上述の発明の目的を達成するため、本発明の実施方式は、図3から図6に示されるようであり、固定ネジ5の外表面に雄ネジ51が設けられ、本体50内部に軸方向の貫通孔52があり、該軸方向の貫通孔52の後端に締めつけ工具(六角スパナ、スナパ等の工具)の施力に供される作用区521が設けられ、該作用区521に隣接する中段がテーパ角度を具えた限位孔部522とされ、その内径が前方に向けて漸増し、且つ該限位孔部522の前端に比較的大きな孔径の前孔部523が設けられ、該前孔部523内にバネ53が収容され、該バネ53の後部531がピッチが密である複数周(約2〜3周)の線体とされ、該前部532がピッチが疎である複数周(約2〜3周)の線体とされ、該バネ53の最小の内孔530の孔径が外接ボルト6の雄ネジ部61のネジ部外径よりやや大きく、並びに該バネ53の前部532の内径が漸増され、該バネ53のピッチが外接ボルト6の雄ネジ部61のピッチと噛み合うものとされる。これにより外接ボルト6が回転する時に、バネ53が一般の雌ネジの如くその前進と後退を案内する。また、該バネ53が軸方向の貫通孔52より脱出するのを防止するため、穿孔541と一端にフランジ542を具えたプラグ54が緊密に軸方向の貫通孔52の前孔部523に挿入され、これによりバネ53の脱出が防止される(プラグ54はプラスチックで形成され、緊密に前孔部523を塞ぐ)。
