Abstract
Description
【0001】

Next, the structure of the top plate of the cooker according to the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In the third embodiment, an enameled steel plate having a thickness of about 1 mm is used instead of the stainless steel plate used as the upper plate of the first embodiment.
[0036]
When the enamel processing is performed, there is an advantage that the corrosion resistance can be improved and the aesthetic appearance can be improved due to the gloss of the glass. However, when processing is performed on a thick plate, there is a problem that it takes time.
On the other hand, when the
[0037]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments at all, and it is needless to say that the present invention can be implemented in various forms without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, the present invention is not limited to application to a built-in stove, but may be applied to a table stove or an electromagnetic cooker.
In addition, the top plate is not limited to the two-layer structure of the upper plate and the lower plate, and may have a three-layer structure in which a cushioning material that absorbs an impact applied to the upper surface of the top plate is provided between the two layers. The thickness is not limited to a steel sheet, and the thickness is not limited to 3 mm.
Further, the upper plate and the lower plate may be integrally formed with a frame around one of the upper plate and the lower plate, and the other plate may be fixed so as to be fitted therein.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the top plate of the cooking device according to the first aspect of the present invention, the upper plate and the lower plate only need to secure the mechanical strength required for the top plate, and thus the strength of the upper plate. Is reduced and the range of selectable materials and processing is expanded. That is, the aesthetic appearance of the upper plate that can be seen by the user can be improved at low cost.
Further, since the lower plate is invisible to the user's eyes, there is no restriction from an aesthetic point of view, and a cheap material having high mechanical strength can be selected.
That is, the aesthetic appearance and mechanical strength of the top plate can be improved at low cost.
In addition, when a heating body such as a grill is applied to a cooking device having a built-in appliance, even when the heating body is used, the rise in the surface temperature of the top plate is small, and the safety of the user can be improved.
Further, the upper plate and the lower plate can be handled as a single plate, and the workability is not deteriorated.
[0039]
Further, according to the top plate of the cooker according to the second aspect of the present invention, since the upper plate and the lower plate are fixed by using the frame portion, the two layers can be fixed inexpensively, easily and securely.
[0040]
According to the top plate of the cooker according to claim 3 of the present invention, since the mechanical strength of the lower plate is greater than the strength of the upper plate, it is not necessary to increase the mechanical strength of the upper plate. In addition, the width of the material and processing of the upper plate can be further increased.
In other words, the width of the design can be expanded inexpensively in the upper plate, and the mechanical strength can be improved inexpensively in the lower plate. Therefore, the design and strength of the top plate can be improved inexpensively. it can.
[0041]
Further, according to the top plate of the cooking device according to claim 4 of the present invention, the same heavy and clean feeling as when the entire top plate is formed of a stainless steel plate can be produced, and corrosion resistance can be maintained. It can be manufactured at a lower cost than a single stainless steel plate.
[0042]
According to the top plate of the cooker according to
In addition, the same heavy and clean feeling as when a stainless steel plate is used for the entire top plate can be produced, and the corrosion resistance of stainless steel can be maintained.
[0043]
Further, according to the top plate of the cooker according to the sixth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to produce the same high-quality feeling as in the case where the entire top plate is formed of a glass plate and to maintain the corrosion resistance of the surface at a low manufacturing cost. be able to.
In addition, by using a material having excellent mechanical strength for the lower plate, it is not necessary to use an expensive and thicker glass for the upper plate, and it is possible to use an inexpensive thin glass.
[0044]
According to the top plate of the cooker according to claim 7 of the present invention, a transparent glass plate is used as the upper plate, and printing is performed on a surface to be overlapped with the upper plate of the lower plate. In addition, the width of the design can be greatly improved, and the design can be changed only by changing the printing. Therefore, it is possible to provide a top plate having a design that meets diversified user preferences. Further, since the printing surface is covered with the transparent glass serving as the upper plate, printing peeling is reliably prevented.
In addition, even if the strength of the glass used for the upper plate was low, the load and impact applied to the top plate were sufficiently supported by the lower plate, so there was no need to use expensive and thicker glass for the upper plate. It can be implemented using inexpensive thin glass.
[0045]
Moreover, according to the top plate of the cooking device according to claim 8 of the present invention, since the enamel plate having the surface of the metal plate coated with glass is used as the upper plate, it is inexpensive as compared with the case where the entire top plate is coated. Certainly, the same corrosion resistance and aesthetic appearance as when the entire top plate is coated can be obtained.
[0046]
Further, according to the top plate of the cooking device according to the ninth aspect of the present invention, since the cushioning material is interposed between the upper plate and the lower plate, the shock applied to the upper surface of the top plate is absorbed by the cushioning material. Therefore, even when an impact is applied to the top surface of the top plate, it is possible to prevent the vibration and noise of the cooking device.
