Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method of making an artificial nail that can be easily selected by a user from designs in a computer without any technique for designing an artificial nail, and an artificial nail using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The traditional method of nail art to design hands and toenails as fashion is to freely draw pictures, colors, figures, etc. on your own nails using special paint as a rule. Special skills and talents were required to apply them, and it was not easy for even a skilled person to apply the design, especially for the dominant hand, and it was very troublesome.
[0003]
Therefore, a nail salon in which specialists design nails for the applicants was launched, but the cost burden on users is high and it is not economical, and it takes about 2 hours to complete one product, The lack of time for applicants was also cited as a problem, and it has not yet spread to the general public. (For example, see Non-Patent Document 1.)
[0004]
Artificial nails have also been developed that can be attached to their own nails using adhesive tape or adhesives, but here too, the only way to do this is to design it yourself or leave it to a professional with a high cost burden.
[0005]
In order to make nail art easy for anyone, stickers to be applied to their own hands and artificial nails, and designed artificial nails were also developed, but at this time, applying original artistic properties, perfection Demand is not expanding due to low prices. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1.)

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-291518, Utility Model No. 3068444, and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-169823.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the user can select an arbitrary design, and the degree of perfection given by a specialist can be made even without the technology, and the provision of an artificial nail using the same in a short time .
[0008]
It is impossible for an engineer to design a picture, and it is impossible to draw a picture, and the technical fee is high, and it takes about two hours.
[0009]
In the design method using stickers etc., wrinkles can be formed by bending when sticking stickers on nails, and when using a stretchy film and printing with an inkjet printing method, ink cracks will occur when sticking .
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
By using a durable pressure-sensitive adhesive film having excellent weather resistance, heat resistance, dimensional stability, and the like, and having a thickness of 80 to 100 μm including an adhesive, when attached to an artificial nail, it gives a sense of transparency due to its thinness.
[0011]
The film or sheet is a material that expands and contracts when exposed to heat, and is characterized by an elongation of 120% to 200%, so that wrinkles do not occur at curved portions.
[0012]
By using a dry ink as the ink to be used for printing, clear printing without blurring was enabled as compared with a water-soluble ink.
[0013]
The printing method is a fusion-type thermal transfer method. The ink is a pigment-based dry ink containing no water, and is printed in a four-layer structure on a 2.5 μm-thick thin film to stably fix the surface. And the image quality does not deteriorate, and the ink does not crack.
[0014]
By explaining the method of preparation to those without skill, the production of false nails with the perfection of false nails made by an engineer became possible in less than about 20 minutes.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
First, in FIG. 1, dry ink was printed on three transparent or colored adhesive films in three layers as shown in FIG. 2 and the ink was protected on the fourth layer in a clear coat.
[0017]
The user can select figures, colors, photographs, characters, and the like from the images in the computer, print an artificial nail, print a digital camera photograph, or print an arbitrary design using a digital scanner.
[0018]
FIG. 2 is a diagram in which figures, colors, photographs, characters, and the like are printed on an adhesive film. Printing is performed in which the size of an image varies depending on the size of a nail. Shall be provided.
[0019]
Reference numeral 9 in FIG. 3 denotes an artificial nail serving as a base, on which the film of FIG. At this time, a colorless nail polish called a top coat was painted so that it looks like a real nail as much as possible.
[0020]
By performing the above manufacturing process, the design becomes free and the degree of perfection is high, and it is also possible to attach ornamental stones and glitter on the top coat.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the artificial nail according to the present embodiment can be manufactured and provided with a high degree of perfection and economical artificial nail in a short time.
