【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、使用者がコンピューター内のデザインから任意のデザインを選択しやすく、付け爪にデザインする技術がなくとも製作できる付け爪の作成方法と、それを用いた付け爪に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
ファッションとして手や足の爪にデザインを施すネイルアートの従来の方法は、基本として自らの爪に、専用の絵の具を用い自由に絵や色、図形等を描くことにあるが、体裁よくデザインを施すには特殊な技能、才能が要求される上、特に利き手のデザインを施すには、たとえ熟練者といえども容易ではなく、非常に面倒であった。

そこで、専門家が希望者の爪にデザインを施すネイルサロンも発足されたが、利用者へのコスト負担が高く経済的ではないことや、ひとつの商品を完成させるまでに２時間ほどかかる為、希望者に時間的余裕がないことも問題として挙げられ、一般に普及するまでには至っていない。（例えば、非特許文献１参照。）

また粘着テープや接着剤を使い自らの爪に貼り付ける人工爪も開発されたが、ここでもデザインは自ら行うか、コスト負担の大きい専門家に任せるしか方法がなかった。

さらに誰でも簡単にネイルアートが出来るように、自らの手や人工爪に貼り付けるシールや、デザイン済みの人工爪なども開発されたが、この際、独自のアート性にかけることや、完成度の低さで需要は広がりを見せていない。（例えば、特許文献１参照。）

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記で述べたように、使用者が任意のデザインを選べて、専門家が施す完成度を、その技術がないものでも製作可能にし、それを用いた付け爪を短時間で提供することにある。

技術者によるデザインの施工は写真などを描くことは不可能で、また技術料が高く、時間も２時間ほどかかる。

シールなどを使うデザインの方法は、爪にシールを貼る際に湾曲することでしわができ、伸びのあるフィルムを使用し、インクジェット方式の印刷方法で印刷すると、貼り付ける際にインクのひび割れが起きる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
耐候性、耐熱性、寸法安定性などに優れた耐久性粘着フィルムを使用し、接着剤を含む厚さ８０〜１００μｍにすることで、付け爪に接着した際、薄さによる透明感をあたえる。

フィルムないしシートは熱を当てることで伸縮する素材で、その伸び率が１２０％〜２００％を特徴とし、これにより湾曲部分でしわがよることがない。

印刷で使用するインクはドライインクを使用することで、水溶性インクに比べて、にじみが無く鮮明な印刷が可能になった。

印刷方法は溶融型熱転写方式にし、インクは水分を含まない顔料系のドライインクを厚さ２．５μｍの薄膜フィルムに４層構造で印刷することにより、表面に安定定着させるため、ドット径の膨張や画質の劣化が起こらず、インクのひび割れが起こらない。

技術のないものに作成方法を説明することにより、技術者が製作した付け爪の完成度を備えた付け爪の製作が、およそ２０分足らずで製作可能になった。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の好ましい実施体系は、図面を参照しながら説明していく。

まず図１は、３の透明ないし有色の粘着フィルムに２のように３層でドライインクを印刷し、１の４層目をクリアーコートでインクを保護したところ、細部まで鮮明に印刷できた。

使用者はコンピューター内の画像より図形、色、写真、文字等を選び、付け爪を印刷することや、デジタルカメラの写真や、デジタルスキャナーを使用した任意のデザインを印刷することができる。
