本発明に関する従来技術、あるいは類似技術として第1の例として特開平07−204694「砂混じりの塵土処理方法」、および第2の例として特開2002−180067「硫酸ピッチ処理方法及び砂混じり硫酸ピッチ処理方法」がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
また、前記従来技術の第1の例では、石油の精製処理装置および処理工程が大がかりとなり、さらに石油精製時に生じた硫酸ピッチをセメント焼成時の材料として再利用することを目的とし、処理精製された塊状物、及び油分ともにセメント焼成時の材料としての利用に限られている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
