Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a form for a tag that can be suitably used as a tag for displaying required information.
[0002]
[Prior art]
At the time of transportation of a car or at the auction of a used car, an actual tag on which the required information such as the destination, model, expected arrival date and exhibition number of the car is printed is attached to the inner surface of the windshield, and the outer surface of the windshield is attached. The required information can be visually recognized from. A tag form applicable to such a use mode has already been proposed by the present applicant (see Patent Document 1). This tag form (corresponds to the portion composed of the basic piece of #A and the divided pieces of #F and #L in the “form with label” of Patent Document 1. The names of the components used in the present invention and the Patent Document In the case where the names of the constituent parts described in FIG. 1 are different, those in Patent Document 1 are written in parentheses.) A is a main body piece that prints required information on the surface as shown in FIGS. (Basic piece) b is divided into cut pieces d via cut perforations c, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (adhesive) is provided on the back side of the coupled portion so as to straddle the cut perforations c. An adhesive piece (label) f having e on the back surface is joined. Here, a release agent layer (silicon layer) g is formed on the bonded piece joining surface portion of the divided piece d, whereby the bonded piece f is temporarily bonded to the divided piece d in a releasable manner. Then, after printing required information on the surface of the main body piece b, the divided piece d is cut out at the cut perforation c to expose the adhesive layer e of the sticking piece f, as shown in FIG. The main body piece b can be adhered to the inner surface of the windshield h with the required information facing outward via the adhesive force of the adhesive layer e.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-194266 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional tag form a, when exposing the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer e of the sticking piece f, the divided piece d is cut off at the cut perforation c, so that the cutting operation is troublesome. In addition, there is a problem that the cut pieces d that are further cut out become dust.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a tag document that does not require a cutting operation at the time of sticking and does not generate dust.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention, the main body piece portion with the front or back surface as the printing surface, a foldable portion that can be folded back to the back side is coupled via a mountain-foldable fold line, on the front side of the coupled portion, The adhesive piece bonded across the fold line can be peeled off on the release agent layer formed on the adhesive piece bonding surface portion of the main body piece portion by the adhesive layer formed on the back surface of the adhesive piece. It is a tag form, which is provided with an adhesive holding portion which is temporarily joined and is non-peelably joined to a bonding piece joining surface portion of a folded piece portion.
[0007]
In such a configuration, after printing the required information on the printing surface of the main body piece, the adhesive piece of the adhesive holding portion temporarily bonded to the release agent layer of the main body piece is peeled off from the main body piece. By folding back the folded portion to the back side of the main body portion at the fold line, the portion of the sticking piece bonded to the folded portion is separated from the main body portion at the folding line position. , And the adhesive layer of the adhesive strip is exposed on the same side as the surface of the main body piece. Then, the main body piece can be adhered to the adherend by the adhesive layer of the exposed adhesive piece. This eliminates the necessity of the conventional cutting operation, and makes it possible to expose the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer extremely easily as compared with the conventional case, and can prevent generation of dust due to the cutting operation.
[0008]
In the above configuration, a configuration is proposed in which the adhesive holding portions are provided at least at two opposing edges of the main body piece. In such a configuration, the main body piece is adhered to the adherend by the adhering piece of the adhesive holding portion at two opposing edges, such as the upper and lower edges or the left and right edges of the main body piece. Can be obtained, a more reliable bonding state can be obtained, and the main body piece is not swung by wind or the like, and the main body piece is also attached to the lower side surface of the tilted body. It can be adhered to the surface.
[0009]
Further, the present invention provides a printing method in which the surface of the main body piece portion provided with the adhesive holding portion is a printing surface, and after printing necessary information on the printing surface, the folded piece portion is exposed by being folded back to the back side. This is a method of using a tag form, which is characterized in that it is used for internal application so that required information can be visually recognized from the outer surface of the transparent plate by sticking to the inner surface of the transparent plate using an adhesive layer. In such a configuration, when the folded portion is folded back to the back side, as described above, the adhesive layer of the sticking piece is exposed on the same surface side as the surface of the main body piece portion. With the required information printed on the printing surface facing outward, the main body piece can be attached to the inner surface of a transparent plate such as a windshield of an automobile through the adhesive layer of the attaching piece, and the required information can be attached. Can be visually recognized from the outer surface of the transparent plate material.
[0010]
Furthermore, the present invention provides a back surface of the main body piece portion provided with the adhesive holding portion as a printing surface, and after printing required information on the printing surface, the folded piece portion is exposed by folding back to the back surface side. This is a method for using a tag form, which is used for external sticking to be attached to an adherend with an adhesive layer. In such a configuration, when the folded portion is folded back to the back side, as described above, the adhesive layer of the attached piece is exposed on the same surface side as the surface of the main body piece portion. If the main body piece is adhered to the outer surface of the adherend via the agent layer, required information printed on the printing surface on the back surface of the main body piece can be visually recognized as it is.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of a tag form according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the tag form 1A in the first embodiment has a printing surface on the front surface 3a or the back surface 3b of the main body piece 2 formed in a rectangular shape. A folded portion 4 having a predetermined width that can be folded back toward the back surface 3b is connected to an upper edge portion of the main body portion 2 via a folding line 5 that can fold the mountain and cross the main body portion 2. Here, the fold line 5 can be formed by a perforation, a linear groove formed by pressing, or a half-cut line which does not cut the paper thickness. A perforation that has a predetermined strength that does not break easily and that facilitates the folding operation of the folded piece portion 4 during use can be suitably used.
[0012]
On the surface side of the coupled portion between the main body piece 2 and the folded piece 4, a band-shaped sticking piece 7 constituting the adhesive holding section 6 is joined across the folding line 5. Here, as shown in FIG. 2, an adhesive layer 8 is formed on the back surface of the sticking piece 7, and silicon is applied to the sticking piece joining surface of the main body piece 2. A release agent layer 9 is formed. Then, by attaching the adhesive piece 7 on the release agent layer 9 via the adhesive layer 8 on the back surface, the adhesive piece 7 is temporarily bonded to the main body piece 2 so as to be peelable. I have. On the other hand, the bonding piece 7 is directly adhered to the bonding piece bonding surface portion of the folding piece portion 4 via the adhesive layer 8 on the back surface, and thereby the bonding piece 7 is attached to the folding piece portion 4. They are joined so that they cannot be separated.
[0013]
Next, a method of using the tag form 1A having such a configuration will be described.
When the tag form 1A is used for internal application, the surface 3a of the main body piece 2 provided with the adhesive holding section 6 is used as a printing surface, and a printer whose output is controlled by a computer is used as the printing surface.
