Claims (10)
- a)スチレン又はスチレンと1,3-ブタジエンとの混合物から本質的になる重合性組成物の水性エマルジョン中での第１のラジカル重合工程、それによって第１のラテックスを得ること；
b) 工程(a)で得られたラテックス上で、クロロプレンまたはクロロプレンとクロロプレンに対して10質量％よりも多くないクロロプレンと共重合し得るモノマーの混合物を重合させることからなる水性エマルジョン中での第２のラジカル重合工程；
を特徴とする方法で調製された水性ラテックスの、履物用の補強材の製造又は接着剤の製造における使用。 - スチレン/1,3-ブタジエン混合物中のスチレン含有量が、100質量％〜30質量％の範囲である、請求項１記載の使用。
- 工程(a)の終了時に、5質量％〜60質量％範囲の固形分含有量を有するラテックスを得る、請求項１記載の使用。
- 工程(a)の終了時に得られた高分子粒子が1nm〜1000nm範囲の平均直径を有する、請求項１記載の使用。
- 工程(a)において、重合性モノマーの転化率が60質量％〜100質量％の範囲である、請求項１記載の使用。
- 工程(b)におけるクロロプレンと共重合可能なモノマーがモノおよびジエチレン系不飽和モノマーおよびイオウから選ばれる、請求項１記載の使用。
- 工程(b)の終了時に、転化率が60質量％〜100質量％である、請求項１記載の使用。
- 工程(b)の終了時に、前記ラテックスが25質量％〜65質量％範囲の固形分含有量を有する、請求項１記載の使用。
- 工程(b)の終了時に、前記ラテックスが5質量％〜90質量％範囲のゲル含有量を有する、請求項１記載の使用。
- 工程(b)を、事前調製ラテックスを使用して実施する、請求項１記載の使用。
