本発明の消火器設置場所表示装置は、電気二重層キャパシタを用いており、昼間の明るい時間帯に太陽電池の受光パネルより電荷を電気二重層キャパシタに充電させ、夜間の暗い間に充電した電荷を放電させ、消火器に設置した発光素子を点灯させることで、消火器の設置位置を表示させる消火器設置場所表示装置である。

本発明の実施の形態による消火器設置場所表示装置について、以下に説明する。

本発明の実施の形態による消火器設置場所表示装置は、大陽電池と前記大陽電池から得られる電力を貯蔵する電気二重層キャパシタと発光素子とで構成される。

図1は、本発明の消火器設置場所表示装置の充放電回路図である。マイコン7(例えば、AVRチップ)には、あらかじめ、発光ダイオード8の点灯プログラムを書き込んだ状態にしておく。また、スイッチ5をONにすることで、点灯プログラムを、別パターンに変更することができる。

上記のLEDライトと従来の夜光塗料との比較を行った。発光ダイオード13には、2V定格を用い、電気二重層キャパシタ4には、5.5V定格、50Fを2個並列に用いた。

図2は、本発明の実施例の消火器設置場所表示装置の外観図である。太陽電池12は、できるだけ太陽光を照射させるため、正面に配置した。また、フォトダイオード11も正面に配置することで、明暗を識別することができる。発光ダイオード13は2個とした。

図3は、消火器本体への表示素子の取り付け例を示す図である。図3に示すように、回路は、マジックテープ(R)で消火器に設置することで、簡単に脱着が可能となる。

表1において、○:発光している、△:発光しているが表示が見づらい、×:発光していない、と区分しているが、本発明では、15時間以内であれば、すべて○(発光している)となっている。

表1より、夜光塗料は、周囲が暗くなって1.5時間に発光が消えるのに対し、発光ダイオードは15時間と約10倍の発光時間を持続することがわかる。このように、例えば、夕方5時に周囲が暗くなったとしても、朝7時までは、点灯し続けることになるので、夜間の火災時に素早く消火器を使用することができる。また、夜光塗料の発光は素子プレートの文字のみで、周辺を照らすものではないため、暗い中では消火器を手探りで探す必要があるが、本発明の場合は、LEDの明るいものを設定することにより、消火器を照らすことも可能である。

以上、説明したように、本発明によれば、夜間においても、長時間、消火器、または消火器周辺に取り付けた発光ダイオードが点灯するので、消火器の設置位置が明らかになり、夜間時の火災において初期消火が可能となる。また、目の不自由な人のために、発光ダイオードをブザーにすることも可能である。また、夜間の病院、老人ホームや震災時の火災において、長時間、消火器周辺を発光させ、設置位置を正確に表示することで初期消火を円滑に行う消火器設置場所表示装置を提供することができる。
