Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bulldozer blade.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The bulldozer for earthing is provided with a blade for earthing rock in the front part of a vehicle body having a crawler type traveling device so as to be able to swing up and down, and traveling while carrying earth and sand or rocks with this blade, or carrying it, or It is used for operations such as leveling by pushing the earth while operating the blade up and down. [0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the bulldozer, a heavy blade is provided in front of the vehicle body. Therefore, when the vehicle body moves up and down during leveling work or the like, the blade moves along with it, and the movement from the inertia due to the weight of the blade occurs, so that the vehicle body itself is easily moved up and down by the movement. As described above, when the vehicle body moves up and down due to the response, it is very difficult to perform a vertical movement operation for maintaining the blade position at substantially the same height with respect to the ground. In addition, since the weight of the blade is large, it is difficult to improve the followability of the vertical movement of the blade. From the above, in order to suppress the vibration of the vehicle body caused by the vertical movement of the blade during leveling work and to improve the blade operability, the weight reduction of the blade has hitherto been a major issue.
[0006]
However, in the conventional blade shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, since the left and right end portions of the

[0007]
As described above, the weight reduction of the blade is not yet sufficient, and it is required to achieve further weight reduction.
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to provide a bulldozer blade that can be further reduced in weight in order to achieve the above-described problems.
[0009]
[Means, actions and effects for solving the problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the first invention is a bulldozer blade in which a wing plate is fixed to a left and right end portion of a base plate on a front surface so as to incline toward the front of the left and right ends. It is set as the structure which formed the notch part in the site | part located back.
[0010]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the base plate can be sufficiently reduced in weight by notching unnecessary portions at the left and right end portions and removing them reliably. For this reason, since the blade can be further reduced in weight, the responsiveness of the vertical movement of the blade can be improved, and the operability of the blade can be improved.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in a bulldozer blade in which a wear plate is fixed to the surface of a front base plate, the wear plate is divided into upper and lower parts.
[0012]
According to the second invention, the lower wear plate usually wears more than the upper part due to a large frictional force caused by earth and sand during excavation, so that only the lower wear plate is thickened, and the lower wear plate is By reducing the plate thickness, the weight of the blade can be further reduced. Further, when the lower wear plate is worn, it is only necessary to replace the lower wear plate, so that the replacement work becomes very easy and the maintenance cost of the blade can be reduced.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the bulldozer blade of the first aspect, the wear plate is vertically divided and fixed to the surface of the base plate.
[0014]
According to the third aspect of the invention, in addition to reducing the weight of the base plate, the weight of the wear plate can be reduced at the same time, so that the blade can be sufficiently reduced in weight.
