Each battery terminal 3b is formed as, for example, a Faston terminal (that is, a terminal formed in a plate shape, a base end of which is erected on the upper surface of the battery 3 and a distal end thereof is bent parallel to the upper surface of the battery 3). The front end is arranged facing the electronic unit 5 side.
[0014]
The electronic unit 5 is configured by housing and disposing a circuit board 5b in an outer case 5a.
[0015]
The outer case 5a extends in a box-shaped case main body 5c in which the circuit board 5b is housed and arranged, and extends rearward (sideward) from the upper portion of the case main body 5c. And a battery terminal accommodating portion 5e having an opening 5d formed therein.
[0016]
Here, the rear surface (the surface facing the battery 3) of the case main body 5c is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped box shape having the same dimensions as the front surface of the battery 3. The battery terminal accommodating portions 5e are respectively formed on the left and right ends on the upper surface of the case main body 5c. The battery terminal accommodating portions 5e are formed at a predetermined interval (interval having the same width as the width of the tightening band 9).
[0017]
Locking portions 5f, 5g, and 5h are formed on the left and right sides and the lower surface of the outer case 5a so as to be engaged with the left and right sides and the lower surface of the battery 3, respectively. Here, the relative positions of the outer case 5a and the battery 3 in the left-right direction are determined by the locking portions 5f and 5g. The vertical position of the outer case 5a relative to the battery 3 is determined by the locking portion 5h and the battery terminal housing 5e (see FIG. 3).
[0018]
The outer case 5a is divided into, for example, two longitudinal sections (a first divided body 5i and a second divided body 5j) parallel to the rear surface. For example, projecting locked portions (not shown) are formed on both side surfaces of the second divided body 5j. On both side surfaces of the first divided body 5i, for example, locking portions 5k that are locked to the locked portions of the second divided body 5j are formed. When the first divided body 5i and the second divided body 5j are assembled with each other, the locking portion 5k on the first divided body 5i side and the locked portion on the second divided body 5j engage with each other. Thus, the first divided body 5i and the second divided body 5j are integrally assembled.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 5, a connection terminal 11 electrically connected to the battery terminal 3b of the battery 3 is mounted on the circuit board 5b.
[0020]
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the connection terminal 11 is formed by extending a support portion 11b fixedly connected to the circuit board 5b from the base end side of the connection portion 11a connected to the battery terminal 3b.
[0021]
The connecting portion 11a includes a pair of elastic contact pieces 11e and 11f that are arranged to face each other vertically and constitute contact portions 11c and 11d that can be elastically displaced in the vertical direction. Each of the elastic contact pieces 11e and 11f elastically contact the battery terminal 3b inserted between them, and the battery terminal 3b contacts the battery terminal 3b in accordance with the relative vertical displacement of the battery terminal 3b. The positions of the portions 11c and 11d are elastically displaced in the vertical direction. Thus, the connection terminal 11 is configured to be relatively displaceable not only in the front-rear and left-right directions but also in the vertical direction while maintaining the contact state in the connection state with the battery terminal 3b.
[0022]
More specifically, the upper elastic contact piece 11e is formed in an elongated plate shape by, for example, a spring plate member, and its distal end is turned toward the terminal insertion side (lower side) and folded back to its base end. The intermediate portion of the folded portion is raised toward the terminal insertion side to form the contact portion 11c. The lower elastic contact piece 11f is formed in an elongated plate shape by a spring member, and an intermediate portion thereof is raised toward the terminal insertion side to form a contact portion 11d. The respective elastic contact pieces 11e and 11f are integrally formed on their base end sides. The shape of the upper (lower) elastic contact piece 11e (11f) may be similar to the shape of the lower (upper) elastic contact piece 11f (11e), which is vertically symmetrical.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 5, in the outer case 5a, the connection terminal 11 has the tip end of the contact portion 11a directed in the extending direction (rearward) of the battery terminal accommodating portion 5e, and is supported by the support portion 11b. Of the battery terminal accommodating portion 5e.
[0024]
The bottomed frame 7 is formed, for example, in a box shape having a shallow bottom with a rectangular top view and an open top surface. The accommodation recess of the bottomed frame 7 is formed such that the lower part of the battery 3 and the electronic unit 5 in the horizontal state is fitted.
[0025]
A fastening portion 7a for fixing (fastening) the bottomed frame 7 to a vehicle is formed on the outer peripheral side surface of the bottomed frame 7 so as to protrude laterally. Here, for example, one fastening portion 7a is formed at each position on a substantially diagonal line on the outer peripheral side surface of the bottomed frame 7 (two in total). Each fastening portion 7a is formed with a through hole 7b for inserting a fastening bolt so as to penetrate the upper and lower surfaces thereof. Each fastening portion 7 a is formed such that the height of the bottom surface thereof matches the height of the bottom surface of the bottomed frame 7.
[0026]
Locked portions 7c for detachably attaching the tightening band 9 are formed on opposite side surfaces (for example, front and rear surfaces) of the bottomed frame body 7 opposite to each other. Here, each of the locked portions 7c has a hook-like shape whose tip is directed downward (that is, the base end portion is protruded laterally from the side surface of the bottomed frame 7, and the tip end portion is directed downward. (Bent shape).
[0027]
The tightening band 9 is attached to each of the band-shaped band portions 9a formed of a stretchable elastic member (for example, a rubber member) and both ends of the band portion 9a in the longitudinal direction, and is engaged with each of the bottomed frame members 7. It comprises a locking portion 9b that engages with the stopping portion 7c. Here, each of the locking portions 9b is formed of, for example, a metallic member, for example, in a rectangular ring shape.
[0028]
Next, a procedure for mounting the battery 3 and the electronic unit 5 in the battery device 1 will be described.
[0029]
Here, (1) the electronic unit 5 is placed sideways on the battery 3, and then (2) the battery 3 and the electronic unit 5 are mounted on the vehicle.
[0030]
In (1) above, first, as shown in FIG. 7, the battery terminal accommodating portion 5e of the outer case 5a is placed on the upper surface of the battery 3 with a predetermined interval between the battery 3 and the outer case 5a of the electronic unit 5. The battery terminal 3b of the battery 3 is housed in the battery terminal housing 5e through the opening 5d on the lower surface of the battery terminal housing 5e. Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the outer case 5a and the battery 3 are relatively moved while sliding the battery terminal accommodating portion 5e on the upper surface of the battery 3 so that the rear surface of the outer case 5a and the front surface of the battery 3 are brought into contact with each other. Contact As a result, in the battery terminal housing 5e, the tip of the battery terminal 3b is inserted between the elastic contact pieces 11e and 11f of the connection terminal 11 on the electronic unit 5 side, and the battery terminal 3b and the connection terminal 11 are electrically connected. You. In the contact state between the outer case 5a and the battery 3, the locking portions 5f, 5g, 5h on the left and right side surfaces and the lower surface of the outer case 5a engage with the left, right side surface and the lower surface of the battery 3, respectively (FIG. 2 and FIG. 3). Thus, the left and right locking portions 5f and 5g on the left and right side surfaces of the outer case 5a prevent relative displacement of the battery 3 and the outer case 5a in the left-right direction, and the lower locking portion 5h and the upper surface of the outer case 5a. The battery terminal housing 5e prevents relative displacement between the battery 3 and the outer case 5a in the vertical direction. Thus, the electronic unit 5 is placed on the battery 3 sideways.
[0031]
In the above (2), as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the battery 3 on which the electronic unit 5 is laid sideways is attached to the battery unit 3 with the facing direction (front-back direction) between the electronic unit 5 and the battery 3. It is fitted and arranged in the bottomed frame 7 fixed to the vehicle so as to match the relative direction of the stop 7c. Then, the band portion 9a of the tightening band 9 is straddled over the upper surface of the battery 3 and the upper surface of the outer case 5a and passes between the two battery terminal accommodating portions 5e of the outer case 5a to lock both ends of the band portion 9a. The fastening band 9 is attached to the bottomed frame 7 by engaging the portion 9b with the locked portion 7b on the front and rear surfaces of the bottomed frame 7. In this state, the band portion 9a of the tightening band 9 is elastically stretched, and the upper portion of the electronic unit 5 and the upper portion of the battery 3 are moved so as not to be separated from each other due to the contraction of the elastic return to the expansion. The electronic unit 5 and the battery 3 are fastened to the bottomed frame 7 so as not to fall out of the bottomed frame 7, and the locking portion 9 b of the tightening band 9 is pulled upward to lock the locking band 9. 9b and the locked portion 7c of the bottomed frame 7 are engaged so as not to come off. Thus, the battery 3 and the electronic unit 5 are attached to the vehicle.
[0032]
According to the battery device 1 configured as described above, the bottomed frame 7 is fixed to the vehicle, and the outer case 5a of the electronic unit 5 is laid on the battery 3 in a state where both the battery 3 and the outer case 5a are mounted. Is fitted in the bottomed frame 7, and in this state, the bottomed frame 7 extends from the front surface (one side surface) of the bottomed frame 7 to the upper surface of the battery 3 and the upper surface of the outer case 5 a. , A fastening band 9 is detachably attached to the bottomed frame 7 so as to reach the rear surface (the other side), and the battery 3 and the outer case 5a are fastened and fixed to the bottomed frame 7 by the fastening band 9. Therefore, the battery 3 and the electronic unit 5 can be attached to the vehicle at one place.
[0033]
At this time, the bottomed frame 7 extends from the front side (one side) of the bottomed frame 7 to the rear side (other side) of the bottomed frame 7 over the upper surface of the battery 3 and the upper surface of the outer case 5a. 7, the battery 3 and the outer case 5a are fastened and fixed to the bottomed frame 7 by the fastening band 9 in a detachable manner. And the electronic unit 5 can be attached to the vehicle.
[0034]
In addition, since the tightening band 9 is formed of a stretchable elastic member, the battery 3 and the electronic unit 5 can be properly tightened and fixed to the bottomed frame 7 even if the battery 3 and the electronic unit 5 have a dimensional error. In addition, the battery 3 and the electronic unit 5 can be firmly fastened and fixed to the bottomed frame 7 even when vehicle vibration or the like occurs.
[0035]
In addition, locking portions 9b are provided at both ends of the tightening band 9, and locked portions 7c are provided on front and rear surfaces (side surfaces) of the bottomed frame 7, and the locking portions 9b and the locked portions 7c are provided. The end of the tightening band 9 can be attached to the bottomed frame 7 by the engagement of the above, so that the fastening band 9 can be detachably attached to the bottomed frame 7 by a simple structure that can be configured with a simple structure. it can.
[0036]
The outer case 5a has a battery terminal accommodating portion 5e formed so as to protrude laterally from an upper portion thereof and having an opening 5d formed on a lower surface. The terminal receiving portion 5e is disposed on the upper surface of the battery 3, and the battery terminal 3b on the upper surface of the battery 3 is received in the battery terminal receiving portion 5e through the opening 5d. 5, the electrical connection between the battery terminal 3b and the connection terminal 11 of the electronic unit 5 can be protected from the outside, and the design can be improved.
[0037]
Further, the connection terminals 11 are arranged to be opposed to each other in the up and down direction, respectively, and constitute contact portions 11c and 11d which can be elastically displaced in the opposed direction (up and down direction), and the battery terminal 3b inserted therebetween. And a pair of elastic contact pieces 11e and 11f in which the positions of the contact portions 11c and 11d are elastically displaced by the battery terminal 3b in accordance with the displacement of the battery terminal 3b in the facing direction. Therefore, even if the battery 3 and the electronic unit 5 are relatively displaced in the vertical direction due to vehicle vibration or the like, the displacement is absorbed by the elastic displacement of the positions of the contact portions 11c and 11d of the elastic contact pieces 11e and 11f. As a result, an appropriate electrical connection state can be secured without applying excessive force to the electrical connection between the battery 3 and the electronic unit 5.
