The applicant of the present application has no prior art document information to be described in this specification.
[0003]
In general, hairstyles are one of the most important factors that influence the impression of a person. Especially for women, it takes a lot of time and effort to disguise and change hairstyles. .
Such hair styles can be changed according to the form of the face, etc., so that the appearance of themselves can be produced. For example, the method of cutting the hair and adjusting the length or forming a wave is most frequently used, and the method of dyeing or decoloring the hair is frequently used in the near future.
[0004]
In changing the hair style, the permanent, that is, the permanent wave processing, can be classified into several types. First, after applying the perm rod (hereinafter referred to as “rod”) with the perm liquid (one agent) applied to the hair of the subject P, the neutralizing agent (two agents) is applied after an appropriate time has elapsed. And forming a wave. In the case of this method, the hair itself is wound around a hollow rod or the like that does not generate heat, and heat is applied by an external heating device such as a promoter to promote the reaction of the permanent solution and to dry the hair. .
The second is to wrap the hair with moisture with an electric heating rod and then generate heat to evaporate the moisture and form a wave. This second method is characterized in that hair is wound around an electric heating rod provided with a heating member capable of generating heat when a power source is connected, and the rod itself generates heat.
[0005]
FIG. 7 shows a case where the permanent is implemented in the second case in the conventional permanent system. As shown in the figure, first, after a small amount of hair H is arranged in an orderly manner, an appropriate amount of curling agent is applied to the hair H. Next, a rod paper (not shown) or the like is applied, and the hair H is wound around the outer
