TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ceiling adapter for stabilizing a lighting fixture (ceiling light) directly attached to a ceiling when the lighting fixture is attached to, for example, a ceiling of a Japanese-style room.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The ceiling of a Japanese-style room in a house or the like is a so-called rod edge in which thin bar-shaped members (rod edges) having a cross section of 2 to 3 cm square are arranged in parallel at regular intervals, and a ceiling plate is stuck on it in a manner perpendicular to the rod edge. Often used as a ceiling. In such a rod-shaped ceiling, it is common that a hook-type wiring device such as a rectangular hook-type ceiling is attached to the lower surface of the rod-edge, and a lighting device is connected to the hook-type wiring device. Therefore, there is no particular problem as long as it is a hanging lighting fixture such as a pendant, but in the case of a ceiling light that is mounted in contact with the ceiling, the upper surface of the lighting fixture body contacts only the lower surface of the rod edge, and other parts In this case, a gap corresponding to the height of the rod edge is formed between the ceiling plate and the ceiling plate.
[0003]
If there is a gap between the upper surface of the lighting equipment and the ceiling plate, the mounting state of the lighting equipment will become unstable, and when external force is applied to the lighting equipment body, such as when pulling down the switch string or replacing the lamp Shaking and wobbling occur. Therefore, techniques for stably attaching a lighting fixture to such a rod-shaped ceiling have been proposed in Patent Documents 1 to 4.
[0004]
FIG. 4 shows the technique described in Patent Document 1. In this technique, a plurality of adjusters 92 whose height can be adjusted are provided at the corners of a lighting fixture main body 91 attached to a rod edge S, and each adjuster 92 screwed to the lighting fixture main body 91 moves up and down in the vertical direction. The lighting device main body 91 is made to stabilize by contacting the tip with the ceiling plate T.
[0005]
FIG. 5 shows the technique described in Patent Document 2. According to this technique, a groove 94 that is wider and deeper than the width and height of the rod edge S is formed on the upper surface of the lighting apparatus main body 93, and the lighting apparatus main body 93 is attached to the ceiling board while the rod edge S is housed in the groove 94. Is to be brought into contact with.
[0006]
FIG. 6 shows a technique described in Patent Document 3. According to this technique, a spacer 96 made of an elastic body is adhered to the peripheral edge of the upper surface of the lighting fixture main body 95 over substantially the entire circumference so as to avoid the rod edge S. The device main body 95 is designed to be stable. The symbol H in the figure is a hook-type wiring device.
[0007]
Further, Patent Document 4 relates to a configuration in which a plurality of spacers are attached to a peripheral portion of an upper surface of a lighting apparatus body in the same manner as the adjuster 92 described in Patent Document 1, and relates to a first half and a second half made of a rigid body. There is described a technology in which the halves are combined to form a substantially cylindrical outer shape, and the height of the spacer can be adjusted stepwise by changing the positional relationship between the halves.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
There are two types of ceiling light type lighting fixtures: round and square in plan, but the round type adopts a structure in which the shade is turned horizontally on the lighting fixture body and hooked. There are many things. In the lighting fixture having such a structure, when the shade is attached or detached at the time of lamp replacement or the like, the shade may be turned in a direction opposite to the original attaching / detaching direction. Then, along with this, an excessive rotational force acts on the lighting fixture main body, and the lighting fixture main body rotates together. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to fix the lighting fixture body to a plurality of places on the ceiling with screws. However, due to aesthetic or building management problems, screw holes may not be formed on the ceiling in some cases.
[0010]
In the case of a structure in which the lighting fixture body rotates together with the shade, the adjuster described in Patent Document 1 and the spacer described in Patent Document 4 are attached to the lighting fixture body, so that the lighting fixture body is shared. The position moves with the turn. It is preferable that such spacers and adjusters are originally arranged at positions that are symmetrical with respect to the rod edge as far as possible from the rod edge. , The stability decreases with respect to an external force that causes the lighting apparatus to shake or wobble.
[0011]
On the other hand, the technique described in Patent Document 2 has an advantage that the rotation of the lighting fixture body is restricted to the range of the width of the groove because the rod edge is housed in the groove, and the above-described instability does not occur. is there. However, since the width and depth of the groove do not change, if the cross-sectional dimension of the rod edge is small with respect to the groove, the lighting fixture main body will be mounted away from the lower surface of the rod edge. On the other hand, when the cross-sectional dimension of the rod edge is large, the upper surface of the lighting fixture body does not adhere to the ceiling surface.
[0012]
Similarly, the spacer described in Patent Literature 3 does not have a height adjusting function, and thus has the same problem as the groove described in Patent Literature 2. To solve this, a plurality of spacers having different heights must be prepared in accordance with the cross-sectional dimension of the rod edge, and the user must select an appropriate spacer from the spacers, which is extremely inconvenient.
[0013]
In addition, the technology described in each of the above-mentioned patent documents is provided in advance in the lighting fixture main body or is attached or fixed to the lighting fixture main body in a retrofit manner. Preparing such means is inefficient, and when replacing a lighting fixture, there is a waste that a new adjuster, spacer, etc. for a new lighting fixture are needed again.
[0014]
Therefore, the present invention provides a general-purpose ceiling ceiling ceiling adapter that can be used irrespective of the type of lighting fixture as a separate component from the lighting fixture. To provide a structure capable of appropriately adjusting the distance from the ceiling surface in accordance with the cross-sectional dimension and realizing a structure in which a stable mounting state is always maintained even when a rotational force is applied to the lighting fixture body. And
[0015]
Although the sealing adapter of the present invention is referred to as "for a rod-shaped ceiling", the use site is not limited to only the rod-shaped ceiling of a Japanese-style room. For example, in a Western-style room in which a rod-shaped projection is formed. It can also be used on ceilings and the like.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the ceiling adapter for a rod-side ceiling according to the present invention has a hole having a size that allows a hook-type wiring device to be inserted substantially in the center of a thin plate-shaped mounting base made of a rigid body. At least one rod edge hooking part projecting upward is provided in the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the mounting base, and at least one pair of height-adjustable adjusters projecting upward in the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the mounting base are provided with the rod edge hanging part. It is characterized by being attached substantially symmetrically with respect to a straight line connecting the center of the hole with the stop.
[0017]
According to the present invention, a mounting base is interposed between a lighting fixture main body and a ceiling, and a connector on the lighting fixture main body side is connected to a hook-type wiring fixture mounted on a rod edge through a hole formed substantially in the center of the mounting base. It is something that can be done. The rod edge hooking portion provided on the mounting base locks on the side surface of the rod edge to prevent the mounting base from rotating together. Therefore, even if the rotational force applied to the lighting fixture main body acts on the mounting base, the orientation of the mounting base is kept constant, and thus the position of the adjuster is also properly maintained.
[0018]
In order to further stabilize the mounting state, the rod edge hooking portions may be provided at two positions facing each other across the center of the hole. Further, each rod edge hooking portion may be provided as a single hooking piece that can abut the side surface of the rod edge, but at least one of the rod edge hooking portions has a width corresponding to the width of the rod edge. It is also possible to use two hooking pieces that are opposed to each other with a corresponding predetermined interval. In this case, since the two hooking pieces are hooked on both side surfaces of the rod edge, co-rotation in both directions is prevented.
[0019]
The adjuster has a protruding height adjustable in accordance with the cross-sectional dimension of the rod edge, so that even if the cross-sectional dimension of the rod edge varies, its tip can be properly brought into contact with the ceiling plate. In addition, the adjuster is installed at a position that is substantially symmetrical with respect to the axial direction of the rod edge itself, that is, a straight line connecting the rod edge hooking portion and the center of the hole, so that favorable stability against shaking and wobbling is obtained. Can be If the adjusters are arranged so as to face each other across the center of the hole of the mounting base and to be orthogonal to the rod edge, the number of adjusters is a minimum of two, and suitable stability is obtained. The number of adjusters may be further increased and arranged in a well-balanced manner.
[0020]
The adjuster has a double structure consisting of a core portion and a peripheral portion, and the core portion is screwed to a support bolt fixed to the mounting base, or a support bolt fixed to the core portion is formed on the mounting base. The support bolt is held movably in the axial direction by screwing into the female screw hole.
[0021]
Then, when a rotation torque of a predetermined value or more is applied to the peripheral portion in a state in which the movement is restricted, the peripheral portion and the core portion can be formed so as to be able to idle with each other. This structure constitutes a so-called torque limiter. For example, a cylindrical body made of synthetic rubber or other elastic material fitted to a metal hexagon nut or the like is used as a core, and a synthetic resin material fitted to the core is used. It can be configured by using a cylindrical body as a peripheral part.
[0022]
According to this, even when the adjuster is excessively extended at the time of height adjustment, the peripheral portion and the core portion idle when the abutment comes into contact with the ceiling plate, so that the adjuster is extended excessively and the ceiling plate is damaged. Such accidents can be prevented.
[0023]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0024]
FIG. 1 shows an overall configuration of a ceiling adapter for a rod-edge ceiling according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows a ceiling-light-type lighting fixture mounted on a rod-edge ceiling using the ceiling-edge ceiling adapter of FIG. Shows the attached state.
[0025]
The exemplary ceiling ceiling ceiling adapter 1 is installed between the lighting fixture L and the ceiling ceiling, and is made of a metal thin plate formed in a substantially circular shape in plan view in accordance with the round lighting fixture L. Mounting base 2 and two adjusters 3 mounted on the mounting base 2. However, it is also possible to make the planar shape of the mounting base 2 rectangular according to the square lighting fixture.
[0026]
At the center of the mounting base 2, a circular hole 21 is formed. The size of the hole 21 is such that the hook-type wiring device H attached to the rod edge S of the ceiling can be inserted therethrough. In the illustrated embodiment, the vicinity of the hole 21 extends below the vicinity of the periphery of the mounting base 2, and the lowermost portion is formed to be substantially the same height as the lower surface of the hook-type wiring device H. However, this cross-sectional shape is an element that is appropriately designed in consideration of compatibility with the upper surface shape of the lighting fixture body La. Therefore, in the present invention, the cross-sectional shape in the vicinity of the hole 21 is not particularly limited as long as at least the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the mounting base 2 is formed so as to contact the lower surface of the rod edge S.
[0027]
The lighting device main body La is coupled to the hook-type wiring device H by hooking the plug blade of the connector Lb provided at the center thereof on the hook-type wiring device H exposed from the inside of the hole 21. A sponge packing 4 is adhered to the lower surface of the peripheral portion of the mounting base 2 over the entire circumference, and the sponge packing 4 tightly attaches the mounting base 2 and the lighting fixture body La with an appropriate frictional force and cushioning property. Let it.
[0028]
On the upper surface of the peripheral edge of the mounting base 2, a rod edge hooking portion 5 protruding upward is provided so as to face the center of the hole 21. Each rod edge hooking portion 5 according to the illustrated embodiment is constituted by two hooking pieces 51 facing each other at a slightly wider interval than the width of the standard rod edge S. Each latching piece 51 is formed by cutting and raising a part of the mounting base 2, and the projecting height is smaller than the height of the standard rod edge S. The mounting base 2 is applied to the lower surface of the rod edge S in a state where the rod edge S is sandwiched between the rod edge hooking portions 5. As a result, the mounting base 2 is positioned so that its center is substantially aligned with the rod edge S, and the horizontal rotation is restricted by the hook between the rod edge S and the rod edge hooking portion 5.
[0029]
The adjuster 3 is arranged so as to be orthogonal to the arrangement direction of the rod edge hooking portion 5 and to face the center of the hole 21 of the mounting base 2. Each adjuster 3 is, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, a metal hexagonal nut 31 with a flange, a synthetic rubber inner cylindrical body 32 fitted to the hexagonal nut 31, and a cylindrical body 32. A hexagon nut 31 is screwed to a support bolt 22 fixed to the mounting base 2. The flange of the hexagon nut 31 prevents the hexagon nut 31 from coming out of the inner cylinder 32.
[0030]
In this embodiment, the hexagon nut 31 and the inner cylindrical body 32 form a core, and the outer cylindrical body 33 forms a peripheral part. A plurality of protrusions 34 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical body 33, and the protrusions 34 are hooked on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical body 32, so that the protrusions 34 are also provided between the inner cylindrical body 32 and the outer cylindrical body 33. An appropriate frictional force is generated. Therefore, when the outer cylinder 33 is turned with a fingertip, the outer cylinder 33, the inner cylinder 32, and the hexagonal nut 31 are integrally moved up and down in the axial direction of the support bolt 22 to move the mounting base 2 and the ceiling plate T together. The height can be adjusted steplessly according to the interval. However, when the outer cylinder 33 is further turned when the top surface of the inner cylinder 32 comes into contact with the ceiling plate T, the outer cylinder 33 idles with respect to the inner cylinder 32, and the inner cylinder 32 is further rotated. It does not rise. By providing such a torque limiter function, it is possible to prevent the adjuster 3 from being extended too much and to apply an excessive pressure to the ceiling plate T, thereby protecting the ceiling plate T from damage.
[0031]
In the illustrated embodiment, the two adjusters 3 are symmetrical with respect to the rod edge S, and are arranged at the position farthest from the rod edge S. With the minimum number of adjusters 3, a suitable stability can be obtained. In addition, the rotation of the mounting base 2 is restrained by the rod edge hooking portion 5 being hooked on the side surface of the rod edge S, so that the position of the adjuster 3 is properly maintained even if a rotational force acts on the lighting fixture body La. You. If cost permits, the number of adjusters 3 can be increased and two or three adjusters 3 can be arranged symmetrically on both sides of the rod edge S. However, if the number of adjusters 3 is increased more than necessary, it is not practical because the trouble of height adjustment also increases.
[0032]
Note that the following configuration is also possible as another embodiment of the present invention.
[0033]
The rod edge hooking portion 5 may be provided at only one place so as to be orthogonal to the arrangement direction of the adjuster 3, instead of the opposed arrangement as illustrated. Further, the shape of the rod edge hooking portion 5 may be formed as a single hooking piece. In this case, each hooking piece is arranged so as to be deviated laterally by about 略 of the width of the rod edge S from a center line passing through the center of the hole 21 (a line perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the adjuster 3). .
[0034]
Further, the adjuster 3 may be formed, for example, in such a manner that a synthetic resin cylinder having a female screw hole formed at the center thereof is formed as a core, and a metal cylinder fitted to the outside is formed as a periphery. It is possible to configure a double structure having a torque limiter function, and the materials and forms of the core and the peripheral part are not particularly limited.
[0035]
Further, the hole 21 of the mounting base 2 may be formed so that its shape can be fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the hook-type wiring device H. According to this, when the ceiling adapter 1 is sandwiched between the ceiling and the lighting device main body La, only the ceiling ceiling ceiling adapter 1 is previously fitted and temporarily fixed to the hook-type wiring device H. Is possible, so that the height adjustment of the adjuster 3 and the work of connecting the lighting fixture body La are facilitated. In this case, it is preferable to attach a packing material made of a soft resin or the like to the peripheral portion of the hole 21 so as to increase the fitting friction to the hook-type wiring device H and not to damage the hook-type wiring device H. .
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
The ceiling-ceiling ceiling adapter of the present invention is prepared as a separate product from the lighting equipment, and is configured to be generally used for lighting equipment of various shapes. Even if it can be used continuously.
[0037]
The ceiling ceiling ceiling adapter includes a mounting base interposed between the lighting fixture main body and the ceiling, a rod edge hooking portion that can be hooked on the side surface of the rod edge, and an adjuster with an adjustable protrusion height. Thus, even when a rotational force acts on the lighting fixture body, co-rotation is prevented, and the position of the adjuster is properly maintained. In addition, by adjusting the protrusion height of the adjuster in accordance with the cross-sectional dimension of the rod edge, the adjuster can be appropriately brought into contact with the ceiling, and favorable stability against external force that causes shaking or wobbling can be obtained.
