【0038】
<実施例1>
【0039】
<実施例2>

【0040】
<比較例1〜5>

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a disposable diaper that is excellent in a feeling of wearing and hardly slips off.
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
As a conventional disposable diaper, a pants-type diaper in which a plurality of elastic members are arranged in a circumferential direction at a waist portion arranged around the wearer's waist when worn to form waist gathers is known (see Patent Document 1). ).
In this disposable diaper, the elastic member disposed on the waist portion prevents a gap from being formed between the diaper and the wearer's waist, and also prevents the diaper from slipping off during wearing, but on the other hand, wears There is a problem that the case where the waist of the person is too tight is likely to occur.
In order to reduce the waist circumference tightening force, it is conceivable to reduce the contraction force (extension stress) of the waist circumference, but in that case, the diaper is likely to slip off.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-478
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a disposable diaper that is excellent in a feeling of wearing and hardly slips off.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a pants-type disposable diaper including a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and a liquid-retentive absorbent body, wherein a waist opening and a pair of leg openings are formed. The waist region and the waist region have elastic elasticity in the circumferential direction, and the waist region is stretched in the width direction of the diaper until a load of 10 N is reached. The load (a) at the time of contraction to the intermediate length is 3.0 to 5.0 N, and the waist region is extended in the width direction of the diaper until the load becomes 10 N. The load (b) at the time of contraction to the intermediate length from the natural length is 0.5 to 2.0 N, and the ratio of the load (b) in the waist circumference area to the load (a) in the waist circumference area. (B / a) is 0 Is 50 or less, the disposable diaper in the front body of the front body and back body around which are classified by the diaper lower portion as a boundary, the area of the region located between the pair of the leg-opening is 150~700Cm 2 The above object has been achieved by providing
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments.
The disposable diaper according to the first embodiment is a pants-type diaper for adults, and as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a liquid-permeable top sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable back sheet (not shown), and a liquid holding part. Abdominal part A 'arranged on the abdomen of the wearer and dorsal part B' arranged on the dorsal side when worn, and both side edges A1 of the abdominal part A ' , A1 and both side edges B1, B1 of the back side B 'are joined by known joining means such as heat sealing, high frequency sealing, ultrasonic sealing, etc., to form a waist opening 5 and a pair of leg openings 6. Have been.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 3, the disposable diaper 1 fixes the absorbent main body 10 by being located on the absorbent main body 10 and the outer surface (the surface facing the side opposite to the wearer) of the absorbent main body 10. And the exterior body 20. The absorbent main body 10 has a vertically long rectangular shape, and includes a top sheet 2, the back sheet (not shown), and the absorber 4 sandwiched and fixed between these two sheets. The absorbent main body 10 has its longitudinal direction aligned with the diaper longitudinal direction (up and down direction in FIG. 3) in the unfolded state (the state shown in FIG. 3), and is joined to the center of the exterior body 20 by known joining means. I have. A pair of three-dimensional guards 7 are formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10.
[0008]
The exterior body 20 in the first embodiment is formed using a non-gather type stretchable sheet, and as shown in FIG. 3, a pair of leg openings for forming leg openings is formed on both sides of a central region in the diaper longitudinal direction. It has concave notches 60, 60. A waist elastic member 51 is disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the exterior body 20, and the waist elastic member 51 is sandwiched and fixed at a portion where the elastic sheet is folded.
[0009]
In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the waist circumference area D and the waist circumference area E each have elastic elasticity in the circumferential direction.
In the adult diaper, the waist circumference area D is, as shown in FIG. 2, an area from the opening peripheral edge 50 of the waist opening 5 to 50 mm downward, and the waist circumference area E is larger than the waist circumference area D. Is also a region located below and above the position of the upper end 62 of the leg opening 6.
The waist circumference region D of the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is substantially elastically stretched in the circumferential direction over the entire circumference thereof by the stretchable sheet constituting the exterior body 20 and the waist elastic member 51 fixed to the sheet. The waistline region E exhibits elasticity in the circumferential direction at least at the portions located on both sides of the abdominal part A ′ and the back part B ′ due to the elastic sheet constituting the exterior body 20. Express.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the waist circumference region D and the waist circumference region E have elastic elasticity in both the front body and the back body, respectively. If the front body or the back body does not have elasticity over the entire width, it is not preferable because wrinkles are easily generated at the time of activity and the skin is easily rubbed when worn, causing discomfort.
[0010]
The waist circumference area E in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment extends the load in the width direction of the diaper to a load of 10N, and then the load at the time of contraction to a length intermediate between the length at the load of 10N and the natural length (hereinafter, referred to as “the load”). (Also referred to as waist load) is 0.5 to 2.0 N. The waist circumference load is used as an index of the tightening force applied to the wearer by the waist circumference area E.
If the waist weight is less than 0.5N, wrinkles may be generated around the stomach when worn, and the wrinkles may rub against the wearer's skin due to clothing worn repeatedly such as trousers during activities and cause discomfort. If it exceeds 2.0 N, the effect of reducing the tightening force around the stomach is insufficient, and it is not possible to give a wearer (especially the elderly) a comfortable and comfortable wearing feeling. From the viewpoint of further improving the feeling of wearing while preventing the occurrence of slippage and the generation of discomfort due to wrinkles, the waist circumference load is more preferably 0.5 to 1.3 N.
[0011]
The waist circumference region D in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is obtained by extending the diaper 1 in the width direction of the diaper to a load of 10N, and then contracting the diaper 1 to a middle length between the length at the load of 10N and the natural length (hereinafter referred to as the load). , Around the waist) is 3.0 to 5.0N. The waist circumference load is used as an index of the tightening force applied to the wearer by the waist circumference area D.
The ratio (b / a) of the waist circumference load (b) to the waist circumference load (a) is 0.50 or less.
[0012]
According to the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the waist load is set to the specific range, and the ratio between the waist load and the waist load is set to the specific range. By setting the area of the region located between the paired leg openings 6 and 6 to be a specific range, even if the waist circumference load is set to a low value as described above, the diaper can be prevented from slipping off. In addition, it is possible to provide a more relaxed feeling in the range from the waist to the lower abdomen than simply setting the waist weight lower, thereby giving a comfortable wearing feeling and not causing slippage. Conflicting requirements can be achieved at the same time.
[0013]
If the waist load is less than 3.0 N or the load ratio (b / a) is more than 0.5, the reduction in the slip-off prevention force due to the reduction of the waist load is sufficiently compensated for by the waist load. Diapers are likely to fall off during activities. On the other hand, if the waist circumference load is more than 5.0 N, the wearer will be tightened around the waist more than necessary, and excessive tightening tends to cause inconvenience, such as feeling pain and hindering blood circulation.
It is more preferable that the waist circumference load is 3.5 to 4.5 N from the viewpoint of obtaining a good feeling of wearing while preventing the occurrence of slippage.
[0014]
[Measurement method of waist circumference load]
From the diaper, the waistline region E is cut out in a ring-like state in which the abdominal part and the dorsal part are connected, and this is used as a sample. This sample was placed on a horizontal surface such that the outer surface of the back side portion was in contact with the horizontal surface, and the sample was naturally contracted between both ends of the sample (left and right side joints). The length between the portions 23) is measured to obtain a natural length. Natural length is measured along a center line that bisects the top and bottom edges of the sample.
Then, the sample is sagged and fixed between chucks of a Tensilon tensile tester (“RTC-1150A” manufactured by Orientec Co., Ltd.), and the load at that time is set to zero. Thereafter, the diaper is stretched at a speed of 300 mm / min in the same direction as the diaper width direction until the load becomes 10 N, and then the chuck is reversed at the same speed and the load is reduced at the same speed until the load becomes zero.
Then, the sample length when expanded to a load of 10 N is defined as the strong extension length, and the length in the middle of the strong extension length and the natural length in the contraction (return) process [(strong extension length− The load at the time of (natural length) / 2] is defined as a waistline load.
[0015]
[Measurement method of waist load]
The waist circumference area D is cut from the diaper in a ring-like state in which the abdominal part and the dorsal part are connected to each other, and except that this is used as a sample, the above-mentioned waist circumference load measuring method and Measure in the same manner.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2, the diaper 1 of the present embodiment has a lower end of the diaper (in the unfolded state, a portion located on a center line CL that divides the overall length in the diaper longitudinal direction into two equal parts) 12. A region P2 located between the pair of leg openings 6, 6 in the front body A when divided into a front body A located on the side of the part A 'and a back body B located on the side of the back side B'. The area is 150 to 300 cm 2 . As in the present embodiment, the area of the region P is 150 to 300 cm 2 , particularly 200 when elastic elasticity is imparted by a non-gatherable elastic sheet (hereinafter also referred to as non-gatherable type). is preferably ~300Cm 2, as in the diaper of the second embodiment described later, when imparting elastic stretchability by forming gathers secure the elastic member in a stretched state to the sheet material such as a nonwoven fabric ( Hereinafter, it is also referred to as a gather type), and it is preferably from 300 to 700 cm 2 , particularly preferably from 400 to 600 cm 2 .
By setting the area of the region P2 to the specific range, as described above, it is possible to make the range from the waist of the wearer to the lower abdomen more relaxed than setting the waist load to the above range. it can. This effect is remarkable for elderly people whose abdomen has significantly increased with aging, particularly for elderly women.
In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, in addition to setting the girth load to be low, the area P2 is set to the above-described specific range, thereby achieving both comfortable wearing feeling and prevention of slippage.
[0017]
If the area of the region P2 is more than 300 cm 2 in the case of the non-gather type and more than 700 cm 2 in the case of the gather type, a lowering of the lower abdomen is inevitable. If the area of the region P2 is less than 150 cm 2 in the case of the non-gather type and less than 300 cm 2 in the case of the gather type, the absorption area becomes insufficient and the absorption performance is reduced, and the lower abdomen is excessively exposed. And may not fit the preferences of the elderly.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 2, the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is formed by stacking the front body A and the rear body B, which are separated by the diaper lower end 12, with the surfaces on the top sheet 2 facing each other. In a planar state (hereinafter, also simply referred to as a planar state), the area (c) of each region P1 surrounded by the opening edges 6A and 6B of each leg opening 6 and a pair of leg openings 6 in the front body A , 6, the ratio (c / d) to the area (d) of the region P2 is preferably 0.30 to 0.75, particularly preferably 0.35 to 0.50. The area (c) is measured for each leg opening.
[0019]
When measuring the area of each of the regions P1 and P2 in the planar state (the same applies to other dimensions and the like described later), as in the diaper of the second embodiment described later, the leg opening in the front body A or the rear body B is used. When elasticity is imparted by gathers between the parts, it is measured as a state in which the gathers are stretched to the design size. However, as in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, a non-gatherable stretchable sheet is used. When elastic stretchability is provided between the leg openings of the front body A or the back body B, the measurement is performed in a state where no external force acts on the stretchable sheet (a state in which the stretchable sheet is not stretched, a natural state).
However, even when the elastic stretch is given by the non-gather type stretch sheet, if there is an elastic member that affects the measured value other than the stretch sheet, the contraction force of the elastic member is Measure without any effects. For example, the waist elastic member 51 is removed or cut so as not to exhibit a contraction force, or is expanded to the same size as when the waist elastic member is not present. Measure in a fixed state (tensed state).
[0020]
By setting the ratio (c / d) to 0.30 or more, the wearing feeling is more reliably improved, and by setting the ratio (c / d) to 0.75 or less, the arrangement area of the absorber is reduced. It is possible to prevent inconvenience such as a decrease in absorption performance due to becoming sufficient, and it is also possible to prevent overexposure of the lower abdomen that does not conform to the preferences of the elderly. Furthermore, by setting it within the range of 0.30 to 0.75, it is also possible to improve the penetrability of the leg into the leg opening.
[0021]
In the flat state, the opening edges 6A, 6A, of the leg openings 6 are further improved from the viewpoint of more surely improving the feeling of wearing, and more reliably preventing inconveniences such as a decrease in absorption performance and inconsistency with the preference of the elderly. the area of each region P1 surrounded by the 6B (c) in the case of non-gather type 45~100Cm 2, preferably in particular 60 to 100 cm 2, if the gather type 90~250Cm 2, particularly 120~200Cm 2 It is preferable that
[0022]
In addition, from the same viewpoint, it is preferable that the minimum value of the width W1 between the leg openings 6 in the planar state is 100 to 200 mm, particularly 120 to 180 mm.
[0023]
Also, in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, a portion where the width W1 (see FIG. 2) between the pair of leg openings 6 and 6 is minimum exists at a position 35 to 140 mm away from the lower end 12 of the diaper on the ventral side. are doing. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is configured such that the shape of the concave notch 60 for forming the leg opening 6 is changed to the rear body B ′ side of the back side B ′ with the lower end 12 of the diaper as a boundary. The front body A on the abdominal side A side has a shape that is largely cut away, and a portion where the width W1 between the pair of leg openings 6 is minimum is located on the front body A, and the lower end of the diaper. The distance L1 (see FIG. 2) from the portion 12 to the portion where the width W1 shows the minimum value is 35 to 140 mm.
With such a configuration, the wearing feeling can be more reliably improved. The width W1 between the pair of leg openings and the separation distance from the diaper lower end 12 of the portion where the width becomes minimum are measured in the flat state. When the region where the width W1 shows the minimum value is present as a region having a width in the diaper longitudinal direction, the distance to a line bisecting the width (a line extending in the diaper width direction) is defined as the lower end of the diaper. The distance L1 from the part is defined as L1.
[0024]
In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the ratio of the natural circumference of the waist circumference area D to the natural circumference of the waist circumference area E (the former / the latter) is 0.70 to 1.00. By setting the natural circumference of the waist circumference area D and the natural circumference of the waist circumference area E to relatively close values, generation of unnatural wrinkles in the waist circumference area D can be prevented. In other words, elderly people with reduced visual acuity may have difficulty in recognizing the waist opening due to visual confusion if many unnatural wrinkles occur. Thus, the occurrence of such a problem can be prevented.
The natural circumference of each of the waist circumference area E and the waist circumference area D is obtained by cutting out each area from the diaper in the same manner as the above-described measurement method of the waist circumference load or the waist circumference load, and, for each sample, the upper edge and the lower edge. The perimeter is measured along a center line that bisects the edge.
[0025]
In the present specification, a non-gatherable stretchable sheet is a sheet that exhibits elasticity and stretchability at least in the diaper width direction (the width direction of the front body or the back body). Either a member having no gather formed by adhesively fixing the member in an extended state, or a sheet having such a gather, the fold is fine and the thickness of the sheet measured by the following method is 2.0 mm or less. Means
[0026]
(Method of measuring thickness)
Using a non-contact type CCD laser displacement sensor LK-080 manufactured by KEYENCE, the thickness of an acrylic plate (load: 0.6 g / cm 2 ) of 50 mm × 50 mm is measured.
[0027]
As the non-gatherable stretchable sheet, for example, a sheet in which an elastic thread is fixed inside a nonwoven fabric can be used, and as the nonwoven fabric, fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, acrylic, rayon, etc. can be used singly or in combination. Non-woven fabrics formed by a wet method, a dry method, a spunlace method, a melt blown method, a spun bond molding method, and the like used as the elastic yarn, and the elastic yarns include elastic rubber yarns and polyurethane elastic yarns. As a method of fixing the elastic yarn inside the nonwoven fabric, a method of stitch-stitching stretchable fibers to a nonwoven fabric layer with a knitting yarn may be used.
[0028]
As the non-gatherable stretchable sheet, a sheet formed by laminating a fiber aggregate having elasticity on one side or both sides of a sheet made of an elastomer material can be used.
As the elastomer material, natural rubber, butadiene, synthetic rubber such as isoprene and the like are preferably used. As the sheet made of the elastomer material, an elastic film obtained by forming the elastomer material into a film, a sheet formed by forming an elastic fiber made of the elastomer material into a net shape or forming a nonwoven fabric, and the like are preferably used.
As the fiber aggregate, a thermoplastic polyurethane fiber, a highly crimped polyethylene fiber, a highly crimped polyester fiber, or the like can be used. Examples of a method of fixing the fiber aggregate to the sheet made of the elastomer material include a method of fixing the fiber aggregate to the sheet by heat fusion.
[0029]
As the non-gather type stretchable sheet, various known ones can be used, and for example, those described in JP-A-2000-160460 and JP-A-2002-187228 can also be used.
[0030]
Next, a disposable diaper 1 'of the second embodiment will be described. The diaper 1 'of the second embodiment is the same as the diaper 1 described above except that the configuration of the outer body is different from the diaper 1 described above. The differences from the diaper 1 described above will be mainly described. The description of the disposable diaper 1 described above is applied to the points that are not particularly described.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 4, the outer body 20 ′ of the diaper 1 ′ according to the second embodiment includes an outer layer sheet 21 forming an outer surface of the diaper (a surface facing the side opposite to the wearer), and the outer layer sheet 21. And an inner layer sheet 22 laminated and adhered to the inside thereof adjacent thereto. Various elastic members 51, 61, 71 described below are provided between these two sheets by using an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive. Fixed.
[0032]
In the diaper 1 'of the second embodiment, a waist elastic member 51 for forming waist gathers is provided along the circumferential direction at the opening peripheral edge of the waist opening, and the opening peripheral edge of each of the pair of leg openings. A leg elastic member 61 is also provided along the circumferential direction. Further, a plurality of waist gathers are formed along the waist direction in the waist area E, which is a range from a position 50 mm apart from the waist opening edge 50 in the crotch direction to a position of the upper edge 62 of the leg opening 6. The waist elastic member 71 is disposed.
[0033]
In the diaper 1 ′ of the second embodiment, elasticity is imparted between the leg openings of the front body A and the back body B by the gathers formed by the elastic members 61, and the waist elasticity is increased. Since the presence or absence of the member 71 and the waist elastic member 51 affects the dimension between the leg portions, the respective regions in the planar state are removed in a state where the influence of the contraction force of the elastic members 51, 61, 71 is eliminated. The areas of P1 and P2 (the dimensions and the like of each part in the planar state described for the diaper 1 are also measured) are measured. Specifically, the elastic members 51, 61, and 71 may be removed or cut so as not to exhibit a contraction force, or may be expanded to the same size as when the elastic members are not present. Measure in a fixed state (tensed state).
[0034]
Also in the diaper 1 'of the present embodiment, the waist circumference load is 3.0 to 5.0N, the waist circumference load is 0.5 to 2.0N, and the ratio of the waist circumference load to the waist circumference load is 0.5 or less. The lower part of the diaper (the part located on the center line CL in the unfolded state) is located between the pair of leg openings 6, 6 in the front body A, which is a part located on the abdominal part A 'side. The area of the region P2 (see FIG. 2) is 300 to 700 cm 2 . Therefore, the same operation and effect as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.
[0035]
In the diaper 1 ′ of the second embodiment, the elastic members 61 and 71 are divided and arranged on the left and right, and each of the elastic members 61 and 71 has elastic elasticity at least at the center in the width direction of the absorber 4. Not expressed. In the diaper of the present invention, like the diaper 1 'of the second embodiment, it is preferable that an elastic member is not disposed at the center in the width direction of the absorber 4 over the entire length of the absorber 4 in the longitudinal direction.
In the diaper of the present invention, since the width of the absorber tends to be narrower than that of the conventional one, when the width of the absorber is further narrowed by the contraction force of the elastic member, the activity of the absorber during walking causes There is a risk that the position may deviate from the position of the excretion part of the wearer and cause leakage. By not arranging the elastic member at the center in the width direction of the absorber 4, the width of the absorber can be maintained wide and such a disadvantage can be prevented.
[0036]
The forming material of each part in the disposable diaper of each embodiment described above will be described. As a material for forming the top sheet 2, the back sheet, the absorber 4, the three-dimensional guard 7, the outer layer sheet 21, the inner layer sheet 22 and the like, various materials used in conventional disposable diapers and the like can be used. As the material for forming the elastic members 51, 61, 71, various known elastic materials used for disposable diapers and the like can be used. Examples of the material include synthetic rubber such as styrene-butadiene, butadiene, isoprene, and neoprene; Stretchable materials such as natural rubber, EVA, stretchable polyolefin, and urethane can be widely used, and examples thereof include a rectangular, square, circular, polygonal, or multifilament type thread-like cross section. .
[0037]
The preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
The disposable diaper of the present invention is suitable for adults, particularly for the elderly, but can also be applied for infants. In the case of diapers for infants, the waist area D is an area 30 mm below the peripheral edge of the waist opening, and the waist area E is located below the waist area D and has leg openings. 6 is located above the upper end 62.
[0038]
【Example】
<Example 1>
A diaper having the same configuration as that of the diaper of the first embodiment was manufactured using “MEXLAR” manufactured by Du Pont-Toray as an elastic sheet (non-gather type sheet) for forming an exterior body.
[0039]
<Example 2>
A diaper having the same configuration as the diaper of the second embodiment was manufactured using a nonwoven fabric as the outer layer and the inner layer sheet for forming the outer package.
For each diaper of the manufactured example, the waist circumference load, the waist circumference load, the minimum value of the width W1 between the pair of leg openings, and the separation distance from the lower end of the diaper at the portion showing the minimum value (separation in the ventral direction) Distance) L1, the area c of the area P1 (the average value on the left and right, and the respective values on the left and right are almost the same), the area d of the area P2, the ratio (c / d), etc. were measured and shown in Table 1. .
[0040]
<Comparative Examples 1 to 5>
A disposable diaper having a configuration similar to that of Example 2 was manufactured except that the waist circumference load, the waist circumference load, and the area of the region P2 indicated the values shown in Table 1.
[0041]
In addition, Example 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 are of a type in which the exterior body is provided with elasticity and elasticity by gathers, and measure the area and the like of each part in a planar state in a state where the elastic member of each part is stretched to a design size. did.
[0042]
<Performance evaluation>
With respect to the disposable diapers of the examples and the comparative examples, the feeling of wearing and the prevention of slippage were evaluated by the following methods. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0043]
1) Feeling of wearing (relaxation from waist to lower abdomen)
Twenty adults were asked to wear the diapers of the examples and comparative examples, and the feeling of wearing was evaluated according to the following criteria. Table 1 shows the number of respondents who answered that "the stomach circumference is comfortable without pressure."
(Evaluation criteria)
○: Stomach circumference is comfortable without feeling of oppression. △: Neither can be said. ×: Discomfort due to feeling of oppression.
2) Prevention of slippage (when walking)
In each of the diapers of the example and the comparative example, a walking motion in which both legs are moved back and forth in a standing position is possible, and a movable waist model morphologically imitating the waist of an adult female is provided with a waist opening peripheral edge (upper edge). ) Is positioned on the waist (on the circumference line at the narrowest position of the torso). In that state, a walking motion is performed at a walking speed of 100 steps / minute for 5 minutes,
After exercise, inject 150 cc of artificial urine and walk for another 5 minutes, then inject another 150 cc of artificial urine and walk for 5 minutes. After the walking exercise, the position of the waist opening peripheral edge (upper edge) is the original position. The distance (offset amount) from the distance was measured.
[0045]
[Table 1]
Figure 2004357950
[0046]
From the evaluation results shown in Table 1, it can be seen that the diapers of the examples are excellent in both the feeling of wearing and the property of preventing slippage. On the other hand, when the waist circumference load, the waist circumference load, or the area of the region P2 is out of the range of the present invention, it can be seen that at least one of the wearing feeling and the slip prevention property is inferior. In other words, it can be seen that the present invention is effective for achieving both excellent wearing feeling and slip-off prevention.
