Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device for correcting a valgus foot (a phenomenon in which a foot tip of the foot is bent in a state of bending outward) generated in a person's foot (hereinafter the same applies to a portion below the ankle). .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to correct the valgus foot, it has been considered to make it difficult to deform the outer portion of the shoe when the shoe is used in footwear and to press the deformed foot inward. In addition, the foot plate is placed on the back side of the foot and fixed by wrapping a bandage or the like during bed rest, so that the shape is corrected and corrected in a normal shape. (See Utility Model Reference 1)
[0003]
[Utility Model Literature 1] Utility Model Gazette No. 03-021227
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the prior art, there is a problem that the correction effect is insufficient because the deformed portion is not pressed directly on the valgus foot deformed outward with reference to the lower limb. Further, since the above-mentioned sole plate is fixed to the foot using a bandage or the like, it takes time to fix and remove it.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides a device for correcting a valgus foot that has a sufficient correction effect and does not require labor for the removal work using a bandage or the like. it can.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a supporter provided with a band to be attached to the lower part of the foot, a correction plate for pressing the front part of the foot attached to one end outside the supporter, the correction plate lying on its back and one end of the correction plate By providing a device for correcting a valgus foot that presses the front part of the valgus foot when it is parallel to the floor surface, the above-mentioned problems are solved.
[0007]
For this reason, a straightening plate that is slightly shorter than the length of the foot when lying on its back and that presses the front part (finger side) of the foot deformed by the valgus foot is generally parallel to the sole of the foot on the outside of the foot. The supporter can be fixed to the supporter so that it is substantially flush with the heels of both feet and the back side of both legs in the front-rear direction, and the supporter is attached to a foot, ankle or the like with a fixing band. Thus, when the bed is placed on its back so that one end of the correction plate is parallel to the floor surface, the correction plate presses the front part of the hallux valgus. The correction plate is shaped or set to a shape suitable for correction of the hallux foot according to the degree of deformation of the hallway and the degree of correction.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 1, the device for correcting a valgus foot of the present invention fixes a correction plate 2 formed of FRP or the like to a supporter 1 formed of FRP or the like using a screw (not shown). The supporter 1 has a substantially sole shape that extends forward from the heel including the heel 21 shown in FIG. 2 along the shape of the foot and approximates the sole of the foot.
[0009]
An ankle band 3 and a toe band 4 made of cloth or the like are attached to the supporter 1 with an adhesive or the like. A first adhesive tape 5 and a second adhesive tape 6 are attached to the ankle band 3 at the leading ends on both sides thereof by an adhesive, sewing, or the like. The first adhesive tape 5 and the second adhesive tape 6 of the ankle band 3 can be freely fixed and released between the two tapes. A third adhesive tape 7 and a fourth adhesive tape 8 are attached to the tip band 4 at the leading ends on both sides thereof by an adhesive or sewing. The third adhesive tape 7 and the fourth adhesive tape 8 of the foot band 4 can be freely fixed and released between the two tapes.
The ankle band 3 and the toe band 4 are not limited to the fixation and release by the adhesive tape, but have an arbitrary structure such as a shoe sandal system or a string.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 2, the correction plate 2 is in front of the hallux valgus of the diseased hallux valgus (right leg 22 in FIG. 2) when lying on its back (when the back of the person is parallel to the floor). The portion 24 is shaped so as to be corrected by applying pressure. This pressure should be such that there is no local burden on the disease site. However, the correction plate 2 maintains the state where the correction plate back surface 2a shown in FIG. 1 is substantially in the same plane as and parallel to the bottom surface 1a of the supporter made substantially parallel to the sole of the foot. 2b is a supporter's heel part 1b made in the vicinity of the heel part 21 shown in FIG. 2, the heel part 21 of the other leg (left foot 23 in FIG. 2), and the rear side of both lower limbs (not shown) and the front-rear direction. It shall be in the same plane.
The shape of the correction plate 2 is determined by changing the degree of deformation at the hallux valgus and the degree of correction. The shape of the straightening plate 2 can be changed by, for example, having a plurality of straightening plates 2 or making the mounting structure of the straightening plate 2 adjustable by using a screw mechanism or a pin.
[0011]
Next, the operation will be described for the right foot. In use, the supporter 1 shown in FIG. 1 is attached to the ankle 25 and the toe 26 and fixed to the foot with the ankle band 3 and the toe band 4 as shown in FIG. Note that the degree of tightening of the supporter 1 to the ankle and toe is adjusted by the first adhesive tape 5 and the third adhesive tape 7. The adjusting plate 2 has a shape suitable for correcting the hallux valgus. Use the floor when sleeping on the back such as sleeping. As described above, correction is performed by applying pressure to the valgus foot portion 24.
[0012]
This valgus foot correction tool can be applied to only the right foot 22 or the left foot 23 shown in FIG. 2 or both feet simultaneously. These can be appropriately implemented as necessary. In addition, the device for correcting the valgus foot can be used not only when lying on the bed but also when the entire lower limbs are stretched on the treatment table or the like (the upper limbs are standing).
[0013]
What is shown in FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention. A plate 13 formed of FRP or the like is attached to the second supporter 11 so that it can be opened and closed by hinges 14a and 14b. The hinges 14a and 14b are fixed to the second supporter 11 and the plate 13 with screws (not shown). A second correction plate 12 is attached to the plate 13. The plate 13 can maintain the state opened by the spring 15 with respect to the second supporter 11 (the opening position relationship between the side surface of the second supporter 11 and the plate 13 is approximately 90 degrees). The spring 15 is a deformed coil spring and has a strength capable of appropriately holding the second correction plate 12 and is supported by the second supporter 11. At this time, the second correction plate back surface 12 a of the second correction plate 12 is set to be substantially parallel to the second supporter bottom surface 11 a of the second supporter 11. A plurality of springs 15 having a strong and weak spring force are prepared.
As shown in FIG. 4, an eleventh adhesive tape 16 is attached to the second correction plate 12 on the surface corresponding to the plate 13 with an adhesive or the like. Further, a twelfth adhesive tape 17 is attached to the plate 13 on the surface corresponding to the second correction plate 12 with an adhesive or the like. The second straightening plate 12 and the plate 13 are adhered by adhering the eleventh adhesive tape 16 and the twelfth adhesive tape 17 together. Others are the same as the above-mentioned embodiment.
[0014]
The operation in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 will be described. During normal use, the second straightening plate 12 is open with respect to the supporter 11 by the spring 15, and the hallux feet are corrected by using the bed on the back. Next, when the direction of the body changes due to turning over or the like, the second correction plate 12 can be overcome by the force of the spring, for example, by tilting the foot, and closed to the second supporter side. The strength for tilting the foot is adjusted by replacing the spring 15. Others are the same as the above-mentioned embodiment.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, by attaching a simple correction plate to the valgus foot of the disease at bedtime, the foot of the valgus foot can be corrected to an appropriate state, and a sufficient correction effect can be obtained. In addition, since the correction plate is attached via a supporter, it can be easily attached to the foot, and the fixing / removing work does not take time. Furthermore, the entire correction tool can be provided in a compact and inexpensive manner.
