Description

【0001】

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a disassembly jig for temporary materials according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, showing one embodiment.
1 and 2 show a dismantling jig 1 for a temporary material. The dismantling jig 1 for a temporary material includes an operating rod 2 having a circular cross section, and a lock releasing tool 3 inclined to the tip of the operating rod 2. It is provided with.
This unlocking tool 3 is configured to be engageable with a connecting means (described later) for locking and holding the temporary material on the scaffold, and by displacing the operating rod 2 in a state of being engaged with the connecting means, the lock releasing tool 3 is connected to the connecting means. The lock is released.
[0017]
The dismantling jig 1 can be entirely made of, for example, an aluminum cylindrical pipe material. Of course, a synthetic resin cylindrical pipe material is also possible if it has a predetermined strength.
[0018]
The operating rod 2 is composed of an operating base rod 2a and an adjusting rod 2b provided to be retractable with respect to the operating base rod 2a. Restraint means 4 for holding the position.
As shown in FIG. 2, the restricting means 4 includes a tightening end member 5 fitted to the open end of the tip of the operating base rod 2a, and the adjusting rod by tightening the tightening end member 5 in a reduced diameter. 2b is constituted by a nut member 6 that restrains the member 2b at an arbitrary position.
[0019]
Here, the restraining means 4 will be described in more detail.
The fastening end member 5 has a size whose inner diameter is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the adjusting rod 2b. That is, the fastening end member 5 includes a base end portion 5a fitted to the opening end of the distal end of the operation base rod 2a and a pressing portion 5b having a tapered outer shape and provided with slits S at predetermined angles. Make up. A thread for screwing a nut member 6 described later is formed on the outer periphery of the base end portion 5a.
[0020]
On the other hand, the nut member 6 is a cylindrical cap-shaped member having a large number of strips formed on the outer periphery, and has a through hole 7 through which the adjusting rod 2b is inserted along a central axis.
A screwing portion 8 and a pressing inner wall 9 are formed inside the nut member 6 corresponding to the base end portion 5a and the pressing portion 5b of the tightening end member 5, respectively. The threaded portion 8 and the pressing inner wall 9 communicate with the through hole 7.
The pressing inner wall 9 has an inner diameter that comes into contact with the outer periphery of the pressing portion 5b on the fastening end member 5 side.
With such a configuration, the nut member 6 is rotated and the screwing portion 8 of the nut member 6 is screwed into the base end portion 5a on the fastening end member 5 side, so that the pressing inner wall is formed. 9 moves to the larger diameter of the outer periphery of the taper of the pressing portion 5b on the side of the tightening end member 5, and the pressing portion 5b is deformed in a reduced diameter due to the presence of the plurality of slits S and inserted. The adjusting rod 2b is pressed into contact with the adjusting rod 2b at a desired position (see FIG. 3).
[0021]
The unlocking member 3 at the tip of the adjusting rod 2b is formed of a hollow pipe material having a predetermined length (see FIG. 4), and is welded to the adjusting rod 2b at an obtuse angle of about 120 degrees. In this case, the inner diameter of the unlocking tool 3 is set to be fittable in accordance with a connecting means for connecting a handrail frame described later.
A portable hook rod 10 is provided in the middle of the unlocking tool 3. The hook rod 10 is formed using an appropriate shaft member, and is bent from the middle to the tip so as to be substantially parallel to the adjusting rod 2b. Thereby, the hook rod 10 is easily hooked on the waist belt of the work clothes and the like, and the dismantling jig 1 is provided with portability (see FIG. 5).
[0022]
Further, the operation base rod 2a of the operation rod 2 is provided with a connection ring 11 for connecting a drop prevention rope L provided on a waist belt of work clothes or the like.
[0023]
Here, the scaffold F using the temporary material will be described.
As shown in FIG. 6, the scaffold F is constructed by assembling a plurality of rows and a plurality of steps around the construction structure by using a building frame A, a cloth frame B, a triangular frame C, and the like. A handrail frame D is provided. The handrail frame D is attached by connecting means 12 provided along the building frame A (see FIG. 7).
[0024]
The connecting means 12 is configured by providing a locking means 14 urged to a side protruding by a spring member on a protruding portion 13 protruding from the building frame A. By inserting the projections 13 into the locking holes h of the receiving members 15 provided at the four corners of the handrail frame D, the locking means 14 is projected in the radial direction of the projection 13 so that the handrail frame D It is held so as not to fall off via the receiving tool 15.
[0025]
The locking means 14 of the protrusion 13 in the connecting means 12 is fitted into the inner surface of the unlocking tool 3 from the opening end of the tip of the unlocking tool 3 and displaces the unlocking tool 3, whereby the unlocking tool 3 is displaced. The lock is released by pushing the locking means 14 into the projection 13 against the spring force by the inner wall, and the handrail frame D is detached from the projection 13 by the receiving members 15 provided at the four corners of the handrail frame D, It is a configuration to remove.
[0026]
The temporary material dismantling jig 1 according to the present invention is configured as described above. Next, a procedure for dismantling the scaffold F and the handrail frame D by the temporary material dismantling jig 1 will be described.
After civil engineering work, building work, repair work, etc. are completed, temporary materials used for construction structures will be removed in order from the top. Therefore, the worker goes up to the top along the scaffold F, and removes the building frame A, the cloth frame B, and the triangular frame C one by one. At this time, the worker can carry the dismantling jig 1 by hooking the hook rod 10 provided on the unlocking tool 3 at the tip of the adjusting rod 2b on the waist belt of the work clothes or the like. Further, if the drop prevention rope L provided on the waist belt or the like of the work clothes is connected to the connection ring 11 of the operation base rod 2a, the dismantling jig 1 does not drop (see FIG. 5).
[0027]
First, the worker arrives at the uppermost scaffold F to be removed, rides on the cloth frame B at that position, removes the triangular frame C together with the building frame A constituting the uppermost scaffold F, and places the uppermost scaffold. Come to the position one step below F and remove the cloth frame B.
Next, the uppermost handrail frame D is removed, but the locking means 14 of the protrusion 13 of the connecting means 12 in both the receiving members 15 on the lower side of the handrail frame D are pushed in and removed, and the handrail is prevented from being locked again. The lower side of the frame D is separated (see FIGS. 6 and 8).
[0028]
Next, the user takes the dismantling jig 1 hooked on the waist belt and checks whether the unlocking tool 3 at the tip of the adjusting rod 2b reaches the connecting means 12 of the receiving tool 15 on the upper side of the handrail frame D.
When the unlocking tool 3 reaches the connecting means 12 of the receiving tool 15 on the upper side of the handrail frame D, the lock releasing tool 3 is fitted to the projection 13 of the connecting means 12 and the locking means 14 at the opening end at the tip of the unlocking tool 3. The insertion release operation is started (see FIG. 9).
[0029]
When the unlocking tool 3 does not reach the connecting means 12 of the receiving tool 15 above the handrail frame D, the length of the operating rod 2 of the dismantling jig 1 is changed. That is, the nut member 6 is operated and loosened so that the screwing portion 8 of the nut member 6 is separated from the base end portion 5a on the tightening end member 5 side, and the adjusting rod 2b is pulled to operate. The adjusting rod 2b is pulled out from the base rod 2a.
When the adjusting rod 2b is pulled out to a desired length, the nut member 6 is operated to screw the threaded portion 8 of the nut member 6 into the base end portion 5a on the tightening end member 5 side. To go. By doing so, the pressing inner wall 9 of the nut member 6 moves to the larger diameter of the outer periphery of the taper of the pressing portion 5b on the side of the tightening end member 5, so that the pressing portion 5b has a plurality of slits S. As a result, the adjusting rod 2b can be pressed against the inserted adjusting rod 2b to restrict the adjusting rod 2b (see FIG. 3).
Thus, the operation base rod 2a and the adjustment rod 2b are fixed without shaking like a single rod.
[0030]
The release operation can be performed by adjusting the length of the operation rod 2 as described above. The lock is released by pushing the gripping portion side of the operating rod 2 toward the building frame A in a state where it is fitted into the projection 13 of the connecting means 12 and the locking means 14 at the opening end of the unlocking tool 3. The locking means 14 of the connecting means 12 is pushed in against the spring force by the inner wall of the tool 3, whereby the locking action of the connecting means 12 can be released, and the handrail frame D can be removed from the building frame A. (See FIGS. 10, 11, and 8).
When the other connecting means 12 is removed by the dismantling jig 1 in the same manner, the dismantling of the handrail frame D is completed.
In this manner, the handrail frame D can be dismantled in a state where the handrail frame D is placed one step below the scaffold F to be removed sequentially from the upper side of the scaffold F. Since the work can be performed in a state surrounded by the lower handrail frame D, there is no possibility of falling.
The dismantling jig 1 has a light weight without any problem in strength even if the operating rod 2 is made of a circular pipe material such as aluminum, so that the burden on the upper arm is reduced, and the dismantling jig 1 is used for a long time. Work becomes possible.
[0031]
The dismantling jig 1 for temporary materials according to the present invention can also be configured as follows. In the temporary material dismantling jig 1 in this case, as shown in FIG.
This clamping means has a base 16 fixed to the tip of the operating base rod 2a, and a lever 17 which can be snapped to the base 16. That is, by snap-operating the lever 17, for example, a predetermined portion of the lever 17 is displaced toward the adjusting rod 2b and acts on the pressing means, and the pressing means comes into contact with the adjusting rod 2b and the adjusting rod 2b Is to be restrained.
[0032]
In the temporary material dismantling jig 1 using the above-described restraining means 4, the operation of the restraining means 4 is simpler because the lever 17 is simply snapped, and the operating rod 2 can be freely operated at the work site. It can be adjusted to an easy-to-use length, which can contribute to the efficiency of dismantling work.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 13, the temporary material dismantling jig 1 according to the present invention may be configured such that the adjusting rod 2b and the unlocking tool 3 at the tip of the adjusting rod 2b are integrally formed of, for example, an aluminum cylindrical pipe material. it can. Of course, if it has a predetermined strength, it can be made of a synthetic resin cylindrical pipe material.
[0034]
According to such a temporary material dismantling jig 1, since the adjusting rod 2b and the lock releasing tool 3 are formed of the same pipe material, the number of parts is reduced and the number of steps is reduced, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced. And there is no problem in strength.
[0035]
In the jig 1 for temporary materials according to the present invention, the operating rod 2 may be made of an aluminum pipe material having a non-circular cross section. Examples of the non-circular cross section in this case include, for example, a flat elliptical shape and an appropriate asymmetric closed loop shape.
[0036]
According to such a temporary material dismantling jig 1, the above-mentioned clamping means can be adopted as the restraining means 4, and the adjusting rod 2b does not rotate around the axis with respect to the operating base rod 2a. The adjustment of the adjusting rod 2b can be easily performed.
[0037]
Furthermore, in the temporary material dismantling jig 1 according to the present invention, the operating rod 2 may be made of an aluminum pipe material having a rectangular cross section. In this case, the square is not limited to a square, but may be an appropriate polygon.
[0038]
Since the operating rod 2 is formed of a pipe having a rectangular cross section, the adjusting rod 2b can be easily adjusted in and out without rotating the adjusting rod 2b around an axis, and can be easily gripped and released. In addition, the above-mentioned clamping means can be adopted as the restraining means 4, which makes the operation easier.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, (1) the worker disengages the operating rod by engaging the unlocking tool at the distal end of the operating rod with the connecting means, thereby enabling the locking action of the connecting means. Can be released and the scaffold unit can be removed.
(2) The length of the operating rod can be adjusted simply by moving the adjusting rod in and out of the operating base rod in accordance with the structure of the scaffold, thereby further facilitating dismantling work and improving efficiency.
(3) The lock of the connecting means can be released by engaging the opening of the unlocking tool at the distal end of the operating rod with the connecting means and pushing in the hand side of the operating rod, thereby facilitating dismantling work. .
(4) In the dismantling work, the scaffold can be moved while the dismantling jig is hooked on the waist belt portion of the work clothes and moved to the dismantling position.
(5) Even if the dismantling jig comes off the hook rod from the waist belt portion of the work clothes during movement, it can be prevented from dropping.
(6) Since the temporary material is dismantled on a scaffold one step below the scaffold for removal and surrounded by the handrail frame, the work can be performed without fear of falling.
