【Example】
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
[0035]
Example 1
In a 100 ml SUS316 autoclave, 30 g of 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate, 15 mg of methoxyhydroquinone, 15 mg of 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-N-oxyl, 3 g of potassium hydroxide with a purity of 95% by mass are added. Added. The autoclave was sealed, the temperature was raised to 120 ° C. with stirring, and water formed over 3 hours was distilled off while flowing 2% oxygen (nitrogen balance). Next, the contents were heated to 145 ° C. while stirring, and acetylene was injected at 1.5 MPa. The reaction was continued for 6 hours while successively replenishing acetylene and maintaining the internal pressure of the reaction vessel at 1.5 MPa.
[0036]
After completion of the reaction, acetylene was purged while flowing 2% oxygen (nitrogen balance), and the obtained product was analyzed by GC-1700 gas chromatography (manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation; hereinafter referred to as “GC”). As a result, the yield of the object 4-vinyloxybutyl acrylate was 46 mol%.
[0037]
Example 2
The same operation as in Example 1 was carried out except that 30 g of 2- (hydroxyethoxy) ethyl acrylate was used instead of 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate.
[0038]
As a result of analyzing the obtained product by GC, the yield of 2- (vinyloxyethoxy) ethyl acrylate, which was the target product, was 41 mol%.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
