本発明は、排水装置としてドレントラップを備えた冷凍・冷蔵ショーケースに関する。

【従来の技術】
冷凍・冷蔵ショーケースでは、冷却器からの除霜水等の排水を庫外に排出する排水口に対し、庫外の暖気,湿気,臭気等の流入や、冷気の流出を防止するための排水装置として、一般に、ゴム管の中途部をU字状に折曲,固定してトラップ部を構成したドレントラップが用いられていたが、ドレントラップの取付け,取外し作業が困難であるとともに、トラップ部に堆積したゴミの除去等が困難であり、メンテナンス作業を容易に行うことができないという問題があった。このような問題を解決するため、従来、断熱壁底部に形成したガイド部と、当該ガイド部に対して下方から着脱自在に取り付けられた容器状の排水受け部材とを備えるドレントラップを用いた構成が公知となっている(例えば、特許文献1参照。)

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、特許文献1に記載の構成では、取外しは容易に行うことができる一方、取付け作業が困難という問題があった。即ち、排水受け部材を安定的に支持する関係上、係止爪を挿入する係合部の開口幅等は一般に小さく形成されるため、係止爪を係合部に挿入する際、細かな位置合わせ作業が必要となり、係合部の位置を下側から視認しながら作業を行わなければならないという問題があった。特に、近時、冷凍・冷蔵ショーケースについて、陳列スペースを最大限に確保するため、断熱壁底部を低く設定する低床化の傾向にあることから、ガイド部の位置を視認しながら作業を行うためにより低い姿勢をとる必要があり、設置スペースの狭い店舗内では取付け作業がさらに困難となっていた。

本発明は、前記課題を解決するためのものであり、排水装置の取付け、特に、断熱壁底部が低く設定されたショーケースの下部架台内における取付け作業を容易に行うことができるとともに、断熱壁底部に対して安定的に支持可能な排水装置を備えた冷凍・冷蔵ショーケースを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するため本発明は、断熱壁の底板に形成された排水口に対し、トラップ部を構成する排水装置を備えた冷凍・冷蔵ショーケースにおいて、前記排水装置は、前記断熱壁の底板に固定される支持部材と、当該支持部材の下面側に着脱自在に取り付けられる排水受け部材とから構成され、前記支持部材は、前記排水口に連通する排水管部と、当該排水管部の外周面に形成され、前記断熱壁の底板下面側に固定される板状の支持部とを有し、当該支持部は、下面側に、平面視略円弧状で、内周側に開口する断面視略コ字状の複数のガイド部と、前記排水管部と前記ガイド部との間で、前記ガイド部の下端面よりも下方に突出する位置決め部とを有し、前記排水受け部材は、有底筒状の容器体の上端部に、前記複数のガイド部に対応して、各ガイド部間の可能な幅で、かつ、前記ガイド部内をスライド可能な厚さで形成された複数の支持片を有することを特徴とする。これにより、排水受け部材の位置合わせが容易となり、取付位置を下側から視認すること無く、取付け作業を行うことが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面に基づき説明する。
図1は、本発明の一実施の形態に係るドレントラップを備えた冷凍・冷蔵ショーケースとして、平型ショーケースに適用した例を示す断面図であり、図2〜4は、平型ショーケースに備えられる排水装置としてのドレントラップを示す図であり、図2はドレントラップにおける排水の流れを説明するための要部断面図、図3はドレントラップを示す分解斜視図、図4はドレントラップを構成する支持部材を示す底面図である。なお、図2では、ドレントラップ以外についてのハッチングを省略している。また、図3では、ドレントラップを構成する支持部材をショーケース断熱壁の底板部に固定した状態を示している。
図1に示すように、本実施の形態に係る平型ショーケース1は、断熱壁2により構成された本体3内に、上部開放の箱型形状の商品収納部4を有し、本体3の下部には、商品収納部4を適度な高さに保持する架台5を有する。商品収納部4の外周部及び商品収納部4,4間には冷気循環用のダクト6が形成され、ダクト6内には、冷却器7と送風機8とが備えられている。
断熱壁2の底板部9には、ダクト6内の冷却器7からの除霜水等を庫外に排出するための排水口部材10が備えられている。

本実施の形態では、架台5内において、排水口部材10の透孔に連通する排水管を備えた排水装置としてのドレントラップ11が固定されている。ドレントラップ11の下方には、ドレントラップ11から排出された除霜水等を溜めるドレン受皿12が備えられている。
ドレントラップ11は、断熱壁2の底板部9に固定される支持部材13と、支持部材13の下面に対し着脱自在に取付けられる排水受け部材14とから構成されている。支持部材13は、図2に示すように、底板部9に備えられた排水口部材10の透孔に連通する排水管部15と、排水管部15の外周面において、高さ方向の略中間位置付近において略円板状に形成された排水受け部材14の支持部16とから構成される。この場合、例えば、排水管部15の上部端近傍の外周面に、排水口部材10の下端内周部に形成された雌ネジに螺挿される雄ネジを形成し、排水口部材10に排水管部15を螺合することにより支持部材13を底板部9に対して固定する。

支持部材13を構成する支持部16の外周端部には、図3,4に示すように、下面側において周方向に沿って延長する略円弧状の複数のガイド部17が所定間隔をおいて形成されている。各ガイド部17は、後述する排水受け部材14の外周形状に対応するように形成されている。ガイド部17は、図1,2に示すように、内周側に開口する断面視略コ字状に形成されるとともに、図4に示すように、反時計回り方向の前端側に開口部17aを有し、後端側に閉塞部17bを有している。また、排水管部15とガイド部17との間には、下方に延長する筒状の突出片からなる位置決め部18が設けられている。位置決め部18は、排水受け部材14の内周面に対し所定間隔の隙間を有する程度の小径に形成され、位置決め部18の下端は、ガイド部17の下端面よりも下方に位置するとともに、後述する排水受け部材14の排水孔を塞がない程度の高さに形成されている。

排水受け部材14は、図3に示すように、有底筒状の容器体で構成されており、上端部には、ガイド部17に対応して外方向に突出する複数の支持片19が設けられている。支持片19は、図4に示す支持部16の各ガイド部17,17の間の凹部17cに挿入可能な程度の幅で、かつ、ガイド部17内をスライド可能な程度の厚さで形成されている。排水受け部材14の側壁には、排水受け部材14が支持部材16に支持された状態で、排水管部15の下端開口部よりも上方に位置するように、矩形状の排水孔20が複数形成されている。排水孔20は、排水受け部材14の略全周に亘って、周方向に所定間隔をおいて形成されている。

ドレントラップ11は、図2の矢印に示すように、支持部材13の排水管部15と、排水受け部材14の底部及び排水孔20により、略U字状のトラップ部を構成することとなる。この場合、排水孔20が略全周に亘って形成されているため、ドレントラップ11の略全周をトラップ部として機能させることが可能となる。

以上のように構成された平型ショーケース1では、予め断熱壁2の底板部9に形成された排水口部材10に対して、透孔と排水管部15とが連通するように支持部材13を固定しておく。
排水受け部材14の取付け時には、平型ショーケース1の架台5に取付けられた図外の前面パネルを取外した後、支持部材13に対して排水受け部材14を位置合わせを行う。この場合の位置合わせとしては、ガイド部17の下端面に支持片19の上端面が当接した状態で、位置決め部18が排水受け部材14の内周面の内側に位置していればよく、細かい位置決め作業は必要としない。この状態で、ガイド部17,17の間の凹部17cに支持片18が挿入可能な角度に排水受け部材14を摺動回転させた後、排水受け部材14を上方に持ち上げる。さらに、ガイド部17の開口部17aから閉塞部17bに当接する位置までガイド部17内を時計回りにスライドさせるように排水受け部材14を回転させ、ガイド部17内の底部に支持片19を支持させることにより、支持部16に排水受け部材14を支持固定させた状態とする。

一方、ドレントラップ11の底部に堆積したゴミの除去等のメンテナンス時において排水受け部材14を取外す場合には、架台5に取付けられた図外の前面パネルを取外した後、排水受け部材14の支持片19を閉塞部17bからガイド部17,17間の凹部17cまで反時計回りにスライドさせるように排水受け部材14を回転させた後、排水受け部材14を下方に落とすようにして取外しを行う。

以上のように、本実施の形態では、平型ショーケース1の架台5内に収容されるドレントラップ11を、断熱壁2の底板部9に固定される支持部材13と、支持部材13に着脱自在に支持される排水受け部材14とから構成し、支持部材13の外周端部下面側に、周方向に沿って延長する断面視略コ字状のガイド部17を複数形成するとともに、排水管部15とガイド部17との間において下方に突出する位置決め部18を形成し、排水受け部材14に、複数のガイド部17に対応して、各ガイド部17,17間の凹部17cに挿入可能な幅で、かつ、ガイド部17内をスライド可能な厚さに形成された複数の支持片19を設けることとしたので、排水受け部材14の位置合わせが容易になるとともに、ガイド部17及びこのガイド部17内をスライド可能な支持片19により、排水受け部材14の着脱が容易となる。特に、取付けの際には、位置決め部材18及び凹部17cに基づいて位置合わせをすることが可能となるため、排水受け部材14の細かい位置合わせが不要となり、下側から視認しながら作業を行わなくともよいこととなる。従って、狭いスペースの店舗内であっても取付け作業を容易に行うことができる。また、ガイド部17内に支持片19を支持させることとしたので、支持部材13に対して排水受け部材14を安定的に支持固定することが可能となる。
また、排水受け部材14に排水用の配管を設ける代わりに、複数の排水孔を形成することとしたので、排水受け部材14内部全体をトラップ部として利用することができる。従って、排水受け部材14内に堆積したゴミの除去等のメンテナンス間隔を長くすることができる。特に、本実施の形態では、略全周に亘って、周方向に所定間隔をおいて排水孔を設けることとしたので、略全方向をトラップ部として機能させることが可能となるとともに、排水能力を向上させることができる。また、特許文献1に記載の構成のように排水受け部材14内に配管を設けたものではないため、配管の付根等の細かい隙間にゴミが詰まることが無く、メンテナンス時における排水受け部材14内のゴミ等の除去作業が容易となる。

なお、本実施の形態では、2つのガイド部及び2つの支持片を設けた例を示しているが、これに限られるものでは無く、ガイド部と支持片との数が対応しているものであれば、種々設定可能なものとする。
また、支持部を円板状に形成することしているが、これに限られるものではなく、支持部を矩形の板状に形成してもよい。また、ガイド部を設ける位置は、必ずしも支持部の外周端部に限られるものでは無く、外周端部以外の位置に設けてもよい。また、必ずしも排水受け部材の外周形状に対応して形成する必要はなく、円弧状の各ガイド部が、排水受け部材の各支持片を支持可能な位置に設けられていればよい。従って、排水受け部材の形状も、矩形の筒状としてもよい。
また、支持部材の固定方法としては、底板部に対して支持部をネジ等で直接固定することとしてもよい。
また、位置決め部についても必ずしも筒状のものには限られず、ガイド部の下端面よりも下方に突出し、排水受け部材の位置決めが可能な形状であれば、他の形状としてもよい。
また、排水孔の数,形状についても、種々設定可能なものとする。
また、前記実施の形態では、平型ショーケースに適用した例を示したが、これに限られるものでは無く、他の形態のショーケースにも適用可能である。

【発明の効果】
以上、説明したように、本発明の冷凍・冷蔵ショーケースによれば、次のような効果を奏する。
(1)排水装置としてのドレントラップを構成する支持部材に設けられた位置決め部及びガイド部間の凹部により、排水受け部材の位置合わせが容易となり、ショーケースの架台内を下側から視認しながら取付け作業を行う必要が無くなる。
(2)また、断面略コ字状に形成されたガイド部内に、排水受け部材の支持片を支持させることとしたので、支持部材に対して排水受け部材を安定的に支持させることが可能となる。
(3)さらに、前記排水受け部材は、側壁の略全周に亘って、周方向に所定間隔をおいて形成された複数の排水孔を有し、当該排水孔は、前記排水管部の下端開口部よりも上方に位置することにより、略全方向をトラップ部として機能させることが可能となるとともに、排水能力を向上させることができる。
