Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new paper package container in which a side part of a container, even if formed by an automatic box manufacturing machine, can be positively bent outward against the pressing force of a connecting face part so as to allow containers to be formed next to be smoothly stacked on the previously formed containers. <P>SOLUTION: Only a longitudinal folding line 5 is engraved substantially at the center in the width direction of the side face part 2 to form the side face part 2 with a connecting face part 3 stuck thereto bending outward against the pressing force of the connecting face part 3. The folding line 5 is previously engraved in a blank B, not at the time of forming the container, and is not affected at all when the container is formed with the automatic box manufacturing machine. This enables the container to be formed with its side face part 2 bent outward, even if the blank B is a material having a core such as a this paper or a corrugated board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paper packaging container formed by bending a single blank, and in particular, connects a bottom surface, a plurality of side surfaces rising from each outer periphery of the bottom surface, and adjacent side surfaces. The present invention relates to an improvement in a structure for preventing a paper packaging container provided with a connecting surface from falling down into a side surface to which the connecting surface is attached.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as described in Patent Document 1, for example, this kind of container is formed of a plate-shaped body (blank) that can be bent along a fold line, and includes a base plate-shaped portion (bottom portion) and a base plate that surrounds the base plate-shaped portion. A plurality of side plate-shaped portions (side portions) rising through one folding line, and a pair of triangular adhesive plate portions (connecting surface portions) which are continuously provided so as to extend between the side plate portions and are divided by a third folding line at the center. ), Protruding outward so that the adhesive plate-like portion is bent at a third folding line at the center, attached to the side plate-like portion to connect adjacent side plate-like portions, and directed outward to the side plate-like portion. In some cases, the central side of the first fold line surrounding the base plate-shaped portion is separated toward the tip end of the side plate-shaped portion so as to generate a force in the direction of warping.

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional container described above, by warping the side plate portion outwardly against the pressure of the adhesive plate-shaped portion, in an automatic box making machine, with respect to the previously molded container, An operation of sequentially stacking containers to be formed is smoothly performed, and smooth forming of the containers by an automatic box making machine is facilitated.
However, in such a conventional container, the first folding line surrounding the base plate-shaped part is formed such that the center side thereof is separated toward the tip end side of the side plate-shaped part during molding by an automatic box making machine. Is difficult.
[0005]
That is, in the conventional container, the first fold line provided between the side plate-shaped portion and the base plate-shaped portion is formed such that the center side is separated in an arc shape or a mountain shape toward the tip end side of the side plate-shaped portion. However, when the first folding line is to be formed in this way by an automatic box making machine, the case where the plate-shaped body which is a container forming material does not have a core such as a single-layer paper material is used. Although there is no problem, when a plate-like body having a core such as paperboard, cardboard, or cardboard is used, the first fold line is engraved on the plate-like body, and the side plate-like portion faces outward due to the fold. There is a possibility that the sheet will not warp.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional situation, and an object thereof is to provide a paper packaging container formed by folding a single blank and forming the following with respect to a previously formed container. In order to smoothly stack the containers to be formed from above (stacking) from above, in order to make the side portions warp outwardly against the pressing of the connecting surface portion, the warpage is An object of the present invention is to provide a novel paper packaging container which can be surely performed even if the container is formed by an automatic box making machine.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a paper packaging container formed by bending a single blank (B) as described in claim 1, wherein the bottom surface portion (1) and the bottom surface (1) are provided. A plurality of side portions (2) that rise on each side of the outer periphery of the portion (1) via the fold line (1a), and are continuously provided on the side edges of the side portion (2) via the fold line (2a). 2) connecting surface portions (3, 4) attached to the outer surface and connecting adjacent side portions (2) to each other, and at least the width of the side portion (2) to which the connecting surface portions (3, 4) are attached; A vertical fold (5) is engraved substantially at the center in the direction, and the side portion (2) is formed so as to warp outward.
[0008]
In the case of such a configuration, the connection surface portions (3, 4) are adhered by adding a simple configuration in which a vertical fold (5) is engraved substantially at the center of the side surface portion (2) in the width direction. The side surface portion (2) to be bent can be made to warp outward against the pressing of the connecting surface portion (3, 4). Also, since the fold (5) is engraved in advance on the blank (B) and is not formed at the time of container molding, it is not affected at all during container molding by an automatic box making machine. Even if the blank (B) is a material having a core such as cardboard or cardboard, the side portion (2) can be warped outward.
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the lower end portion (5 ') of the fold (5) is located at a distance from the fold line (1a) of the bottom portion, and the lower end portion (5') and the fold line (5). A fold (6, 6) is cut between both corners (1c, 1c) of 1a), and a triangular section screen () is surrounded by the fold (6, 6) and the fold line (1a). According to 7), the side portion (2) is formed so as to generate a force to warp outward.
[0010]
In the case of forming in this way, by providing the section screen (7), a state in which the side portion (2) warps outward can be naturally generated, and the effect according to claim 1 is made more effective. Can be. In addition, the ward screen (7) functions as a finger contact surface to which a user's finger is attached when holding the container, and is easier to use (easy to hold) than a case where the side surface (2) is a flat surface. There are advantages such as being able to.
[0011]
In addition, the third aspect of the present invention includes an intermediate apex angle (1d) in which an intermediate position of each side of the outer periphery of the bottom surface portion (1) is protruded outward, and the intermediate apex angle (1d) allows the side surface portion (1d) to be provided. 2) It is characterized in that it is formed so as to generate a force to warp outward.
[0012]
When formed in this way, the side portion (2) warps outward by adding a simple configuration in which the folding line (1a) is carved so as to provide the intermediate vertex (1d) on the bottom portion (1). Can occur naturally, and the effect according to claim 1 can be made more effective.
[0013]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the connecting surface portion (3) forms a pair of triangular shapes which are continuously provided between adjacent side surface portions (2, 2) and are separated by a folding line (3a) at the center. The connecting surface portions (3, 3) are overlapped so as to be bent at the folding line (3a) and protruded outward, and the folded connecting surface portion (3, 3) is bent along the folding line (2a) to form a side surface portion (2). The paper packaging container is characterized in that it is a paper packaging container in which adjacent side portions (2, 2) are attached to each other by being adhered to the container.
[0014]
That is, the paper-made packaging container according to claims 1 to 3 of the present invention is provided as a connecting surface portion (3, 4) that is attached to the outer surface of the side surface portion (2) and connects the adjacent side surface portions (2). One connecting surface portion (4) is continuously connected to the side edge of either side surface portion (2) of the matching side surface portions (2, 2) via a fold line (2a), and this connecting surface portion (4) is A mode in which adjacent side sections (2, 2) are attached to the outer surface of the other side section (2) to connect adjacent side sections (2, 2), and an adjacent side section (2, 2). A connecting surface portion (3, 3) is continuously provided between both side edges of the pair, and the connecting surface portion (3, 3) forms a pair of triangular shapes separated by a folding line (3a) at the center; The connecting surface portions (3, 3) are overlapped so as to be bent at the folding line (3a), protrude outward, and are folded in two. An embodiment in which the connecting surface portions (3, 3) are bent along the fold line (2a) and are attached to the side surface portions (2) to connect the adjacent side surface portions (2, 2) (an embodiment in which two connecting surface portions are stacked) )).
The inward fall of the side surface portion due to the pressing of the connecting surface portion is more likely to occur when the connecting surface portion is formed of two sheets, and therefore, the present invention exerts a particularly remarkable effect in the aspect of claim 4. It is.
[0015]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, a fold (8) is formed in the bottom portion (1) radially outward from a center (1b) of the bottom portion, and the center (1b) is a vertex. The bottom portion (1) is recessed inward of the container along the fold (8) to form a raised bottom.
[0016]
In such a configuration, when the container is placed on a mounting surface such as a table surface, only the corners (1c, 1c...) Of the bottom surface contact the mounting surface to support the container. Therefore, the stability of the container is improved, the thermal conductivity between the container and the mounting surface is reduced, and an improvement in the heat retaining function can be expected. In addition, when food is stored in a container and heated by a microwave oven, the effect is that heating can be performed in a short time because the thermal conductivity with the mounting surface in the microwave oven is reduced. Can be expected.
[0017]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, the fold (8) is formed from the center (1b) of the bottom portion to the intermediate vertex (1d).
[0018]
In the case of such a configuration, a raised bottom-shaped bottom portion can be obtained only by generating a force in which the center (1b) of the bottom portion is pushed inward, so that a paper packaging container can be formed by an automatic box making machine. There is an advantage that it becomes easier and that a paper packaging container having a raised bottom shape can be obtained while enabling automatic molding more quickly than before.
[0019]
Although the shape of the paper packaging container according to the present invention is not particularly limited, for example, a substantially triangular prism shape in which the bottom portion (1) is triangular, and a substantially quadrangular prism shape in which the bottom portion (1) is quadrilateral. In addition, paper packaging containers of various shapes such as a polygonal prism having a pentagonal or more bottom surface (1) can be used.
[0020]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of a paper packaging container according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The paper packaging container A shown in FIG. 1 is the one according to claim 1 of the present invention. By folding and sticking a single blank B at an important point, the bottom portion 1 of the container and the outer periphery of the bottom portion 1 A plurality of side portions 2 rising on the side via the fold line 1a, and connecting surface portions 3 and 3 connected to the side edges of the adjacent side portions 2 via the fold line 2a are formed so that the upper surface is opened. It is molded as a triangular prism shaped container.
[0021]
The blank B is made of a paper base material (having a core) having a predetermined strength, such as paperboard, cardboard, or corrugated cardboard. A bottom surface portion 1 is arranged at the center of the blank B, and a plurality of side surface portions 2 are continuously provided on each side of the outer periphery via a fold line 1a.
In the case of this example, as shown in FIG. 2, a triangular bottom surface portion 1 is arranged at the center of the blank B, and three side surface portions 2 are connected to three outer peripheral sides of the blank B via folding lines 1a. . The side surface portion 2 is formed so as to gradually become wider from the folding line 1a toward the upper edge 2b.
[0022]
Further, in the present example, there are connection surfaces 3 and 3 continuously provided between the fold lines 2a of the side edges of the adjacent side surface portions 2, and these connection surface portions 3 are paired with a pair of triangles divided by the fold line 3a at the center. By forming the shape, the connecting surface portions 3 and 3 are overlapped so as to be bent at the fold line 3a and protrude outward, and the folded connection surface portions 3 and 3 are adhered to the folded side surface portion 2 along the fold line 2a to form an adjacent portion. The matching side portions 2 are connected to each other.
[0023]
The means for connecting the adjacent side portions 2, 2 is not limited to this, and as shown in FIG. 3, only the side edge of one side portion 2 of the adjacent side portions 2, 2 is provided via the folding line 2a. Alternatively, the connecting surface portions 4 may be connected to each other, and the connecting surface portions 4 may be bent along the fold line 2a and attached to the outer surface of the other side surface portion 2 to connect the adjacent side surface portions 2 to each other.
[0024]
By forming a vertical fold 5 in the width direction substantially at the center of each of the side surface portions 2, the side surface portions 2 do not fall inward due to the pressing of the bonded connection surface portions 3 and 3 or the connection surface portion 4, and thus are not folded inward. The side surface portion 2 is formed so as to warp outward.
In this example, the folded connection surfaces 3, 3 are bent in the same direction along the fold line 2a and are attached to the outer surfaces of the side surfaces 2, so that the connection surfaces 3, 3 are attached to all the side surfaces 2. As a result, the folds 5 are carved on all the side parts 2.
[0025]
In the paper packaging container of this embodiment having such a configuration, the folded connection surfaces 3 and 3 are attached to the side surface 2 in the assembled state (formed state) shown in FIG. Or a fluid, there is no danger of leaking from between the adjacent side portions 2.
[0026]
Further, with a simple configuration in which a fold 5 is added to the side surface portion 2, the side surface portion 2 warps outwardly against the pressing of the attached connection surface portions 3, 3, and the inside of the side surface portion 2 is bent. Falling can be prevented.
Therefore, the operation of sequentially stacking (stacking) the containers to be molded next from the container that has been molded first can be smoothly performed, and paper that can be easily and quickly automatically molded by an automatic box making machine can be obtained. It can be made into a packaging container.
[0027]
The paper packaging container A shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 relates to the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the bottom surface portion 1 of the paper packaging container shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a square shape.
That is, in this example, four side portions 2 are continuously provided on the four sides of the outer surface of the square bottom portion 1 via the folding line 1a, and the folded connection surface portions 3 and 3 are oriented along the folding line 2a. And attached to the outer surfaces of the pair of side surfaces 2 opposed to each other. Therefore, the fold 5 is formed only on the two opposing side surfaces 2.
[0028]
Therefore, also in this example, the side surface portion 2 warps outward against the pressing of the attached connecting surface portions 3 and 3 to prevent the side surface portion 2 from falling into the inside, and is easily formed by the automatic box making machine. In addition, a paper packaging container that can be automatically molded quickly can be obtained.
The other configuration, operation, and effect are basically the same as those of the examples shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and thus duplicated illustration and description will be omitted.
[0029]
The example shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 relates to the second aspect of the present invention, in which a section screen 7 is added to the side part 2 in the paper packaging container shown in FIGS.
That is, in the paper packaging container A of this example, the lower end 5 ′ of the fold 5 is located apart from the fold line 1 a on the outer periphery of the bottom surface, and the lower end 5 ′ and the corners at both ends of the fold line 1 a are located. Folds 6 and 6 are engraved between the portions 1c and 1c, and a triangular section screen 7 surrounded by the folds 6 and 6 and the fold line 1a forces the side portion 2 to warp outward. Is formed naturally.
[0030]
Therefore, in this example, the side surface portion 2 naturally warps outward against the pressing of the attached connection surface portions 3 and 3, and the inward falling of the side surface portion 2 is more reliably prevented, and A paper packaging container that can make automatic molding by a box making machine easier and faster can be provided.
Further, when forming the blank B, a simple configuration in which the folds 6 and 6 are carved on the side surface portion 2 allows the side portion 2 to naturally bend outwardly, and the above-described effect is obtained. Obtainable.
Further, in this example, the section screen 7 functions as a finger contact surface to which the user's finger is attached when holding the container, and has advantages such as easy use compared to the case where the side surface portion 2 is a flat surface.
If the blank B is made of paperboard such as corrugated cardboard, the blank B will have an eye 100 of the paper material, and the eye 100 will be bent along the vertical or horizontal folding lines 1a and 2a. When they are in a substantially parallel or substantially orthogonal direction, the fold line parallel to the eye 100 is easily broken, and the orthogonal fold line is hard to be broken. Therefore, in the blank B used for the seed paper packaging container, as shown in each figure, it is considered that the eye 100 crosses the vertical or horizontal folding lines 1a and 2a at a predetermined angle. I have. For this reason, during molding or use of the container, a fold may be formed along the eye 100 and the appearance may be deteriorated. On the other hand, in this example, since the fold 6 is engraved in advance on the side surface portion 2, there is an advantage that the fold along the eye 100 can be prevented as much as possible.
The size of the section screen 7 is determined by a line x (in this example, a fold line 1a) connecting both end corners 1c, 1c, which is a bottom side of the section screen 7, and a fold 5 from an intermediate point of the line x. It is preferable that the ratio with the line y connecting the lower end portion 5 'is x: y = 10: 3 or more, and in the case of the paper packaging container A in the illustrated example, x: y = about 10: 5. Is preferred.
The other configuration, operation, and effect are basically the same as those of the above-described example, and duplicated illustration and description will be omitted.
[0031]
The examples shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 relate to the second aspect of the present invention, in which a section screen 7 is added to the side surface portion 2 in the paper packaging container shown in FIGS.
That is, in the paper packaging container A of this example, the lower end 5 ′ of the fold 5 engraved on the two opposing side surfaces 2 to which the connecting surfaces 3 are attached is separated from the fold line 1a. At the same time, folds 6, 6 are formed between the lower end 5 'and the corners 1c, 1c at both ends of the fold line 1a, and a triangular shape surrounded by the folds 6, 6 and the fold line 1a is formed. Are formed such that a force that warps outwardly on the side surface portion 2 naturally occurs.
[0032]
Therefore, also in this example, the side surface portion 2 naturally warps outward against the pressing of the attached connecting surface portions 3 and 3, and the inward falling of the side surface portion 2 is more reliably prevented, and A paper packaging container that can make automatic molding by a box making machine easier and faster can be provided. In addition, the section screen 7 functions as a finger contact surface to which the user's finger is attached when holding the container, and has advantages such as easy use as compared with the case where the side surface portion 2 is a flat surface.
The other configuration, operation, and effect are basically the same as those of the above-described example, and duplicated illustration and description will be omitted.
[0033]
The examples shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 relate to the third aspect of the present invention, and have the paper packaging container shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in which an intermediate vertex angle 1 d and a fold 8 are added to the bottom surface 1. .
That is, in the paper packaging container A of this example, the bottom surface portion 1 has an intermediate vertex angle 1d in which an intermediate position of three sides of the outer periphery of the triangle protrudes outward, and the lower end portion 5 ′ of the fold 5 is in the middle. The ridge 5 is formed so as to be in contact with the apex angle 1d, and the intermediate apex angle 1d is naturally formed such that a force is generated on the side surface portion 2 so that each fold 5 is warped outward at the vertex.
[0034]
Further, the paper packaging container A of this example has a fold 8 which is radial (Y-shaped) from the center 1b of the bottom portion to each intermediate vertex angle 1d on the bottom portion 1, and the center 1b is The bottom portion 1 is recessed into the inside of the container along the fold 8 so as to be a vertex, and is formed in a raised bottom shape.
[0035]
Therefore, also in this example, the side surface portion 2 naturally warps outward against the pressing of the attached connecting surface portions 3 and 3, and the inward falling of the side surface portion 2 is more reliably prevented, and A paper packaging container that can make automatic molding by a box making machine easier and faster can be provided.
Further, when forming the blank B, a simple configuration in which the folding line 1a is carved to add the intermediate vertex angle 1d to the bottom surface portion 1 so that a force that warps outward to the side surface portion 2 naturally occurs. The above-described effects can be obtained.
[0036]
Also, in this example, since the radial fold 8 extending from the center 1b to the intermediate vertex 1d is formed on the bottom portion 1, the center 1b of the bottom portion 1 is set to the center 1b in the automatic forming process of the container by the automatic box making machine. The bottom portion 1 is naturally depressed along the fold line 8 by simply causing the force to be pressed inward, so that a raised bottom paper packaging container can be obtained easily and reliably.
Therefore, when the paper packaging container A is placed on a flat surface such as a table, only the corners 1c, 1c,. Performance can be improved. Furthermore, in order to improve the heat retaining effect of the container, the above-mentioned raised bottom shape has the advantage that the container can be easily molded at the time of automatic molding.
Incidentally, such a raised bottom container is, when the food and the like is heated by a microwave oven, because the thermal conductivity between the mounting surface in the microwave oven is reduced, and the like, An effect such as heating in a short time can be expected.
As the degree of the raised bottom, a line x (a virtual line x in this example) connecting the adjacent corners 1c, 1c of the bottom portion 1 is connected to a lower end 5 ′ of the fold 5 from an intermediate point of the line x. The ratio to the line y is preferably x: y = 10: 3 or more, and in the paper packaging container A having the shape of the illustrated example, it is preferable that x: y = 10: 5.
The other configuration, operation, and effect are basically the same as those of the above-described example, and duplicated illustration and description will be omitted.
[0037]
The examples shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 relate to the third aspect of the present invention, in which an intermediate vertex 1 d and a fold 8 are added to the bottom surface portion 1 in the paper packaging container shown in FIGS. .
That is, in the paper packaging container A of this example, the bottom portion 1 is provided with an intermediate vertex 1d in which an intermediate position of the four sides of the quadrilateral is projected outward, and the lower end portion 5 ′ of the fold 5 has the intermediate vertex. 1d, and the intermediate vertex angle 1d is formed so that a force is naturally generated on the side surface portion 2 so that each fold 5 is bent outward.
[0038]
In the paper packaging container A of this example, a fold 8 which is radial (cross-shaped) is formed in the bottom portion 1 from the center 1b of the bottom portion to each intermediate vertex 1d, and the center 1b is located at the top. The bottom portion 1 is recessed inward of the container along the fold 8 so as to form a raised bottom.
[0039]
[0040]
Also in this example, since the radial fold 8 extending from the center 1b to the intermediate vertex 1d is formed on the bottom portion 1, the center 1b of the bottom portion 1 is set in the container automatic forming process by the automatic box making machine. The bottom portion 1 is naturally depressed along the fold line 8 by simply causing the force to be pressed inward, so that a raised bottom paper packaging container can be obtained easily and reliably.
The other configuration, operation, and effect are basically the same as those of the above-described example, and thus redundant description and illustration are omitted.
[0041]
The examples shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 relate to claim 3 of the present invention, in which a section screen 9 is added to the side surface portion 2 in the paper packaging container shown in FIGS.
That is, in this example, the intermediate vertex angle 1d of the bottom portion 1 naturally causes the side portion 2 to warp outwardly, and the bottom portion 1 extends from the middle portion of the folding line 2a on the left and right side edges of the side portion 2. Folds 10, 10 are engraved over the middle vertex angle 1 d of the portion 1, and a triangular section screen 9 surrounded by the folds 10, 10 and the fold lines 1 a, 2 a is formed at the lower portion on the left and right sides of the side portion 2. It was done.
[0042]
According to this example, the ward screens 9 and 9 function as finger contact surfaces to which the user's finger is attached when holding the container, and there are advantages such as easier use compared to the case where the side surface portion 2 is a flat surface. . The folds 10 and 10 have the same effect as the fold 6.
The other configuration, operation, and effect are basically the same as those of the above-described example, and duplicated illustration and description will be omitted.
[0043]
In each of the above-described examples, the side surface portion 2 where the fold 5 is carved is not limited to the side surface portion 2 to which the connecting surface portions 3 and 4 are attached, but the side surface portion 2 to which the connecting surface portions 3 and 4 are not attached. May also be engraved, which is optional.
[0044]
Also, in each of the examples shown in FIGS. 4 to 15, as shown in FIG. 3, the connecting surface portion 4 is continuously provided only on one side edge of the adjacent side surface portion 2, and the connecting surface portion 4 is connected to the other side surface portion. It is needless to say that the side portions 2 that are adjacent to each other may be connected to each other by being attached to the outer surface of the second side.
[0045]
As mentioned above, although the example of the embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings, the paper packaging container according to the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example, and the technical idea described in each claim of the claims is not limited. It goes without saying that various changes are possible in the category.
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
Since the paper packaging container according to the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0047]
(Claim 1)
By extremely simple and inexpensive means of engraving the folds (5) on the blank (B), it is possible to prevent the side portions (2) from falling into the inside and to press the connecting surface portions (3, 4). The side portion (2) can be warped outward in opposition. Also, since the fold (5) is cut in advance in the blank (B) and is not formed at the time of forming the container, the fold (5) is not affected at all when the container is formed by the automatic box making machine. Even if (B) is a material having a core such as cardboard or cardboard, the side surface portion (2) can be made to warp outward.
Therefore, it was possible to provide a paper packaging container which is extremely effective for automatic molding by an automatic box making machine without affecting the material of the blank (B).
