Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a desk mat and a desk sheet used on a table.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, computers are installed in most companies, and many people are involved in the operation. As a result, various health and mental problems have occurred. In other words, prolonged use caused fatigue and stiff shoulders, which led to the accumulation of mental stress.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is recognized that fatigue and stiff shoulders as described above are obstructed by blood circulation of arms, shoulders, neck, etc. by operating the computer in the same posture for a long time. To deal with such problems.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object thereof is to easily reduce fatigue and stiff shoulders associated with computer operations. It is another object of the present invention to be able to perform desk work such as computer operation comfortably and with less mental stress.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a desk mat in which a printed decorative layer is provided on the surface of a resin molded sheet containing carbon powder. The resin-molded sheet containing carbon powder is black, but it has a good appearance by adding a printed decorative layer on its surface, and it is rich in design by adding characters and other printed patterns. It will be. The form of the desk mat of the present invention may be appropriate, and can be implemented as a mouse pad, for example.
[0006]
As the carbon powder, charcoal powder obtained by firing at a temperature of about 600 ° C. or higher and further naturally generated graphite powder are used. In particular, the use of charcoal powder or graphite powder fired at 800 ° C. or higher increases the far-infrared radiation performance, and increases the temperature in the vicinity of the desk mat when used. As the temperature rises, the fingers, face, neck, shoulders, etc. of the person who operates the computer are warmed, and the blood capillaries in that part expand to increase blood flow, resulting in accelerated metabolism and fatigue. And the occurrence of stiff shoulders are reduced. Furthermore, an increase in blood flow leads to stabilization of the skin resistance value, and a state in which the skin resistance value is stable at a large value, that is, a state in which the parasympathetic nerve is working strongly is obtained, so that the mind and body are relaxed. This also reduces fatigue and stiff shoulders, and allows for comfortable desk work such as computer operation.
[0007]
Moreover, the deodorizing performance is demonstrated by using the carbon powder which is porous, and, thereby, sweat and dust odor are removed and comfort is further increased. Deodorizing performance is also enhanced by using charcoal powder or graphite powder calcined at 800 ° C. or higher.
[0008]
Further, by adding tourmaline together with carbon powder to the resin molded sheet, a desk mat in which negative ions are generated can be obtained, and desk work that is more comfortable and free of mental stress can be achieved by the healing effect of the generation of negative ions.
[0009]
The present invention also provides a desk sheet in which a coating layer containing carbon powder is applied and formed on a paper surface, and a printed decorative layer is additionally provided on the surface. The desk sheet of the present invention is used in the same manner as the above-mentioned desk mat by laying a transparent resin mat on the upper surface thereof, and the effects and the like achieved at that time are almost the same as those of the above-described desk mat.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a front view of a desk mat according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged sectional view. The desk mat 1 is configured by providing printing decorative layers 3 and 4 on both surfaces of a resin molded sheet 2, and the size corresponds to the size of the desk to be used, and the thickness is 1.5 mm. Degree. Polyolefin and polypropylene are used as the resin material of the resin molded sheet 2. The resin molded sheet 2 mainly contains carbon powder 5. The carbon powder 5 is mixed at a rate of 5 to 20% by weight at the time of molding the resin. The front-side printed decorative layer 3 is composed of a white base printed layer 3a and a top-printed printed layer 3b attached on the upper surface thereof, and the back-side printed decorative layer 4 is composed only of a white base printed layer.
[0011]
Use of a desk mat (using a resin-molded sheet 2 formed by mixing 10% by weight of carbon powder made of charcoal that has been subjected to high-temperature compression treatment at 800 ° C. and 5% by weight of tourmaline) 1 having the above-described configuration As a result of experiments, the following results were confirmed.
[0012]
When a desk mat 1 having a size of 60 cm × 100 cm was laid on the surface of a metal desk in an environment of a room temperature of 23 ° C. and desk work was performed on the upper surface, hands, arms, and more I felt a little warmth on my face and could use it comfortably. This is presumed to be based on the temperature rise effect by far infrared rays emitted from the carbon powder 5 contained in the resin molded sheet 2 of the desk mat 1. Further, the generation of 500 negative ions per square centimeter, which is considered to be caused by tourmaline, was detected by the detector, and it is presumed that this also increased the comfort in use.
[0013]
A sample piece of 5 g obtained by cutting the desk mat 1 used in the above experiment is placed in a glass container having an internal volume of 11 liters and a gas stirrer at the bottom, so that the gas concentration in the container becomes a predetermined concentration. An appropriate amount of high concentration gas was injected. And the residual gas density | concentration was measured for every predetermined time after stirring. As a result, it was confirmed that the desk mat 1 exhibited the following odor component adsorption performance.
[0014]
The initial concentration of 10 ppm for formaldehyde adsorption decreased to 8 ppm after 30 minutes, 6 ppm after 60 minutes, and 5 ppm after 120 minutes.
[0015]
The initial concentration of acetaldehyde adsorption performance of 10 ppm decreased to 8 ppm after 30 minutes, 6 ppm after 60 minutes, and 4 ppm after 120 minutes.
[0016]
The initial ammonia adsorption performance concentration of 100 ppm decreased to 70 ppm after 10 minutes, 50 ppm after 30 minutes, 40 ppm after 60 minutes, and 20 ppm after 120 minutes.
[0017]
As described above, the desk mat 1 also exhibits a deodorizing function and creates comfort during desk work.
[0018]
As another embodiment, an ink using a conductive ink as an ink for forming the printed decorative layers 3 and 4 on both sides is provided. According to this configuration, static electricity harmful to the human body is removed by escaping to the printed decorative layers 3 and 4. The fact that the resin molded sheet 2 containing the carbon powder 5 has a slight conductivity also enhances this static electricity removing action.
[0019]
FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged sectional view of the desk sheet. The desk sheet 10 is formed by applying a urethane resin coating layer 13 containing carbon powder (20 wt%) and tourmaline (5 wt%) on the surface of paper 12, The printing decorative layers 15 and 16 are attached to both sides. The front-side printed decorative layer 15 is composed of a white base printed layer 15a and a top-printed printed layer 15b attached to the upper surface thereof, and the back-side printed decorative layer 16 is composed only of a white base printed layer. This desk sheet 10 is usually used in the same manner as the above-described desk mat 1 by placing a transparent resin mat on the upper surface thereof, and at this time, the same effect as the above-described desk mat 1 is exhibited.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
By laying the desk mat of the present invention on the desk, fatigue and stiff shoulders when using devices such as computers are reduced, various desk work is comfortable, and mental stress can be reduced, As a result, the health of the worker is promoted and the work efficiency is improved. In addition, the desk seat according to the present invention can provide the same effects as the desk mat.
