本発明は洗濯機に関するもので、更に詳しくは洗濯機の注意事項表示方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、洗濯機はモータの駆動力によって回転槽及びパルセータを回転させて洗濯工程、濯ぎ工程、脱水工程などを行うもので、回転槽の内部に洗濯水と洗濯物を共に投入した後、これを攪拌させることで洗濯物と洗濯水及び回転槽の摩擦を用いて洗濯する装置である。
このような従来の洗濯機は洗濯工程、濯ぎ工程、脱水工程の回数及び遂行時間などをユーザーが直接選択して各々設定するか、あるいは、各工程毎に既に設定された一定回数及び遂行時間によって各工程を自動で行う。
以下、添付図面を参照して従来技術による洗濯機の構成及び動作を説明する。

図１は従来技術による洗濯機の構成を概略的に示すブロック図であり、図２は従来技術による洗濯機の動作を示したフローチャートである。
従来技術による洗濯機は、ユーザーが希望する機能を選択するためのキー入力部１０と、水位を感知するための水位感知部２０と、前記キー入力部１０を通して選択された機能によって洗濯機の工程を制御し、前記水位感知部２０の水位感知結果によって負荷の駆動を制御する制御部３０と、前記制御部３０の制御信号によって給水バルブ、排水バルブ及びモータなどの各種負荷を駆動する負荷駆動部４０と、前記制御部３０の制御信号によって前記キー入力部１０を通して選択した機能の動作状態を表示するためのディスプレイ部５０から構成される。
ここで、前記ディスプレイ部５０は洗濯残留時間を表示するための８８セグメントと多数の発光ダイオードＬＥＤからなる。
このように、構成された従来技術による洗濯機はユーザーが前記キー入力部１０のキーを押して洗濯命令を入力すると、前記制御部３０は既に設定された洗濯工程順序によって負荷駆動部４０に制御信号を印加してモータ、給水バルブ及び排水バルブなどを順次に駆動させて洗濯を進行する。
又、ユーザーが洗濯命令を入力すると、前記制御部３０はユーザーが選択した設定事項が前記ディスプレイ５０にディスプレイされるように制御信号を出力し、この時前記ディスプレイ部５０は制御部３０の制御信号によって洗濯コース別、洗濯、濯ぎ、脱水機能の各々に対する動作時間及び洗濯残留時間などをディスプレイする。

従来技術による洗濯機の動作を図２を参照して説明すると、先ず、洗濯機に電源を供給する（Ｓ１）。
次に、ユーザーが希望する洗濯コースを選択し、動作ボタンを入力して洗濯工程が進行する（Ｓ２−Ｓ３）。
そして、既に設定した第１設定時間が経過したかどうかを判断する（Ｓ４）。
前記判断の結果（Ｓ４）、前記既に設定した第１設定時間が経過していたら洗濯工程を完了し、排水バルブをオンにする（Ｓ５―Ｓ６）。
前記排水バルブがオンにされて排水されると前記水位感知部で空水位を感知しているかどうかを判断する（Ｓ７）。
次に前記判断の結果（Ｓ７）、前記水位感知部で空水位が感知されると前記排水バルブをオフにし、間欠脱水を進行させる（Ｓ８―Ｓ９）。
又、既に設定した第２設定時間が経過したかどうかを判断する（Ｓ１０）。
前記判断の結果（Ｓ１０）、既に設定した第２設定時間が経過していたらシャワー給水を行った後、脱水工程が進行する（Ｓ１１―Ｓ１２）。
前記脱水工程が完了したら給水バルブをオンにする（Ｓ１３）。

前記のように従来技術による洗濯機は洗濯物に合った水位まで給水が完了すれば、給水バルブをオフにして給水を中断し、洗濯工程を開始し、既に設定された時間だけ洗濯工程が進むとモータの駆動を停止し、洗濯工程を完了すると共に排水バルブを駆動させて排水を行う。
この時、前記水位感知部２０は空水位を感知して水位が空水位にまで至らなければ、排水を行い続けて、空水位が感知されると脱水工程を開始し、既に設定された脱水時間が経過すると排水バルブ（図示せず）の駆動を停止し濯ぎ工程が進行する。
濯ぎ工程においても前記と同様に前記給水バルブ（図示せず）をオフにし、モータ（図示せず）を駆動させて濯ぎを行い、この時前記制御部３０では濯ぎ時間を感知して既に設定した時間が経過すれば前記排水バルブ（図示せず）を駆動させて排水を行う。
又、空水位が感知されると前記排水バルブ（図示せず）の駆動をオフにし最終脱水を進行させた後、全体洗濯工程を終了する。
以上、説明したとおり、従来技術による洗濯機はディスプレイ部がＬＥＤで構成されて動作状態だけを表示するだけで注意事項を表示することができなかったのでユーザーの不用心による洗濯物の損傷及び洗い直しを誘い洗濯性能を低下させるという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は前記諸般問題を解決するためのもので、洗濯機に電源が供給されると、ユーザーが洗濯機を動かす前に、洗濯の際の注意すべき諸事項をディスプレイすることで様々な原因によって洗濯物が損傷することを未然に防止できるようにした、洗濯機の注意事項の表示方法を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明者らは、前記課題を解決するために鋭意検討した結果、洗濯機の注意事項の表示装置及び表示方法を考え出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
以下、添付図面を参照して本発明を更に詳細に説明する。
図３は本発明による洗濯機を示したブロック図であり、図４は本発明による洗濯機の注意事項の表示方法を示したフローチャートである。
本発明による洗濯機は図３に示すように、ＰＣ１００と前記ＰＣ１００とのデータ交換のためのインタフェース２００と、ユーザーが希望するコースの選択及びこれによる動作命令を入力するためのキー入力部３００と、水位を感知するための水位感知部４００と、洗濯機動作のアルゴリズム及び洗濯前の注意事項を貯蔵するための貯蔵部５００と、前記洗濯前の注意事項及び各工程の進行状態をディスプレイするための液晶表示部（Ｌｉｑｕｉｄ　Ｃｒｙｓｔａｌ　Ｄｉｓｐｌａｙ：ＬＣＤ）８００と、電源が印加されると洗濯前の注意事項を前記貯蔵部５００から抽出して前記ＬＣＤ８００にディスプレイし、ユーザーの要求によって前記インタフェース２００を通して外部装置とのデータ通信を制御する制御部６００と、前記制御部６００の制御信号によって該当負荷の駆動を制御する負荷駆動部７００とから構成される。

このように構成された洗濯機はユーザーが前記キー入力部３００を通して電源キーを入力すると前記貯蔵部５００から既に貯蔵されていた洗濯前の注意事項を抽出して前記ディスプレイ８００にディスプレイする。
これによってユーザーは前記ディスプレイ部８００にディスプレイされる洗濯前の注意事項を参照して洗濯前の注意事項を確認する。また、ユーザーが動作ボタンを入力すると選択したコース別に該当選択工程を行う。
即ち、本発明による洗濯機の注意事項の表示方法を図４を参照して説明すると、先ず電源を印加する（Ｓ１１０）。

前記判断の結果（Ｓ１３０）、前記ＬＣＤにディスプレイされた洗濯前の注意事項に当たる洗濯物が存在するなら一時停止ボタンを押し、該当注意事項によって必要措置を行った後、動作ボタンを入力する（Ｓ１４０―Ｓ１５０）。
そして、前記動作ボタンが入力され、ユーザーが標準コースを選択すると、既に設定された標準コースの工程によって洗濯工程が進行する（Ｓ１６０）。
即ち、ユーザーが標準コースを選択し、動作ボタンを入力すると先ず洗濯物量を感知する（Ｓ１６１―Ｓ１６３）。
そして、前記感知された洗濯物量によって給水を行った後、洗濯→濯ぎ→脱水工程の順に工程が進行する（Ｓ１６４―Ｓ１６７）。
一方、ユーザーがウールコースを選択すると既に設定されたウールコース工程によって洗濯工程が進行する（Ｓ１７０）。
即ち、ユーザーがウールコースを選択し、動作ボタンを入力すると先ず洗濯物量を感知する（Ｓ１７１―Ｓ１７３）。
そして、前記感知された洗濯物量によって給水を行った後、洗濯→濯ぎ→脱水工程の順に工程を行う（Ｓ１７４―Ｓ１７７）。
最後に、ユーザーが給水濯ぎのコースを選択すると既に設定された給水濯ぎの工程に沿って洗濯工程を行う（Ｓ１８０）。
即ち、ユーザーが給水濯ぎのコースを選択し、動作ボタンを入力すると先ず洗濯物量を感知する（Ｓ１８１―Ｓ１８３）。
そして、前記感知された洗濯物量によって給水を行った後、洗濯→濯ぎ→脱水工程の順に工程を行う（Ｓ１８４―Ｓ１８７）。

前記のように本発明による洗濯機の注意事項の表示方法は、ユーザーが洗濯機の電源をオンにすると、洗濯工程を開始する前に前記貯蔵部５００に既に貯蔵されていた洗濯前の注意事項がＬＣＤ８００にディスプレイされ、ユーザーは前記ＬＣＤ８００にディスプレイされる注意事項を確認し、該当洗濯物の状態を確認した後、洗濯前の準備事項が完了されたら希望の洗濯コースを選択し、これに沿った洗濯工程を進行させる。
この時、前記ＬＣＤ８００にディスプレイされる洗濯前の注意事項の一実施例は図５に示すように、「水洗いできる衣類かどうか確認しなさい」「色落ちする衣類かどうか確認しなさい」「毛羽の多い衣類は分離洗濯しなさい」「ポケットの中を空にして下さい」などの注意事項をディスプレイする。
従って、ユーザーは前記ＬＣＤ８００にディスプレイされる洗濯前の注意事項を参照して水洗い可能な洗濯物であるかどうかを確認したうえ、水洗い不可能な洗濯物であれば洗濯槽からこれを取り出す。
又、洗濯物中に所持品が残っているかどうかを確認して所持品が残っている場合、一時停止ボタンを押しポケットの中の所持品を全て除去した後、再び投入して動作ボタンを入力する。
尚、毛羽がはみ出る恐れのある洗濯物は、分離洗濯すべきなので洗濯のために洗濯槽に投入しておいた洗濯物からこれを分離する。
かかる洗濯前の注意事項が完了したらユーザーは希望の洗濯コースを選択し、選択されたコースに沿って自動的に洗濯物量の感知、給水、洗濯、濯ぎ及び脱水の工程を経て、全ての洗濯工程を完了する。

以上のように、本発明による洗濯機及び注意事項の表示方法は洗濯機に電源が印加されるとユーザーが洗濯機を動作させる前に注意事項をディスプレイすることで、洗濯物の損傷及び洗い直しなどの不具合を予め防止することができ、洗濯性能を向上させ得るという効果を奏する。
