Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE
[0002]
[Prior art]
It is known that a paper cylinder or the like collapses flatly when pressure is uniformly applied from both sides. The shape close to the original cylinder can be restored by the pressure from both sides perpendicular to the pressing direction. By applying this principle, the upper and lower ends of the planar object are formed into an arc shape protruding outward, and the arc-shaped protruding piece is folded inward so that an arc-shaped fold line is also provided. A shape close to a cylinder can be formed.
[0003]
The substantially cylindrical body formed in this way is used as a paper tube or the like for rounding documents such as drawings.
[0004]
By the way, when trying to use such a substantially cylindrical body as a stand-type display body, it is a problem that the arc portions at both ends of the cylindrical body become problematic. The end shall be cut at right angles to the substantially cylinder. Then, instead of the arc-shaped protruding piece, it is necessary to provide a member that maintains a substantially cylindrical shape on the middle side instead of the end.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The stand-type display body thus formed is used for a small-sized advertising stand or the like for a commercial advertisement stand, and for a large-sized advertising tower or the like. However, as the size becomes larger, there is a problem that bulk handling is not easy during transportation or storage.
[0006]
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a stand-type display body that is easy to carry and store and easy to assemble and remove.
[0007]
Means and Action for Solving the Problems
The above object is achieved by combining a front wall portion and a back wall portion connected at both sides, a folded portion provided on the front wall portion or the back wall portion, and the front wall portion and the back wall portion. This is attained by providing a folding stand-type display body comprising fold lines provided on a front wall portion and a back wall portion so as to be foldable in a state. When it is said that the front wall and the back wall are connected at both sides, the front wall and the back wall are separate bodies, they are superimposed and glued or hinged at both sides. The front wall and the back wall are formed by folding in two, and both ends are adhered. The cylinder is flattened and the front wall and the back wall are formed from the folds on both sides. And so on. The material of the front wall portion and the back wall portion is arbitrary, and paper, a synthetic resin plate, a metal plate, a wooden plate, or the like can be selected or mixed as needed. Further, the folding line, that is, the folding piece can be formed not only horizontally but also vertically.
[0008]
When the folded portion is folded inward, a folded piece is formed.Since the folded piece pushes the opposing wall, the space between the front wall and the back wall is widened by the amount of the folded piece. The whole becomes swelled and three-dimensional, whereby the whole becomes an independent state. In addition, the rigidity increases as the bulge approaches the circle, so that a tall one can be provided. The folded portion is formed by providing a cutout around the front wall portion or the back wall portion so as to form a folded piece. Since the cutout portion is substantially a simple cut piece, the weight may increase regardless of how many pieces are provided. The center of gravity does not change, no additional parts are required, and the cost is low. In addition, the part which becomes the fold of the said folding part may be comprised as a perforation.
[0009]
Further, by returning the folded portion folded inward to the original state, the front wall portion and the back wall portion can be brought into a flat state. Furthermore, by folding back from the fold line, the whole can be folded compactly to be transported or stored.
[0010]
Next, a part of the folding line may be a score line. It can be seen that, when the front wall and the back wall are connected at both sides, the folded line is swelled and cannot be folded completely flat. Therefore, by providing a cut in a part of the fold line, the bulge can be escaped. It is also effective when folding three or more.
[0011]
Next, a plurality of the fold lines are formed, and the fold lines may be provided so that the width of the fold lines increases in the order of folding. In other words, the thickness increases as the number of times of folding increases, so that the next folding line is made thicker so that the folding can be neatly performed.
[0012]
Next, the end portion of the folded portion may be provided on the inner side with an appropriate width from the both side portions. It is easier to fold inward when the fold is provided slightly away from both sides than when the end is formed to reach both sides of the front wall and the back wall.
[0013]
Next, a width may be provided in the groove forming the folded portion. When the folded portion is folded inward, a situation may occur in which both edges of the groove rub against each other, making it difficult to fold. However, providing the groove with a width makes it possible to reduce the friction. For example, in the case of a substantially U-shaped folded portion, it is preferable to provide a width in the grooves on both sides thereof. Also, by cutting out both ends of the groove in a circular shape, it is possible to make this part difficult to tear.
[0014]
Next, a cutout portion for putting a finger around the center of the folded portion may be provided. When the folded portion is folded inward, a folded piece is formed.Since the leading end portion of the folded piece pushes the wall on the opposite side, it is difficult to put a finger when the folded portion is returned to the original state. Although there is a problem, if there is the notch, it is possible to easily put the folded piece back by putting a finger on the notch.
[0015]
Next, a side wall portion may be provided on the side portion. With this configuration, the stand-type display body of the present invention can be provided not only with a cylindrical shape but also with various geometrical variations.
[0016]
Next, the bottom portions of the front wall portion and the back wall portion may be provided in an arc shape protruding downward. When the bottoms of the front wall and the back wall are formed in a straight line, the front wall and the back wall are inflated so that the bottoms do not adhere to the floor surface, and the posture at the time of installation. Becomes unstable. The degree of swelling between the front wall portion and the back wall portion depends on the size of the folding piece, but the bottom portions of both walls are formed into an arc shape protruding downward, so that the bottom portion is in close contact with the floor surface. It becomes possible to make it easy. Thereby, the installation posture can be stabilized. The curvature of the arc at the bottom is adjusted to the degree of bulging of both wall portions.
[0017]
Next, an abutment may be attached near the bottom. This abutment has the function of stabilizing the installation posture. The abutment can be made of a material that comes into contact with the floor surface to be installed or a strut.
[0018]
A weight may then be attached near the bottom. The stability of the installation can be enhanced by the action of the weight. As the weight, it is possible to raise a paper cylinder or a triangular cylinder formed so as to be able to be fitted between the two walls in addition to the metal weight.
[0019]
