Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a floor pan for a bathroom.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, unit baths have become the mainstream in bathrooms. In this unit bath, a washing place and a bathtub receiving portion are formed using a floor pan made of resin such as fiber reinforced plastic (FRP).
Among such floor pans, in a floor pan constituting a washing floor, a floor has a flow gradient toward a drain provided at a part of the floor pan, and washing water or the like that has fallen on the floor is provided. It is designed to drain smoothly.
[0003]
Further, in the conventional floor van, as shown in FIG. 4, the surface of the floor portion 100 has an uneven shape portion 110 having a slip prevention effect such as a quarry stone, a rock surface, and a tile tone, and the uneven shape portion 110 is divided by a design. Some of them are formed by joints 120 provided for the purpose of attaching a beam and improving drainage.
However, in the case of a conventional floor pan, the water that has fallen on the floor partly remains in an island shape on the floor surface due to surface tension when the flow is cut off. Therefore, a water film is formed by the water remaining in the shape of an island, and slip cannot be completely prevented even if the floor surface has been subjected to anti-slip processing. In addition, in accommodation facilities such as hotels, it is necessary to wipe off water remaining after cleaning, but if the water is collected in the form of islands on the floor as described above, it takes a very long time to wipe off There's a problem.
[0004]
Therefore, in order to further improve the drainage of the floor surface, a continuous flow path is provided between the concave-convex shape portion 110 and the joint portion 120, and the concave-convex structure for breaking the surface tension of the polka dots is provided on this flow path. Floor pans have been proposed (see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
However, even with a structure like the floor pan, as shown in FIG. 5, there is a problem that the water 300 always remains in the peripheral portion of the drain port 200. In other words, in the case of the conventional floor pan, although the drain port peripheral edge 210 of the floor section 100 has a curved surface of about 2 to 10R, the water 300 flowing to the drain port 200 side along the flow gradient of the floor section 100 is Since the water flows into the drain 200 almost vertically, when the flow rate decreases, the water 300 is interrupted at the periphery of the drain 200 and the gravity applied to the water on the floor 100 side is higher than the surface tension of the water. It becomes small and remains on the periphery of the drain port 200 as shown in FIG.

JP 2003-27717 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a bathroom floor pan in which water hardly accumulates around a drain port on a floor.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a bathroom floor pan according to claim 1 of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “the floor pan of claim 1”) has a bathroom in which a floor has a flow gradient toward a drain port. The floor pan for use is characterized in that an inclined surface having an inclination angle of 30 ° to 60 ° and a length of 3 mm or more is provided between the drain port and the peripheral edge of the drain port on the floor.
[0009]
The floor pan for a bathroom according to claim 2 of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “floor pan according to claim 2”) is the floor pan according to claim 1, wherein the inclined surface has irregularities with a depth of 20 μm to 70 μm. It is characterized by being on the Riko ground.
[0010]
The floor pan for bathroom according to claim 3 of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “floor pan according to claim 3”) is the floor pan according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the boundary between the inclined surface and the upper end of the drain port. It is characterized in that the slope, the lower end of the slope, and the boundary between the inclined surface and the drain edge of the floor are curved surfaces of 2 to 10R.
[0011]
In the present invention, the flow gradient of the floor is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 1 to 3 °. That is, if it is less than 1 °, water tends to accumulate, and if it exceeds 3 °, a bather or the like may slip and be injured.
The inclination angle of the inclined surface is limited to 30 ° to 60 °. The reason is that if the inclination angle is less than 30 °, the surface tension becomes larger and remains, and if it exceeds 60 °, the drainage amount decreases. This is because the water flowing from the upstream side of the inclined surface is cut off at the inclined surface portion, and water is accumulated at the interface between the inclined surface and the floor.
[0012]
Further, the length of the inclined surface is limited to 3 mm or more. The reason is that if the length is less than 3 mm, the effect of providing the inclined surface is lost. There is no upper limit to the length of the inclined surface, but if the length is too long, it is useless and the foot may slide on the inclined surface.
Furthermore, in order to lower the surface tension of the inclined surface and improve drainage, it is preferable that the inclined surface is made of a pear ground having irregularities with a depth of 20 μm to 70 μm as in the floor pan of claim 2. . If the thickness is less than 20 μm, the effect of reducing the surface tension is small, and if it exceeds 70 μm, dirt tends to adhere.
[0013]
The method of forming the Nishiji fabric is not particularly limited. The method of forming simultaneously is preferable.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings showing the embodiments.
1 to 3 show an embodiment of a bathroom floor pan according to the present invention.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the bathroom floor pan 1 is configured to form only a bathroom washroom, and includes a floor 2 and a drain port 3.
The floor portion 2 has a flow gradient of about 1 ° to 3 ° toward the drain port 3 and is formed from a floor structure portion 22 of double soot divided by the joint portion 21.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 3, an inclined surface 4 having an inclination angle of 30 ° to 60 ° and a length of 3 mm or more is provided on the periphery of the drain port 3.
A boundary portion 5 between the inclined surface 4 and the drain port 3 and a boundary portion 6 between the inclined surface 4 and the joint portion 21 are curved surfaces of 2 to 10R.
[0017]
In addition, the inclined surface 4 and the joint portion 21 have a surface including the boundary portion 6 as a pear ground having irregularities with a depth of 20 μm to 70 μm.
[0018]
Since the floor pan 1 is provided with the inclined surface 4 as described above, even when the flow rate of the water flowing through the floor portion 2 is reduced, the water flows into the drain port 3 in a connected state without being cut off. Therefore, the amount of water remaining on the periphery of the drain port 3 is extremely small, the drying of the floor is quickened, and the work of wiping the remaining water is also facilitated.
[0019]
In addition, since the inclined surface 4 and the joint portion 21 are formed on the ground surface having irregularities with a depth of 20 μm to 70 μm, the surface tension of water is reduced, and drainage is further improved.
Further, since the boundary 5 between the inclined surface 4 and the drain port 3 and the boundary 6 between the inclined surface 4 and the joint 21 are curved surfaces of 2 to 10R, water is drained at the boundary 5 and the boundary 6. And drainage is improved.
[0020]
The bathroom floor pan according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above embodiment, the floor pan forms only the washing area, but the floor pan may be integrated with the bathtub receiving section.
In the above-described embodiment, the joint is provided on the floor, but the joint may be omitted.
[0021]
【Example】
Hereinafter, specific examples of the present invention will be described.
[0022]
(Examples 1 and 2, Comparative Example 1)
Unsaturated polyether, glass fiber, made of FRP mainly containing inorganic filler, the floor surface portion is about 1000 × 1600mm floor pan under the conditions shown in Table 1, the residual water amount after 60 minutes of the drain outlet peripheral edge, respectively, The results are shown in Table 1.
[0023]
[Table 1]
Figure 2004332414
[0024]
From Table 1 above, it can be seen that when the floor pan of the present invention is used, the residual water at the peripheral portion of the drain outlet is reduced, and the drainage property is improved. In addition, it can be seen that the drainage property is improved by performing the Rishi ground processing.
[0025]
In addition, the depth of the Riko ground was changed, and the contact angle of water and the recovery rate of contamination were determined according to the depth of the Rishi ground. The results are shown in Table 2.
The contact angle was measured using a droplet method. The soil recovery rate was indicated by the recovery rate of the Y value after being washed off with a 5% neutral detergent 24 hours after the deposition of carbon black.
[0026]
[Table 2]
Figure 2004332414
[0027]
From Table 2 above, it can be seen that when the depth of the sashiko ground is 30 μm to 70 μm, the contact angle of water is small and the water easily flows down, and the contamination recovery rate is as good as 90% or more.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
Since the bathroom floor pan according to the present invention is configured as described above, the bathroom floor pan is excellent in drainage around the drain port. Therefore,
In addition, when the floor bread is used as in the second or third aspect, drainability is further improved.
