これにより、ころ13と平板12との間には、電力量:0.5Wh(=5V×25×10−3A×4h)が付与される。
【0027】
【0052】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rolling support device (for example, a linear motion guide device such as a rolling bearing, a linear guide device or a ball screw device) provided with a rolling element and two members formed with raceway grooves for rolling the rolling element.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the case of a bearing lubricated by a normal method, the coefficient of friction between two contacting metal surfaces varies depending on the absolute viscosity of the lubricating oil used, the bearing load, and the rotational speed. That is, in a completely lubricated state in which a thick oil film layer is formed between the friction surfaces, contact between the metal surfaces hardly occurs and the friction coefficient is extremely small. However, if mixed lubrication that partially causes metal-metal contact, or boundary lubrication that breaks the lubricating oil film and causes metal-metal contact, damage such as seizure of the lubricated surface may occur. In order to prevent such damage, conventionally, additives such as extreme pressure additives and antiwear agents have been added to lubricating oil.
[0003]
The contact parts between metal surfaces are at high temperature and high surface pressure, and are in a highly reactive state. Therefore, additive components contained in the supplied lubricant (for example, compounds containing chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine Organic compounds such as chlorinated paraffin, dibenzyl sulfide, tricresyl phosphate, etc.) react easily with the bearing metal. As a result, a metal chloride, a metal sulfur compound, a metal phosphorus compound, or the like is generated at the contact portion between the metal surfaces. These compounds prevent seizure and wear at the contact surfaces of the two metal members.
[0004]
However, the reaction between the contact surfaces of the two metal members and the additive is slow, and the reaction time is much longer than the time until seizure occurs on the contact surfaces of the metal members (the reaction is abrupt). And negative effects such as surface corrosion when used for a long time). Therefore, even if an extreme pressure additive, an antiwear agent or the like is added to the lubricating oil, the effect of preventing seizure or wear cannot be obtained immediately. In particular, it may not be possible to cope with a sudden occurrence of the supply of lubricating oil during operation.
[0005]
Therefore, the present applicant previously applied a surface treatment in a static state to the sliding member or the rolling member using a treatment liquid containing the compound used as the additive in advance, so that the compound reaction film It was proposed to form a layer (a layer made of a compound of chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus, etc. and a metal produced by the reaction between the treatment liquid and the surface metal) (see Patent Document 1).
[0006]
The applicant further performs the surface treatment in a static state, not in a static state, but in a dynamic state (during processing or running-in of the sliding member or rolling member). Forms a compound reaction film layer with improved problems (the influence of the altered layer caused by the thermal history of the surface) to further improve the wear resistance and seizure resistance at the contact surface of the two metal members It was proposed to improve (see Patent Document 2).

[0010]
The present invention also includes at least a first member and a second member provided with raceway grooves arranged to face each other, and a plurality of rolling elements arranged to be freely rollable between the raceway grooves of both members, In a rolling support device in which one of the first member and the second member moves relative to the other by rolling the rolling element, the raceway groove of the first member, the raceway groove of the second member, and the rolling of the rolling element At least one of the surfaces is a metal surface, and a compound layer made of a compound containing the metal, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, and carbon is formed on the metal surface with the following configuration (2). Provided is a rolling support device characterized by being formed by a method. This is referred to as a second rolling support device of the present invention.
(2) This metal surface and a metal mating member are connected to a liquid composed of a hydrocarbon or a compound having a hydrocarbon group in a current-carrying state through a treatment liquid containing a phosphorus compound, a sulfur compound, or a chlorine compound. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[First Embodiment]
An embodiment of the first rolling support device of the present invention will be described below.
First, using the reciprocating sliding type wear tester shown in FIG. 1, the performance test of the first rolling support device of the present invention using a test piece was performed.
That is, a

[0028]
When FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 are compared, it can be seen that the surface state obtained is different between when the current is supplied during the reciprocating motion and when the current is not supplied. Further, comparing FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the surface obtained by energizing during the reciprocating motion (graph in FIG. 3) has about three times as many carbon atoms as the surface obtained without energization (graph in FIG. 5). It can be seen that is included. Moreover, from the graph of FIG. 3, the main component is Fe on the surface obtained by sliding in the energized state. 3 It is presumed that a metal carbide layer containing C such as FeCrC or FeSiC is formed.
[0029]
Further, as a result of measurement by Auger electron spectroscopy analysis, the carbon concentration of the surface obtained by sliding contact in an energized state was about 30 atomic%, whereas it was obtained by sliding contact without energization. The carbon concentration on the surface was about 10 atomic%.
From the above, by sliding the metal surfaces with the hydrocarbon interposed while energized, the metal surface being slid and the hydrocarbon chemically react to form metal carbide on the metal surface. I understand that
[0030]
Using the two types of
[0031]
Each test piece was slid by the reciprocating motion and placed horizontally with the surface facing upward, a SUJ2 ball having a diameter of 10 mm was placed on the surface, and a load of 30 N was applied from above the ball in the vertical direction to reciprocate the amplitude. : 5 mm, reciprocating frequency: 5 Hz, 10 minutes, using mineral oil as the lubricating oil, reciprocating in a sliding state.
At the end of this test, the diameter of the wear scar generated on the ball and the diameter of the wear scar generated on the test piece were measured, and from these measured values, the total wear volume (total of the wear volume of the ball and test piece was calculated). Value). As a result, no. The total wear volume of 1-1 is 1.2 × 10 -3 mm. The total wear volume of 1-2 is 1.5 × 10 -2 mm (10 times or more of No. 1-1).
[0032]
From this result, the flat plate surface on which the metal carbide was formed by sliding a hydrocarbon between the mating member in an energized state was more resistant than the flat plate surface obtained under the same conditions except that no current was supplied. It can be seen that the wear is high.
Next, the performance test of the first rolling support device of the present invention was performed using the rolling bearing having the structure shown in FIG.

[0036]
These rolling bearings were subjected to an acoustic test by the following method. Under the conditions of axial load: 20N and ambient temperature: 90 ° C, the inner ring is first rotated at a rotational speed of 4500 min. -1 For 10 minutes, then the next 10 minutes is 5000 min -1 , And then the rotation speed is 500 min -1 The rotation was continued for 10 minutes while increasing each time until an abnormal sound was generated. In addition, as lubricating oil, the ester oil enclosed by the said running-in operation was used as it was.
The acoustic measurement is performed using an Anderon meter, and the rotational speed is 4500 min. -1 The rotational speed at the time when the increase value from the Anderon value (initial Anderon value) immediately after starting rotation at 1 exceeded 1.0 was examined as a value indicating seizure durability.
[0037]
As a result, in the case of a rolling bearing that has been subjected to a break-in operation by passing a direct current, the rotational speed at which the increase from the initial Anderon value exceeded 1.0 was 3600 min -1 On the other hand, in the case of a rolling bearing that was subjected to a break-in operation without passing a direct current, the rotational speed at which the increase from the initial Anderon value exceeded 1.0 was 1200 min. -1 Met.
From this result, it can be seen that the rolling bearing in which the metal carbide layer is formed by energizing during the running-in operation has better seizure durability at high speed rotation than the rolling bearing obtained without energizing. .
[0038]
[Second Embodiment]
An embodiment of the second rolling support device of the present invention will be described below.
First, using the four-ball tester shown in FIG. 7, a performance test of the second rolling support device of the present invention using a test ball was performed.
In this tester, three fixed

[0042]
The depth direction analysis is Ar + The etching rate was 3 nm / min. Therefore, for example, the horizontal axis Ar in the graphs of FIGS. + The etching time of 32 minutes indicates a position in the depth direction of 96 nm (= 32 minutes × 3 nm / min).
Comparing FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, the surface obtained by applying current during rotation (graph in FIG. 8) to a depth of 120 nm (= 40 minutes × 3 nm / min) without being supplied with current (FIG. 8). It can be seen that about four times as many carbon atoms as the graph (9) are included. In addition, the surface obtained by energizing at the time of rotation (graph in FIG. 8) has a phosphorous and iron abundance ratio of 96 nm (= 32 minutes ×), similarly to the surface obtained without energization (graph in FIG. 9). It changes at a depth of 3 nm / min) and is constant at a depth of more.
[0043]
Thereby, it turns out that it has a compound layer formed by chemical reaction with a thickness of about 96 nm on any surface. In addition, this compound layer is composed of a compound containing iron, phosphorus and carbon in the case of a surface obtained by energizing during rotation, and in the case of a surface obtained without energization during rotation. It is considered to be composed of a compound containing iron and phosphorus.
Moreover, although PV value is changed by 600-3000 MPa * m / s, the thickness of the compound layer obtained in the case of each PV value is shown in following Table 1.
[0044]
[Table 1]
[0045]
From this table, it can be seen that the larger the PV value, the thicker the compound layer.
Next, the processing liquid was extracted from the

The results are shown in Table 2 below.

[Table 2]
[0048]
From this table, it can be seen that the test ball obtained by energizing during rotation is superior in anti-seizure performance than the test ball obtained without energizing during rotation. It can also be seen that when the thickness of the compound layer is in the range of 0.05 μm or more and 0.30 μm or less, better seizure resistance can be obtained than when the compound layer is out of this range. Furthermore, it can be seen that particularly good seizure resistance is obtained when the thickness of the compound layer is 0.1 μm or more and 0.105 μm or less.
[0049]
Next, the performance test of the 2nd rolling support apparatus of this invention was done using the rolling bearing of the structure shown in FIG.
