[0018]
Next, the operation of the roaster unit of the heating cooker having the above configuration will be described.
[0019]
The heating cooker of this embodiment has three heating units 3, 4, 5 and a roaster unit 6, but the total power is limited to 4.8 kW due to the limitation of the power supply capacity. The power required for the upper heater 11 and the lower heater 12 of the roaster unit 6 to cook the fish sufficiently is about 1.2 kW.
[0020]
For example, when 2.0 kW is used in the induction heating unit right 4 and 1.6 kW is used in the heating unit left 3 in FIG. 1, the electric power available for the roaster unit 6 is 1.2 kW. In this case, since the upper heater 11 and the lower heater 12 of the roaster unit cannot be used at the same time, the alternate energizing mode is selected and used by turning on the alternating energizing switch 18. That is, this is an alternate energization mode in which the lower heater 12 is first energized, then the upper heater 11 is energized, and finally the lower heater 12 is energized, as shown in the upper part of FIG.
[0021]
When the left and right heating units 3 and 4 are not used or when the electric power is low, the simultaneous energizing switch 19 for simultaneously energizing the upper heater 11 and the lower heater 12 of the roaster unit 6 is turned on to select the simultaneous energizing mode. By doing this (shown in the lower part of FIG. 4), the fish can be grilled at a high speed.
[0022]
As described above, when the roaster unit 6 is used, first, the menu is selected according to the food material, and then the energization of the roaster unit 6 is alternately energized with a smaller rated power in accordance with the usage status of the other heating units 3, 4, and 5. The mode and the simultaneous energization mode in which the cooking time is short can be selected.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention having such a configuration, in a heating cooker (cooking heater) having a left and right induction heating unit, a heater heating unit, and a roaster unit, the power supply mode of the roaster unit is controlled by the power used by the heaters other than the roaster unit. Can be selected.
[0024]
When the power consumption of the heaters other than the roaster unit is small, the simultaneous energization mode is selected so that cooking such as grilling of fish can be performed at high speed. Further, when the alternate energizing mode is selected, other heaters can be used effectively.
