Description

【0001】

[0044]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the scorch forming device 21 includes a plurality of strip-shaped members attached to the guide side plate 37 in the box body 36 of each stacker 13 so as to extend along the banknote S stacking direction. Specifically, four heating members 22 are provided so as to be able to simultaneously contact the stacked bills S, respectively, and these heating members 22 cause the bills S to be scorched by the heat generated by the built-in heating wire.
[0045]
In addition, when the banknotes S are stored in the stacking state between the depositing / dispensing mechanism 38 and the elevator mechanism 39 until the banknotes S are full, all the heating members 22 are located outside the both ends in the stacking direction of the banknotes S. As a result, all the heating members 22 can come into contact with all of the banknotes S stored in the box 36 to the full length. Then, all the heating members 22 burn the edges of all the banknotes S that come into contact with each other at the time of heat generation.
[0046]
Here, one or more of the heating members 22 are independently provided on one guide side plate 37, and one or more of the heating members 22 are provided on one guide side plate 37 together with the other heating members 22. Further, one or more of the heating members 22 are provided on the guide side plate 37 different from the other heating members 22. Specifically, the guide side plate 37 for guiding one edge Sa of the guide side plate 37 extending along the longitudinal direction of the banknote S, the guide side plate 37 for all the banknotes S in the box 36, Two heating members 22 are provided so as to be in contact with the facing edge Sa, and a box body 36 is provided on a guide side plate 37 that guides the other edge Sb extending along the longitudinal direction of the bill S. Accordingly, when all of the heating members 22 generate heat, the scorch forming device 21 simultaneously scorches a plurality of positions on each of all the banknotes S stored in the box 36, and furthermore, For each of the banknotes S stored in the box 36, a plurality of different edges are simultaneously burned.
[0047]
Here, the heating member 22 is electrically connected to a connector 23 provided on a box 36 of the stacker 13. As shown in FIG. 1, the connector 23 is mounted on the mounting portion 14 of the stacker 13. Thus, it is electrically connected to the connector 24 on the housing 12 side.
[0048]
The burn mark forming device 21 includes a door opening / closing state sensor (opening / closing state detecting means) 26 for detecting whether the door 16 is in an open state or a closed state, and a locking mechanism 19 in a locking rotation position. A lock state sensor (lock state detection means) 27 for detecting whether the door body 16 is in a locked state or is in an unlocked rotation position and is in an unlocked state in which the door body 16 is unlocked; A movement amount detection sensor (movement amount detection means) 28 for detecting the movement amount after the installation of the heating unit 12, and the heating member 22 according to the detection states of the door opening / closing state sensor 26, the locked state sensor 27, and the movement amount detection sensor 28. (Control means, charging means) 29 for switching between power supply and power supply stop, and a wiring part 30 for electrically connecting all the connectors 24 provided on the housing 12 to the control part 29. I have. Note that the control unit 29 is disposed in the space 20 behind all the stackers 13.
[0049]
Here, the movement amount detection sensor 28 is installed between the banknote processing machine 11 installed at a predetermined installation location and the floor 31 on which the banknote processing machine 11 is mounted. It is to detect whether there is the processing machine 11 or whether the bill processing machine 11 is separated from a predetermined installation location. The detection level and the like of the movement amount detection sensor 28 are set so that the banknote processing machine 11 is not determined to be in a state of being separated from a predetermined installation location at a degree of shaking of an earthquake.
[0050]
Further, the burn mark forming device 21 has a switching detection unit (operation switching unit) 33 whose signal is switched by a fitting rotation operation of a separate switching key (operation switching unit) 32, and the control unit 29 The operation and stop of the movement amount detection sensor 28 can be switched according to a signal from the switching detection unit 33. The switching key 32 can be pulled out of the switching detection unit 33 at any of the operation rotation position where the movement amount detection sensor 28 is in the operation state and the operation stop rotation position where the movement amount detection sensor 28 is in the operation stop state. It is not possible to pull out on the way.
[0051]
Further, in the housing 12, even at the time of a power failure in which power supply from a commercial power supply (not shown) is stopped, the door opening / closing state sensor 26, the locked state sensor 27, the movement amount detection sensor 28, A battery 34 that supplies power to the switching detection unit 33 and the control unit 29 to make them operable as usual is provided below the control unit 29 in the space 20. That is, the battery 34 is built in the housing 12. Note that the control unit 29 charges the battery 34 from the commercial power supply so that the battery 34 is always fully charged when power is supplied from the commercial power supply (not shown).
[0052]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, all the stackers 13 also have a scoring device (a scoring device) for scoring the bills S stored in the box 36 when an abnormality such as theft occurs. (Trace forming means) 47 is provided. These burn mark forming devices 47 share the heating member 22 with the above-described burn mark forming device 21, and include a cover opening / closing state sensor (open / close) for detecting whether the cover 41 is open or closed. (State detecting means) 56 and the locking mechanism 45 in the locked rotation position and in the locked state where the door 16 is locked or in the unlocked rotation position and in the unlocked state where the door 16 is unlocked. A lock state sensor (lock state detection means) 57 for detecting whether or not there is, and a control unit (control unit) for switching between power supply to the heating member 22 and power supply stop according to the detection states of the lid open / close state sensor 56 and the lock state sensor 57 Means, charging means) 58. The control unit 58 is disposed in a space 51 below the space where the banknotes S of the stacker 13 are stacked, that is, in a space 51 below the elevator mechanism 39.
[0053]
Further, in each of the stackers 13, the lid opening / closing state sensor 56 and the locked state sensor 57 of the burn mark forming device 47 are provided in the respective boxes 36 even during a power failure when power supply from a commercial power supply (not shown) is stopped. And a battery 59 that supplies power to the control unit 58 and makes them operable as usual. That is, the battery 59 is built in the box 36. Note that the control unit 58 charges the battery 59 from the commercial power supply so that the battery 59 is always fully charged when power is supplied from the commercial power supply (not shown).
[0054]
Next, the operation of the banknote handling machine 11 will be described. The burn mark forming device 21 for the banknote handling machine 11 is supplied with power from the commercial power supply in a state where power can be supplied from the commercial power supply, and is automatically supplied with power from the battery 34 in a power failure state where power cannot be supplied from the commercial power supply. .
[0055]
The control unit 29 of the burn mark forming device 21 is configured such that when the door 16 is opened, the opening state of the door 16 is detected by the door opening / closing state sensor 26, the locking mechanism 19 is always in the unlocked state by the locking state sensor 27. It monitors which of the locked states, and determines that there is no abnormality in the normal state when the unlocked state of the locking mechanism 19 is detected, and stops the power supply to all the heating members 22 of all the stackers 13. To maintain. In other words, when the door 16 is properly opened with respect to the housing 12 of the banknote handling machine 11 to take out and put in the stacker 13, the heating member 22 is maintained in the power supply stopped state, and the heating member 22 generates heat. Regulate.
[0056]
On the other hand, when the door opening / closing state sensor 26 detects the open state of the door 16 and the locking state sensor 27 detects the locked state of the locking mechanism 19, the control unit 29 determines that an abnormality has occurred. By making the determination, the electric power from the commercial power supply or the battery 34 is supplied to all the heating members 22 of all the stackers 13. Then, all the heating members 22 generate heat and burn a plurality of different edges of all the banknotes S stored in the box 36 of the stacker 13. That is, when the door 16 is illegally opened with respect to the housing 12 of the banknote handling machine 11, for example, when the door 16 of the banknote handling machine 11 is forcibly opened at the installation location, The power is supplied to all the heating members 22 of the stacker 13, and the edges of all the bills S in all the stackers 13 are scorched.
[0057]
Further, in a state where the movement amount detection sensor 28 is activated by the fitting rotation operation of the switching key 32, the control unit 29 determines that the movement amount after the housing 12 is installed by the movement amount detection sensor 28 is a predetermined amount or more. Is detected, it is determined that an abnormality has occurred, and electric power from the commercial power supply or the battery 34 is supplied to all the heating members 22 of all the stackers 13. Then, all the heating members 22 generate heat and burn a plurality of different edges of all the banknotes S stored in the box 36 of the stacker 13. That is, when the banknote handling machine 11 is moved from the installation location, for example, when trying to steal the entire banknote handling machine 11 from the installation location, the control unit 29 supplies power to all the heating members 22 of all the stackers 13, A scorch mark is made on the edges of all the bills S in the stacker 13.
[0058]
In the state where the movement amount detection sensor 28 is stopped by the fitting rotation operation of the switching key 32, even if the movement amount after the installation of the housing 12 exceeds a predetermined amount, this is not detected. Therefore, the control unit 29 does not determine that an abnormality has occurred and does not scorch the bills S stored in the stacker 13. That is, when the banknote handling machine 11 moves normally, the burn forming device 21 determines that an abnormality has occurred and does not make a burn on the bill S.
[0059]
Next, the operation of the stacker 13 will be described. Note that the burn mark forming device 47 for the stacker 13 is supplied with power from the commercial power supply in a state where power can be supplied from the commercial power supply, and is automatically supplied with power from the battery 59 in a power failure state where power cannot be supplied from the commercial power supply.
[0060]
The control unit 58 of the burn mark forming device 47 always controls the locking mechanism 45 to be in the unlocked state by the locked state sensor 57 when the lid 41 is opened when the open state of the lid 41 is detected by the lid open / closed state sensor 56. It monitors which of the locked states, and normally determines that there is no abnormality when the locking mechanism 45 is in the unlocked state, and maintains a state in which power supply to all the heating members 22 of the box 36 is stopped. . In other words, when the lid 41 of the box 36 is properly opened for taking in and out of the bill S, the heating member 22 is maintained in the power supply stopped state, and the heating member 22 is prevented from generating heat.
[0061]
On the other hand, when the lid state is detected by the lid opening / closing state sensor 56 and the locking state of the locking mechanism 45 is detected by the locking state sensor 57, the control unit 58 determines that an abnormality has occurred. After the determination, the electric power from the commercial power supply or the battery 59 is supplied to all the heating members 22 of the box 36. Then, all the heating members 22 generate heat, and burn a plurality of different edges of all the banknotes S stored in the box 36. That is, if the lid 41 is illegally opened with respect to the box 36 of the stacker 13, for example, when the stacker 13 is stolen during transportation or the like, and then the lid 41 of the stacker 13 is forcibly opened, for example, the control is performed. The part 58 supplies power to all the heating members 22 of the box 36, and burns the edges of all the banknotes S in the box 36.
[0062]
Here, in both of the above-mentioned scorch forming devices 21 and 47, the heating time and heating temperature of the heating member 22 are set to such a degree that the bill S is not fired and a scorch is formed.
[0063]
The banknote processing machine 11 described above has the following effects.
[0064]
When the abnormality occurs, the burn forming device 21 makes a burn on the banknotes S stored in all the stackers 13, and thereafter, it can be easily recognized as a stolen banknote from the burn. . Therefore, since such a banknote cannot be used even if it is stolen, theft itself is meaningless and is suppressed. Moreover, the burn marks cannot be removed even by washing or the like.
[0065]
Specifically, when the door 16 is illegally opened, since the locking mechanism 19 is not in the unlocked state, the open state of the door 16 is detected by the door open / close state sensor 26 and the locked state sensor At 27, the locking state of the locking mechanism 19 is detected, whereby the scoring mark forming device 21 determines that an abnormality has occurred, and the scoring mark is applied to the banknotes S stored in all the stackers 13. Thereafter, it is easy to recognize that the banknote is a stolen banknote from this scorch. Therefore, since such a bill cannot be used even if it is stolen, theft itself by illegally opening the door body 16 becomes meaningless and is suppressed.
[0066]
Further, when the banknote handling machine 11 is taken away with the housing 12, the amount of movement of the housing 12 detected by the movement amount detection sensor 28 after the installation becomes equal to or more than a predetermined amount, and the burn marks are formed. Since the apparatus 21 determines that an abnormality has occurred and burns the bills S stored in all the stackers 13, the bills can be easily identified as stolen bills thereafter from the burn marks. Become. Therefore, since such a bill cannot be used even if it is stolen, theft itself, such as taking out the entire housing 12, becomes meaningless and is suppressed.
[0067]
In addition, if the movement amount detection sensor 28 is stopped by the fitting rotation operation of the switching key 32, the scorch mark forming apparatus 21 will not generate an abnormality even if the movement amount after the housing 12 is installed becomes a predetermined amount or more. Will not be determined. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the burn mark forming device 21 from determining that an abnormality has occurred during normal movement of the housing 12 and causing the bills S in the stacker 13 to burn.
[0068]
In addition, even in the event of a power failure, power can be supplied from the battery 34 incorporated in the banknote handling machine 11 to the burn forming device 21, so that all the banknotes S stored in all the stackers 13 at the time of occurrence of an abnormality. Will burn. Therefore, there is no meaning in the power outage state, and the effect of preventing theft is further improved.
[0069]
Since the control unit 29 charges the electric power from the commercial power supply so that the battery 34 is always fully charged, the battery 34 can always be maintained in the fully charged state.
[0070]
Furthermore, since the scoring device 21 applies scoring marks to a plurality of positions for each of the banknotes S stored in all of the stackers 13, the scoring positions are characteristic and the banknotes are stolen banknotes. Will be more easily identified.
[0071]
In addition, since the scorch forming device 21 scorches a plurality of different edges on each of all the banknotes S stored in all the stackers 13, the scorch can be more easily recognized and the stolen banknotes Is more easily and reliably identified.
[0072]
Normally, since the control unit 29 of the scoring device 21 does not supply power to the heating member 22, the heating member 22 does not generate heat, and therefore, it is difficult for all the banknotes S in all the stackers 13 to be scorched. Absent. On the other hand, when an abnormality occurs, the control unit 29 of the scoring mark forming device 21 supplies power to the heating member 22, so that the heating member 22 generates heat, so that scorching marks are generated on all the bills S in all the stackers 13. Will be attached. In this way, with a simple configuration, a scorch can be applied to all the bills S in all the stackers 13 when an abnormality occurs.
[0073]
The stacker 13 of the present embodiment can provide the following effects.
[0074]
In the event of an abnormality, the scoring device 47 applies scoring marks to all the banknotes S stored in the box 36, so that the scoring marks can be easily identified as stolen banknotes thereafter. Become. Therefore, since such a banknote cannot be used even if it is stolen, theft itself is meaningless and is suppressed. Moreover, the burn marks cannot be removed by washing or the like.
[0075]
Specifically, if the lid 41 is illegally opened, the locking mechanism 45 is not in the unlocked state, so that the lid opening / closing state sensor 56 detects the open state of the lid 41 and the locking state sensor Since the locking state of the locking mechanism 45 is detected at 57, the scoring device 47 determines that an abnormality has occurred and applies a scoring mark to all the banknotes S stored in the box 36, Thereafter, it is easy to recognize that the banknote is a stolen banknote from this scorch. Therefore, since such bills cannot be used even if they are stolen, stealing by stealing the stacker 13 and illegally opening the lid 41 becomes meaningless and is suppressed.
[0076]
In addition, even in the event of a power failure, power can be supplied from the battery 59 contained in the stacker 13 to the scoring device 47, so that all bills S stored in the box 36 are scorched when an abnormality occurs. Will be attached. Therefore, there is no meaning in the power outage state, and the effect of preventing theft is further improved.
[0077]
Since the control unit 58 charges the electric power from the commercial power supply so that the battery 59 is always fully charged, the battery 59 can always be maintained in the fully charged state.
[0078]
Furthermore, since the scoring mark forming device 47 applies scoring marks to a plurality of positions for each of the banknotes S stored in the box 36, the scoring mark positions are characteristic and the banknotes are stolen banknotes. Can be more easily identified.
[0079]
In addition, since the burn mark forming device 47 applies a burn mark to a plurality of different edge portions for each of all the bills S stored in the box 36, the burn mark becomes easier to visually recognize, and the stolen bill is used. Something will be more easily and reliably identified.
[0080]
Furthermore, since the control unit 58 of the scoring device 47 does not supply power to the heating member 22 during normal times, the heating member 22 does not generate heat, so that all the banknotes S in the box 36 are scorched. There is no. On the other hand, when an abnormality occurs, the control unit 58 of the scoring mark forming device 47 supplies power to the heating member 22, so that the heating member 22 generates heat, so that all the bills S in the box 36 are scorched. Will be done. In this manner, with a simple configuration, a scorch mark can be applied to all the bills S in the box 36 when an abnormality occurs.
[0081]
Note that a sensor that detects the position of the banknote handling machine 11 using GPS and determines whether or not the banknote handling machine 11 has moved by a predetermined amount or more may be used as the movement amount detection sensor 28.
[0082]
Further, an impact sensor for detecting whether or not an impact of a predetermined amount or more is applied to the banknote handling machine 11 is provided. When the impact sensor detects that an impact of the predetermined amount or more is applied, the burn mark forming device 21 A burn mark may be applied to the bill S in the stacker 13.
[0083]
In addition, a vibration sensor for detecting whether or not a predetermined amount or more of vibration is applied to the banknote handling machine 11 is provided. When the vibration sensor detects that a predetermined amount or more of vibration is applied, the burn mark forming device 21 is used. Alternatively, a scorch mark may be applied to the bill S in the stacker 13.
[0084]
Further, an inclination sensor for detecting whether or not the banknote handling machine 11 has been tilted by a predetermined amount or more is provided. When the tilt sensor detects that the banknote processing machine 11 has been tilted by a predetermined amount or more, the scoring mark forming device 21 is used. Alternatively, a scorch mark may be applied to the bill S in the stacker 13.
[0085]
In addition, after the scorch is formed by the scorch forming devices 21 and 47, water may be immediately applied to the bills in the box 36. In this case, a device for storing water and jetting the water as necessary is provided in the box 36, for example.
[0086]
