TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a grafting / removing tool for cutting a stem of a rootstock seedling and a scionling seedling and joining and fixing the cut rootstock stem and the scionling stem at the cutting point.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When the graft and the graft of the scion are joined and fixed with a clip, there is a technique of inserting the scion from the upper end of the holder to be joined to the cut of the stock and joining and fixing the scion and the stock. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
[0003]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent No. 2561755
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the operation of inserting the scion from the upper end of the holder as described above not only cannot be easily performed due to the stem diameter and the like, but also lacks the reliability of joining.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present invention provides a plier-shaped detaching member that pushes open and detaches a slit of a substantially cylindrical joint for fixing a joint between a seedling for a scion and a seedling for a rootstock. An object of the present invention is to improve the efficiency of attachment of the graft by using the detacher to push and spread the joint by simply grasping the lever of the detacher by hand, thereby enabling easy attachment to the grafted seedling.

In addition, a pressing member to be brought into contact with the side of the joining tool opposite to the slit is slidably provided on the attaching / detaching member, and when the slit end of the joining tool is gripped and pushed, the slit is opened from the opposite side of the slit of the joining tool. By the pushing action on the side, the necessary amount of the grafting tool is surely spread out to enable the stable attachment to the grafted seedling.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 is an explanatory view of the use state of the detachable tool, FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of the detachable tool, FIG. 3 is an explanatory view of the operation of the detachable tool, FIG. 4 is an explanatory view of a work process of grafting, and FIG. Alternatively, grafting seedlings 2 and rootstock seedlings 2 of seedlings of Cucurbitaceae such as squash or solanaceae such as eggplant or potato are grafted to form grafted seedlings 1, and embryo oil 2b of seedlings 2 for scioning Is cut into a V-shape (wedge shape) by a V-shape cutter or the like to form a V-shaped cut surface 2c in the seedling 2 and a cotyledon 3a development portion of embryo oil 3b of the rootstock seedling 3 The seedling 3 is cut into a Y shape by a Y-shaped cutter or the like to form a Y-shaped cut surface 3c in the seedling 3, and at the same time, the growth point 3d is removed, and the V-shaped cut surface 2c of the seedling 2 and the Y of the rootstock seedling 3 are removed. The cutting faces 3c are joined to each other, so that the deployment directions of the hogi cotyledons 2a and the rootstock cotyledons 3a are orthogonal (cross-shaped). Uni Securely grafted, to the sunshine without generating shade uniform to promote the growth of grafted seedling 2-3.
[0008]
A substantially cylindrical sleeve 4 having a fixed length (12 mm) is attached to the outside of the joint between the scion seedling 2 and the rootstock seedling 3 to fix the joint. With the growth of the seedling, it has a slit 5 for dropping off naturally and a projection 6 for pushing and expanding the slit 5, so that it softly drops when the grafted seedling 1 grows and biodegrades in a few months after dropping. It is made of an elastic material such as cellulose or corn, and is formed to be light and translucent so that the joined state can be easily checked from the outside.
[0009]
Further, the sleeve 4 is stored in a reel 7 by continuous molding, fed out of the reel 7, cut to a fixed length (12 mm) by a cutter 8, and manually attached to the grafted seedling 1 immediately after grafting using a handy type mounting tool 9. Attach by operation.
[0010]
The attachment / detachment tool 9 has plier-shaped hand levers 12a and 12b that open and close the hook 11 at one end about a central rotation fulcrum shaft 10. A torsion coil spring 13 that normally holds the hook 11 closed is connected between the levers 12a and 12b. Is interposed.
[0011]
A slider 14 is provided between the levers 12a and 12b so as to be slidable, and the slider 14 is a pusher for abutting the front surface 14b of the concave portion on the outer surface opposite to the slit 5 of the sleeve 4. The slider 14 is slidably guided by the body 15, the upper operation piece 14 a of the slider 14 is projected outside the levers 12 a, 12 b, and the compression spring 17 that is inserted into the guide pin 16 outside the guide body 15 is connected to the guide body 15. The slider 14 is provided between the operation pieces 14a so as to push the slider 14 toward the hook 11 with the operation piece 14a against the compression spring 17.
[0012]
Further, the slider 14 is provided with two full-open and locking pin holes 19 and 20 for engaging with the lock pin 18 of the lever 12a on one side surface of the lever 12a. The levers 12a and 12b are fully closed (the hook 11 is fully opened) by the engagement of the pin 18 and the pin hole 19, and the slider 18 is advanced by the index finger to engage the pin 18 and the pin hole 20 when the levers 12a and 12b are closed. Thus, the slider 14 is configured to be fixedly held at the forward position.
[0013]
Then, when attaching the sleeve 4 to the grafted seedling 1,
(1) The levers 12a and 12b are gripped and the hook 11 is fully opened to approach the sleeve 4.
(2) Loosen the hand holding the levers 12a and 12b, and close the hook 11.
(3) The slider 14 is advanced with the index finger to insert the hook 11 into the slit 5 of the sleeve 4 (FIG. 2 (1)).
(4) The levers 12a and 12b are closed, the hook 11 is opened, and the sleeve 4 is taken in. At this time, the pins 18 are engaged with the pin holes 20 to fix the slider 14 (FIG. 3A).
(5) The detaching tool 9 is approached to the grafted seedling 1, the levers 12a and 12b are loosened, and the sleeve 4 is attached to the grafted seedling 1. At this time, the slider 14 is retracted by the spring 17 (FIG. 3 (2)).
(6) The levers 12a and 12b are closed, the pin 18 is engaged with the pin hole 19, and the hook 11 is fully opened (FIG. 3 (3)).
(7) In this state, the detachment tool 9 is separated from the grafted seedling 1 to complete the attachment of the sleeve 4 to the grafted seedling 1. The above steps are performed, and the sleeve 4 is removed from the grafted seedling 1 in substantially the same manner.
[0014]
As is apparent from the above description, it is a plier-type detachable member that pushes open and detaches the slit 5 of the substantially cylindrical sleeve 4 which is a joining tool for fixing the joint between the scion seedling 2 and the rootstock seedling 3. By providing the detaching tool 9, for example, using the plier-shaped detaching tool 9 having a simple structure, the sleeve 4 is pushed out by simply grasping the levers 12 a and 12 b of the detaching tool 9 by hand, and the detachable tool 9 is attached to the grafted seedling 1. Easy mounting is possible, and the efficiency of mounting the sleeve 4 can be improved.
[0015]
In addition, by providing the slider 14 slidably as a pressing member to be brought into contact with the side surface of the sleeve 4 opposite to the slit 5 on the detachable tool 9, the end portion of the slit 5 of the sleeve 4 is pushed and spread. By the pushing action on the slit 5 side from the opposite side of the slit 5 of the sleeve 4, the sleeve 4 can be reliably pushed and spread by a necessary amount, and the stable attachment to the grafted seedling 1 can be enabled.
[0016]
As described above, the sleeve 4 can be easily mounted by using the detacher 9 having a simple configuration easily and easily without using a complicated sleeve mounting mechanism.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above embodiment, the present invention provides a plier-shaped detaching member 9 for pushing and unfolding the slit 5 of the substantially cylindrical joint 4 for fixing the joint between the scion seedling 2 and the rootstock seedling 3. Thus, for example, the sleeve 4 is pushed out by simply using the pliers-type detachable member 9 having a simple structure and grasping the levers 12a and 12b of the detachable member 9 with the hand to spread the sleeve 4 onto the grafted seedling 1. This facilitates the mounting, and improves the efficiency of mounting the sleeve 4.
[0018]
In addition, since the pressing member 14 that comes into contact with the side surface of the joint 4 opposite to the slit 5 is slidably provided on the attaching / detaching member 9, it is possible to spread the joint 4 by grasping the end of the slit 5 of the slit 4. The pressing action on the slit 5 side from the side opposite to the slit 5 of the grafting tool 4 allows the required amount of the grafting tool 4 to be surely spread and spread, thereby enabling stable attachment to the grafted seedling 1.
