本発明は、オンラインブックマークサービス提供システム、携帯用ブックマーク装置、利用者端末、及びオンラインブックマークサービス利用プログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、インターネットや移動体通信ネットワーク上に設けられたサーバにおいて、個々の利用者毎にブックマーク（しおり付けしたコンテンツのＵＲＬやアドレス等の識別情報等）を管理するサービス（以下、オンラインブックマークサービスという）が展開されている。

このオンラインブックマークサービスでは、利用者一人一人によって異なるコンテンツを閲覧してブックマークさせるために、個々の利用者毎にブックマークを管理しておく必要がある。

そのため、従来のオンラインブックマークサービス形態では、個々の利用者を識別するための識別情報が、利用者個々へのサービスの提供に先立って各利用者毎に割り当てられる。従って、利用者は、サービスを利用するにあたり、利用者端末から自身に割り当てられた識別情報をサービス提供側へ通知して、自己に対応するブックマークを取得する。

ここで、利用者が識別情報の入力を行うための構成としては、オンラインブックマークサービスを提供するサーバが利用者端末に対して利用者の識別情報を入力させるための画面を提示し、利用者がこの画面によりキーボード等を用いて手動で識別情報を入力するものとなっていた。

また、最近では、インターネット等のネットワークに接続された利用者端末を介して、利用者がネットワーク上のサイトから提供されるウェブページや映像・音声等のコンテンツの閲覧を行う際に、携帯用のブックマーク装置を用いて、閲覧中のコンテンツを識別する情報や閲覧／再生状態をブックマーク（しおり）としてネットワーク上に設けられた所定のサーバに記録することで、一旦利用を中断した後でも、利用者が同一利用者端末又は別の利用者端末において容易に該当するコンテンツを呼び出して再利用することが可能なオンラインブックマークサービスを提供することを可能にしている（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

特許文献１では、個々の利用者毎にブックマークを管理し、利用者毎に異なるブックマークができるような機能を提供するために、利用者端末で用いる携帯用ブックマーク装置にユニークな識別情報を格納し、携帯用ブックマーク装置からブックマーク要求やコンテンツ表示／再生要求する際に、前記識別情報を前記要求と共に利用者端末に送信し、利用者端末はサービス提供システムにそれらの情報を送信することで、利用者毎のブックマークサービスが実現されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上述のオンラインブックマークにおいては、ウェブページ等が提供される提示装置に対して複数の携帯用ブックマーク端末数Ｎは１以上でよく、複数の携帯用ブックマーク端末が提示装置を用いて効率的に、ウェブページの登録処理や、現在提示されている画面の対象となっている携帯用ブックマーク端末は何であるか等、複数端末に対して更に高精度で使用性を向上できるような仕組みが必要である。

また、携帯用ブックマーク装置は、量産できるように安価に構成できることが好ましい。特許文献１では、携帯用ブックマーク装置から、利用者端末に送信する信号情報の中に、上述したブックマーク要求やコンテンツ表示／再生要求の信号情報に加えて、個別の携帯用ブックマーク装置の識別情報を含める必要がある。更に、利用者端末における携帯用ブックマーク装置の台数が多くなることを想定した場合、送信信号の伝送量をなるべく減少させることが好ましい。

本発明は、上述した問題点に鑑みなされたものであり、簡単な操作によりオンラインブックマークの登録、参照を行うことができ、更に、ユーザの使用性を向上させることができるオンラインブックマークサービス提供システム、携帯用ブックマーク装置、利用者端末、及びオンラインブックマークサービス利用プログラムを提供することを目的とする。

上記課題を解決するために、本件発明は、以下の特徴を有する課題を解決するための手段を採用している。

請求項１に記載された発明は、ネットワーク上に提供されたコンテンツを表示／再生する利用者端末とブックマークを管理するサービス提供システムとを有するオンラインブックマークサービス提供システムにおいて、利用者端末にユニークな識別情報を送信する携帯用ブックマーク装置を有し、前記利用者端末は、前記携帯用ブックマーク装置から受信した前記ユニークな識別情報を記録し、表示／再生されているコンテンツをブックマークとして登録することを要求された登録要求信号を受信した場合、表示／再生しているコンテンツの識別子を特定し、記録されている前記ユニークな識別情報と、前記コンテンツの識別子と、を前記サービス提供システムへ送信し、前記サービス提供システムにて登録されたことを表示することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
＜本発明の特徴＞
本発明は、携帯用ブックマーク装置として用いる個々のリモコン装置を識別するための識別情報を、リモコン装置とは別の利用者端末に付属可能な読み取り装置を利用者端末に有し、更に、読み取り装置により識別情報を読み取ることができる記憶媒体を携帯用ブックマーク装置に設ける。

利用者が携帯用ブックマーク装置の使用開始時に読み取り装置にその記録媒体から識別情報を利用者端末に読み取らせることで、利用者端末の操作及び画面表示等の対象となる携帯用ブックマーク装置についての対応付けを行い、それ以降対応付けられた携帯用ブックマーク装置からの要求信号を利用者端末に送信した場合に、その読み取った識別情報に基づく処理が行われるようにすることができる。

利用者がその識別情報での処理を終了する場合は、携帯用ブックマーク装置に備える終了ボタン等を押下することにより、利用者端末は読み取った識別情報に対する提示処理を終了させる。

なお、上述の記録媒体としては、非接触ＩＣカードや、ＲＦ−ＩＤタグを用いることができる。両者は共に対応するリーダ／ライタ装置を利用者端末につけることで、利用者はリーダ／ライタに非接触ＩＣカードやＲＦ−ＩＤタグをかざすことにより、利用者端末に識別情報を読み取らせることができるため、利用者端末に差し込んだりケーブルで繋いだりする手間もなく、利用者の利便性を向上させることができる。

例えば、カードサイズやコインサイズで１〜数ｍｍ程度の薄型媒体を用いることで、リモコン装置の背面等に貼付けられるだけで、上記のような使用を行うことができる。そのため、携帯用ブックマーク装置としてリモコン部は、機機毎に同じ信号を送信する同一のデバイスとして製造し、最後にこの識別情報を記録した記録媒体を貼るだけで、携帯用ブックマーク装置を作ることができる。なお、これら記録媒体は安価であるため、携帯用ブックマーク装置を安価に構成することができる。

図１は、本発明におけるオンラインブックマークサービス提供システムの一構成概略例を示す図である。

図１のオンラインブックマークサービス提供システムは、オンラインブックマークサービス提供側１００と、コンテンツ提供側２００と、利用者側３００とにより構成されており、夫々が通信ネットワーク１によりデータの送信、受信が可能な状態で蓄積されている。

ここで、通信ネットワーク１は、例えば、利用者側３００に有する利用者端末３１０がパーソナルコンピュータ（ディスクトップ型、ノート型、ラップトップ型、パームトップ型等）のようなインターネットに接続する機能を有しているものである場合、ネットワーク１は、インターネットとされるものである。また、利用者端末３１０が、簡易型インターネット（移動体通信ネットワーク）に接続できるような携帯電話機等である場合には、ネットワーク１は、簡易型インターネットとされるものである。

サービス提供システム１０１は、後述において説明するような動作を実行して本発明によるオンラインブックマークサービスを提供するものであり、単一のコンピュータで構成することも、複数のコンピュータで構成することも可能なものである。

また、ブックマークデータベース１０２は、ネットワーク１を介して利用者側３００から通知された各種情報を、利用者毎に記録・管理するものであり、通常のファイル形式により作成することも、リレーショナルデータベース等により作成することも可能なものである。但し、本実施形態では、リレーショナルデータベースで作成した場合について説明する。

ここで、ブックマークデータベース１０２のデータ構成については、属性として、例えば、携帯用ブックマーク装置ＩＤとブックマーク呼出ボタンＩＤとコンテンツ識別子と閲覧状態／再生状態とが設けられており、携帯用ブックマーク装置ＩＤは、携帯用ブックマーク装置３２０に対してユニークな情報であり、個々の携帯用ブックマーク装置３２０を個別に識別するための識別子である。但し、この携帯用ブックマーク装置ＩＤは、ユーザ（利用者）ＩＤとすることも可能である。

ブックマーク呼出ボタンＩＤは、携帯用ブックマーク装置３２０に設けられている各ボタンにおいて個別に割り当てられている識別子であり、何れのボタンが押下されたかをサービス提供システム１０１において判別するための情報である。但し、新規ブックマーク時に利用者端末３１０から通知される情報を新規ブックマークボタン個々に割り当てられた識別子（以下、新規ブックマークボタンＩＤという）とした場合、予めサービス提供システム１０１において、新規ブックマークボタンＩＤとブックマーク呼出ボタンＩＤとの対応を示すテーブルをメモリ等において保持しておく必要がある。また、この対応は、同一機種である携帯用ブックマーク装置において統一されるものとして構成するとよい。また、このような対応を利用者端末３１０において管理するよう構成することも可能である。コンテンツ識別子は、登録されたコンテンツのネットワーク１上の場所を特定するものであり、例えばホームページのＵＲＬであったり、ファイルのアドレスであったりする。

閲覧状態／再生状態は、上記のコンテンツの閲覧状態や再生状態を示すものであり、利用者が前回までにおいてどの程度、対象であるコンテンツを閲覧又は再生したかを示すものである。

また、本実施形態による利用者側３００は、図１に示すように、利用者端末３１０と少なくとも１つの携帯用ブックマーク装置３２０．１〜３２０．ｎとを有して構成されており、利用者端末３１０と携帯用ブックマーク装置３２０とが、識別情報読取部３１１と識別情報記録部３２１、及びリモコン信号受信部３１２とリモコン部３２２とが無線通信により接続可能な状態になっている。

利用者端末３１０は、ネットワーク１上に置かれたコンテンツを閲覧する機能を有するものであり、例えばディスクトップ型、ノート型、ラップトップ型、パームトップ型等のコンピュータやＰＤＡや簡易型インターネット等に接続可能な携帯電話機等を用いることが可能である。

また、利用者端末３１０は、携帯用ブックマーク装置３２０から何らかの信号が入力された場合に、これを検知し、入力された内容に基づいて必要な情報をネットワーク１を介してサービス提供システム１０１へ送信するよう構成される。これは、必要な処理を実行するソフトウェアが予め利用者端末３１０へインストールされることで実現される。本説明では、このソフトウェアをブラウザソフトウェアという。また、このブラウザソフトウェアは、利用者が端末３１０においてコンテンツを閲覧／再生する際の動作も実行するものである。

また、Ｓ０５の判別の結果、利用終了ボタン３２７のボタンが押下されたと判別された場合、利用者端末３１０に記録されていた携帯用ブックマーク装置ＩＤを消去する（Ｓ１７）。

まず、利用者端末３１０の識別情報読取部３１１に使用者が使用する携帯用ブックマーク装置３２０．１に備える識別情報記録部３２１．１に記録されている識別情報（携帯用ブックマーク装置ＩＤ）を読み込む（Ｓ２１）。利用者端末３１０は、携帯用ブックマーク装置３２０．１に設けられた利用終了ボタンが押下され、それまで利用者端末３１０の対象となっていた携帯用ブックマーク装置ＩＤを消去するまで、読み込まれたＩＤに基づいてブックマークの参照等が行えるように利用者端末のメモリ装置３３５や、補助記憶装置３３４等の記録領域内に記録する（Ｓ２２）。
