Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to software creation using an information network, and in particular, can dynamically create software according to user information, needs, or specific purposes, thereby preventing software piracy, The present invention relates to a dynamic software creation system capable of providing software that meets individual needs or specific purposes.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art With the spread of information communication networks such as the Internet, the purchase of merchandise via networks is becoming common. Furthermore, with the spread of high-speed broadband (high-bandwidth) communication networks, it has become possible to distribute software that has conventionally been difficult to distribute without a large-capacity medium such as a CD-ROM through the network.
[0003]
In addition, a form of distributing software itself as freeware (free version software) or shareware (software charged after trial) through a network such as the Internet is becoming widespread.
[0004]
Also, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 11-334896 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-155023), a technology for dynamically editing and generating a binary file different from a text format for each customer has become a reality.
[0005]
As described above, the technology for dynamically creating software for each user or specific purpose and distributing it through a network such as the Internet is being prepared.
[0006]
However, the supply form of software currently generally sold is centered on a medium such as a CD-ROM, and the distribution of paid software through a network has not been generalized. This is because the higher the value of the software, the higher the risk of the software being distributed to a third party after being distributed over the network and similarly over the network. This proves that most software currently distributed on the network is limited to free or inexpensive ones.
[0007]
On the other hand, even without a network, there is a big pitfall in the distribution form using a conventional CD-ROM or the like. This is due to the spread of CD-R drives and the like, which has created an environment in which the distribution media itself can be easily copied in its entirety. Is anonymous and has not been an effective means of preventing piracy.
[0008]
In addition, existing software tends to have high functionality rapidly, and a situation has arisen in which ordinary users cannot grasp the entire function. Furthermore, as functions become richer, unnecessary functions may increase for a specific user, which makes it more difficult to use.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, although there is no technical problem with software distribution over the network at present, there is a high risk that the software will be copied in a chain over the network after distribution. In a difficult situation.
[0010]
Further, the supply form of the conventional CD-ROM and the like is in a situation where copying is easily performed due to the spread of inexpensive CD-R drives and the like.
[0011]
Unnecessary functions increase with the sophistication of software, which makes it more difficult for certain users to use.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems.
[0013]
That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a system capable of preventing unauthorized copying of software and unauthorized re-distribution via a network and creating software that meets user's unique needs.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a software dynamic creation system according to the present invention is characterized in that information is acquired from a customer through a network or the like, and a computer dynamically creates new software based on the information.
[0015]
A second feature of the software dynamic creation system according to the present invention is that, instead of creating software having fixed contents, software suitable for the use is dynamically created based on customer needs, information or a specific purpose. Is created.
[0016]
A third feature of the software dynamic creation system according to the present invention is that new software is dynamically created by integrating existing software with customer information.
[0017]
According to the present invention, software created is limited to a user-specific or specific purpose, so that unauthorized copying or redistribution through a network can be naturally prevented, and user needs or specific Easy-to-use software that meets the purpose can be provided.
[0018]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0019]
FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram showing an embodiment of a software dynamic creation system according to the present invention.
[0020]
In FIG. 1, the software dynamic creation system according to the present invention includes a center system 1 for dynamically creating software, a

When a programmer creates a program using the programmer's
[0023]
The resource file at this stage is in a text format (a data format including only characters), and is a file format that is easy to edit and replace.
[0024]
The center system 1 acquires information, needs, or a specific purpose of a purchaser (being a user) from a network, and re-edits the resource file based on the information. For example, in the resource file, a file in which the user's e-mail address is defined as blank (blank character) is written as suzuki @ FFFFF. co. jp.
[0025]
The center system 1 compiles the resource file generated in this manner, combines the resource file with the already compiled library file and executable file, and installs the archive file (a plurality of files in the user environment). (In one file).
[0026]
The center system 1 monitors the transmission folder in a certain cycle, and when a file desired by the user (archive file for installation) is completed, the file in the transmission folder is identified by a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) address or the like. Send an e-mail containing the specified download guidance to the buyer.
[0027]
The purchaser downloads and obtains the desired file by clicking on the URL address indicated by the e-mail with a mouse or the like.
[0028]
FIG. 2 shows an example of acquiring user information and needs on a network before dynamically creating software. User's e-mail to guide you on how to create the software and then send the software or download it over the network (transfer the data stored on the server computer to the client computer over the network)・ Request input of address.
[0029]
If the user does not enter this information, it becomes impossible to obtain the software itself, so the user has to do this input as long as the user desires the software.
[0030]
The information obtained here is displayed on the user interface of the software when the software is executed as shown in FIG. 3, for example, a status bar at the bottom of the window as shown in FIG. It will always be revealed.
[0031]
Also, when using the software, the user can input his / her needs from various viewpoints. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, if the user is an elementary school student, the hiragana menu is displayed. If the age group is elderly, the overall character size is set to 12 points, or the personal computer proficiency is at a beginner level. If so, reduce the number of menu items and increase the size of displayed icons. Further, based on a specific region of interest of the user, for example, stock price information may be incorporated, and a window for displaying a timetable along the railroad according to the area of residence may be added.
[0032]
Although the above items are merely examples, software dynamically created in response to such user-specific information, needs, or objectives may be of general-purpose It is not always meaningful for an unspecified number of users, such as software, but rather has extra functions.
[0033]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, since the purchaser information itself is integrated with the software, this information cannot be easily deleted. For this reason, even if it is technically possible to perform illegal copying such as distributing to a third party through a network or the like, the action of suppressing the action is performed.
[0034]
As described above, the software dynamic creation system of the present invention has been described in detail. However, the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and various improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. Would. Therefore, the present invention should be limited only by the matters specifying the invention according to the claims that are reasonable from this disclosure.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
First, since the software created according to the present invention has contents specific to a user or limited to a specific purpose, it is possible to naturally prevent unauthorized copying and redistribution through a network.
[0036]
Second, since the software created according to the present invention has content that is specific to a user or that meets a specific purpose, it is possible to provide software that is easier to use than general-purpose software.
