本発明は一種の外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジに係り、特にコンクリート壁その他の建材壁板に孔の施工孔にねじ込まれる固定ネジとされ、固定ネジが施工孔にねじ込まれた後に、外接ボルトを速やかにねじ込み外接装置を連結するのに供される、固定ネジに関する。

【従来の技術】
図1に示されるように、周知の固定ネジ1は、その外表面に雄ネジ11が設けられ、本体10の内部に軸方向の貫通孔12があり、該軸方向の貫通孔12の後端に締めつけ工具の施力に供される作用区121があり、作用区121の中段が雌ネジを具えた雌ネジ部122とされ、且つ該雌ネジ部122の前端が比較的大きな孔径の前孔部123に連接され、この構造により、固定ネジ1が施工孔21内にねじ込まれた時(図3)、膨張現象を発生せず、ゆえに壁の破裂を発生せず、ゆえに外接ボルト3が外接装置4を貫通した後に、固定ネジ1の雌ネジ部122にねじ込まれることにより、外接装置4と壁板2間の連結が完成する。この固定ネジ1は施工上、不便なところがあり、即ち、外接ボルト3のネジ部31と固定ネジ1の雌ネジ部122の螺合が、締めつけ工具を一周ずつ回して締めつける操作により達成され、施工上、十分に時間と手間がかかる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、従来の技術の欠点を解決する外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジを提供することを課題とし、それは、固定ネジの本体内の軸方向の貫通孔の限位孔部により、収容したバネに対する単方向限位を形成し、外接ボルトを快速挿入できるようにし、これにより外接装置の快速連結が行なえるようにした固定ネジであるものとする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、固定ネジの外表面に雄ネジが設けられ、固定ネジの本体内部に軸方向の貫通孔があり、該軸方向の貫通孔の後端に締めつけ工具の施力に供される作用区が設けられた、外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジにおいて、
該作用区に隣接する中段がテーパ角度を具えた限位孔部とされ、その内径が前方に向けて漸増し、且つ該限位孔部の前端に比較的大きな孔径の前孔部が設けられ、該前孔部内にバネが収容され、プラグで塞がれてバネの弾出が防止され、この構造により固定ネジが施工孔にねじ込まれた後に、外接ボルトをその雄ネジ部を以て速やかに挿入し螺接させて外接装置を連結することができることを特徴とする、外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジとしている。
請求項2の発明は、請求項1記載の外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジにおいて、バネの後段がピッチが密である複数周の線体とされ、前段がピッチが粗である複数周の線体とされたことを特徴とする、外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジとしている。
請求項3の発明は、請求項2記載の外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジにおいて、バネの最小内孔内径が外接ボルトの雄ネジ部外径より僅かに大きいことを特徴とする、外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジとしている。
請求項4の発明は、請求項3記載の外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジにおいて、バネの各周の線体のピッチが外接ボルトの雄ネジ部のネジのピッチと相互に噛み合うよう設けられたことを特徴とする、外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジとしている。
請求項5の発明は、請求項1記載の外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジにおいて、プラグに穿孔が設けられたことを特徴とする、外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジとしている。
請求項6の発明は、請求項5記載の外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジにおいて、プラグの一端にフランジが設けられたことを特徴とする、外接装置を快速連結できる固定ネジとしている。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明によると、固定ネジの外表面に雄ネジが設けられ、本体内部に軸方向の貫通孔があり、該軸方向の貫通孔の後端に締めつけ工具の施力に供される作用区が設けられ、該作用区に隣接する中段がテーパ角度を具えた限位孔部とされ、その内径が前方に向けて漸増し、且つ該限位孔部の前端に比較的大きな孔径の前孔部が設けられ、該前孔部内にバネが収容され、プラグで塞がれ、バネの弾出が防止され、この構造により固定ネジが施工孔にねじ込まれた後に、外接ボルトを速やかにねじ込み外接装置を連結するのに供される。

【実施例】
上述の発明の目的を達成するため、本発明の実施方式は、図3から図6に示されるようであり、固定ネジ5の外表面に雄ネジ51が設けられ、本体50内部に軸方向の貫通孔52があり、該軸方向の貫通孔52の後端に締めつけ工具(六角スパナ、スナパ等の工具)の施力に供される作用区521が設けられ、該作用区521に隣接する中段がテーパ角度を具えた限位孔部522とされ、その内径が前方に向けて漸増し、且つ該限位孔部522の前端に比較的大きな孔径の前孔部523が設けられ、該前孔部523内にバネ53が収容され、該バネ53の後部531がピッチが密である複数周(約2〜3周)の線体とされ、該前部532がピッチが疎である複数周(約2〜3周)の線体とされ、該バネ53の最小の内孔530の孔径が外接ボルト6の雄ネジ部61のネジ部外径よりやや大きく、並びに該バネ53の前部532の内径が漸増され、該バネ53のピッチが外接ボルト6の雄ネジ部61のピッチと噛み合うものとされる。これにより外接ボルト6が回転する時に、バネ53が一般の雌ネジの如くその前進と後退を案内する。また、該バネ53が軸方向の貫通孔52より脱出するのを防止するため、穿孔541と一端にフランジ542を具えたプラグ54が緊密に軸方向の貫通孔52の前孔部523に挿入され、これによりバネ53の脱出が防止される(プラグ54はプラスチックで形成され、緊密に前孔部523を塞ぐ)。

施工時、締めつけ工具で本発明の固定ネジ5を壁体7内にねじ込み、さらに外接ボルト6を外接装置8の穿孔81に通してから、その雄ネジ部61の前端を強力にバネ53の内孔530に押し込む。バネ53自身は外力を受ける時に適度な変形を発生し、孔径が大きく変化し、且つその後部531の内孔530が漸増するため、外接ボルト6の雄ネジ部61の快速挿入に有利である(図5参照)。ゆえに、外接ボルト6の雄ネジ部61が挿入位置決めされた後にゆるんで脱出することがなく、その理由はバネ53の前部532が限位孔部522の緊迫を受けて単方向限位を形成する(図6)ためであり、もし後退させたい場合は、一般のネジと同様、回してゆるめればよい。ゆえに、本発明は外接ボルト6の快速挿入、位置決め機能を提供し、退出させる時はネジの嵌め合いの効果を有する。

外接ボルト6の後端にはワッシャ63が套設されると共に、締めつけ区愚の施力に供される作用区62が設けられ、該作用区は多角形のナット或いは内多角形孔とされ、各種の締めつけ工具(例えばスパナ或いは6角スパナ)に適合するものとされる。
