図6に示す携帯式帯のこ機B(以下本体Bという)を図7に示すスタンドSに取り付け定置式として使用したいという要求がある。

本体B、スタンドS共に周知の構成のものであるが簡単に説明する。本体Bは、モータ2を内蔵したフレーム1、フレーム1の両側に設けられた一対ののこ車4(従動のこ車4a、駆動のこ車4b)、のこ車4に張り渡され、のこ車4の回転によって循環移動するエンドレスのこ刃3、フレーム1の駆動側であってのこ刃3近傍に設けられたガイドプレート6等から構成される。

スタンドSは、後述する被切断材17を載置するベース7、ベース7上面に対向して設けられた固定バイス8及び可動バイス9、後方(図4において図中右側及び左側をそれぞれ後方及び前方とする)に設けられたヒンジシャフト10、ヒンジシャフト10を介して揺動可能に取り付けられたヒンジ11、ヒンジ11の前方に設けられ、本体Bが取り付けられるホルダ12等から構成される。

ホルダ12は2個のボルトを介してヒンジ11前面に固定され、本体Bは、フレーム1の後方に設けられた図示しない位置決め穴をホルダ12前面のピン13に挿入し、ホルダ12の前方に設けられた穴12aを貫通するノブボルト14をフレーム1の両側面に設けられたねじ穴5にねじ嵌合することにより、ホルダ12に取り付けられる。

上記した定置式として使用する場合、切断方法は2通りある。1つは通常図5に示すように本体の自重等で被切断材17を切断する横形帯のこ盤としての切断である。もう1つは被切断材17の角取りやバイスに固定しにくい材料を切断する場合に図3、4に示すように本体BをスタンドSのベース7に対し直角に起こしストッパボルト15でヒンジ11を固定し被切断材17を載せるコンターテーブル16を本体Bのガイドプレート6上に設置し図2のように被切断材17をのこ刃3に近づけ切り込んでいくいわゆるコンター切断である。

上記した切断方法で、特にコンター切断の場合、作業者の被切断材17の送り方によって被切断材17の切断面にバリ、カエリが発生しやすいという問題がある。そのため、ディスクグラインダ等を用意しカエリ取り作業をしなければならないという問題がある。

本発明帯のこ盤の一実施形態を図1〜図4を参照して説明する。

図1は駆動のこ車4bに本発明の研削ヤスリ18が装着された状態を示す図である。研削ヤスリ18は駆動のこ車4bの側面に中心から円形状に設けられている。図2は図1で駆動のこ車4bの側面に円形状にもうけられた研削ヤスリ18部の拡大図である。図3はコンター切断をしている状態を示す。普通、被切断材17の角落しや面取り、異形材でバイス固定が困難な材料を切断する際に行なう。図4はコンター切断するために本機を設置した状態を示す正面図である。

のこ車4の外周部にはのこ刃3が装着されており、のこ車4の回転によりのこ刃3が循環移動し、のこ刃3によって被切断材17が切断される。本実施例では駆動のこ車4b側とするが、該のこ車4bの側面でのこ車の中心に対し円形状(一周)に薄板形状の研削ヤスリ18が装着されている。切断時に発生した被切断材17の切断面のカエリ等を回転している駆動のこ車4bの研削ヤスリ18に押し当てることで、カエリを取り除く。

上記した実施形態によれば、切断作業(特にコンター切断)後、被切断材17の切断面に発生したバリ、カエリを本機を利用し容易に取り除くことができ、ディスクグラインダ等を用意する必要もなくなる。

以上のように本発明によれば、切断面に発生したバリ、カエリを本機を使用し取り除くことができるので、ディスクグラインダ等を用意する必要がなくなり、作業能率が向上する。また、製品1台で2機種分の作業ができる。
