Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a case, two backing members must be inserted into the cover at two separate positions, and separate buckles must be engaged with the backing members. As described above, since the backing member and the buckle are each a single part, there is a problem that the handling is complicated, the assembling and disassembling operations are troublesome, and the workability is poor.
[0007]
In addition, the stopper consisting of the backing member and the buckle attaches itself to the cover only when the binding tool is attached to the cover, and has no function of temporarily holding the cover on the cover. For this reason, handling, assembling and disassembling operations are further inconvenient.
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to provide a file that effectively solves such a problem.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following configuration in order to achieve the above object.
[0010]
That is, the file according to the present invention is configured by attaching a binding device to a cover body via a stopper, and the cover body is provided with insertion portions at two separated positions on the mounting surface to which the binding device is attached. The stopper has a pair of backing portions respectively arranged at positions corresponding to the insertion portions on the back surface of the cover body facing the mounting surface of the binding device, and a space between these backing portions. A connecting portion to be connected, and a pair of engaging portions pulled out from each of the backing portions through the insertion portion to the mounting surface side, and using the pair of drawn out engaging portions, a binding tool Is detachably attached to the attachment surface.
[0011]
With such a structure, the stopper can be handled integrally, so that the convenience of assembling and disassembling operations can be effectively improved.
[0012]
Further, as a specific configuration of the file according to the present invention, a file in which a pair of backing portions, a connecting portion, and a pair of engaging portions are integrally formed of resin is exemplified. With such a configuration, it is possible to effectively reduce costs by reducing the number of components and thereby simplifying the manufacturing process.
[0013]
Further, the file according to the present invention is preferably such that the connecting portion is elastically deformable so that the distance between the backing portions can be varied by expansion and contraction. In such a case, the engaging portion is engaged with the binding tool by a sliding operation along the mounting surface, and is attached to the cover body by itself without using a buckle or the like, and the attachment / detachment becomes easy, The engagement state can be effectively maintained by utilizing the elasticity of the connecting portion.
[0014]
In particular, the file according to the present invention allows each engaging portion to pass through the corresponding insertion portion in a state where the elastic force in the pulling direction or the compressing direction is accumulated in the connecting portion, and by restoring the connecting portion at that position, It is effective that the engaging portion is detachably engaged with the binding device by sandwiching the binding device and the cover body between the engaging portion and the backing portion. In such a case, since the engaging portion is engaged so as to be sandwiched between the binding tool and the cover body, it is possible to secure the mounting state.
[0015]
In addition, the file according to the present invention provides a binding device and a cover between the first engaging element mainly having a function of fixing the backing portion to the back surface of the cover body and the backing portion. And a second engaging element mainly having a function of sandwiching the body. With such a configuration, when the binding device is not attached, the stopper can be kept fixed to the cover by the first engagement element.
[0016]
Still further, the connecting portion according to the present invention is made of a resin, and the resin is made expandable and contractable by a pantograph structure. With such a structure, effective elasticity can be imparted even if the connecting portion is formed by resin molding.
[0017]
Further, the file according to the present invention is a file configured by attaching a binding tool to a cover body via a stopper, and the cover body has an insertion portion on a mounting surface to which the binding tool is attached. The stopper has a backing portion disposed at a position corresponding to the insertion portion on the back surface of the cover body facing the mounting surface of the binding device, and from the backing portion to the mounting surface side via the insertion portion. An engaging portion to be pulled out, and by sliding the extracted engaging portion along the mounting surface and directly engaging with the binding device, the binding device is detachably attached to the mounting surface. It is characterized by the following.
[0018]
In such a case, the stopper can be attached to and detached from the cover body by itself without using a member corresponding to a buckle by the backing portion and the engaging portion, so that the cover member can be attached to the cover if necessary. It is also possible to temporarily hold the stopper, so that the convenience of assembling and disassembling operations can be effectively improved.
[0019]

[0030]
Next, a procedure for temporarily holding the stopper 1 on the cover body H in the file F according to the present embodiment will be described. First, one backing portion 10 of the stopper 1 was applied to the spine H1 from the back side of the mounting surface h, and the first engagement protrusion 111, the second engagement protrusion 112, and the operation portion 113 were provided on the spine H1. The connection portion 12 is extended by passing the other backing portion 10 through the first insertion hole h1, the second insertion hole h2, and the operation portion insertion hole h3, and putting a finger on the operation portion 113 in this state. Pulling the operation unit 113 through the operation unit insertion hole h3 of the spine H1. At this time, the first engagement protrusion 111 and the second engagement protrusion 112 pass through the first insertion hole h1 and the second insertion hole h2 simultaneously or before and after. By releasing the hand in this state, the extended connecting portion 12 is retracted, and the operating portion 113 is in a state of being fitted at the position of the relief h3a provided in the operating portion insertion hole h3. In this state, the operation portion 113b of the operation portion 113 and the engagement portions 111b and 112b of the first engagement protrusion 111 and the second engagement protrusion 112 project from the mounting surface h, and the first engagement protrusion 111 and the operation portion The insertion portions 111a and 113a of 113 are in contact with the first insertion hole h1 and the relief h3a provided in the operation portion insertion hole h3, and the stopper 1 is fixed to the spine H1, that is, the stopper 1 is in the cover. It is in a state temporarily held by the body H. In this state, the elasticity of the connecting portion 12 in the contraction direction remains, and the insertion portion 112a of the second engagement protrusion 112 is not in contact with the second insertion hole h2.
[0031]
Next, a procedure for attaching the binding tool B from a state where the fastener 1 is temporarily held on the cover body H and the attached state will be described with reference to FIGS. In order to fix the binding tool B from the state in which the stopper 1 is temporarily held on the cover body H, first, one notch b1 of the binding tool B is fitted into the insertion portion 111a, and the cut-and-raised b3 is inserted into the second insertion hole h2. To be inserted. Next, the other cut-and-raised b3 of the binding tool B is inserted into the second insertion hole h2 while being in contact with the second engagement protrusion 112. By doing so, the cut-and-raised b3 is inserted into the second insertion hole h2, and at the same time, the second engagement projection 112 sandwiches the cut-and-raised b3 with the inner edge of the second insertion hole h2 near the center, and the binding tool B is moved to the spine. It will be in the state attached to H1. Here, when the cut-and-raised b3 is inserted into the second insertion hole h2, the operation unit 113 may be slid with a finger to temporarily retract the second engagement protrusion 112.
[0032]
In a state where the binding tool B is attached to the cover body H, elasticity in the contraction direction remains in the connecting portion 12, and the insertion portion 111 a of the first engagement protrusion 111 contacts the first insertion hole h <b> 1 and the notch b <b> 1. The engagement portion 111b is also in contact with the notch b1. The second engagement protrusion 112 is also engaged with the cut-and-raised b3 and the upper surface of the bottom plate b. That is, since the cut and raised b3 is in contact with the second insertion hole h2, the second engagement protrusion 112 is in a state of being engaged with the second insertion hole h2 via the cut and raised b3. At this time, the insertion portion 113a of the operation portion 113 is in a state of being drawn into the escape h3a of the operation portion insertion hole h3.
[0033]
In this state, since the first engagement protrusion 111, the second engagement protrusion 112, and the backing portion 10 sandwich the bottom plate b of the binding tool B and the cover H, the binding tool B is moved from the mounting surface h of the cover H. It cannot move in the direction of dissociation in the normal direction and slide in the longitudinal direction. Further, since the width of the cut-and-raised b3 and the width of the second insertion hole h2 are substantially the same, the binding tool B cannot move in the width direction. That is, in this state, the binding tool B is in a fixed state in which it cannot be moved in any direction with respect to the cover body H.
[0034]
Here, due to individual differences of the cover body H, the length of the cut-and-raised b3 of the binding tool B rises longer than the thickness of the cover body H, and the tip of the cut-and-raised b3 is from the back side of the mounting surface h of the cover body H. In some cases, the tip of the cut-and-raised b3 is inserted into the slit 112c provided in the backing portion 10. Therefore, even in such a case, the tip of the cut-and-raised b3 is inserted into the backing portion 10. Does not hinder the engagement action. Further, even if another binding tool having a cut-and-raised position at the position of the notch b1 is used, the leading end portion of the cut-and-raised portion passes through the slit 111c adjacent to the first engagement protrusion 111, and thus the same as the above-described embodiment. Synergy is not inhibited.
[0035]
In order to separate the binding device B from the cover body H, the engagement between the binding device B and the locking device 1 is released while the locking device 1 is extended by sliding the operation unit 113 of the locking device 1. Thus, the binding tool B can be easily removed from the spine H1.
[0036]
The file F according to the present embodiment has a configuration as described above, that is, a configuration in which a binding tool B made of metal is attached to a cover body H made of paper or resin via a fastener 1. The cover body H has insertion holes h1, h2, and h3, which are insertion portions, at two separated positions on the mounting surface h to which the binding tool B is attached. The stopper 1 has a pair of backing portions 10 arranged at positions corresponding to the pair of insertion holes h1, h2, and h3 on the back surface of the cover body H facing the mounting surface h. And a pair of engaging portions 111, 112, 113 (113 is an operation which is an engaging portion) which is pulled out from each backing portion 10 to the mounting surface h side through the insertion holes h1, h2, h3 through the through holes h1, h2, h3. ), And the binding tool B is detachably attached to the attachment surface h using the pair of engaging portions 111, 112, and 113 pulled out. By doing so, the user can handle the stopper 1 integrally. Therefore, the file F can be easily assembled, the convenience of the disassembling operation at the time of sorting and discarding can be effectively improved, and the binding device B can be easily reused when the cover body H is deteriorated. Become like
[0037]
Further, since the pair of backing portions 10, the connecting portion 12, and the pair of engaging portions 11 constituting the stopper 1 are integrally formed of resin, the number of parts related to the file F can be reduced. I have. By simplifying the manufacturing process, the cost of the file F can be effectively reduced.
[0038]
In the stopper 1, the connecting portion 12 is made of a resin, and the resin is made expandable and contractable by a pantograph structure, so that the connecting portion 12 can be provided with effective elasticity. By providing the elastically deformable stopper 1 that makes the distance between the backing portions 10 variable by the expansion and contraction of the coupling portion 12, the binding portion 11 is slid by the sliding operation along the mounting surface h. B, the fastener 1 attaches to the cover body H by itself without using a buckle or the like, and its attachment / detachment becomes easy, and the engagement state is effectively maintained by utilizing the elasticity of the connecting portion 12. can do.
[0039]
In particular, when the binding tool B is attached to the cover body H via the stopper 1, the engaging portions 11 are inserted into the insertion holes h1 as the corresponding insertion portions in a state where the elastic force due to the pulling is accumulated in the connecting portion 12. , H2, and h3, and by restoring the connecting portion 12 at that position, the binding device B and the cover body H are sandwiched between the engaging portion 11 and the backing portion 10. (FIGS. 6 and 7). For this reason, the engaging portion 11 is engaged so as to be sandwiched between the binding tool B and the cover H, so that the mounting state of the binding tool B can be ensured.
[0040]
In addition, the file F according to the present embodiment includes an operating unit 113 that functions as a first engaging element mainly having a function of fixing the engaging unit 11 to the backing unit 10 on the back surface of the cover body H; It is composed of a first engagement projection 111 and a second engagement projection 112 that mainly function as a second engagement element that sandwiches the binding tool B and the cover body H between the backing portion 10. Therefore, when the binding tool B is not mounted, the stopper 1 can be temporarily held on the cover body H by the operation unit 113 (FIG. 5). This is particularly effective in the case where the binding tool B must be set.
[0041]
Further, the file F according to the present embodiment is configured by attaching a binding tool B to the cover body H via the stopper 1, and the cover body H is provided with an insertion hole h1 as an insertion portion on an attachment surface h to which the binding tool B is attached. , H2, h3. The stopper 1 has a backing portion 10 arranged at a position corresponding to the insertion holes h1, h2, and h3 on the back surface of the cover body H facing the mounting surface h of the binding device B, and an insertion hole from the backing portion 10. and an engaging portion 11 drawn out toward the mounting surface h via h1, h2, and h3. Then, the binding portion 11 is detachably attached to the attachment surface h by sliding the drawn-out engaging portion 11 along the attachment surface h and directly engaging with the binding device B. For this reason, the stopper 1 can be attached to and detached from the cover body H by the stopper 1 itself without using a separate member corresponding to a buckle by the backing portion 10 and the engaging portion 11. As described above, the stopper 1 can be temporarily held on the cover H if necessary. In addition, the convenience of assembling and disassembling the file F can be effectively improved.
[0042]
Next, a description will be given of another embodiment of the present invention, with reference to FIG. 8, which illustrates a stopper 2 that is engaged with the cover body H2 and the binding tool B2 in a state where elastic force due to compression is accumulated. The basic structure of the backing portion 20, the first engaging element 211 of the engaging portion 21, and the connecting portion 22 of the stopper 2 is substantially the same as that of the above-described stopper 1. However, as shown in the schematic side view of FIG. 8A, the direction in which the second engaging element 212 of the engaging portion 21 bends is different from the first engaging projection 111 and the second engaging projection 112 of the stopper 1. Is in the opposite direction. That is, the second engaging element 212 is bent such that the engaging portion 212b projects toward both ends of the stopper 2 with respect to the insertion portion 212a.
[0043]
FIG. 8B is a schematic cross-sectional view of a relevant part when the binding B2 is fixed to the stopper 2 via the cover H2. In a state where the binding tool B2 is attached to the cover body H2, the elasticity due to the compression is left in the connecting portion 22, and the engaging portion 212a of the second engaging member 212 is provided in the insertion hole h21 and the bottom plate provided in the cover body H2. A state in which the opening portion b22 provided in the b20 is inserted, the engaging portion 212b is in contact with the bottom plate b20, and the back cover 20 and the engaging portion 212b of the stopper 2 sandwich the cover body H and the binding tool B2. It has become. By doing so, the binding device B2 is in a fixed state in which the binding device B2 cannot be moved in any direction with respect to the cover body H, similarly to the above-described stopper 1.
[0044]
Note that the specific configuration of each unit is not limited to only the above-described embodiment. For example, in the above embodiment, the binding B employing the pipe fitting is used, but a binding employing a ring fitting or a flat fitting may be used instead of the pipe fitting. Further, the specific positions and numbers of the engaging portions and the insertion holes may be changed according to the shape and specifications of the binding tool. In addition, the structure of the connection portion is a pantograph structure in the above embodiment, but the structure of the connection portion may be any other wave-like or mesh-like structure that can be expanded and contracted according to the present invention. Can be applied.
[0045]
The configuration of each of the other units can be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the configuration described above, it is possible to effectively improve the convenience of assembling and disassembling the file, and to reduce the number of parts and thereby effectively reduce the cost.
