The multidirectional-rotation LED table lamp according to claim 1, wherein the positioning mechanism comprises a clamping block (15) arranged in the placing hole (13), the clamping block (15) is slidably connected with the inner wall of the placing hole (13), a first spring (14) is fixedly connected to one end of the clamping block (15), the other end of the first spring (14) abuts against the inner wall of the placing hole (13), a plurality of clamping grooves (16) are formed in the inner wall of the rotating groove (4) at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotating groove, and one end, far away from the first spring (14), of the clamping block (15) abuts against the clamping grooves (16).

8. A multidirectional rotation LED desk lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotation base (6) and the rotation slot (4) are T-shaped structures which are engaged with each other.
