BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a gasification type oil burning device provided with a heating heater constituting a combustion section of a heater or a water heater.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in this type, a vaporizer vertically erected in a horizontal bowl shape is provided with a U-shaped heating heater on an upper side wall and a lower side wall which protrude forward, thereby promoting vaporization and always being good. It was intended to obtain a good combustion. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1.)
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Patent No. 3150584 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in this conventional device, fuel is injected from two fuel injection nozzles on the vertical vaporization surface on the inner surface of the vaporizer to vaporize the fuel, and the heater for heating is not mounted symmetrically at the two positions on the vaporization surface. There is a problem that the temperature of the vaporized surface is not the same, the vaporized gas to be vaporized becomes non-uniform, and the combustion flame becomes unbalanced, so that good combustion cannot be obtained.
[0005]
Further, there is also a problem that wasteful electric power is used to adjust the control temperature to a low temperature portion, which is uneconomical.
[0006]
[Means for solving the problem]
The present invention focuses on this point and solves the above-mentioned drawbacks. In particular, the structure of the vaporizer is provided with a heating heater and an outlet for mixed gas at the bottom, and an outlet at the lower part of the vaporizer. It is composed of a communicating mixing chamber and a burner provided on the back side of the vaporizer at the upper part of the mixing chamber. The vaporizer is formed in a bowl shape and stands upright. In two flat surfaces for vaporizing fuel, heating heaters provided on the outer peripheral wall of the vaporizer are arranged symmetrically with respect to the flat surface.
[0007]
As a result, the vaporizer has a symmetrical shape and the left and right vaporization surfaces have the same temperature, the vaporized gas to be vaporized is uniform on the left and right sides, and combustion with a balanced combustion flame is performed. Combustion can be obtained, and further, since the temperature of the carburetor is the same, there is no need to worry about consuming unnecessary power.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, a vaporized oil burning apparatus according to the present invention will be described based on one embodiment shown in the drawings.
1 is a horizontal bowl-shaped carburetor made of aluminum die-cast, the front face of which is closed by a lid 4 having a fuel injection nozzle 2 and a primary air outlet 3 and is divided into two by a partition wall 5 at the bottom. An outlet 6 for mixed gas is formed.
[0009]
The carburetor 1 has an inner surface facing the fuel injection nozzle 2 formed perpendicular to the fuel injection nozzle 2 to form a vertical vaporization surface 7, and a portion to which fuel oil is blown is for measuring uniform diffusion of the fuel oil. A flat surface 8 is formed, and a plurality of beads 9 having different lengths are arranged around the flat surface 8 in a horizontal direction and in parallel with each other to form a meandering passage 10 for the fuel oil flowing down. Is what it is.
[0010]
The flat surface 8 and the meandering path 10 each have one injection hole 11 formed on the left and right sides of the fuel injection nozzle 2. It is provided one by one.
[0011]
Reference numeral 12 denotes a heating heater composed of a seed heater cast into the carburetor 1 in the shape of a bell, which is buried in a protruding wall 13 that protrudes from the vertical vaporization surface 7 toward the fuel injection nozzle 2. The connection terminals are extended upward to form a symmetrical shape with the flat surface 8 as a boundary, and the positional relationship of the heating heater 12 with respect to the two flattening surfaces 8 for vaporization formed on the left and right of the central portion is made the same. It controls the same temperature state.
[0012]
Reference numeral 14 denotes a temperature sensor formed of a thermistor or the like, which is provided so as to penetrate the center of the upper protruding wall 13 of the carburetor 1 and keeps the temperature of the carburetor 1 at a predetermined vaporization temperature while keeping the distance to the two flat surfaces 8 equal. It controls the energization of the heating heater 12 so as to be maintained.
[0013]
Reference numeral 15 denotes a trapezoidal guide wall viewed from a plane provided at the last end of the meandering path 10 of the carburetor 1, and a mixed gas formed in the carburetor 1 by the vaporized gas and the primary air for combustion. The exit 6 is smoothly divided and guided.
[0014]
Reference numeral 16 denotes an aluminum die-cast mixing chamber provided at the lower part of the vaporizer 1, and a large-capacity rectification chamber 17 which communicates with the outflow port 6 and is depressed one step downward so as to rectify the mixed gas. It is composed of a plurality of gas chambers 18 which communicate with the rectifying chamber 17 and are sectioned into a tapered shape.
[0015]
Reference numeral 19 denotes a burner section formed on the back side of the vaporizer 1 on the gas chamber 18 of the mixing chamber 16, and has a plurality of rows of flame holes and rows of secondary air holes arranged alternately. .
[0016]
Numeral 20 denotes heat absorbing fins projecting from the back of the vaporizer 1 onto the burner section 19, and is formed in a plurality of pieces in order to increase the contact area with the combustion gas to increase the amount of heat back. The heat back is used as heat of vaporization to reduce the power consumption of the heating heater 12.
[0017]
Reference numeral 21 denotes a combustion chamber surrounding the upper part of the burner portion 19, and its outer periphery is covered by a cover frame 23 via an air chamber 22.
[0018]
Reference numeral 24 denotes a combustion fan, which communicates with the jet port 4 and the air chamber 22 through an air passage 25, supplies primary air for combustion to the jet port 3, and mixes the air chamber 22 with the vaporizer 1 passing through the side thereof. The secondary air supplied from below the chamber 16 to the burner section 19 and the air for cooling the combustion chamber 21 are supplied.
[0019]
26 is an electromagnetic pump for supplying fuel oil to the fuel injection nozzle 2 via an oil feed pipe 27, and 28 is a heat shield plate.
[0020]
Next, the operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
When the heating heater 12 is energized and the carburetor 1 is heated to a predetermined temperature, this is detected by the temperature sensor 14 and the combustion fan 24 and the electromagnetic pump 26 are driven to inject fuel into the carburetor 1. Fuel oil is supplied from the nozzle 2, and primary air for combustion is supplied from the ejection port 3.
[0021]
In the carburetor 1, the two divided fuel oils injected from the fuel injection nozzles 2 collide with the two flat surfaces 8 of the vertical vaporization surface 7, and are uniformly diffused around because there are no irregularities. The primary air is supplied along the surrounding bead 9 without falling, and the air moves sequentially along the meandering path 10 due to the wind blown by the primary air. The primary air supplied by the unevenness due to the turbulence also causes a turbulent flow, is sufficiently mixed with the vaporized gas, and a good mixed gas can be obtained.
[0022]
Therefore, the lightweight and compact vaporizer 1 can be obtained by the vertical vaporizing surface 7 to obtain a small and powerful combustion device, and a sufficient mixed gas can always be formed without lowering the vaporizing ability. .
[0023]
Further, the two flat surfaces 8 for directly vaporizing the fuel oil have the same vaporization temperature because the shape of the vaporizer 1 and the embedding of the heating heater 12 are symmetrical, and are vaporized at the same temperature. A uniform vaporized gas can be generated, the combustion flame in the burner section 19 can be uniformly and favorably burned, and a balanced and uniform combustion can always be obtained. Is provided at the center of the upwardly protruding wall 13 and at the nearest point between the two flat surfaces 8, so that a uniform vaporization temperature can be quickly detected, and economical operation by preventing wasteful use of electric power. Is performed.
[0024]
In this embodiment, the connection terminals of the heater 12 are cast upwardly, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the same effect can be obtained by casting downwardly. .
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the two flat surfaces that directly vaporize fuel oil have the same vaporization temperature and are vaporized at the same temperature because the shape of the vaporizer and the embedding of the heater for heating are symmetrical. As a result, it is possible to generate a uniform vaporized gas without temperature unevenness, perform a uniform and good combustion of the combustion flame in the burner portion, and obtain a balanced and uniform combustion at all times. Is provided at the center of the upper protruding wall of the vaporizer and at the closest point between the two flat surfaces, so that a uniform vaporization temperature can be detected quickly, and wasteful use of electric power can be prevented. Driving is performed.
