近年、インターネットを利用した商品販売、すなわち、オンラインショッピングが盛んに行われている。このオンラインショッピングでは、購買者は、オンラインショッピングサイトにおいてプロバイダや商品提供者から提供される商品の情報を参考にして、商品を購入するか否かを決定している。
一方、特許文献１には、生産者にとっては、ネットワークを介した生産物の販売を容易に行うことができ、且つ、消費者或いは生産依託希望者にとっては、希望にそった生産物を安心して購入できる生産物仲介管理システムについて記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
時間の経過とともに状態が変化する農産物や畜産物などの生産物が商品の場合、購買者は、生産物の時系列的な状態の変化や、現在の状態を確認して生産物の購入を決定したいという要望がある。しかし、従来の技術においては、生産物（商品）の状態の変化や、現在の状態を確認して生産物を購入することは行われていない。
本発明は、このような事情を考慮してなされたもので、その目的は、購買者が時間の経過とともに状態が変化する生産物を監視することにより、生産物の状態を確認して購入を行うことができる生産物販売仲介システム及び方法、生産物販売仲介装置、ならびに、コンピュータプログラムを提供することにある。

上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、購買者の端末装置と、時間の経過とともに変化する生産物の生産者の端末装置と、前記生産物を撮影する撮影装置と、前記生産物の販売を仲介する生産物販売仲介装置とからなる生産物販売仲介システムであって、前記撮影装置は、生産物の変化を監視する画像データを前記生産物仲介装置へ送信する画像送信手段を備え、前記購買者の端末装置は、前記生産物販売仲介装置へ生産物の監視画像を要求する画像要求手段と、前記監視画像の要求に対応して前記生産物販売仲介装置から受信した画像データを出力する出力手段と、前記生産物販売仲介装置へ前記生産物の購入を要求する購入要求手段とを備え、前記生産物販売仲介装置は、前記撮影装置から生産物の変化を監視する画像データを受信する画像取得手段と、前記購買者の端末装置から生産物の監視画像の要求を受け、前記画像取得手段が受信した画像データを該購買者の端末装置へ返送する情報提供手段と、前記購買者の端末装置から生産物の購入の要求を受信し、この生産物の生産者の端末装置へ購入の要求を通知する契約受信手段とを備える、ことを特徴とする生産物販売仲介システムである。
上記発明によれば、生産物販売仲介装置は、時間の経過とともに変化する生産物の監視画像を購買者の端末装置へ送信し、購買者の端末装置は、商品の監視画像を出力するとともに、商品の購入を要求する。
これにより、購買者は、時間と共に状態や形状、対象となる種類が変化する生産物を常に監視して、生産物を購入することができるため、楽しみながら、また、安心して買い物を行うことができる。また、既に購買した生産物や関心のある生産物と、他の関連する生産物とを見比べる機会を購買者が持つようになるため、購買意欲を喚起することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は、この発明の一実施形態による生産物販売仲介システムの構成を示すブロック図である。
この生産物販売仲介システムにおいて販売される生産物は、時間と共に状態や形状、対象となる種類が変化する生産物であり、例えば、農産物、畜産物、建築を行っている家やビルなどの建造物、制作を行っている美術品や工芸品、工場で製造しているカスタマイズされた時計などの工業製品等である。ここでは、農園で育成される果樹や果物が生産物であるとする。

農園経営者（生産者）は、カメラ１及び端末装置２を保有する。
カメラ１は、農園に備えられ、りんご畑、ぶどう畑などの果樹の状態を監視する画像を撮影し、この画像データを端末装置２へ送信する。具体的には、果樹の静止画を１５分毎など所定の時間毎に撮影して、あるいは、動画を常時撮影して、リアルタイムにその画像データを端末装置２へ送信する。
端末装置２は、例えば、パーソナルコンピュータであり、ＩＳＤＮ（Ｉｎｔｅｇｒａｔｅｄ Ｓｅｒｖｉｃｅｓ Ｄｉｇｉｔａｌ Ｎｅｔｗｏｒｋ）や、ｘＤＳＬ（Ｄｉｇｉｔａｌ Ｓｕｂｓｃｒｉｂｅｒ Ｌｉｎｅ）、ＦＴＴＨ（Ｆｉｂｅｒ ｔｏ ｔｈｅ ｈｏｍｅ）などのブロードバンド回線によりインターネットなどのネットワークＮと接続される。また、農園に備えられた果樹を撮影するカメラ１と接続され、カメラ１から受信した画像データをリアルタイムに生産物販売仲介サーバ３へ送信する機能を有する。さらに、端末装置２は、電子メールを送受信するメーラを備える。

端末装置４は、購買者が保有する例えばパーソナルコンピュータであり、ダイヤルアップや、ＩＳＤＮ、ブロードバンド回線などによりネットワークＮと接続される。そして、生産物販売仲介サーバ３から受信した画面情報をディスプレイに表示したり、マウスやキーボードなどにより画面情報に入力されたデータを生産物販売仲介サーバ３へ送信するためのブラウザと、メーラとを備える。

生産物販売仲介サーバ３は、ＡＳＰ（アプリケーションサービスプロバイダ）などが保有する生産物販売仲介装置としてのサーバである。生産物販売仲介サーバ３は、制御手段３１、通信手段３２、記憶手段３３、情報取得手段３４、画像取得手段３５、情報提供手段（通知手段）３６、応答手段（通知手段）３７、及び、契約受信手段３８からなる。
記憶手段３３は、監視画像情報、農園経営者情報、生産物情報、生産物付加情報、契約情報などを記憶している。
監視画像情報は、果樹（生産物）の識別情報と、生産物の画像データ及び画像データが撮影された日時の情報などからなる。
農園経営者情報は、農園経営者の識別情報、名前、生年月日、住所、電子メールアドレス、所有している果樹の識別情報、所有している農園に関する情報（農園の面積や栽培作物等）などからなる。
生産物情報は、生産物に特定の情報であり、果樹（生産物）の識別情報、オーナーである農園経営者の識別情報、種別情報（りんご、ぶどうなど）、生育状況の情報などからなる。
生産物付加情報は、生産物に関する一般的な情報であり、例えば、農園の所在地の天気（天候、気温、湿度、日照時間など）の情報、果樹の品種に係る情報（甘味・酸味の強さ、向いている調理方法、旬の時期など）、果樹の調理のレシピの情報や、これらの情報が開示されている情報提供サーバ５のＵＲＬ（Ｕｎｉｖｅｒｓａｌ Ｒｅｓｏｕｒｃｅ Ｌｏｃａｔｏｒ）の情報などである。また、生産物に関する代表的な質問や、生産物に関連したキーワードと、これらに対応する回答の情報を含んでいる。
契約情報は、購買者情報、購買契約の種類、果樹の識別情報、金額、購買日時、支払い方法などからなる。購買者情報は、購買者の識別情報、氏名、住所、電話番号、電子メールアドレスなどからなる。購買契約の種類には、例えば、果樹を１年間など所定の期間のみレンタルする、果樹を生涯レンタルする、オークションにより購入する、注文した数だけの果実を購入する、などがある。購買契約の種類が、注文した数だけの果実を購入するものであった場合、さらに、果実の個数や重量などの情報が付加される。

制御手段３１は、ＣＰＵ（ｃｅｎｔｒａｌ ｐｒｏｃｅｓｓｉｎｇ ｕｎｉｔ）及び各種メモリから構成され、各部の制御や、データの一時的な格納や、データの転送等を行う。
通信手段３２は、専用線やブロードバンド回線などによりネットワークＮと接続され、端末装置２、４及び情報提供サーバ５と通信する機能を有する。
情報取得手段３４は、他のＡＳＰや企業などが保有する情報提供サーバ５から生産物付加情報を取得し、記憶手段３３に書き込む機能を有する。
画像取得手段３５は、カメラ１が撮影した生産物の状態を監視する画像データを取得し、記憶手段３３内の監視画像情報に書き込む機能を有する。
情報提供手段３６は、購買者の端末装置４から生産物に関連する各種情報の取得の要求を受け、前記記憶手段３３内の監視画像情報、農園経営者情報、生産物情報、生産物付加情報などを基に、要求された情報を表示する画面情報を生成して返送する機能を有する。
応答手段３７は、購買者の端末装置４から生産物に関連する質問を受け、前記記憶手段３３内の農園経営者情報、生産物情報、生産物付加情報などの各種情報を基に、質問の回答を表示する回答画面情報を生成して返送するか、あるいは、受信した質問を農園経営者の端末装置２へ電子メールで送信する機能を有する。
契約受信手段３８は、購買者の端末装置４から受信した生産物の購入に係る契約情報を受信して記憶手段３３内に書き込むとともに、農園経営者の端末装置２への通知を行う機能を有する。

情報提供サーバ５は、他のＡＳＰや企業などが保有するサーバであり、農園の所在地の天気の情報、果樹の品種別の詳細情報、果樹の調理のレシピの情報など、生産物付加情報を提供する。

次に、この発明の一実施の形態による生産物販売仲介システムの動作手順について説明する。
生産物販売仲介サーバ３を保有するＡＳＰは、農園経営者情報と、生産物情報とを記憶手段３３内に登録する。これらの情報は、ＡＳＰが農園経営者から受領したＦＡＸや書類、電子メール等に従い図示しないキーボードなどの入力手段により登録を行う。あるいは、農園経営者が自身の端末装置２からＦＴＰなどにより登録を行ってもよい。
さらに、ＡＳＰは、生産物付加情報を他のＡＳＰの情報提供サーバ５から取得し、生産物販売仲介サーバ３内の記憶手段３３内に登録する。この登録は、ＡＳＰが図示しないキーボードなどの入力手段により行う。あるいは、天気の情報など時間の経過とともに変化する情報であれば、所定の時間毎に生産物販売仲介サーバ３の情報取得手段３４が他のＡＳＰの情報提供サーバ５から生産物付加情報を取得して、登録してもよい。
一方、農園に設置されたカメラ１は、端末装置２を介して果樹の状態を監視する画像データを生産物販売仲介サーバ３へリアルタイムに送信している。生産物販売仲介サーバ３の画像取得手段３５は、この画像データを取得し、記憶手段３３内の監視画像情報に蓄積する。

購買者は、端末装置４から生産物販売仲介サーバ３へアクセスして興味を持った果樹の識別情報を通知し、果樹の監視画像を生産物販売仲介サーバ３へ要求する。生産物販売仲介サーバ３の情報提供手段３６は、受信した果樹の識別情報に対応した記憶手段３３内の監視画像情報を基に、果樹の現在の画像を表示するための画像表示画面情報を生成して、返送する。なお、果樹の識別情報の代わりに、果樹の種別情報、あるいは、農園経営者の識別情報を通知することでもよい。生産物販売仲介サーバ３の情報提供手段３６は、農園経営者情報、あるいは、生産物情報から果樹の識別情報を読み出し、この果樹の識別情報に対応した監視画像情報から画像表示画面を生成する。
購買者は、端末装置４が表示する画像表示画面により、果樹の状態を確認する。この画像表示画面中に表示される画像データは、リアルタイムに更新される。すなわち、果樹の最新の静止画像データを常に表示するか、ライブ映像を表示する。また、過去における果樹の画像を見たい場合には、端末装置４からさらに日時の情報を送信する。生産物販売仲介サーバ３の情報提供手段３６は、端末装置４から受信した日時の情報に対応した果樹の監視画像情報を基に、画像表示画面を生成し、返送する。

また、購買者は、興味を持った果樹に関する情報を知りたい場合、端末装置４から生産物販売仲介サーバ３へ果樹の識別情報や、この果樹の農園経営者の識別情報を生産物販売仲介サーバ３へ通知して、果樹に関する情報を要求する。生産物販売仲介サーバ３の情報提供手段３６は、端末装置４から果樹に関する情報の要求を受信すると、記憶手段３３内の農園経営者情報、生産物情報、生産物付加情報を基に、果樹に関する情報を表示するための情報表示画面情報を生成し、返送する。購買者は、端末装置４が表示する情報表示画面により、果樹に関する情報を閲覧する。なお、端末装置４は、果樹に関する情報として、農園経営者の情報、調理法に関する情報など、明示的に要求する情報を指定して生産物販売仲介サーバ３へ通知してもよい。生産物販売仲介サーバ３の情報提供手段３６は、記憶手段３３内から指定された内容に対応した情報を選択して情報表示画面情報を生成する。

購買者は、果樹に関連する質問がある場合には、質問を入力するための質問入力画面を提供するＵＲＬにアクセスする。生産物販売仲介サーバ３の応答手段３７は、質問入力画面情報を端末装置４へ送信し、ユーザが端末装置４に入力した質問の情報を受信する。そして、この質問に対応した情報を記憶手段３３内の生産物付加情報や他の各種情報から読み出し、この読み出した情報を表示する回答画面情報を生成して端末装置４へ返送する。これは、例えば、質問入力画面で代表的な質問をリストで表示することにより、選択された質問に対応した回答の情報を読み出す方法や、購買者が入力した質問のテキスト情報からキーワードを抽出し、このキーワードにマッチする回答の情報や他の各種情報を読み出す方法などがある。端末装置４が生産物販売仲介サーバ３から受信した回答画面情報を表示することにより、購買者は送信した質問の回答を得ることができる。
また、適切な回答の情報が生産物販売仲介サーバ３の記憶手段３３内に記憶されていない場合、あるいは、所定のキーワードが含まれている場合、応答手段３７は、端末装置４へ購買者の電子メールアドレスを要求する。端末装置４から購買者の電子メールアドレスを受信すると、先に受信した質問と購買者の電子メールアドレスを農園経営者の端末装置２へ電子メールにより送信する。農園経営者は、質問の回答を直接購買者の端末装置４へ電子メールにより通知する。あるいは、生産物販売仲介サーバ３に回答を送信することにより、応答手段３７から購買者の端末装置４へこの回答を電子メールで転送してもよい。この場合、生産物販売仲介サーバ３の記憶手段３３内の生産物は、受信した回答を記憶手段３３内の生産物付加情報に蓄積する。

購買者は、商品の情報や、質問の回答などを得るとともに、所望の期間、生産物販売仲介サーバ３から提供される果樹の監視画像によりその状態を監視し、果樹の購入（レンタル）を行うことを決定した場合、端末装置４から生産物販売仲介サーバ３へ購入を要求する。すると、生産物販売仲介サーバ３の契約受信手段３８は、契約情報を入力するための契約画面情報を端末装置４へ返送する。この契約画面情報においては、購買契約の種類や支払方法はリストから選択させるようにすることが好ましい。そして、購買者が端末装置４へ入力した契約情報を受信すると、記憶手段３３内に書き込むとともに、農園経営者の端末装置２へ電子メールによりこの契約情報を通知する。なお、購買契約の種類がオークションによる購入を示している場合、契約受信手段３８は、オークションの開催期間中に最も高い金額をつけた購買者の契約情報を通知する。あるいは、購買者の端末装置４から直接農園経営者の端末装置２へ電子メールにより契約情報を通知することでもよい。農園経営者は、果樹の購入の契約を受け付けた場合には、購買者の端末装置４へ電子メールなどにより通知する。
購買者は、購入後もさらに、生産物販売仲介サーバ３から提供される自身の購買した果樹の画像や、農園所在地の天候、果樹の生育状況などを監視し、契約した果樹の果実が熟れた時期を確認して農園を訪れ、収穫を行ったり、農園経営者に電子メールや他の通信手段により果実を収穫し、配送するよう注文を行う。なお、果実の収穫及び配送を注文する場合は、端末装置４から生産物販売仲介サーバ３へ注文内容を送信し、契約受信手段３８から農園経営者の端末装置２へ電子メールでこの注文内容を通知することでもよい。

生産物の変化を監視する画像データを前記生産物仲介装置へ送信する画像送信手段を備え、
前記購買者の端末装置は、
前記生産物販売仲介装置へ生産物の監視画像を要求する画像要求手段と、
前記監視画像の要求に対応して前記生産物販売仲介装置から受信した画像データを出力する出力手段と、
前記生産物販売仲介装置へ前記生産物の購入を要求する購入要求手段とを備え、
前記生産物販売仲介装置は、
前記撮影装置から生産物の変化を監視する画像データを受信する画像取得手段と、
前記購買者の端末装置から生産物の監視画像の要求を受け、前記画像取得手段が受信した画像データを該購買者の端末装置へ返送する情報提供手段と、
