図7に示す携帯式横形帯のこ機B(以下本体Bという)を図8に示すスタンドSに取り付け定置式として使用したいという要求がある。

本体B、スタンドS共に周知の構成のものであるが簡単に説明する。本体Bは、モータ2を内蔵したフレーム1、フレーム1の両側に設けられた一対ののこ車4(従動のこ車4a、駆動のこ車4b)、のこ車4に張り渡され、のこ車4の回転によって循環移動するエンドレスのこ刃3、フレーム1の駆動側であってのこ刃3近傍に設けられたガイドプレート6等から構成される。

上記した定置式として使用する場合、切断方法は2通りある。1つは通常図6に示すように本体の自重等で被切断材17を切断する横形帯のこ盤としての切断である。もう1つは被切断材17の角取り、C面取りやバイスに固定しにくい材料を切断する場合に図5に示すように本体BをスタンドSのベース7に対し直角に起こしストッパボルト15でヒンジ11を固定し被切断材17の載置用コンターテーブル16を本体Bのガイドプレート6上に設置し図4のように被切断材17をのこ刃3に近づけ切り込んでいくいわゆるコンター切断作業である。コンター切断作業の場合、被切断材17に切込み深さ、切込み位置および切込み角度の目印(ケ引き線)をつけ、この被切断材17をコンターテーブル16の上に載せ、被切断材17のケ引き線に合わせて切断していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した切断方法で、コンター切断作業の場合は、被切断材17に切込み深さ、切込み位置および切込み角度の目印(ケ引き線)を付けなければならないため、作業能率が悪かった。また、目印(ケ引き線)を付けないと、コンター切断作業時に切込みすぎて、被切断材17を無駄にしてしまうことがあった。

本発明の目的は、被切断材に目印(ケ引き線)を付けないで、必要形状に切断できるようにし、作業能率を向上させることである。

以上のように本発明によれば、被切断材の切断角取りやC面取りをする際、コンターテーブル面上に設けられた目盛により、切込み深さ・切込み位置・切込み角度がわかるため、被切断材に目印(ケ引き線)を付ける必要がなくなり、作業能率が向上する。
