本発明は、防鳥ネットの取付装置に関するものである。

畑等の農作物に被害を与える各種鳥類に対する防鳥網の使用は普及しているが、張りめぐらした網下に入って作業をすることは容易にはできなかったし、網体は支柱の頂端部に固定されるように成るため、網体の円滑かつ迅速な張設を困難にしていた。

従来、果樹園で使用する防鳥ネットとしては、実用新案登録第3091415号のごとき考案が知られているが(特許文献1参照)、これは支柱を挿入するキャップに縦横方向から架設する支線を貫通させてこれを下方から支柱を差し込んで張り支えるようにしていたものであるから、網体の円滑かつ迅速な張設は困難で、時間と手数がかかっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、本発明は、防鳥ネットの取付け作業をきわめて円滑かつ迅速に行うことができるとともに、防鳥効果に適した高さや農作業に適した高さを容易かつ確実に確保することができる装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上面部が円弧面と滑面とを形成した円盤の内側中央に柱受け部を設け、ここに適当長さに成る支柱を嵌着し、所定場所に設置した多数の支柱上の前記円盤の上面部に網体を架け張りするようにして成るものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
いま所定の畑等の中心部および適当間隔をおいた周囲部に配置した支柱上に本円盤を嵌着した後、この円盤上面に所定の網体を架け渡して張り合わせる。これによって各円盤の上面部に載置した網体は、円盤面をよく滑りながらその全体の緊張度を適度に調整して張り合うようになる。

このようにして張られた網体内部において農作業をすることは、支柱の高さを人が十分中に入れる高さに変えることができるようにするから問題はなく、作業後は防鳥効果に適する高さに戻すことができる。

【実施例】
1は上面部が円弧面と滑面から成る円盤で、この円盤の内側中央には柱受け部2を設け、この柱受け部の周囲には補強リブ3・・を設ける。

4は上端部を前記柱受け部2に嵌着する適当長さに成る支柱で、この支柱は着脱自在になる。

支柱4の材質は問わず、天然竹でもよい。また、この支柱4は伸縮自在に調節できる構成にしてもよい。

図5においては、畑における施工状態の一例を示しているが、所定面積の畑の中心部およびこの周囲に適当間隔をおいて立設した支柱4・・の頂端に前記円盤1・・を嵌着し、しかる後に各円盤の上面部に所定の網体5を架け置いて張りわたす。

この網体の周囲端部は地上との間に固定子6・・によって固定するが、この固定子は上下に作動することができるようにフリーな状態にし、任意の高さ位置に固定できるようにする。

本発明はこのような構成及び作用から成るものであるため、所定の畑等の農作物に対して防鳥用ネットを設置するときは、広面積に張り架ける網体が各円盤の上面に載置されて自由に滑りながらスムースに調整され、全体が適度の緊張に張り合うことができるようになり、ネット全体が平均的に良好な緊張度を保持して取付けられるようになるのである。

また、ネット下において農作業をするスペースが十分確保されるように支柱上のネットの高さ位置を自在に変えることができるから、ネット内部で作業するには支障はないのである。
