従来、図4に示すような、配管11の途中に短い枝管12を連結すると共に当該枝管12の外端に連結用フランジ13を設けることによって形成された、サニタリー圧力計若しくはサニタリー圧力伝送器14の取付配管15は、知られている(以下、従来例1という。)。

しかしながら、上記従来例1に係る取付配管15は、枝管12が所謂立ち上がり管となっていて、このために内部に液溜まり(液のよどみ)が生じることになり、洗浄性が悪くなっていたという問題があった。

また、上記従来例1の他にも、図5乃至図7に示すような、配管16の途中に鋳物成形等により、大きく膨らんだ球体部17を一体に設けると共に当該球体部17の壁面に連結用丸孔を開設してから、この連結用丸孔18の開口縁に連結用フランジ19を設けることによって形成された、サニタリー圧力計若しくはサニタリー圧力伝送器20の取付配管21は、知られている(以下、従来例2という。)。

すなわち、上記諸問題点を解決するために、上記従来例1及び従来例2のように、サニタリー圧力計若しくはサニタリー圧力伝送器は、▲1▼立ち上がりを短くして取り付けたり、▲2▼球体部のあるボディに取り付けたりする方法が採用されているが、上記▲1▼は立ち上がり長さを0にすることができない、また▲2▼は液導管(円管)から球体部に流れ込む部分の流れが剥離して洗浄性に劣る、しかも、枝管を連結したり、球体部を設けたりする比較的煩瑣でコスト高な作業が必要である等の問題点があった。

なお、本願出願人は先行技術の調査によって関連する先行技術文献を見出すことができなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記諸問題点を解決するために工夫が施された新規の圧力計、圧力伝送器の取付金具を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明に係る圧力計、圧力伝送器の取付金具は、配管の軸に直角な断面で考えた場合に、配管の内面とダイアフラム面とが面一若しくは面一に近い状態に形成されたことを特徴とするものである。

そして、上記配管の内面とダイアフラム面の面一若しくは面一に近い状態が、バーリングチーを介して形成されたことを特徴とするものである。

そして、上記圧力伝送器が、配管内に導入された流体の圧力をダイアフラム面を介して検出して検出信号を出力する圧力計を備えた圧力検出器本体と、上記検出信号に基づいて圧力の表示を行う表示器とを備えたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1乃至図3に示す本発明の実施形態は、配管1の途中個所の壁に小さな加工用孔(図示せず)を開設してから当該加工用孔の開口縁にバーリング加工を施して配管1の途中個所の壁にバーリングチー部4を設けると共に当該バーリングチー部4の上端部を切除して連結用丸孔5を設け、この連結用丸孔5の開口縁に連結用フランジ6を設けることによって、サニタリー圧力計若しくはサニタリー圧力伝送器7の取付配管8を得たものである。

上記圧力伝送器7は、配管1内に導入された流体の圧力を検出して当該検出圧力に応じた検出信号を出力するサニタリー圧力計を備えた圧力検出器本体9と、この圧力検出器本体9から出力される上記検出信号に基づいて圧力の表示を行う表示器10とを備えたものである。

そして、圧力伝送器7は、図1及び図2で示すようにシール31で密封状態として連結用丸孔5に嵌着してからクランプ32で固定してあるものである。

この実施形態は、上記の通りであるので、連結用丸孔5を得る場合には、当該連結用丸孔5の開口縁の外面の高さが配管1の外周面と同じになるようにすること、すなわち枝管部の無い(立ち上がり長さが0にした)構成にすることが望ましい。

【発明の効果】
本発明に係る圧力計、圧力伝送器の取付金具は、上記のような構成であるので、立ち上がり長さを0若しくは限りなく0に近くすることができるものであって、所期の目的を完全に達成する著効を有するものである。
