Abstract

Claims (10)
- 航空機エンジンのロータの不均衡状態を検出し且つエンジンの動作状態の良否を監視するために振動を測定する振動測定システム(26)において、
不均衡状態を検出する内部装着加速度計(12)と、
ロータの不均衡状態を検出する外部加速度計(16)と、
前記外部加速度計(16)からの信号を複製し、前記信号を代数関数によって修正し、前記内部装着加速度計(12)が故障した場合、前記修正信号を使用して、前記内部装着加速度計(12)の機能を実行させるためのソフトウェアを含む信号調整コンピュータ(18)とを具備する振動測定システム(26)。 - 前記内部装着加速度計(12)はファンの不均衡状態を検出する請求項1記載の振動測定システム(26)。
- 前記外部加速度計(16)は前記航空機エンジンにおける不均衡状態が原因となって起こる振動を検出する請求項1記載の振動測定システム(26)。
- 前記ソフトウェアは、前記内部装着加速度計(12)の振幅を表す値を有する変数がスケールファクタに前記外部加速度計(16)の振幅を乗算した値に等しくなることを定義する請求項1記載の振動測定システム(26)。
- 前記代数関数はスケールファクタを含む請求項1記載の振動測定システム(26)。
- 前記代数関数は定数を含む請求項1記載の振動測定システム(26)。
- 航空機のエンジンのロータの不均衡状態を検出し且つエンジンの動作状態の良否を監視するために振動を測定する方法において、
不均衡状態を検出するために内部加速度計(12)を装着する過程と、
ロータの不均衡状態を検出するために外部加速度計(16)を装着する過程と、
前記外部加速度計(16)からの信号を複製し、代数関数によって前記信号を修正し、前記内部装着加速度計(12)が故障した場合、前記修正信号を使用して、前記内部装着加速度計(12)の機能を実行させるためのソフトウェアを含む信号調整コンピュータ(18)を設ける過程とから成る方法。 - 前記内部装着加速度計(12)はファンの不均衡状態を検出する請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記外部加速度計(16)は前記航空機エンジンにおける不均衡状態が原因となって起こる振動を検出する請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記ソフトウェアは、前記内部装着加速度計(12)の振幅を表す値を有する変数がスケールファクタに前記外部加速度計(16)の振幅を乗算した値と等しくなることを定義する請求項7記載の方法。
