Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to footwear including a foot supporter suitable for prevention, treatment, and correction of an ankle disorder.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many disorders of the ankle joint due to sports etc. are abnormal movements when the ankle abducts when the foot dorsiflexes to the lower limb, that is, the state where the long axis of the foot is directed outward with respect to the longitudinal axis of the tibia. It is said to be caused. If an ankle abnormality occurs, the range of motion of the ankle joint is limited, and it is not possible to move the center of gravity forward enough. And the spine. As a treatment for preventing such abnormal movements and for treating and correcting disorders caused by the abnormal movements, joint control by taping is currently mainstream.
[0003]
Auxiliary tools and sole plates for correcting ankle joint disorders, socks having a supporter function, and the like have also been proposed (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). However, these are merely configured as supporters, and those having a so-called corrective function for footwear have not been proposed.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-104008 A [Patent Document 2]
JP 2001-262405 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the joint control by taping described above, the movement of the foot is restricted by fixing the ankle joint. Therefore, there is a problem in that the mobility of the foot is impaired and sufficient exercise ability cannot be exhibited. In addition, taping measures are cumbersome, and the used tapes are disposable for economic reasons, so they are not often used in light practice and daily life. However, it is preferable to take some preventive measures on a daily basis in order to prevent an ankle failure.
[0006]
In addition, the sole plate of the above-mentioned reference 1 stabilizes the ankle joint by providing a slope to the sole plate to absorb a torsion applied to the foot when moving weight during walking, and the sock of the reference 2 is used when walking. In order to absorb the torsion of the sole of the foot, the toe and the toe of the foot are configured to spread outward.
[0007]
However, the sole plate of Reference 1 or the sock of Reference 2 does not suppress abnormal abduction of the ankle joint and does not prevent an ankle failure, but suppresses abnormal abduction of the ankle joint. Aids and the like are not commonly used and do not penetrate, and thus have a problem that they are difficult to obtain.
[0008]
Further, footwear that can exhibit such a correction function as well as a foot supporter has not been proposed. Therefore, as described above, the present invention suppresses abnormal abduction of the ankle joint, is effective in preventing or treating an ankle disorder, is effective in correction, is easily available at low cost, and can be easily used. It is an object of the present invention to provide a footwear having such a correction function while exhibiting a function as a foot supporter.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration. That is, the footwear according to the present invention comprises a member covering the heel and the back of the foot, and includes a foot supporter configured using an elastic body having a predetermined tension in a portion covering the back of the foot. I have.
[0010]
The mechanism of the movement of the ankle joint will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 to 10. Generally, when the ankle joint is dorsiflexed, the talus is placed between the inner malleolus (tibia) 30 and the outer malleolus (bone bone) 31. 32 fits. It is considered that when the talus is not properly fitted, abnormal abduction of the ankle joint occurs. When footwear having a foot supporter which is a premise of the present invention is used, since the foot back of the foot supporter covering the heel and the foot back has a predetermined tension, the tension of the elastic body used for the foot back is used. Acts as a force to pull the calcaneus 33 forward, and the calcaneus 33 is guided forward, so that the rearward movement of the talus 32 is performed smoothly, and the inner ankle 30 and the outer ankle 31 The talus 32 fits properly between them. Thereby, abnormal abduction of the ankle joint is suppressed.
[0011]
In particular, a cup-shaped patch cloth that wraps the foot supporter, which is the premise of the present invention, from the back side of the heel, and both ends are fixed to the inner and outer ends of the corresponding cloth, and the lower part of the inner and outer ankles pass through the vicinity and are hung on the back of the foot. With the wearing band having a predetermined tension, the pulling force of the calcaneus can be obtained more reliably.
[0012]
In addition, in the above configuration, if one end of the mounting band is made detachable with respect to the backing cloth, mounting becomes easy.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments shown in the drawings will be described. The foot supporter 1, which is a main premise of the footwear of the present invention, has a right foot and a left foot, and FIGS. 1 to 3 show the right foot. The left foot is symmetrical for the right foot.
[0014]
Reference numeral 2 denotes a patch cloth for covering the heel portion as a member for covering the heel portion. The center portion is formed into a cup shape conforming to the shape of the heel, and has both inner and outer ends projecting right and left. The patch cloth 2 is made of a mesh cloth having good air permeability, and a reinforcing edge cloth 2a is sewn to the outer peripheral edge. Then, one end of a mounting band 3 as an elastic body, which is a member for covering the back of the foot, is sewn to one end of the backing cloth 2. Further, a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 4 and 5 are sewn to each other at the other end of the patch cloth 2 and the other end of the mounting band 3. The mounting band 3 is made of an elastic cord, is stretchable and bendable, and has a predetermined tension when pulled.
[0015]
When the foot supporter 1 is used, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the patch 2 is applied to the heel, and the attachment band 3 is stretched and fixed to the patch 2 with the hook-and-loop fasteners 4, 5. At this time, the wearing band 3 is in a state of being hung on the back of the foot passing near below the inner and outer ankles. In the state where the foot supporter 1 is mounted in this manner, the garment 2 pulls the heel forward and diagonally upward by the tension of the mounting band 3. It is preferable that the direction in which the heel is lifted is an angle α = 45 to 60 ° with respect to the sole surface.
[0016]
When the foot supporter 1 is worn as described above, when the foot is dorsiflexed with respect to the lower limb, the calcaneus 33 is pulled out forward, and the talus 32 is smoothly moved rearward, and the medial ankle. The talus 32 fits between the 30 and the outer malleolus 31 properly (see FIGS. 6 to 8). As a result, abnormal abduction of the ankle joint is suppressed, and the stability of the ankle joint is increased. Since no force acts in any other direction, the mobility of the entire ankle joint is not impaired. Rather, by inducing a forward movement of the center of gravity, the swing of the foot becomes smooth. By changing the mutual bonding position of the hook-and-loop fasteners 4 and 5, the tension of the wearing band 3 can be set arbitrarily, and a proper heel bone pulling force can be obtained.
[0017]
As described above, the mounting of the foot supporter 1 is extremely simple, and there is little mounting error. Further, since the wearing band 3 is stretchable, it can cope with some individual differences. As shown in the figure, it is preferable to provide a portion for attaching and detaching the patch cloth 2 and the attachment band 3 to the inside, since the attaching and detaching operation is simple.
[0018]
The present invention is characterized in that the foot supporter having the structure shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 is provided on a heel portion of athletic shoes, sandals, slippers, or the like. The present invention is provided as footwear having effects such as prevention, treatment, and correction for an indirect disorder, and is configured such that a foot supporter exhibiting the above function can be worn when wearing such footwear. The above-mentioned patch of the foot supporter may be stitched to the heel of the sock so that the foot supporter is attached when the sock is worn.
[0019]
FIG. 6 is a view showing an athletic shoe 10 for the right foot to which the foot supporter 1 having the above-mentioned configuration is fixed, viewed from the outer side surface. The foot supporter 1 has both inner and outer ends of the cup-shaped patch cloth 2 at the ankle edge of the athletic shoe 10. 11 is fixed to the athletic shoe 10 so as to project right and left. The method of fixing the foot supporter 1 to the athletic shoe 10 is based on a method in which part or all of the outer peripheral edge 2a is sewn to the athletic shoe 10, and the inside of the heel portion of the athletic shoe 10 is formed of a hook-and-loop fastener, Can be detachably fixed to the athletic shoe 10 by forming the entire outside with a hook-and-loop fastener instead of the mesh-like cloth, or covering the mesh cloth with the hook-and-loop fastener. Although the bonding surface between the surface fastener 4 of the patch cloth 2 and the surface fastener 5 of the wearing band 3 is configured to be inside the athletic shoe 10 in FIG. 6, it may be provided outside.
[0020]
The foot supporter 1 fixed to the footwear is attached by stretching the attachment band 3 while wearing the footwear and fastening it to the patch cloth 2 at the hook-and-loop fasteners 4 and 5, thereby obtaining a pulling force of the calcaneus.
[0021]
It should be noted that even if the wearing band 3 having a predetermined tension is simply fixed to the vicinity of the ankle of the athletic shoe, the heel portion of the athletic shoe acts as a member covering the heel portion, and it is possible to obtain a certain amount of pulling force of the calcaneus 33. Therefore, when the foot supporter 1 is fixed to footwear having a heel portion such as athletic shoes, the cup-shaped patch cloth 2 can be omitted. However, in order to reliably obtain the effect of guiding the calcaneus 13 forward, it is preferable to cover the entire heel with the cup-shaped patch cloth 2 provided with the mounting band 3 having a predetermined tension.
[0022]
FIG. 7 shows a case where the foot supporter 1 having the above configuration is fixed to the sandals 20 for the right foot as viewed from the inner side surface. The foot supporter 1 is fixed to the sandals 20 by suturing at least a part of the outer peripheral edge 2 a to the sandal bottom 21. In order to securely attach the foot supporter 1 to the sandals 20 and facilitate the mounting, a part of the outer periphery 2a of the foot supporters is sewn to the sandal bottom 21 and a patch cloth 2 is formed along the heel outer edge of the sandal bottom 21. May be sewn to the sole of the shoe.
[0023]
Thus, if the foot supporter 1 is fixed to footwear having no heel, such as sandals and slippers, the foot supporter 1 can be easily mounted when the footwear is worn, and the ankle joint in a state where the footwear is worn can be obtained. Abnormal abduction can be suppressed.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the footwear according to the present invention can be mounted on the ankle joint by a simple operation, and the rearward movement of the talus is smoothly performed when the foot is dorsiflexed by the mounting, so that the foot joint can be worn. Since the foot supporter that can effectively prevent abnormal abduction is provided, the use of such footwear on a daily basis has made it suitable for prevention, treatment, and correction of foot joint disorders.
