BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof door device that mainly prevents inundation from entrances and exits of buildings and parking lots.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the entrance and exit passages of structures such as buildings and parking lots have been provided with waterproof door devices to prevent inundation in the event of floods, and the storage recesses that have been installed on the lower surface of the passage portion by a tilting device When the water is prevented from entering from the normal tilting position that closes the opening, water is prevented from entering.
[0003]
In the one described in Patent Document 1, the base side of the waterproof door is pivotally supported by a hinge, and the hinge is formed by bending the guide pin on the top of the fixed side plate with the movable side plate (pivot) of the waterproof door. The guide groove hole is inserted, and the lower part of the fixed side plate and the upper part of the movable side plate are connected by a link. When the waterproof door is raised by the door opening / closing mechanism, the guide pin is pivoted while being guided by the bent guide groove hole, and the movable side plate of the waterproof door is moved to the front end side (rear side) of the waterproof door and stored in the initial stage. After retreating from the waterproof door base side wall surface of the recess body, the waterproof door is pressed against the packing member by being pushed by the tilting device at the end of standing and approaching the waterproof door base side wall surface of the storage recess body. In the one described in Patent Document 2, the base side of the waterproof door is pivotally supported by a hinge device, and the hinge device has a movable base (pivot) provided in the waterproof door in a hook-shaped guide hole provided in the fixed base. The guide rod at the lower end of the support portion is engaged, and the lower portion of the fixed base and the upper portion of the movable base are connected by a link. At the beginning of standing, the waterproof door moves backward from the waterproof door base side wall surface of the base frame (storage recess) by guiding the guide rod into the guide hole, and at the end of standing up, it moves forward by being pushed by the tilting device. In close contact with the packing member.
[0004]
In the thing of patent document 3, the waterproof door is pivotally attached by the rotation support mechanism, and as for the rotation support mechanism, one end is a protrusion (pivot part) of a waterproof door, and the other end is a pit side (storage recessed part). It consists of a pivot link pivoted on the body side) and a swing link. At the initial stage of the waterproof door, the pivot door and the swing link keep the protrusion of the waterproof door away from the side wall of the pit. In the later stage of standing up, the protruding portion approaches the side wall portion by being pushed by the raising / lowering device, and the waterproof door comes into close contact with the packing member. In the thing of patent document 4, the waterproof door is pivotally supported by the hinge part, and one end of the hinge part pivots to the pit side (housing recess body side), and the other end pivots to the supported body (pivot part) of the waterproof door. It is equipped with a pivotable link plate that is supported, and at the initial stage of the waterproof door, the waterproof door is pivoted at the pivotal part of the link door and the waterproof door that swings backward, and the interference between the waterproof door and the pit At the end of standing, the waterproof door is pushed by the tilting device to move the link plate forward, and the waterproof door approaches the pit and comes into close contact with the packing member. Also, in the lying down state, the link plate abuts against the stopper and the rotation of the waterproof door in the lying down direction is restricted, and in this state, the pin body is inserted into the cutout part of the link plate to restrict the turning in the standing direction. is doing.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the ones of Patent Documents 1 to 4, the base of the waterproof door and the storage recess are formed by the guide hole and the link so that the pivotal support of the waterproof door moves backward from the waterproof door base side wall surface of the storage recess in the initial standing. Interference with the body is avoided, and at the end of standing, it is preferable that the waterproof door is in close contact with the packing member by being pushed forward by the raising / lowering device (door opening / closing mechanism). However, in Patent Document 1, since the guide pin is located in a portion extending in the substantially horizontal direction of the bending guide slot from the standing end to the standing position, the guide pin and the bending guide slot are in a state of being relatively movable in the front-rear direction. The forward movement of the waterproof door base side depends on the tilting device connected to the waterproof door, and the link swings around the lower pivot following the standing action of the waterproof door of the tilting device and the guide pin bends the guide groove Since the waterproof door base moves forward according to the hole, the pressing force of the raising / lowering device does not act greatly on the base of the waterproof door, the pressure bonding force between the base of the waterproof door and the packing member is small, and the watertight performance is high. Therefore, a large raising / lowering device is required to apply a large pressure bonding force. Even in Patent Document 2, as in Patent Document 1, since the guide rod is located on the upper portion of the guide hole extending in the substantially horizontal direction from the standing end to the standing position, the pressure-bonding force between the base of the waterproof door and the packing member is small. In order to increase the watertight performance, a large tilting device is required.
[0007]
Also in Patent Documents 3 and 4, the forward movement depends on the tilting device connected to the waterproof door, and the base of the waterproof door moves forward with the pressing force of the tilting device. Is difficult to move forward with a large force, and the pressure-bonding force between the waterproof door and the packing member is reduced, which requires a large raising / lowering device. Moreover, in patent documents 1-4, since it is necessary to connect a raising / lowering apparatus to the center part of a waterproof door, and to press the center part of a waterproof door, a big force is required when raising a waterproof door, and this point However, it requires a large tilting device. Moreover, in Patent Documents 1 to 4, when the raising / lowering device presses the waterproof door at a portion that is disengaged from the center portion of the waterproof door to the tip side, the pivotal support portion of the waterproof door can move in the front-rear direction. When the waterproof door is pressed strongly with the tilting device in the standing state, the pivotal support of the waterproof door will be separated from the side wall of the housing recess, and the pressure on the packing member on the base side of the waterproof door will be weakened and watertight May decrease.
The subject of this application is providing the simple waterproof door apparatus which can raise a waterproof door without interfering with an accommodation recessed part, and can crimp | bond the base part of a waterproof door to a packing member reliably in a standing position.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention comprises a storage recess body installed on the lower surface of the passage portion where water can enter the structure and a waterproof door that closes the opening of the storage recess body, and the base of the waterproof door is pivotally attached to the storage recess body. In the waterproof door device in which the waterproof door is rotated from the tilted position to the standing position by the raising / lowering device provided in the housing recess and the standing waterproof door is brought into contact with the packing member to prevent water intrusion. A movable pivot member is provided on the lower surface of the base side of the door, a fixed pivot member is provided at the waterproof door base side position of the housing recess, and the upper portion of the pivot link is connected to the movable pivot member via the upper pivot. The lower part of the pivot link is connected to the fixed pivot member via the lower pivot, and the cam pin is fixed to one of the fixed pivot member and the movable pivot member, and a cam groove into which the cam pin is fitted is provided on the other side. The cam pin is guided by tilting the waterproof door with the cam groove shape. Set waterproof door is moved on the pivot to the upright early waterproof door tip side waterproof door base side to the moved was erected end to so as to press the packing member (claim 1). According to this, the waterproof door can be arranged close to the waterproof door base side wall surface of the storage recess body while avoiding interference with the storage recess body at the time of standing, and the opening of the storage recess body is closed with almost no gap with the waterproof door Can do. Further, since the waterproof door is pressed and moved by fitting the cam pin and the cam groove so that the waterproof door comes close to the waterproof door base side wall surface at the end of standing, it is securely crimped to the packing member. In addition, since the base of the waterproof door is moved by using the rising and falling operation of the waterproof door by fitting the cam pin and the cam groove, the base of the waterproof door can be moved stably with a simple mechanism, The performance can be maintained for a long time and the cost can be reduced.
[0009]
A cam pin is fixed to the fixed pivot member at the lateral position on the distal end side of the waterproof door of the upper pivot, and the movable pivot member is provided with a cam groove into which the cam pin is fitted, and the shape of the cam groove is inclined to the waterproof door. In the vertical direction, the vertical axis from the lower position to the horizontal position of the upper axis is set to a substantially straight line, the cam pin is guided by the standing of the waterproof door, and the upper axis is moved to the tip side of the waterproof door at the initial stage of standing. The waterproof door is pressed against the packing member by moving it to the waterproof door base side (claim 2). According to this configuration, the waterproof door can be prevented from moving in the front-rear direction when the waterproof door is tilted or upright by fitting the cam pin and the cam groove, and the position of the waterproof door can be fixed securely. Since the base portion of the waterproof door is moved by the fitting, the mechanism for moving the base portion of the waterproof door can be simplified and miniaturized.
[0010]
A cam pin is fixed to the movable pivot member at a position below the upper pivot shaft, and a cam groove for fitting the cam pin is provided on the fixed pivot member, and the shape of the cam groove is below the upper pivot shaft when the waterproof door is tilted. From the position toward the lateral position of the waterproof door end of the pivot shaft, set a curved line approaching from the pivot shaft and obliquely upward at the final part and gradually approaching the pivot shaft, and guide the cam pin by standing the waterproof door Thus, the upper shaft is moved toward the distal end side of the waterproof door at the initial stage of rising, and is moved toward the base of the waterproof door at the final stage of standing up to press the waterproof door against the packing member. According to this, the cam pin can be gently guided by the cam groove when the waterproof door is raised and lowered, and the waterproof door can be smoothly raised and lowered.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. A waterproof door device 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 is provided with a waterproof door 3 in a storage recess body 2 embedded in a floor surface (lower surface) F of a passage portion of an entrance / exit of a building or a parking lot. The tilting position (FIG. 2) for closing the opening of the housing recess 2 in the tilted state and the standing position (FIG. 7) for closing the doorway in the standing state can be tilted by a tilting device described later. The storage recess 2 has a box shape with an upper opening, and is installed in a storage recess 4 formed on the floor F of the entrance / exit. The storage recess 4 is composed of a large recess 4a formed in a large rectangular shape and a small rectangular small recess 4b formed in the rear central portion of the large recess 4a. An edge member 5 is attached along the storage recess 4, and the lower surface of the edge member 5 is brought into contact with the upper end surface 2 a of the storage recess body 2. On the front plate 2b side (waterproof door base 3b side) of the housing recess 2, a door frame 7 provided with a packing member 6 is provided opposite to the left and right. Further, a packing member 8 in the horizontal direction is attached to the front plate 2 b of the storage recess 2, and both ends of the packing member 8 are made to be continuous with the lower end side of the packing member 6 in the vertical direction of the door frame 7. The packing member 6 passes through notches formed at both ends of the waterproof door 3 corresponding to the packing member 6 on the base 3b side so as not to interfere with the waterproof door 3 in the tilted position. A lid member 9 is provided in the small storage body 2Q of the storage concave body 2 provided in the small recess 4b so as to be openable and closable. A pipe (not shown) is connected to the storage recess 2 to drain water that has entered the storage recess 2 through the pipe. Further, the edge member 5 constitutes a part of each side plate of the storage recess 2, and each side plate (front plate 2 b and the like) may be extended to the upper end of the storage recess 4 to omit the edge member 5.
[0012]
Fixed pivot members 10 are fixedly installed on the bottom plate 2d of the housing recess 2 on the left and right sides of the front plate 2b. Each fixed pivot member 10 is formed by opposingly arranging a pivot unit in which a substantially triangular pivot section 10b is erected integrally with a mounting base section 10a. The lower part 11b of the pivot link 11 is connected to the lower part of the pivot part 10b on the front wall 2b side via the lower pivot 12 so that the upper part 11a swings back and forth. The waterproof door 3 is formed so as to close the opening of the housing recess 2, and the bottom surface of the base 3 b of the waterproof door 3 has a trapezoidal movable pivot so as to face the left and right fixed pivot members 10. A support member 13 protrudes and enters between the pivotal support portions 10b and 10b. The upper pivot shaft 14 provided in the movable pivot member 13 pivots the upper portion 11a of the pivot link 11 and the upper corner portion of the movable pivot member 13 on the front wall 2b side. Therefore, the waterproof door 3 moves in the front-rear direction with respect to the waterproof door base side wall surface of the front plate 2b around the lower pivot 12 via the pivot link 11, and the tip of the waterproof door 3 around the upper pivot 14 The part 3a swings in the up-down direction (up and down direction). A cam pin 31 is fixed to the top portion 10 c of the fixed pivot member 10 at the lateral position of the upper pivot shaft 14 on the front side of the waterproof door. The cam pin 31 is fitted in a cam groove 32 formed in the movable pivot member 13. The shape of the cam groove 32 is set to a substantially linear shape that approaches the pivot 14 from the lower position of the pivot 14 toward the lateral position when the waterproof door 3 is tilted. That is, the cam groove 32 is provided so as to extend obliquely upward from the lower position of the upper shaft 14 toward the waterproof door front end side. The cam groove 32 is guided and moved relative to the cam pin 31, and the upper shaft 14 is waterproofed at the initial stage when the tip 3 a of the waterproof door 3 starts to swing upward about the upper shaft 14. It is set so that the waterproof door 3 can be pressed against the packing members 6 and 8 by moving to the door front end side and moving to the waterproof door base side at the end of standing. Further, the downward swing (inclining direction) of the waterproof door 3 is regulated by a support member 15 having an L-shaped cross section fixed to the rear plate 2 c of the storage recess 2. The support member 15 having an L-shaped cross section is positioned so that the waterproof door 3 is in the tilted position and the top surface of the waterproof door 3 is flush with the floor surface F when the tip portion 3a of the waterproof door 3 contacts. It is attached.
[0013]
Next, the raising / lowering device will be described. On the bottom plate 2d of the housing recess 2, a drive motor 16 is installed at the center on the rear plate 2c side. As shown in FIG. 3, an operation shaft 17 having a worm portion 17a is connected to the rotation shaft 16a of the drive motor 16. A rotating shaft 18 having a worm wheel 18a that meshes with the worm portion 17a of the operating shaft 17 is provided. The distal end of the operation shaft 17 protrudes into the small storage body 2Q provided in the small recess 4b, and an operation portion 17b capable of rotating the operation shaft 17 with a manual handle (not shown) is provided at the distal end. One end of a drive shaft 20 in the same direction as the upper shaft 14 is connected to both ends of the rotary shaft 18 via a coupling member 19. The other end of each drive shaft 20 is supported by a first bracket 21 installed on the left and right sides of the rear plate 2c side of the bottom plate 2d. On the other end side of each drive shaft 20, base portions 22 b of two support arms 22 that are rotatable about the drive shaft 20 are attached with a gap therebetween. The front end portions 22 a of the respective support arms 22 are provided so as to face the base portion 3 b of the waterproof door 3, and the respective front end portions 22 a are connected by the intermediate shaft 23. A base portion 24 b of a rotating arm 24 that is rotatable about the intermediate shaft 23 is attached to the intermediate shaft 23 at a portion between the support arms 22. The distal end 24a of the rotating arm 24 is provided so as to face the distal end 3a of the waterproof door 3, and a long hole 25 is formed in the distal end 24a. In this embodiment, the drive shaft 20 is rotated by driving the drive motor 16, but when the drive motor 16 is not driven due to a power failure or the like, the drive shaft 20 is rotated by a manual handle (not shown). Can do. It should be noted that the present invention can also be applied to a case where the waterproof door is raised and lowered by rotating the drive shaft with a manual handle not provided with a drive motor.
[0014]
A second bracket 27 having a pin 26 in the same direction as the drive shaft 20 protrudes from the lower surface of the waterproof door 3 in the distal direction. The pin 26 is engaged with a long hole 25 formed in the distal end portion 24 a of the rotating arm 24, so that the rotating arm 24 and the waterproof door 3 are connected. Note that a pin may be provided at the distal end portion 24 a of the rotating arm 24, and a long hole that engages with the pin may be provided in the second bracket 27. A first chain wheel 28, which is a rotating wheel around the intermediate shaft 23, is fixed to the rotating arm 24. A second chain wheel 29, which is a drive wheel, is fixed to the drive shaft 20 between the support arms 22. An endless chain 30 that is a belt-like body is suspended around the first chain wheel 28 and the second chain wheel 29. Therefore, when the second chain wheel 29 is rotated by driving the drive shaft 20, the rotation arm 24 rotates about the intermediate shaft 23 via the endless chain 30 and the first chain wheel 28, and the rotation arm The tip 3a of the waterproof door 3 connected to the tip 24a 24 is swung in the vertical direction. Further, the tip end portion 24a of the rotating arm 24 moves in the vertical direction along the movement locus of the second bracket 27 that swings around the pivot shaft 14, whereby the support arm 22 to which the rotating arm 24 is attached. The tip portion 22a of the shaft is swung in the vertical direction around the drive shaft 20. In the present embodiment, when the pivot arm 24 pivots so as to be substantially linear with respect to the support arm 22, the length of the pivot arm 24 and the support arm 22 is such that the waterproof door 3 stands substantially vertically. L1 and L2 are set (FIG. 7). Note that the rotating vehicle and the driving vehicle may be configured by a timing pulley, and the belt-shaped body may be configured by a timing belt. Moreover, 2e is a stopper which contacts the support arm 22 when the waterproof door 3 is in the tilted position.
[0015]
Next, the operation of the waterproof door device 1 configured as described above will be described. In the waterproof door device 1 installed on the floor F of the entrance / exit of a building or a parking lot, the waterproof door 3 is normally in a tilted position that closes the opening of the housing recess 2 (state of FIG. 1). At this time, the end face of the base 3b of the waterproof door 3 is arranged close to the front plate 2b, and the waterproof door 3 closes the opening of the housing recess 2 with almost no gap. Moreover, since the upper surface of the waterproof door 3 is flush with the floor surface F via the support member 15, there is no obstacle to the passage of pedestrians, automobiles, and the like. When the waterproof door 3 is in the tilted position, the cam pin 31 extends to the upper end of the cam groove 32 that extends obliquely upward (inclined to the right in FIG. 2) from the lower position of the upper shaft 14 toward the lateral side of the waterproof door. , And a force in the front-rear direction (lateral direction) acts on the upper surface of the waterproof door 3 to contact the inclined inner peripheral surface of the cam groove 32 and the outer peripheral surface of the cam pin 31 even if the waterproof door 3 is moved. Therefore, the movement in the front-rear direction is restricted, and the position of the waterproof door 3 is securely fixed.
[0016]
When there is a risk of flooding at the entrance / exit of a building or a parking lot due to heavy rain, the tilting device is started, the drive shaft 20 is driven by the drive motor 16, and the second chain wheel 29 is moved from the state shown in FIG. When rotated in the reverse direction (counterclockwise), the distal end portion 24a of the rotating arm 24 is rotated upward about the intermediate shaft 23 via the endless chain 30 and the first chain wheel 28. The portion 3 a is pushed upward about the upper axis 14, and the waterproof door 3 rotates about the upper axis 14. When the waterproof door 3 rotates, the cam groove 32 and the cam pin 31 move relative to each other while changing the contact angle, and the lower portion of the cam groove 32 slides toward the cam pin 31, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. In the state in which the cam groove 32 in the initial standing state is inclined upward, the distance between the cam groove 32 and the upper shaft 14 is gradually shortened, so that the upper shaft 14 is moved to the cam pin 31 side and the pivot link. 11 swings toward the rear plate 2 c, and the movable pivot 13 connected to the fixed pivot 10 by the pivot link 11 also moves away from the front plate 2 b toward the distal end side of the waterproof door 3 around the lower pivot 12. The base 3b of the waterproof door 3 moves away from the front plate 2b. As the distal end 3 a of the waterproof door 3 is pushed upward by the rotating arm 24, the distal end 22 a of the support arm 22 rises upward about the drive shaft 20. In this case, since the distal end portion 24a of the pivot arm 24 is connected to the distal end portion 3a of the waterproof door 3 that is closer to the distal end than the central portion of the waterproof door 3, the waterproof door 3 can be raised with a small force.
[0017]
Further, when the second chain wheel 29 rotates and the waterproof door 3 rises toward the standing position shown in FIG. 7, the waterproof door 3 is raised by the rotating arm 24, so that the movable pivot 13 is moved. The cam groove 32 is rotated counterclockwise about the upper shaft 14 to change from a state where the cam groove 32 is inclined rightward upward to a state where the cam groove 32 is inclined leftward, and the lower portion of the cam groove 32 moves toward the cam pin 31 (FIG. 6). ). At this time, since the cam groove 32 and the cam pin 31 slide relative to each other, the distance between the upper shaft 14 and the cam groove 32 gradually increases, so that the upper shaft 14 moves away from the cam pin 31. The pivot support link 11 swings toward the front plate 2b, and the movable support member 13 swings counterclockwise in FIG. The base 3b of the waterproof door 3 approaches the front wall 2b as it moves closer.
[0018]
Thereafter, when the waterproof door 8 moves to the standing position shown in FIG. 7 by the rotation of the second chain wheel 29, the rotating arm 24 becomes substantially linear with respect to the support arm 22, and the drive motor 16 is stopped. In the standing position, the upper surface of the waterproof door 2 is pushed up and pressed into contact with the packing member 6 of the door frame 7 and the packing member 8 of the housing recess 2 by the extension of the rotating arm 24 and the support arm 22. On the base 3b side of the upper surface of the door 3, the cam groove 32 extending obliquely upward from the lateral position of the upper shaft 14 to the upper position of the upper shaft 14 and the upper shaft 14 are separated by a tilting operation, whereby the base 3b Is pressed toward the front wall 2b (FIG. 8), and the upper surface on the base 3b side is strongly pressed against the packing members 6 and 8 by utilizing the fitting and raising / lowering operations of the cam pins 31 and the cam grooves 32. As a result, the periphery of the waterproof door 3 is securely crimped to the packing members 6 and 8, and the watertight performance is improved. By closing the entrance / exit with the standing waterproof door 3, flooding from the entrance / exit is prevented.
[0019]
From this, the pivot shaft 14 is moved to the distal end side of the waterproof door at the initial stage by using the rising / lowering operation of the waterproof door 3 by fitting the cam groove 32 and the cam pin 31, and the waterproof door base 3 b at the final stage of rising. Therefore, the waterproof door 3 can be moved upside down while avoiding interference between the end face of the base 3b and the front wall 2b. Further, in the standing position, the base portion 3b is pressed toward the front wall 2b by fitting the cam pin 31 and the cam groove 32 using a tilting operation, so that the base portion 3b can be strongly and reliably crimped to the packing members 6 and 8. . And since the interference at the time of raising / falling with the waterproof door 3 and the storage recessed part 2 is avoided, in the tilting position (state of FIG. 2) which obstruct | occludes the opening of the storage recessed part 2 with the waterproof door 3, the base of the waterproof door 3 3b and the front plate 2b of the storage recess body 2 or the front side surface of the storage recess 4 can be arranged very close to each other, and can be closed with almost no gap to prevent entry of dust into the storage recess 4 or the like. When the opening of the housing recess 2 is closed again by the waterproof door 3, the drive shaft 20 is rotated in the forward direction (clockwise) from the state shown in FIG. The tip 3a moves downward and the opening of the housing recess 2 is closed.
[0020]
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, the fixed pivot member 10 is provided with a cam groove 33 and the movable pivot member 13 is provided with a cam pin 34. The same reference numerals are used for the same parts as those in the above embodiment. A description will be omitted. The shape of the cam groove 33 of the fixed pivot member 10 is an inclined portion inclined upward from the lower position of the upper pivot 14 toward the lateral direction of the distal end side of the waterproof door in the tilted state of the waterproof door 3 shown in FIG. It is formed in 33b, and the middle is continuously curved upward while gradually moving away from the pivot shaft 14, and then it is turned back toward the waterproof door base 2b side of the pivot shaft 14, and the final portion 33a is oblique to the base 2b side direction. The curved line is set so as to face upward and gradually approach the upper axis 14. Although the final portion 33a of the cam groove 33 gradually approaches the upper shaft 14, a horizontal portion in the front-rear direction is not formed. A cam pin 34 is fixed to the lower top portion 13 a of the movable pivot member 13 at a position below the upper pivot shaft 14 in a tilted state of the waterproof door 3, and the cam pin 34 is fitted in the cam groove 33. When the waterproof door 3 is in the tilted position, the cam pin 34 is located at a position below the upper shaft 14 of the cam groove 33 (the lower end portion of the cam groove 33). At this time, the cam pin 34 is prevented from moving in the direction toward the distal end side of the waterproof door by the inclined portion 33b, and the movement of the waterproof door 3 in the direction toward the distal end side of the waterproof door is suppressed.
[0021]
When the waterproof door 3 is started up, the waterproof door 3 rotates around the upper axis 14. When the cam pin 34 moves from the lower end of the cam groove 33 to the folded portion, the cam pin 34 moves along the cam groove 33 while moving away from the front wall 2b, and the distance between the cam pin 34 and the upper shaft 14 is constant. Therefore, as the cam pin 34 moves, the upper pivot shaft 14 is moved to the front end side of the waterproof door while swinging to the rear plate 2 c side about the lower pivot shaft 12 via the pivot link 11. For this reason, the base 3b end of the waterproof door 3 gradually moves away from the front wall 2b toward the rear wall 2c while rotating counterclockwise in FIG. Further, the waterproof door 3 is erected, and the cam pin 34 is moved toward the front wall 2b by the cam groove 33 at the end of standing up in which the cam pin 34 is folded forward along the cam groove 33 to move the final portion 33a. Therefore, the upper shaft 14 also moves toward the front plate 2b. When the waterproof door 3 moves to the standing position, the cam pin 34 is brought close to the front wall 2b by the final portion 33a of the cam groove 33 (FIG. 10), so that the base 3b is attached to the packing members 6 and 8. It will surely be in a strongly pressure-bonded state, and the watertight performance will be good. In the standing state of the waterproof door 3, since the final portion 33a of the cam groove 33 is an inclined portion that rises to the left toward the front wall 2b, even when pressure acts on the upper surface side of the waterproof door 3 due to water immersion, The cam groove 33 is prevented from moving in the direction of the rear wall 2 c of the cam pin 34. Further, since the cam groove 33 is formed in a curved line shape, the cam pin 34 can be guided gently, and the waterproof door 3 can be raised and lowered smoothly.
