Description

【0001】
図5(A)〜(C)に示した支持バー2の高さh(器具受け部2aの上面から係止凸部2bの上端までの寸法)は、いずれも異なっている。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus installed on a support bar on a system ceiling, for example.
[0002]
2. Description of the Related Art Various support bars having different heights have been provided as support bars for a system ceiling. Thus, there is known a lighting fixture which can be installed on a system ceiling in such a manner as to be adapted to various support bars having different heights without requiring any adjustment at a construction site (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
In the lighting fixture of Patent Literature 1, a fitting fixture fixed to the fixture main body is provided with a fitting fitting portion having both ends bent downward and vertical at both ends. Further, an elongated hole extending in the up-down direction is provided in one of the metal fitting mounting portion and the base portion of the installation metal fitting overlapped with the metal fitting mounting portion, and a shaft-like connecting body such as a rivet penetrating the long hole is provided in the other. Installed. Thus, the mounting bracket is mounted on the bracket mounting portion so as to be movable in the vertical direction. For this reason, as the mounting bracket is placed on the support bar on the ceiling, the bracket is freely moved in the vertical direction, and the height position of the mounting bracket can be adjusted to the height of the support bar.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-180724 (paragraphs 0014-0015, 0017, 0070-0073, FIGS. 10 to 13)
[0005]
In the lighting apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 1, the mounting bracket mounted on the support bar is vertically movably mounted on the bracket mounting portion, so that it is mounted on the support bar. In this state, the lighting fixture can move up and down based on the movement at the connection between the installation fitting and the fitting attachment part. For this reason, the lighting fixture is likely to rattle during an earthquake or the like, and it is difficult to maintain a stable installation state.
[0006]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is not only to be able to be installed on a plurality of types of support bars having different heights, but also to obtain a lighting fixture having a high stability of installation on a support bar. .
[0007]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus comprising: a tool main body; and a plurality of mounting brackets fixed to the tool main body. A lighting fixture supported on a support bar having
A base metal member fixed to the instrument body perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the instrument body, and a fitting portion on which the fitting piece is fitted and placed from above is provided. A pair of end fitting members, a positioning portion provided at a different height position along the width direction of the fitting member, at both end portions of the base fitting member and one of the end fitting members, And a connecting means having a connecting member passed through a predetermined portion of the positioning portion and connecting the other fitting member and the one fitting member so as not to move up and down.
[0008]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the mounting bracket is formed by connecting the end fitting members to both ends of the base fitting member by connecting means, and the end fitting members select and connect positioning portions having different height positions. Since the end fitting member is connected to the end of the base fitting member by the means, the end fitting member can be arranged at a height corresponding to the height position of the selected positioning portion. This makes it possible to adjust the position of the fitting portion of the end fitting member to the height of the support bar that supports the lighting fixture, so that the lighting fixture that can be installed on a plurality of types of support bars having different heights Can be provided.
[0009]
Then, the connecting means connects the end fitting member to the end of the base fitting member by passing the connecting member through a predetermined portion of the positioning portion, so that the end fitting member can be connected so as not to move in the vertical direction. Thereby, the lighting fixture is prevented from rattling during an earthquake or the like due to the connection between the end fitting member and the base fitting member, and the stability of the installation state on the support bar is enhanced.
[0010]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that bending flanges are provided on both sides in the width direction of the one metal member and extend in the vertical direction and are opposed to each other in the width direction. It is characterized by being brought into contact with a bending flange.
[0011]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the bending flange of one of the metal members is held so as to sandwich the other metal member in the width direction, so that the movement of the metal member in the width direction with respect to the end of the base metal member can be prevented. Accordingly, it becomes difficult for an external force along the width direction of the end fitting member to act on the connecting means, and for example, it is possible to prevent the connecting means from becoming loose.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. Reference numeral 1 in FIGS. 1 and 4 indicates a lighting fixture for a system ceiling.
[0013]
Reference numeral 4 in FIGS. 1 and 5A to 5C denotes a support bar on the system ceiling. The support bar 2 is suspended from a ceiling slab (not shown) via a suspending member, and has an instrument receiving portion 2a that projects horizontally and a locking projection 2b that projects upward. As the support bar 2, a so-called T-bar illustrated in FIGS. 5A to 5C can be preferably used. The support bar 2 in FIGS. 5A and 5B is made of steel, and the support bar 2 in FIG. 5C is made of an aluminum alloy. The height h (the dimension from the upper surface of the instrument receiving portion 2a to the upper end of the locking projection 2b) of the support bar 2 shown in FIGS. 5A to 5C is different. The height h of the support bar 2 in FIG. 5A is 40 mm, the height h of the support bar 2 in FIG. 5B is 37 mm, and the height h of the support bar 2 in FIG. 5C is 41 mm. The luminaire 1 is installed as described below over mutually parallel support bars 2 arranged adjacent to the system ceiling.
[0014]
The lighting fixture 1 includes a fixture main body 11 and a plurality of, for example, two mounting brackets 21. The illustrated lighting fixture 1 is an open-bottomed fixture, but may alternatively be a lighting fixture with a light control body having a built-in light control body such as a baffle in a lower open part of the fixture main body 11, or Alternatively, the lighting device may be a lighting device in which a light control body that covers an open portion on the lower surface is disposed below the device main body 11.
[0015]
The appliance main body 11 includes a main body 12 made of sheet metal bent so that both ends and the lower surface in the longitudinal direction are opened, and a main body end plate 13 attached with the main body 12 closed at both longitudinal ends. ing. Reference numeral 14 in FIGS. 1 and 4 denotes a reinforcing edge of a groove structure which is formed in a square frame shape and surrounds the lower surface opening of the instrument body 11 and opens upward.
[0016]
A ceiling reflector 16 is attached to the inside of the fixture main body 11 via a plurality of (only one is shown in FIG. 1) support brackets 15. The ceiling reflector 16 covers the lighting device 17 fixed to the lower surface of the ceiling wall 12a of the main body 12. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 18 denotes a lamp socket attached to each of both longitudinal end portions of the apparatus main body 11. These sockets 18 are provided through the ceiling reflector 16 and support a straight tube fluorescent lamp (not shown) at a position below the ceiling reflector 16.
[0017]
Each mounting fitting 21 includes a single base fitting member 22 and a pair of end fitting members 25 as shown in FIG. Each of the metal fitting members 22 and 25 is made of a relatively thick steel plate having a thickness of, for example, 1 mm.
[0018]
The base metal member 22 is formed in a substantially U-shape by bending downward connecting portions 22b at both longitudinal ends of a connecting portion 22a extending in the horizontal direction. Outwardly bent flanges 22c and 22d are provided on both side edges in the width direction of the base metal member 22, respectively. These flanges 22c and 22d are continuous over the connecting portion 22a and the connecting portion 22b, and reinforce the base metal member 22. Connection holes 23 are respectively formed at lower ends of both connection portions 22b. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the connection hole 23 is formed by a single elongated hole extending horizontally along the width direction of the connection portion 22b.
[0019]
The base metal member 22 is fixed to the instrument body 11 at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the instrument body 11. The fixing of the base metal member 22 to the appliance main body 11 is performed via a plurality of screws (not shown) screwed through the ceiling wall 12a upward and into the connection portions 22a stacked across the ceiling wall 12a. . As shown in FIG. 1, the distance between the connecting portions 22 b of the base metal member 22 is substantially equal to the distance between the locking projections 2 b of the adjacent support bars 2, and is larger than the maximum width of the instrument body 11. a little big.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 3, bending flanges 25 a and 25 b extending in the vertical direction and facing in the width direction are provided on both side edges in the width direction of the pair of end fitting members 25. The width A of the end fitting member 25 is equal to the width B between the bent flanges 22c and 22d of the connecting portion 22b. Thus, the end fitting member 25 is combined with the connecting portion 22b by bringing the bending flanges 25a and 25b forming the both side edges into contact with the bending flanges 22c and 22d of the connecting portion 22b.
[0021]
On the upper part of the end fitting member 25, a positioning portion is provided between the bending flanges 25a and 25b. The positioning portion is formed by, for example, a plurality of, specifically, three screw holes 26 to 28. These screw holes 26 to 28 are provided so that the position of the end fitting member 25 in the width direction and the height position are different. In other words, the screw holes 26 to 28 are provided at different height positions along the width direction of the end fitting member 25.
[0022]
The screw hole 27 at the intermediate height position is used when the lighting fixture 1 is supported on the support bar 2 in FIG. 5B, which is most frequently used, and the screw hole 26 at a position higher than the screw hole 27 is shown in FIG. 5 is used when supporting the lighting fixture 1 on the support bar 2 whose height H is lower than the support bar 2 of FIG. 5B, and the screw hole 28 at a position lower than the screw hole 27 is a support bar of FIG. The lighting device 1 is used to support the lighting fixture 1 on a support bar 2 having a height H higher than 2. Specifically, the screw hole 26 at the highest position is used when the lighting fixture 1 is supported by the support bar 2 of FIG. 5B having the lowest height h in FIG. The screw hole 28 at the lowest position is used when the lighting fixture 1 is supported by the support bar 2 of FIG. 5C having the highest height h in FIG. The screw holes 27 at these intermediate height positions are used when the lighting fixture 1 is supported by the support bar 2 in FIG.
[0023]
At the lower part of the end fitting member 25, a fitting portion 29 which is fitted from above and is placed on the locking projection 2b of the support bar 2 is provided integrally, and the locking spring 30 is riveted. Installed. The fitting portion 29 has a protruding piece 29a opposed to the locking protrusion 2b from one side thereof, and an L-shaped member mounted on the locking protrusion 2b and facing the locking protrusion 2b from the other side. And the mounting piece 29b. The locking spring 30 is made of a metal spring plate. The lower portion of the spring 30 is bent to form a V-shaped locking end portion 30a so as to be hooked to the locking projection 2b from below.
[0024]
The mounting bracket 21 has a connecting screw 31 as a connecting member forming a connecting means. The screw 31 is screwed into the connection hole 23 and one screw hole 26 or 27 or 28 communicating with the connection hole 23 in a state where the end fitting member 25 is superimposed on the outer surface of the connection portion 22b. And the end fitting member 25. This connection is performed by selecting one screw hole specified in advance at the factory where the lighting fixture 1 is produced, not at the site where the lighting fixture 1 is installed. This is effective in greatly reducing the labor of a contractor when installing a large number of lighting fixtures 1 such as when installing the lighting fixtures 1 on a system ceiling of a building. The use of a fastening nut (not shown) that is screwed to the connection screw 31 and in contact with the surface of the end fitting member 25 is not prevented.
[0025]
The luminaire 1 provided with the mounting bracket 21 having the above-described configuration is carried into a mounting construction site of the luminaire 1, guided above the adjacent support bars 2 on the system ceiling, and aligned with these support bars 2. It is supported by the support bar 2 by being lowered in the state.
[0026]
In this support state, the reinforcing edge 14 of the instrument main body is placed on the instrument receiving portion 2a of the support bar 2, and the fitting portion 29 of the mounting fitting 21 is fitted from above into the locking projection 2b of the support bar 2. Then, the mounting piece 29b of the fitting portion 29 is mounted on the upper end of the locking projection 2b. At the same time, the locking spring 30 rides over the locking projection 2b downward, and its locking end 30a is opposed to the locking projection 2b from below. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the lighting fixture 1 is supported by the support bar 2 in this manner.
[0027]
The lighting fixture 1 supports the height position of the fitting portion 29 of the end fitting member 25 by screwing the connection screw 31 passing through the connection hole 23 into the screw hole 26 at the highest position as shown in FIG. It can be used in conformity with the height h of the bar 2. Further, by screwing the connection screw 31 passing through the connection hole 23 into the screw hole 28 at the lowest position, the height position of the fitting portion 29 of the end fitting member 25 is adjusted to the height of the support bar 2 shown in FIG. H can be used. Further, by screwing the connection screw 31 passing through the connection hole 23 into the screw hole 27 at the intermediate height position, the height position of the fitting portion 29 of the end fitting member 25 is adjusted to the height of the support bar 2 shown in FIG. And can be used by adapting to the height h.
[0028]
Thus, the end fitting member 25 can be connected to the connecting portion 22b of the base fitting member 22 by the connecting screw 31 by selecting any of the screw holes 26 to 28 having different height positions. The end fitting member 25 can be arranged at a height corresponding to the position. That is, since the position of the fitting portion 29 of the end fitting member 25 can be adjusted to the height h of the support bar 2 that supports the lighting fixture 1, the lighting fixture 1 can be supported by a plurality of types of support having different heights h. It can be installed on the bar 2.
[0029]
The common use of the lighting fixture 1 makes it easy to manage the parts of the lighting fixture 1 and also suppresses an erroneous attachment of the mounting bracket 21 at the time of assembling the lighting fixture 1.
[0030]
The screw holes 26 to 28 are independent from each other, and the connecting screw 31 connects the end fitting member 25 and the base fitting member 22 through a selected predetermined screw hole. The member 25 can be prevented from moving in the vertical direction. In addition, since the screw holes 26 to 28 are independent of each other, the end fitting member 25 can be connected accurately according to the height 12 thereof. This suppresses rattling of the lighting fixture 1 at the time of an earthquake or the like due to the connection between the end fitting member 25 and the base fitting member 22, and prevents the lighting fixture 1 from being installed on the support bar 2. Stability is increased. On the other hand, when the screw holes 26 to 28 are provided along the vertical direction, for example, these screw holes 26 to 28 are continuously formed as the elongated holes described in the related art, which is not preferable.
[0031]
Since the end fitting member 25 has the bending flanges 25a and 25b, which are the left and right side edges thereof, in contact with the mutually opposing surfaces of the bending flanges 22c and 22d extending in the vertical direction of the connecting portion 22b, the width direction of the end fitting member 25 Is less likely to act on the connection screw 31, and the connection screw 31 can be prevented from loosening. For this reason, it is possible to reliably maintain the connection state between the connection part 22b, which is the end of the base metal member 22, and the end metal member 25. Therefore, also in this respect, the stability of the installation state of the lighting fixture 1 on the support bar 2 can be improved. The same applies to the case where the bending flanges 25a and 25b are omitted and the left and right side edges of the end fitting member 25 are brought into contact with the bending flanges 22c and 22d.
[0032]
Also, when connecting the base fitting member 22 and the end fitting member 25 at the factory, the end fitting member 25 can be moved along the bent flanges 22c and 22d, so that the end fitting member 25 is connected to the connecting portion 22b. Does not incline so as to rotate around the connection screw 31 with respect to. This facilitates the alignment between the selected screw hole and the connection hole 23. Moreover, since the end fitting member 25 does not rotate even when the connecting screw 31 is tightened, there is no need to specially press the end fitting member 25. Therefore, the base fitting member 22 and the end fitting member 25 can be easily connected.
[0033]
In the manufacture of the lighting fixture 1, when a plurality of types of other end fitting members 25 in which the arrangement of the screw holes 26 to 28 is different from those described above are prepared and placed, Thus, the base metal member 22 of the mounting metal 21 can be a common component. When the base metal member 22 needs to bend the connecting portion 22b, the cost increases due to the bending. Therefore, as described above, the common component can be used as the mounting metal 21 and the metal 21. It is preferable from the viewpoint of reducing the cost of the lighting fixture 1 provided.
[0034]
Hereinafter, each of the second to fifth embodiments of the present invention will be described. Since these embodiments are basically the same as the first embodiment, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals as those of the first embodiment, and the description of the configurations and operations is omitted. This will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0035]
6 and 7 show a second embodiment of the present invention.
[0036]
In the second embodiment, an inclined slot 35 is provided as a positioning portion of the end fitting member 25 as shown in FIG. Each part of the oblique hole 35 is substantially the same as that provided at a different height position along the width direction of the end fitting member 25. Therefore, for example, when the inclined upper end portion of the long hole 35 is aligned with the end portion of the connection hole 23 near the bending flange 22c, it is suitable to support the lighting device 1 on the support bar 2 shown in FIG. If the inclined lower end of the long hole 35 is aligned with the end of the connecting hole 23 near the bent flange 22d, the lighting device 1 can be adapted to be supported by the support bar 2 shown in FIG. In the case where the intermediate portion of the long hole 35 is aligned with the intermediate portion of the connection hole 23, it can be adapted to support the lighting fixture 1 on the support bar 2 shown in FIG. Of course, since it is the elongated hole 35, it can be adapted to a support bar of another height within the height range between the inclined upper end and the inclined lower end.
[0037]
Further, in the second embodiment, as a connecting means for connecting the base fitting member 22 and the end fitting member 25 to assemble the mounting fitting 21, a connecting member passed through the aligned connecting hole 23 and the elongated hole 35 is used. A bolt 36 and a nut 37 screwed to the bolt 36 are used.
[0038]
In the second embodiment, even if the bolt 36 and the nut 37 are loosely tightened, if the bolt 36 moves in the vertical direction, the bolt 36 must be longer than the load direction (vertical direction) with respect to the lighting fixture 1. It must move laterally along the hole 35. However, since the long hole 35 is provided obliquely at a gentle angle and the end fitting member 25 is prevented from moving in the width direction by the bending flanges 22c and 22d of the connecting portion 22b, the lateral direction perpendicular to the load direction is provided. The movement of the bolt 36 is suppressed. Thereby, the assembled state in which the end fitting member 25 is connected to the connecting portion 22b by the tightening of the bolt 36 and the nut 37 so as not to move in the vertical direction can be maintained even if the tightening is loosened. The configuration other than the points described above is the same as the lighting fixture 1 of the first embodiment.
[0039]
Therefore, also in the second embodiment, the problem of the present invention can be solved.
[0040]
8 to 10 show a third embodiment of the present invention.
[0041]
In the third embodiment, the base metal member 22 of the mounting metal 21 is formed straight, for example, with a downward bent flange 22e. Note that the bending flange 22e may be provided upward. Notches 22f are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the base metal member 22 to reduce the width from both sides in the width direction. A portion on an end side of the notch 22f is used as a connecting portion 22b, and a portion between the connecting portions 22b is used as a connecting portion 22a. Therefore, in the bending flange 22e divided by the notch 22f, the portion located at the connecting portion 22b is used as the bending flanges 22c and 22d. Each of the bent flanges 22c and 22d is provided with a single connection hole 23 composed of a small hole.
[0042]
The end fitting member 25 is provided with fitting grooves 41 on both sides in the width direction to be fitted to the connecting portions 22b. The fitting groove 41 extends in the up-down direction, and its upper and lower ends are open. The fitting groove 41 has a side edge portion 41a of the end fitting member 25, a first wall portion 41b bent at a right angle from the back side thereof, and a side edge portion 41a bent at a right angle from the wall portion 41b. It is partitioned by the second wall portion 41c facing the back surface. The first and second wall portions 41b and 41c form a bent flange extending in the vertical direction.
[0043]
In each of the first wall portions 41b opposed to each other in the width direction of the end fitting member 25, a plurality of, for example, two positioning holes 42, 43, or 44, 45 used as positioning portions are provided with their positions shifted vertically. Have been. The size of each of the positioning holes 42 to 45 is the same as that of the connection hole 23. Each of the positioning holes 42 to 45 is provided at a different height position. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, the positioning hole 42 of one of the first wall portions 41b opposed to each other is provided at the highest position, and the positioning of the other first wall portion 41b is performed. The hole 44 is provided at the next lower position, the positioning hole 43 of one first wall portion 41b is provided at a lower position, and the positioning hole 45 of the other first wall portion 41b is provided at the lowest position. . In this way, the height positions of the positioning holes 42 to 45 provided asymmetrically in the opposing first wall portions 41b can be arbitrarily set.
[0044]
The end fitting member 25 is provided so as to be fitted to the connecting portion 22b. In this fitting state, one first wall portion 41b of the end fitting member 25 is overlapped on the bent flange 22c of the connecting portion 22b, and the other first wall portion 41b of the end fitting member 25 is connected to the connecting portion 22b. It is superimposed on the bending flange 22d. In this case, since the second wall portion 41c enters the notch 22f and is hooked on the connecting portion 22b, the end fitting member 25 is prevented from coming off.
[0045]
The end fitting member 25 in such an overlapping state is fixed to the base fitting member 22 using, for example, one snap-type fastener 46 (see FIG. 9) as a connecting means. The fastener 46 is formed by providing a plurality of non-resiliently deformable character-shaped locking projections 46b having both ends fixed to the shaft portion 46a as a connecting member. The fastener 46 is inserted into any one of the positioning holes 42 to 45 and the connection hole 23 facing the same, and connects the base metal member 22 and the end metal member 25. In this case, each locking projection 46 b is restored immediately after passing through the connection hole 23 with elastic deformation, and is prevented from being detached from the connection hole 46.
[0046]
In the third embodiment, one of the positioning holes 42 and 43 faces the connection hole 23 of the bending flange 22c according to the height of the end fitting member 25, and the end is located at a height different from these heights. When the metal member 25 is arranged, one of the positioning holes 44 and 45 faces the connection hole 23 of the bending flange 22d according to the height. Therefore, the height position of the end fitting member 25 with respect to the base fitting member 22 can be changed in a plurality of steps, for example, four steps, by selecting one positioning hole through which the fastener 46 is passed and a connecting hole facing the positioning hole. Can be. Therefore, also in the third embodiment, the problem of the present invention can be solved.
[0047]
Furthermore, in the third embodiment, since the connecting portions 22b at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the base metal member 22 are on the extension of the connecting portion 22a, the base metal member 22 does not require a large bending process. It can be obtained easily and at low cost. In addition,
The configuration other than the points described above is the same as the lighting fixture 1 of the first embodiment.
[0048]
FIG. 11 and FIG. 12 show a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
[0049]
In the fourth embodiment, a plurality of, for example, four screw holes 51 to 54 are provided independently of each other as positioning portions in the connecting portion 22b. Among the screw holes 51 to 54, the screw holes 51 and 52 are arranged vertically. The other screw holes 53 and 54 are vertically arranged at positions shifted from the screw holes 51 and 52 in the width direction of the connecting portion 22b. The height positions of the screw hole 51 and the other screw holes 53 and 54 are different from each other, whereby the screw holes 51 and 52 and the other screw holes 53 and 54 are asymmetrical in the width direction of the connecting portion 22b. Is provided.
[0050]
The width A of the end fitting member 25 connected to the outer surface of the connecting portion 22b so as to overlap with the outer surface of the connecting portion 22b is the same as the dimension B between the opposing surfaces of the bent flanges 22c and 22d of the connecting portion 22b. Therefore, both side edges (in other words, edges at both ends in the width direction) of the end fitting member 25 are in contact with the opposing surfaces of the bending flanges 22c and 22d. A pair of connecting holes 23a and 23b are provided independently of each other at an upper portion of the end fitting member 25. These connection holes 23a and 23b can be provided at the same height position or at different height positions. One connecting hole 23a is selectively opposed to the screw hole 51 or 52, and the other connecting hole 23b is selectively opposed to the screw hole 53 or 54.
[0051]
The connecting screw 31 passes through one of the connecting holes 23a or 23b and is screwed into one of the selected screw holes 51 to 54 facing the connecting hole. By tightening the connection screw 31, one of the four height positions is selected and the end fitting member 25 is connected to the base fitting member 22 so as not to move in the vertical direction, and the mounting fitting 21 is assembled. The configuration other than the points described above is the same as the lighting fixture 1 of the first embodiment.
[0052]
Therefore, also in the fourth embodiment, the problem of the present invention can be solved.
[0053]
13 to 16 show a fifth embodiment of the present invention.
[0054]
In the fifth embodiment, for example, a positioning hole 61 is formed as a positioning portion in the connecting portion 22b, and the lower edge of the hole 61 is formed in a step shape. The plurality of positioning step portions 62 to 65 of the lower edge are provided at different height positions along the width direction of the connecting portion 22b.
[0055]
As shown in FIG. 14, bent flanges 66 having fitting grooves 66 a to be fitted on both widthwise edges of the connecting portion 22 b are formed on both widthwise edges of the end fitting member 25. A square through hole 67 is formed in the upper part of the end fitting member 25, and a mounting spring 68 facing the through hole 67 is mounted.
[0056]
As shown in FIGS. 14 and 16, the mounting spring 68 has the same number of downward spring pieces 71 to 74 as the positioning steps 62 to 65 as connecting means. A slot 75 with an open lower end is provided between the adjacent spring pieces 71 to 74, and each of the spring pieces 71 to 74 can operate independently.
[0057]
Each of the spring pieces 71 to 74 individually has a seating end 71a to 74a which can be seated on the corresponding positioning step 62 to 65, and is located above this as shown in FIG. For example, bent portions 71b to 74b each having a V-shaped cross section are individually provided. Each of the sitting ends 71 a to 74 a is provided at the same height and functions as a connecting member that is passed through the positioning hole 61. The bent portions 71b to 74b are provided at different heights along the width direction of the end fitting member 25, respectively. Specifically, the bent portion 74b is provided at the lowest position, the bent portion 74b is provided at the next higher position, the bent portion 72b is provided at a higher position, and the bent portion 71b is provided at the highest position. I have.
[0058]
When fitting the end fitting member 25 to the connecting portion 22b of the base fitting member 22 upward from below, one of the sitting ends 71a to 74a is selected, and a positioning step at a height corresponding to the sitting end 71a to 74a is selected. , The end fitting member 25 can be connected to the connecting portion 22b of the base fitting member 22. An example of this connection state is shown in FIG.
[0059]
FIG. 15 illustrates a case where the sitting end portion 74a passes through the positioning hole 61 and sits on the positioning step 62 at the lowest position of the hole 61. The bent portion 74b of the spring piece 74 seated in this state is hooked on the upper edge of the positioning hole 61, and the connecting portion 22b and the connecting portion 22b are thereby prevented from inadvertently moving up and down with respect to the connecting portion 22b. The end fitting member 25 is connected. In this state, since the other spring pieces 71 to 73 are all elastically deformed and arranged on the back surface of the connecting portion 22b, their sitting ends 71a to 73a are moved from the corresponding positioning step portions 63 to 65. It comes off and is in contact with the back surface of the connecting portion 22b.
[0060]
Therefore, when the end fitting member 25 is further pushed upward from the state shown in FIG. 15, the spring piece 71 is elastically deformed, and the bent portion 71 b comes off the back side of the connecting portion 22 b. The seating end 72a of the spring piece 72 thus seated is positioned on the positioning step 63 at the corresponding height. Thereby, the end fitting member 25 is arranged above by the height dimension difference between the positioning step portions 62 and 63, and the end fitting member 25 can be adapted to the support bar having the height corresponding thereto. When the seating end 73a of the spring piece 73 is seated on the positioning step 64 at the height corresponding to the seating end 73a by the same push-up operation, the seating end 74a of the spring piece 74 is further raised by the push-up operation. The end fitting member 25 can be adapted to a support bar having a height corresponding to the highest position of the positioning step 65 corresponding thereto.
[0061]
By selecting the seating position as described above, the end fitting member 25 can be connected to the base fitting member 22 so that the end fitting member 25 is not accidentally moved in the vertical direction, and the mounting fitting 21 can be assembled. In this case, it is not necessary to use a screw, a bolt and a nut, or a snap-type fastener to perform the mounting operation, so that the height position can be easily adjusted. The configuration other than the points described above is the same as the lighting fixture 1 of the first embodiment.
[0062]
Therefore, also in the fifth embodiment, the problem of the present invention can be solved.
[0063]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, the positioning portion and the connection hole are in a relative reverse relation to those of the above-described embodiments. Therefore, a positioning portion including, for example, a plurality of screw holes is provided in the base metal member, and the connection hole is formed in the end metal member. It can also be implemented by being provided on a member.
[0064]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the base fitting member fixed to the instrument main body having the fitting portion fitted from above and placed on the locking convex portion of the support bar. Since the end fitting member connected to the end of the base fitting member can be connected to the end of the base fitting member by adjusting to the height of the support bar, the end fitting member can be installed on a plurality of types of support bars having different heights. Since the light sources are connected so as not to move in the vertical direction, it is possible to provide a lighting device that is less likely to rattle during an earthquake or the like and has a high stability in the state of installation on the support bar.
[0065]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the external force along the width direction of the end fitting member is less likely to act on the connecting means, and, for example, the loosening of the connecting means is suppressed. It is possible to reliably provide a connection state with the fitting member, and therefore, it is possible to provide a lighting fixture having a high stability of the installation state on the support bar.
