【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来例は、一対の横杆と一対の防傾材を互いに熔接して構成した腕金支持金物と、バンド中央片と緊締片をボルトで互いに組付けたバンド体とを組合わせて腕金を支持するものであるから、構造が複雑で、従って、構成部材の取扱いが煩雑である。

また、腕金に貫通させたボルトとこれに螺合したナットによって前記腕金支持金物に腕金を支持させるようにしたものと、U字状のボルト腕金を抱えさせてこれにナットを螺合するようにして前記腕金支持金物に支持させるようにした構造のものが、前記文献に開示されているが、前者はナットの締付けに伴ってボルトが共廻りするおそれがあり、後者はU字ボルトと腕金の接触抵抗によって腕金のずれを防ぐようにしているため腕金のずれ防止に必ずしも万全とはいえない。

縦部片に上下の部片を相対して連設した内外枠を、前記上下の各部片と、前記上部片間と各下部片間に介在させた、バンド片のそれぞれのなす環状の基部とに貫通させた軸ボルトと該軸ボルトに螺合したナットによって互いに組付け、電柱を巻回した前記各バンド片の先端側の緊締受部片を締付けボルトと該ボルトに螺合したナットによって互いに締付けて前記上下枠を前記電柱面に締付けると共に、内枠の前記上下部片間に該上下部片間の離開幅より径の広い部分を備えた頭部を挟入した支持ボルトの、内外枠の縦部片を通じた先端を、外枠の前記縦部片の前面に重ね合わせた腕金を貫通させてナットを螺合した構成としたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図面は本発明に係る電柱用腕金取付け装置の一実施形態を示し、図1は一部欠截平面図、図2は縦断面図である。

図中、1は内枠、2は外枠で、内外枠1,2は縦部片1a,2aに上下部片1b,2b、1c,2cを相対して連設して構成し、外枠2の内側に内枠1を配する一方、前記上下部片1b,2b、1c,2cの円弧状の端縁1b´,2b´、1c´,2c´を電柱の円弧状の周面に当接するようにして上下一対二組のバンド片5,5を用いて電柱(支柱)D面に締付けたものである。

バンド片5は、外枠2の内側に内枠1を配することによって形成される内外枠1,2の前記上部片1b,2b間と下部部片1c,2c間のそれぞれになす環状の基部5bを介在させ、該基部5bと上部片1b,2b、該基部5bと下部片1c,2cにそれぞれ貫通させた軸ボルト6の先端にナット7を螺合することによって内外枠1,2と組合わせ、電柱面を巻回させて互いに相対する自由端側先端の緊締受部片5a,5aに締付けボルト8を貫通させて一方の受部片5aより突出する該ボルト先端に締付けナット9を螺合して前記の通り内外枠1,2を電柱D面に締付けたものである。

なお、内枠1の縦部片1aに設けた一対の透孔10,10に外枠2の縦部片2aに該透孔10に対応させて設けた突子11を係合して内外枠1,1の安定した組付け状態を得られるようにしてある。

図中、12,12は、頭部12aを前記内枠1の上下部片2b,2c間に係合し、内枠1の前記縦部片1aと該縦部片1aに重ね合わせた外枠2の縦部片2aのそれぞれに互いに一致するようにして設けた透孔13,13を通じて先端12bを内外枠1,2の外部すなわち電柱D面より突出させた一対の支持ボルトで、支持ボルト12は、内枠1の上下部片1b,1c間の離開幅より最も広い部分が広い六角状(非円形であれば良い)頭部12aを内枠1の上下部片1b,1cに介在係合させ、上下部片1b,1c間の離開幅と頭部12aの外径との関係によって回動方向に外力を負荷したとき頭部12aの外縁が上下部片1b,1cの一方又は双方に圧接してその回動が規制されるようにしてある。

【発明の効果】
本発明は前記の通りの構成であるから、電柱径に対応して腕金を自在に取付けることのできる装置を提供でき、しかも、腕金の支持基枠となる上下枠は一対二組のバンド片で電柱面に締付けた構成を採るから強固に電柱面に取付けられ、支持ボルトは腕金を貫通させたものであるから腕金のずれがなく安定した取付け状態を得られ、また、前記上下枠に腕金を締付ける際においても頭部が内枠に当接してナットの締付けによる共廻りを防止して締付け操作を確実に、強固に行える装置を提供できる。
