Abstract
Description

According to the present invention, a caller automatically selects the most advantageous specific communication service provider in a one-to-N multi-party, multi-site call, and the connection system directly connects the caller and the multi-site to one another. The present invention relates to a communication system that provides a cheaper connection method for connecting between N nodes.
[Prior art]
The multi-point connection of the mobile phone is usually used for making a call to the other party's telephone number, and the mobile phone operator connects and makes the call. This system, including one-to-N calls, uses IP technology for the system of call charges, especially for international multi-point calls on mobile phones, and realizes easier operability and cheaper service for users. It is. At present, the international call service of a mobile phone can be connected by an additional contract or by adding an international call identification number before the other party's telephone number, but the charge system costs about 100 yen per minute for one-to-one calls. The caller and the caller are connected by connecting the caller and the other party's telephone number via the specific multiple call connection system (call center having simultaneous line connection means) and relaying the connection of one-to-N calls including one-to-one. The call center can be connected to the other party's telephone number to realize a call. At this time, the call center and the caller adopt the call charges applied by the communication service provider. The connection between the call center and the other party's telephone number can be similarly applied to the charge of the communication service provider. In particular, when the other party's telephone number is an international telephone call, the call between the call center and the other party's telephone is connected via the IP network, and can be reduced by more than one-tenth from half the conventional call charge. Conventional calling is a method in which one operator connects the bases with one line. In the present invention, not only the line is prepared in an octopus style, but also a one-to-N connection is made possible, and the call exits from the octopus line. This allows the caller to select the most advantageous line service in the international telephone network. In order to receive such services, it was only possible to access them from a general fixed telephone network. However, their roles are mediated by a specific multiple call connection system (call center having simultaneous line connection means), and are used to connect multiple locations. is there. In the international callback system, only one-to-one communication is realized, and the input method is cumbersome because of the push-phone system using the communication function of the mobile terminal.
In general, a call between two or more parties cannot be made without knowing the other party's telephone number, but in this system, a caller and a receiver can make a call without knowing both telephone numbers. .
You look up and enter the country / region code yourself on an international call, but often you don't remember the country code, so you have to refer to the guidance and manual each time. The merit of automating this series of number search and input operations is great.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
There are the following problems with international calls in a mobile phone terminal. (1) It is necessary to receive an international telephone service by a connection method determined by a mobile phone carrier.
(2) Only one-to-one telephone calls are supported by the international callback system for mobile phones.
(3) The international callback system is a touch-tone system, which requires a user ID, password, and destination telephone number to be entered each time, which is troublesome.
(4) The caller cannot flexibly select the communication service most advantageous to him.
As described above, when making an international call with the current mobile phone, it is a troublesome input of a number, an expensive call fee, and a service of no choice, and the present invention provides a system that solves all of these fundamental problems. Things.
(5) Both parties (including multiple parties / multiple sites) who want to make a call notify each other of their numbers, or if they are registered in the system without knowing each other, the two parties are connected to each other only by a specific ID that changes to a number.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The caller connects to a data processing server linked to a specific multiple call connection system (call center having simultaneous line connection means) with a browser, or downloads a specific application specified by the system. Here, for the sake of simplicity, a one-to-N international call is made by a mobile phone. A mobile phone user who has a specific user ID and password accesses the present system with a browser and logs in. At this time, when using a local application such as Java, the application is activated from the mobile phone. The Java application is an application that can cooperate with the present system. When logging in, N fields are provided in which a destination telephone number (international telephone number) can be input. Enter the telephone number you want to call. At that time, you can create your own address book from the next time to simplify the use. The same operation is performed in the Java application. After inputting N destination international telephone numbers, a call action is executed. The data processing server sends the action to the call center, and the call center calls N destinations including the caller. When a call center makes a call, the application of this system adds an additional number of a communication service provider set in advance, and makes an international call via the set line service provider. Therefore, the caller user only needs to input the destination number, for example, without inputting a long additional number for receiving a service of a specific communication carrier or registering on a my line. When the N destinations answer the call, the caller performs a one-to-N call. A program for automatically executing these applications can be owned by a server or a mobile terminal locally as an agent.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of a one-to-N multi-party call and multi-point connection method, a specific service additional number such as my line, simple input and application processing method, and an agent program thereof according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. explain.
FIG. 1 shows an overall configuration diagram of the present system.
In the group call system of the present invention, (1) the application server is accessed from the sender's mobile phone or an information terminal that can be connected to the Internet. At that time, user authentication is performed. Even without a browser connection, launch a pre-downloaded or built-in agent program. {Circle around (2)} After logging in to the application server, enter the N destination telephone numbers you want to call in the telephone number input field. In FIG. 2-6, N may be one. You can save your phone book so you can create your own address book. Conventionally, it is not possible to use My Line with a mobile phone, but if the call center has registered My Line in advance, FIG. 2-7: For example, in the case of fusion communication, the agent program (8) uses Fusion for the entered telephone number. Add additional numbers required for (9) Fig. 1 (2) shows (3) If no communication service provider has been set, the caller can set My Line, and in Fig. 2 (10), the agent program (8) is automatically selected when selected The system is designed to add a necessary number and process it. Since the series of additional processing is performed in the server (2), the sender (user) does not need to be aware of the number to be added. When the caller makes a call action FIG. 2 (6) based on the telephone number created in this way, the process of calling the destination telephone number from the conference server in the call center of (2) is performed. When the connection destination telephone number is specified such as domestic landline phone, mobile phone, PHS, IP phone, SIP phone, PDA phone, etc., and if it is necessary to go through the public line network, (4) drop out to the PSTN network and set at that time. Call processing is performed via My Line. In the case of an international call, the call is received via My Line as in (5). These series of operations cover not only calls including one-to-one calls but also one-to-N calls, and the call center handles all of them automatically.
FIG. 2 illustrates a more specific method of adding a my line number.
Here, the My Line setting will be described with reference to a number band provided by Fusion Communications, but only the additional number will be changed by switching the system setting to another company's service.
When the call center shown in FIG. 1 (2) is set to fusion in advance, A can enter the destination number of A, the telephone number of C, D, E, F, and G as follows.
□ Ctel: 089-972-2222 ← Domestic non-prefectural phone □ Dtel: 090-1111-1111 ← Domestic mobile phone □ Etel: 1-713-528-8888 ← US landline □ Ftel: 1-832-969-7777 ← USA Mobile phone □ Gtel: 1-832-969-6666 ← US mobile phone If only this is entered, the agent adds the necessary additional number and calls from the call center. The telephone numbers for actual processing are as follows.
□ Ctel: 089-972-2222 ← Domestic outside the prefecture □ Dtel: 010-81-90-1111-1111 ← Cheap mobile phone call □ Etel: 010-1-713-528-8888 ← US landline □ Ftel: 010- 1-832-969-7777 ← U.S. Cell phone □ Gtel: 010-1-832-969-6666 ← U.S. Cell phone In the case where the call center has not set up MYLINE in FIG. If it can be selected, my line setting can be performed as shown by (10) in FIG. For example, if Fusion is selected here, the necessary additional number is automatically added so that the line of the call center can use the selected My Line. These series of processes are performed by the agent program. The telephone numbers for actual processing are as follows. 0038 is a fusion number □ Ctel: 0038-089-972-2222 ← Domestic outside the prefecture □ Dtel: 0038-010-81-90-1111-1111 ← Cheap mobile phone call □ Etel: 0038-010-1-713-528- 8888 ← US landline □ Ftel: 0038-010-1-832-969-7777 ← US mobile phone □ Gtel: 0038-010-1-832-969-6666 ← US mobile phone [Effect of the Invention]
As described in detail above, in the call method according to the present invention, the caller can use the My Line service in the fixed line network that cannot be used conventionally through multi-party connection. By utilizing the IP network between international calls, it is possible to make a call at less than half the cost of making an international call directly from a mobile phone. In addition to the agent automatically processing the troublesome long additional number and the destination phone number when using My Line, the second and subsequent uses can be used in a selection method by creating a phone book in the address book. As a result, the convenience and cost of the project cannot be measured. In addition, a troublesome country / region code search is automatically entered just by following the web directory. Also, one-to-N call applicants, including an unspecified number of one-to-one, can mediate line connection between specific unique IDs registered in the server without notifying each other of their telephone numbers. . Therefore, for example, if two parties want to make a call at a dating site, etc., if each of them has an ID with a registered phone number, each can use the ID to make a call, and measures before a trust relationship is established.
