiver is held and stabilized by the tire holder, the tire will fall off the tire receiver due to vibrations caused by movement of the carriage, sudden acceleration / deceleration, and catching from around. This can be prevented.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings to provide an understanding of the present invention. The present embodiment is an example embodying the present invention and does not limit the technical scope of the present invention.
[0015]
In FIG. 1, the tire attachment / detachment work cart 1 according to the embodiment extends a pair of left and right legs 12, 12 forward from a base 11, and wheels 13 a, 13 b are disposed in the front-rear direction at the left and right lower portions corresponding to the legs 12. A cart body 2 is formed in an array. The cart body 2 includes a pair of left and right jacks 3 that extend in a fork shape so as to be positioned between the jack 3 provided at the center in the left-right direction on the base 11 and the pair of legs 12, 12. It has a tire holder 4, and is supported and guided so as to be able to move up and down with play in the front, rear, left and right on the base 11, and has a lifting unit 5 that moves up and down in response to the lifting and lowering of the jack 3. The tire receiver 4 is formed to have a length corresponding to the tire having the maximum width to be handled, that is, a length that can be received without dropping, and in this case, a dual tire can be received. The leg 12 can secure an installation length sufficient for the detachable work cart 1 not to roll over while the tire is received on the tire receiver 4 of the elevating unit 5. However, the tire receiver 4 is not limited to a fork shape. What is necessary is just to be able to receive a tire stably in the rolling direction, for example, what has a crevice which stabilizes a tire may be used.
[0016]
The jack 3 can be raised and moved upward by mounting an operating lever 24 detachably mounted on a lever mounting portion 3b (see FIGS. 2 and 4) and reciprocating up and down. When the pressure release operation unit 31 is operated, the pressure is released, and the jack 3 moves down with its own weight including the elevating unit 5 or the load of the received tire. A concave portion is formed at the top of the lifting / lowering operation portion 3a of the jack 3, and a hard support ball 10 which is hardened or the like is fitted in the concave portion so as to face a part of the lifting portion 5 from below and to respond to its own lifting / lowering. I have to. That is, the lift unit 5 is lifted and lifted by a lift operation simply by contacting the lift unit 5, and when the lift operation is performed, the lift unit 5 follows and descends by its own weight.
[0017]
Since the raising / lowering part 5 is only mounted on the raising / lowering operation part 3a of the jack 3, especially on the support ball 10, the above-mentioned play of front and rear, right and left is not restrained, and the receiving point by the support ball 10 is used as a fulcrum. The play can be used to swing in any direction. Thus, the specific mechanism for raising and lowering the jack 5 while allowing the play of the raising and lowering portion 5 is not particularly questioned, but it is preferable to use a non-connected structure as in this example because it is low in cost. It is.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the elevating part 5 includes an elevating base part 17 having the tire receiver 4, a vertical part 16 rising integrally from the central part in the left-right direction of the elevating base part 17, The passive portion 15 that projects integrally toward the rear at the upper end is provided, and the passive portion 15 can be positioned at a height that does not interfere with the lifting / lowering operation portion 3a at the lowering position of the jack 3 by the rising of the vertical portion 16. As a result, the elevating unit 5 is configured such that the passive unit 15 faces the support ball 10 on the elevating operation unit 3a from above and the elevating unit 5 moves up and down in response to the elevating operation. As shown in FIG. 1, the tire receiver 4 has a positional relationship that fits within the space between the legs 12, 12, and can be lowered to a position that is flush with or lower than the upper surface of the legs 12. As a result, the tire can be easily rolled and placed on the tire receiver 4 or lowered.
[0019]
A reinforcing portion 18 is obliquely fixed between the elevating base portion 17 and the vertical portion 16 to reinforce each other, and the reinforcing portion 18 and the passive portion 15 are joined by a side wall portion 19 to be connected to the passive portion. 15 is reinforced.
[0020]
The elevating base portion 17 is provided with a pair of guide bars 20 having one end fixed to the reinforcing portion 18 and extending rearward on both sides of the vertical portion 16. 21b is attached respectively. These pairs of guide posts 7 on the guide bar 20 are fitted with a play in the front and back. Accordingly, the pair of guide rollers 21a and 21b is stabilized by pressing against the front and rear guide surfaces of the guide post 7 while the entire lifting unit 5 is bent forward by its own weight, and can be lifted and lowered easily with the rotation of the guide rollers 21a and 21b. Is supported and guided. The left and right guide rollers 21a have flange portions 21a1 at their inner ends, and these flange portions 21a1 face the inner side surfaces of the corresponding guide posts 7 with play. As a result, the entire lifting unit 5 is supported and guided with left and right play with respect to the guide post 7.
[0021]
A guide post 6 having guide surfaces corresponding to the left and right corners of the rear part of the lifting base 17 is further erected on the base 11 so that the lifting part 5 can be lifted up and down with the front, rear, left and right play. The wobbling and twisting of the left and right and front and rear are controlled within a predetermined range. Further, the support point of the jack 3 with respect to the passive portion 15 by the support ball 10 is located closer to the front than the support guide position by the guide rollers 21 a and 21 b and the guide post 7. Specifically, a relationship is obtained in which the lifting portion 5 that is positioned substantially on the center axis of the left and right guide rollers 21a located on the front side and tends to bend forward is raised slightly. Thereby, the raising / lowering part 5 can be raised smoothly without rolling. However, such a weight balance may be taken in any way.
[0022]
A pair of handle receivers 22 and a lever receiver 23 are mounted on the base 11, and a steering handle 8 formed by bending a pipe into a U-shape can be inserted into and removed from the handle receiver 22. The lever 24 for operation of the jack 3 can be stored in the lever receiver 23 when not in use. A hook member 9 as a tire holder is attached to the horizontal portion of the handle 8 so as to be slidable and rotatable.
[0023]
When removing the tire from the vehicle body, the tire attaching / detaching work vehicle 1 configured as described above pushes the handle 8 to move the vehicle main body 2 so that the tire holder is positioned under the predetermined tire of the jacked up vehicle body. Deploy. Here, of the traveling wheels 13a and 13b for traveling the carriage body 2, the traveling wheel 13a disposed at the lower portion of the base 11 is a steering wheel whose wheel rotation center is eccentric from the rotation center attached to the base 11. Since it is formed, the tire attaching / detaching work cart 1 can be guided in a desired direction by changing the direction of the wheel 13a by steering with the handle 8 that exceeds the straightness of the other wheel 13b. On the contrary, the straightness of the four wheels 13b works preferentially to some extent as long as the steering force for changing the direction does not work, and makes it easy to make the tire attaching / detaching work cart 1 go straight forward and backward.
[0024]
After the tire receiver 4 is moved below a predetermined tire, a jack up operation is performed with the operation lever 24 attached to the jack 3, thereby raising and lowering the operation unit 3a of the jack 3 as shown in FIGS. Is raised from the position indicated by the solid line as indicated by the phantom line, and the passive ball 15 of the elevating part 5 is pushed up by the support ball 10. Thereby, the raising / lowering part 5 raises along the guide post 7 via the guide bar 20 and the guide rollers 21a and 21b. When the tire receiver 4 comes into contact with the tire T as shown by a solid line in FIG. In this state, the jack-up operation is stopped, and the tire T is removed from the bolt B of the hub H as indicated by a virtual line in FIG.
[0025]
This removal operation will be described in detail. For example, at the initial stage of removal, the tire T is separated from the hub H with an operation of slightly swinging the shaft center with respect to the hub H in a close contact state, and thereafter the thread of the bolt B is removed. The tire T is removed from the bolt B while adjusting the posture and position so as to maintain the alignment state of the tire T with the bolt B. As described above, the operation is performed while the tire T is moved slightly. However, since the tire T is supported by the cart body 2 and the jack 3 with play in the front, rear, left, and right as described above, the tire T is the tire receiver 4. While supporting the weight of the tire, it can move or swing left and right and back and forth within the range of play with the tire receiver 4, so that the tire T can be operated by directly operating the tire T forward and backward and left and right with both hands holding the tire T. The posture and position can be adjusted easily. In addition, at this time, by making the straight traveling direction of the carriage main body 2 by the wheel 13b coincide with the removing direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. 5 from the bolt B of the tire T, the tire T is pulled forward while operating as described above. When the carriage 2 moves, the tire body 2 follows the movement while the tire T is supported by the tire receiver 4, so even one operator can remove the tire T from the bolt B without difficulty and receive it as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 5. Thus, the tire attaching / detaching work cart 1 is in a state in which it can freely travel and move while the tire T is received.
[0026]
For the tire T received on the tire receiver 4, the hook member 9 attached to the handle 8 is rotated forward as indicated by the arrow between the phantom line state and the solid line state in FIG. When the tire T is hooked on the upper portion of the tire T by the operation, the tire T on the tire receiver 4 is prevented from falling on the tire receiver 4 and is stably held. Workability is improved because it is prevented from falling off and can be moved quickly. In addition, since the tire T that has been removed is kept on the tire attaching / detaching work carriage 1 until the work such as inspection on the vehicle body side is completed, it does not easily fall off even if it hits the tire T or gets caught. High safety. In addition, handling in such a standby state omits the work of removing the tire T from the tire attaching / detaching work carriage 1 and waiting it, and then receiving the tire T again on the tire attaching / detaching work carriage 1 at the time of remounting. can do. It is preferable that the waiting tire T is lowered to the lowest position in order to prevent danger. However, even if such work is omitted by securing the safety by the hook member 9, the safety is not impaired.
[0027]
The holding member 9b is fixed to the hook member 9 so as to be orthogonal to the sliding pipe 9a slidably inserted into the horizontal portion of the handle 8, and the straight portion of the hook member 9 is fitted to the holding pipe 9b. The hook member 9 is slidably inserted into the holding pipe 9b. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 1, when the hook member 9 is not used, the hook member 9 is lowered by its own weight and is locked by the washer 9c fixed to the end. Since the hook member 9 when not in use is in a state of freely rotating in a suspended state by a sliding pipe 9a inserted into the handle 8, it does not hinder the operation of the handle 8, and the sliding pipe By sliding 9a in an arbitrary direction on the horizontal portion of the handle 8, it can be moved to a position where it does not become a hindrance.
[0028]
Further, when the tire T is held by the hook member 9 as shown in FIG. 5, the holding position of the hook member 9 can be freely adjusted according to the size of the tire T. When the hook member 9 is moved in the holding pipe 9b so as to be in contact with T and the thumbscrew 9d provided on the holding pipe 9b is tightened with the tip in contact with the tire T, the hook member 9 holds the tire T. It is fixed in the state.
[0029]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, even when the lifting / lowering portion 5 is lowered by the jack 3 after receiving the tire T supported and removed at the raised position of the lifting / lowering portion 5, the hook member 9 is also a sliding pipe. Since 9a rotates on the handle 8, the holding state is maintained following the tire T moving downward. When the tire T is lowered onto the floor surface from above the lowered tire receiver 4, the holding state can be easily released by rotating the hook member 9 backward.
[0030]
When the tire T is a double tire, the hook member 9 can be held in the same manner when the tip of the hook member 9 is brought into contact with the front tire T of the double tire. Further, since the anti-slip protrusion 4a is provided on the top surface of the front end of the tire receiver 4, even if the tire T received due to vibration such as movement of the carriage main body 2 is displaced or is about to be displaced, the tire T Is prevented from slipping down from the tire receiver 4 by being caught by the anti-slip protrusion 4a.
[0031]
Contrary to the above, when the tire T is mounted on the vehicle body, the tire T on the tire attaching / detaching work cart 1 in the standby state is moved to the original position where the vehicle body is removed. When handling and mounting a new tire T, the tire T is rolled on the tire receiver 4 in the lowered position and received on the tire receiver 4, and the tire T is held in the receiving state by the hook member 9. The tire attachment / detachment work cart 1 is moved and moved.
[0032]
The mounting work of the tire T will be described in detail. The tire attaching / detaching work carriage 1 on which the tire T is received is moved and moved to the mounting position of the vehicle body. Next, the operation lever 24 is pulled out from the lever receiver 23 and attached to the jack 3, and the lifting portion 5 is raised by jack-up operation so that the tire T has a height substantially matching the center of the hub H. The tire attaching / detaching work carriage 1 is adjusted so that the center and the direction of the tire T can be moved straight along the center axis of the hub H. Here, if the tire T is waiting on the tire attaching / detaching work cart 1 while being removed from the vehicle body, and there is no change in the jack-up position or the like on the vehicle body side, the height adjustment may be unnecessary.
[0033]
When the tire T is mounted, the bolt B and the wheel hole are not aligned unlike the removal. Therefore, the positioning with the bolt B is performed so that the thread T including the shaft run-out operation is not damaged without the operation of receiving the weight of the tire T while the tire T is received on the tire receiver 4. Immediately before the alignment, the tire receiver 4 is moved and swung on the lifting unit 5 and the jack 3, and thereafter the tire T is attached and detached while adjusting the posture and position of the tire T so as to maintain the alignment state. The work carriage 1 can be installed without difficulty in fitting with the bolt B as the work cart 1 goes straight. Of the swinging of the tire receiver 4 for adjusting the posture and alignment of the tire T, swinging in the front-rear direction is facilitated without a support force by an operator when the jack 3 is slightly lifted and lowered. And can be performed stably. Separately, an adjusting means for adjusting such movement and swinging may be provided between the tire receiver 4 side and the cart body 2 side. If the hook member 9 is removed from the tire T when the tire T is attached, it can be prevented that the hook member 9 gets in the way of the operation or becomes difficult to remove from the attached tire T.
[0034]
The ascending range of the elevating part 5 can be determined by the upward movement range of the jack 3. However, since the tire T that is slightly lifted from the ground by jacking up is simply attached and detached, a large amount of ascent is not necessary and the handle 8 can be removed. For example, the tire attaching / detaching work cart 1 is flat and not bulky. The upper limit position of the lifting / lowering part 5 is regulated as a height position where the flange part 21a1 of the guide roller 21a abuts against the bolt 7a provided on the upper end side of the guide post 7 for safety of use. However, if the bolt 7a is removed, such restriction can be released, and the elevating part 5 can be extracted upward with respect to the guide posts 6 and 7, which is suitable for maintenance.
[0035]
Further, the front / rear / left / right play of the lifting / lowering unit 5 on the cart body 2 is small in the lower part and larger in the upper / lower part, and the upper body where the tire T is lifted up to the mounting position is Since the position adjustment of the tire T is not necessary in the lowered position while making it easy to adjust the position, by suppressing play, the elevating part 5 does not move darkly, and the tire T being received falls off, This prevents the elevating part 5 from inadvertently moving and interfering with the work when the T is rolled and put down. Specifically, the elevating part 5 has a play of about 5 mm in the front and rear and right and left at the lowered position, and a play of about 10 mm in the left and right and front and rear at the raised position. Further, since the tire T has a maximum of about 200 kg, it is sufficient to use a hydraulic jack 3 of about 300 kg, but there is no particular limitation thereto. Compared to a conventional 2t jack, it is simpler and smaller, and the product cost is greatly reduced. However, the direction and size of play, and the support and guide mechanisms for it can be designed in various ways.
[0036]
The tire attaching / detaching work carriage 1 as described above is convenient for use when removing the tire T for inspection or inspection repair of a brake device or a suspension device hidden behind the tire T. The present invention is not limited to this, and it is effective even when used for tire replacement.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the elevating part moves in a state of supporting the tire, so even with a tire having a large weight and size such as a truck tire, positioning work and attaching / detaching operation for attaching / detaching the tire are This can be done easily without lifting the tire.
