Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an end connection structure of a metal plate horizontal roof outer wall that connects ends of both horizontal roof outer walls that are laterally adjacent to a plurality of horizontal roof outer walls that cover a wall surface of a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an outer wall of a building such as a factory, a warehouse, a gymnasium, etc., an outer wall base material extending vertically along an outer surface of an interior material such as a heat insulating material is provided, and a plurality of horizontally long horizontal roofing outer walls are provided on the outer wall base material. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 7, the horizontal roofing outer wall 2 made of a metal panel has the same shape and the same size, and has a substantially U-shaped cross-section at the upper end thereof, which is open to the panel surface side over the entire length in the width direction. In addition, a fixing flange 24 having a substantially Z-shaped cross-section is formed on the rear side of the panel. On the other hand, a lower edge of the outer side wall 2 is bent at an acute angle toward the rear side of the panel, and is engaged with the groove 21. A stop 25 is provided.
[0004]
Then, the fixing flange 24 of the lower horizontal roofing outer wall 2 previously disposed on the wall surface of the building is screwed and fixed to the outer wall foundation material 10, and the groove 21 of the lower horizontal roofing outer wall 2 immediately above the horizontal roofing outer wall 2. The locking portion 25 at the lower end of the upper horizontal roofing outer wall 2 disposed at the position is locked, and the fixing flange 24 at the upper edge of the upper horizontal roofing outer wall 2 is screwed and fixed to the outer wall base material 10. Then, an unillustrated side roof outer wall is sequentially assembled upward.
[0005]
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, when connecting the ends of a plurality of horizontal roof outer walls 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B that are adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction, a long elongate linearly extending vertically in the wall surface of the building. A joint fitting 6 is provided, and the side roof outer walls 2A and 2B located on both sides of the joint fitting 6 are connected via the joint fitting 6. The joint fitting 6 is a steel material having a substantially H-shaped cross section provided with grooves 60 that open laterally on both left and right sides, and a thick sheet-shaped water-stop seal made of foamed rubber or the like is formed at the bottom of each groove 60. Material 4 is stuck. The ends of the horizontal roof outer walls 2A and 2B are fitted into the grooves 60 on both sides, respectively, and the edge 26a of the horizontal roof outer wall 2 is pressed against the water-stopping sealing material 4 over the entire vertical length. In addition, the joint fitting 6 is installed over substantially the entire length of the wall surface of the building in the vertical direction, and connects the ends of the horizontal roofing outer walls 2A, 2B assembled in a plurality of stages vertically in a vertical direction. .
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
Patent No. 3265285 specification
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the connection structure using the conventional long joint fitting 6, since the joint fitting 6 is connected so as to surround the end of the horizontal roofing outer wall 2, the joint fitting 6 protrudes from the connecting portion and has a good appearance. Absent. Further, in the long joint fitting 6, rainwater or the like flowing in the lateral direction along the outer surface of the lateral roofing outer wall 2 owing to the cross wind is generated by the outer groove wall and the lateral roofing outer wall 2 in the groove 60 of the joint fitting 6. The rainwater easily enters the gap with the outer surface, and the rainwater that has entered the gap is not discharged until it flows down to the lowermost end of the fitting 6. In this case, a sealing structure in which only the edge 26a of the lateral roof outer wall 2 is linearly pressed against the water-stopping sealing material 4 has insufficient sealing force. When the performance is reduced, there is a possibility that rainwater may enter the inside of the outer wall from between the seal member 4 for waterproofing and the edge 26a of the outer wall 2 (arrow in FIG. 9).

Furthermore, when constructing the outer wall, the joint fitting 6 is first attached to the wall surface of the building, and the laterally outer wall 2 is inserted into the groove 60 of the joint 6 later. The workability of the construction is not good, and the press-fitting force of the lateral roof outer wall 2 to the joint bracket 6 due to a dimensional error between the mounting position of the joint bracket 6 on the wall surface and the horizontal length of the horizontal roof outer wall 2 or the like. There is a problem in that the sealing performance is poor, and the lateral roof outer wall 2 is strongly pressed against the joint fitting 6, causing the lateral roof outer wall 2 to bend. In addition, since the connecting portions of the horizontal roof outer walls 2 assembled in a plurality of stages vertically are aligned in the vertical direction, the external wall appearance is monotonous. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to realize an end connection structure of a lateral roofing outer wall which has a high sealing property for preventing intrusion of rainwater and the like, has a good appearance, and has a good workability in construction.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to an end connection structure of a horizontal roofing outer wall that connects ends of both horizontal roofing outer walls laterally adjacent to a plurality of horizontal roofing outer walls made of a metal panel covering a wall surface of a building using a joint fitting, As the joint fitting, a joint fitting made of a metal panel having a width substantially equal to or slightly longer than a vertical width of the horizontal roofing outer wall, with a width extending between adjacent ends of the both roofing outer walls, is used as the joint fitting. A water-stopping sealing material is stuck on the surface of each of the left and right halves except for the center in the width direction. Opposite edges are bent toward the rear side of the two side roof outer walls to form bent edges. The joint fitting is fixed so that the water-stopping sealing material overlaps with the back surface of the end of each of the adjacent horizontal roofing outer walls, and the tip of the bent edge of the both horizontal roofing outer walls is fixed to the joint fitting. It is structured to be brought into contact with the surface at the center in the width direction (claim 1). Since the joint fittings are provided so as to span the rear side of the ends of both the roofing outer walls, they do not protrude to the surface side, so that the appearance of the connection portion is good. The joint fitting has a sealing property for preventing intrusion of rainwater or the like since the sealing material for waterproofing at both right and left halves is overlapped on the back surface of the outer walls of both horizontal roofs and both are pressed against each other to seal them.
[0010]
Each of the above-mentioned lateral roof outer walls is provided at the upper end of its main body with a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional groove bulging toward the rear side of the panel, and is bent upward in a substantially Z-shaped cross-section from the upper edge of the opening to the rear side of the panel. An extended fixing flange is formed, a locking portion bent toward the back side of the panel is formed at a lower end of the main body, and the groove at an upper end of a lower horizontal roofing outer wall in which the fixing flange is screwed and fixed to a wall surface of a building. Then, the above-mentioned locking portion at the lower end of the upper horizontal roofing outer wall is locked, and the fixing flange at the upper end of the upper horizontal roofing outer wall is screwed and fixed to the wall of the building. Attach the roof outer wall. The joint fitting includes a general portion that is overlapped with the back surface of the main body portion of the horizontal roofing outer wall via the waterproofing sealing material, and a panel that avoids a groove portion and a fixing flange of the horizontal roofing outer wall at an upper end of the general portion. It has a recess that bulges to the back side. The joint fitting has a lower end of the general portion, an upper edge of the groove at an upper end of the existing lower horizontal roofing wall, and a lower end of a main body of the upper horizontal roofing outer wall locked in the groove. And the recess at the upper end of the general part, which is superimposed on the back surface of the upper horizontal roofing outer wall via the waterproof sealing material, is integrally formed with the fixing flange of the upper horizontal roofing outer wall. A screw is fixed to the wall of the building (claim 2). The joint fitting connects the ends of the horizontal roofing outer wall for each step of the horizontal roofing outer wall to be assembled in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction, and when connecting, when connecting, the lower horizontal roofing outer wall and the upper horizontal side overlap the lower end of the joint fitting. Since the upper end of the joint fitting is fixed to the wall of the building by screwing together with the upper end of the horizontal roof outer wall, the workability of the outer wall is good.
[0011]
The connection part of the lower horizontal roofing outer wall and the connection part of the upper horizontal roofing outer wall are arranged in a staggered manner in the vertical direction (claim 3). The appearance of the outer wall is not monotonous, and the design of the outer wall can be improved.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of an end connection structure of a metal sheet horizontal roofing outer wall to which the present invention is applied will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. As shown in FIG. 4, the wall surface 1 of the building to which the horizontal roofing outer wall 2 is to be assembled is formed of a channel steel material having a substantially C-shaped cross-section, which is erected horizontally between columns 13 erected at predetermined intervals. An inner wall material 11 is fixed to the edge 12, and a plurality of outer wall base materials 10 made of a channel steel material having a hat-shaped cross section are provided on the surface of the inner wall material 11 at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction. is there. Each outer wall base material 10 is fixed by bolting the flanges on both sides with the cross-section opening facing the inner wall material 11 side. Then, a plurality of horizontal roofing outer walls 2 are attached to the outer wall base material 10 while covering the wall surface 1 in order from the lower side of the wall surface 1 in the vertical and horizontal directions, thereby covering the wall surface 1. In FIG. 4, reference numerals 14 and 15 denote a draining panel and a panel start material provided substantially horizontally along the lower edge of the wall surface 1 and having a substantially Z-shaped cross section.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the horizontal roof outer walls 2 made of metal panels are formed in the same shape and the same size. The horizontal roofing outer wall 2 is formed in a rectangular shape having a long horizontal width. The cross-sectional shape of each horizontal roofing outer wall 2 is almost the same as that of the conventional structure, and the upper end of the vertical plane main body 20 forming the external wall surface has a horizontal width. A groove 21 having a substantially U-shaped cross section that bends the panel surface and projects to the rear side over the entire length in the direction, and a substantially Z-shaped cross section from the upper edge 23 of the opening of the groove 21 toward the rear of the panel and extends upward. A fixed flange 24 is formed. The groove 21 is opened toward the panel surface side, and the upper surface 22 of the groove 21 forms an inclined surface with the opening side being lower, and the bending angle between the groove 21 and the upper edge 23 of the opening is formed at an acute angle. The lower surface of the groove portion 21 forms an inclined surface substantially parallel to the upper surface 22, and the groove bottom surface connecting the two is a vertical surface.
[0014]
The upper edge 23 of the opening forms a common vertical plane with the main body 20 with the opening of the groove 21 interposed therebetween. The fixed flange 24 has substantially the same projecting dimension on the rear side as that of the groove 21, and the fixed flange 24 forms a common vertical plane with the bottom surface of the groove 21.
[0015]
At the lower end of the main body 20 of the lateral roofing outer wall 2, a locking portion 25 capable of locking to the groove 21 of the other horizontal roofing outer wall 2 located on the lower side is formed. The locking portion 25 is formed by bending the lower end of the main body portion 20 to the back side and extending obliquely upward along the upper surface 22 of the groove portion 21. The bending angle between the lower end of the main body 20 and the locking portion 25 is formed to be substantially the same as the bending angle of the upper edge of the opening of the groove 21 or slightly more acute angle.
[0016]
In order to assemble the horizontal roofing outer wall 2 in the vertical direction, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the lower horizontal roofing outer wall 2 previously assembled to the wall surface 1 of the building is attached to the groove 21 of the lower horizontal roofing outer wall 2. An engaging portion 25 of the upper horizontal roofing outer wall 2 to be assembled directly above the outer wall 2 is brought into contact with and locked to the upper surface 22 of the groove 21, and a fixing flange 24 at the upper end of the upper horizontal roofing outer wall 2 is connected to a fitting fitting described later. Then, the outer wall base material 10 is screwed and fixed to the outer wall base material 10 with the tapping screw 5. In this manner, a plurality of horizontal roofing outer walls 2 are sequentially fixed from bottom to top in the vertical direction and assembled. Note that the lowermost horizontal roofing outer wall 2 locks the lower end locking portion 25 to the lower end of the panel start material 15. Although not shown, the uppermost horizontal roofing outer wall has an upper end located near the eaves of the roof and is covered with a cover member that integrally covers the upper fixed flange and the groove.
[0017]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a plurality of laterally outer roof walls 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B that are adjacent to each other in the lateral direction are connected to each other using a joint fitting 3. The joint fitting 3 has a horizontal width extending from the rear surface of the end of the adjacent one of the horizontal roofing walls 2A to the rear surface of the end of the other horizontal roofing wall 2B, and the length in the vertical direction is the vertical width of the horizontal roofing outer walls 2A and 2B. It is composed of a metal panel formed slightly longer than the metal panel. The joint fitting 3 has a plate thickness of about 1 mm to 2 mm and has high rigidity.
[0018]
The joint fitting 3 includes a general portion 30 corresponding to the back surface of the main body portion 20 of the horizontal roof outer walls 2A and 2B, and a general portion 30 corresponding to the groove 21 and the fixing flange 24 at the upper end of the horizontal roof outer walls 2A and 2B. A concave portion 31 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is provided to bend from the upper end to the rear side. The upper surface and the lower surface of the concave portion 31 are formed so as to be inclined so that the vertical length of the opening of the concave portion 31 on the panel surface side is longer than the vertical length of the bottom surface of the concave portion 31. The upper end of the joint fitting 3 is provided with an upper end 33 extending upward from the upper edge of the concave portion 31 and forming a common vertical plane with the general portion 30. Thus, the vertical length of the joint fitting 3 is smaller than the vertical length of the horizontal roof outer walls 2A and 2B. Is also getting longer. At the lower end of the general part 30, a vertical plane-like engaging part 32 which protrudes from the general part 30 to the panel surface side via a step is formed.
[0019]
On the panel surface of the joint fitting 3, the thick water-stop sealing material 4 made of foam rubber or the like is provided on each of the left and right panel halves except for the widthwise central portion 34 and the engaging portion 32. It is stuck in a vertical strip shape so as to cover each panel half surface. The thickness of the water blocking seal member 4 is slightly larger than the step width between the general portion 30 and the engaging portion 32 of the fitting 3.
[0020]
The ends of the main body 20 except for the lower end of the main body 20 corresponding to the opening upper edge 23 of the lower horizontal roofing outer wall 2 are provided at the ends of the horizontal roof outer walls 2A and 2B connected by the joint fitting 3. , And a bent edge 26 formed by bending each edge in the shape of a cross section in the shape of a cross section toward the back side. The amount of projection of the bent edge 26 toward the back side of the main body 20 is substantially the same as the step width between the general portion 30 and the engagement portion 32 of the joint fitting 3.
[0021]
In order to connect the end portions of the adjacent roofing outer walls 2A, 2B, a joint fitting 3 is arranged on the back side of both ends of the both roofing outer walls 2A, 2B so as to straddle the both ends. 3, the upper edge of the opening of the groove 21 of the lower horizontal roofing outer wall 2 in which the lower ends of the main body 20 of the horizontal roofing outer walls 2A and 2B and the locking portions 25 are locked. 23, the lower end of the main body 20 and the upper edge 23 of the opening sandwich the engagement portion 32 at the lower end of the joint fitting 3.
[0022]
Then, the seal members 4 for waterproofing on both the left and right sides adhered to the surfaces of the general portion 30 and the concave portion 31 of the joint fitting 3 are respectively attached to the back surface of the main body portion 20 of the both-sided outer walls 2A and 2B, the back surface of the groove portion 21, And the upper surface of the fixed flange 24 is pressed against the back surface of the fixed flange 24, and the front ends of the bent edges 26 of both the outer roof walls 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B are respectively connected to the center part 34 between the water-stopping sealing materials 4 of the joint fitting 3. Make contact with the panel surface. Then, the fixing flange 24 of the one sided outer wall 2A is screwed and fixed to the outer wall base material 10 integrally with the recess 31 of the joint fitting 3 by the tapping screw 5, and the fixed flange 24 of the other sided outer wall 2B is connected to the joint fitting. 3 is screwed and fixed to the concave portion 31 with the tapping screw 5. In addition, the joint fitting 3 having high rigidity can sufficiently support the end portion of the other horizontal roofing outer wall 2B only by fastening to the outer wall base material 10 integrally with the end portion of one horizontal roofing outer wall 2A.
[0023]
In this way, the laterally adjacent outer roof walls are sequentially connected. Then, after connecting the same-level horizontal roofing outer walls that are arranged in the horizontal direction over the entire width of the building's horizontal wall, the upper level is installed while connecting the horizontal-type outer walls horizontally to cover the entire wall of the building. I do. In the outer wall shown in FIG. 4, the outer wall base material 10 is installed on the inner wall material 11 at an interval of about half the width of the horizontal roof outer wall 2, and the lower horizontal roof outer wall 2 is placed every other outer wall base material 10. And the upper horizontal roofing outer wall 2 is fixed to every other outer wall base material 10 to which the lower horizontal roofing outer wall 2 is not fixed via the fitting 2 and the upper horizontal roofing Each connecting portion of the outer wall 2 is arranged at a position corresponding to substantially the center in the width direction of the lower horizontal roofing outer wall 2, and the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion are arranged in a staggered manner in the vertical direction.
[0024]
According to the connecting structure of the horizontal roofing outer wall of the present invention, since the joint fitting 3 is formed of a panel material and is installed on the back side of the end of the adjacent horizontal roofing outer wall 2, the conventional joint made of a long steel material is used. The appearance is good without protruding to the surface of the horizontal roofing outer wall 2 like a metal fitting. In the joint fitting 3 of the present invention, the panel surface of the central part 34 is slightly exposed from the gap between the ends of the both roofing outer walls 2, but the panel surface of the joint fitting 3 is coated with the same color as the horizontal roofing outer wall 3. If it is not noticeable. Further, bent edges 26 are provided at the opposite edges of both the roofing outer walls 2 to bend to the rear side, and these are brought into contact with the panel surface of the central portion 34 of the joint fitting 3, so that the bent edges 26 are formed. The water sealing material 4 is concealed from the side so that the water sealing material 4 is not exposed.
[0025]
Further, rainwater which is fanned by the crosswind and travels laterally on the surface of the main body portion 20 of the roofing outer wall 2 flows along the bent edge 26 to the panel surface of the central portion 34 of the joint fitting 3, but on the opposite bent edge. 26, and flows down along the panel surface of the central portion 34 of the fitting 3 to be drained. Even if rainwater invades from between the tip of the bent edge 26 and the joint fitting 3, the intrusion is prevented by the sealing material 4 for water stoppage. In particular, since the water sealing material 4 seals the space between the horizontal roof outer wall 2 and the fitting 3 by surface contact, even if the water sealing material 4 hardens over time, it maintains a high sealing property and reliably ensures rainwater. Prevent intrusion.
[0026]
Furthermore, when assembling the horizontal roofing outer wall 2 to the wall surface 1 of the building, the operation of locking the lower edge locking portion 25 to the lower horizontal roofing outer wall 2 groove 21 as in the conventional structure; The work of connecting the end to the joint fitting 3 does not need to be performed at the same time, and the work can be performed sequentially, so that the workability is good. In addition, since the lateral roofing outer wall 2 and the joint fitting 3 are fixed to the wall surface 1 at the same time, there is no dimensional error between the mounting position of the long joint fitting on the wall and the horizontal length of the lateral roofing outer wall unlike the conventional structure. The lateral roof outer wall 2 does not bend.
[0027]
In the conventional structure, the connecting portions of the horizontal roofing outer walls 2 assembled vertically are aligned in the vertical direction and the connecting portions are conspicuous, so that the horizontal width of the horizontal roofing outer wall 2 is increased to reduce the connecting portions. According to the present invention, since the connecting portion is inconspicuous, the lateral width of the horizontal roofing outer wall 2 can be reduced, and the horizontal roofing outer wall 2 can be easily arranged and transported. In addition, by shortening the width of the horizontal roofing outer wall 2 and assembling the horizontal roofing outer wall 2 in a staggered manner in the vertical direction, the external wall appearance does not need to be monotonous. In particular, as shown in FIGS. 5 (A) and 5 (B), it is possible to use two or more types of horizontal roofing outer walls 2a and 2b having different paint colors, and assemble them vertically and vertically to draw a pattern on the outer wall. Thus, the design of the outer wall can be improved.
[0028]
In the above-described embodiment, one horizontal roof outer wall 2A is fastened to the outer wall base material 10 integrally with one panel half surface of the joint fitting 3, and the other horizontal roof outer wall 2B is fastened to the other panel half surface of the joint fitting 3. However, the present invention is not limited to this. As shown in FIG. 6, an outer wall base material 10 a having a hat-shaped cross section that opens toward the outside of the wall surface 1 is attached to the interior material 11 by fastening the top surface to the interior material 11. The adjacent outer roof walls 2A and 2B may be integrally fastened to the joint fitting 3 on the flanges on both sides of the base material 10a. According to this, the mounting strength of the connection portion can be enhanced.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the connection structure of the metal plate horizontal roof outer wall of this invention, a connection part is not outstanding and the external appearance can be improved. In addition, the sealing property of the connection portion is high, and it is possible to reliably prevent intrusion of rainwater or the like from the connection portion. Further, the workability of the outer wall construction is good.
