Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in this conventional type, in order to replenish fuel, the fuel tank must be turned upside down and the fuel filler must be turned up, and after refueling, the fuel tank must be reversed again and the fuel filler lowered. In particular, this reversal after replenishment is difficult because it is heavy because the refueling tank is heavy and cannot be easily performed by women, women and elderly people. It had problems such as pain.
[0005]
[Means for solving the problem]
The present invention focuses on this point, and in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, in particular, the configuration thereof is provided at the bottom with a connecting portion which is fitted with a receiving portion provided below and opens a valve element at an inner side, and at a top portion. Is a fuel tank of a cartridge type provided with an upper lid that is open upward, and a leveler provided with a regulating unit that communicates with a receiving part connected to the connecting part and regulates the supply of fuel from the fuel tank to a fixed amount. This constitutes a supply device.
[0006]
As a result, the supply of fuel oil from the fuel tank is performed by the leveler communicating with the receiving part, and is not performed by the fuel tank itself as in the conventional case. There is no concern that all of the fuel in the refueling tank will flow out even if fuel flows in, so fuel can be supplied from below and fuel can be replenished from above, and fuel can be replenished twice. There is no need to turn the tank upside down, and anyone can easily refuel the fuel, especially for women, women and the elderly.
[0007]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, by providing the funnel means on the upper part of the fuel tank, the fuel oil dropped on the funnel means can be collected in the central fuel port, and the fuel oil can be supplied relatively roughly without polluting the surroundings. Can be performed.
[0008]
According to the third aspect, when the fuel is replenished by the skirt portion serving as a leg portion, the refueling can be performed by placing the refueling tank as it is taken out of the appliance, and the refueling can be performed very easily without any troublesome work. It is.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, a fuel supply device according to the present invention will be described based on one embodiment shown in the drawings.

Next, the operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
If the communication portion 3 of the refueling tank 1 is fitted into the receiving portion 13 in order to supply the fuel oil stored in the refueling tank 1 to the combustion portion, the connecting portion is sealed and the valve body 6 is pushed up by the push-up rod 14. The discharge port 5 is opened.
[0015]
As a result, the fuel oil in the fuel tank 1 is supplied from the communication part 3 to the leveler 16 from the riser pipe 17 via the receiving part 13 and the oil supply pipe 15, and when the fuel oil reaches the specified amount in the leveler 16, the float is floated. The supply of fuel oil is stopped when the valve 19 linked to 18 closes the outlet of the riser pipe 17.
[0016]
Further, when the fuel oil in the leveler 16 is supplied to the combustion part by the drive of the electromagnetic pump 21 and decreases, the float 18 is lowered and the riser pipe 17 is opened by the valve 19, so that the reduced fuel oil is supplied. The fuel is supplied from the tank 1, and the fuel oil is consumed by repeating this sequentially. Even if the refueling tank 1 is provided with a port for supply and a port for replenishment, the fuel is supplied to the leveler 16. Even if the mouth is not provided with a closed structure, a predetermined amount of fuel oil is supplied, so that the fuel can be used with ease.
[0017]
Next, when the fuel tank 1 is emptied and fuel is to be replenished, the fuel tank 1 is lifted with the handle 12 to disconnect the communication between the communication part 3 and the receiving part 13. Is automatically closed by the valve body 4 by the action of the spring 6, and in this state, the oil supply tank 1 is once placed on the floor without turning over the oil tank 1 with the skirt portion 22 as a support leg.
[0018]
Next, the upper lid 7 at the top of the fuel tank 1 is released by releasing the locking of the locking portion 8, and fuel can be supplied from the central fuel port 10 of the funnel means 9 exposed upward. When the lid 7 is returned to the original position and the locking means 8 is locked, and the user holds the handle 12 and inserts it into a tank chamber (not shown) of the instrument body or the like, the communication portion 3 on the bottom again receives the receiving portion 13. And returns to the fuel supply state.
[0019]
Therefore, refueling of the refueling tank 1 can be easily performed from above without removing the refueling tank 1 without reversing the refueling tank 1. When returning to the equipment, the fuel tank 1 can be returned in the same state without reversing the top and bottom, and even a weak woman or an elderly person can easily supply fuel, and replenishment is extremely easy. Is done safely.
[0020]
Further, fuel can be replenished to the refueling tank 1 while collecting the fuel that has come off from the refueling port 10 by the funnel means 9, so that there is no need to worry about soiling the surroundings, and replenishment can be performed with a sense of security. .
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the supply of fuel oil from the fuel tank is performed by the leveler communicating with the receiving portion, and is not performed by the fuel tank itself as in the related art. By providing the upper lid, even if air flows in, there is no danger that all the fuel in the refueling tank will flow out, so that fuel can be supplied from below and fuel can be supplied from above, and fuel can be supplied from above. Therefore, there is no need to reverse the top and bottom of the fuel tank twice, and anyone can easily refuel the fuel, especially women and women and the elderly.
[0022]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, by providing the funnel means at the upper part of the fuel tank, the fuel oil dripping on the funnel means can be collected at the central fueling port, and the fuel oil can be supplied relatively roughly without polluting the surroundings. Can be performed.
