Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0026】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a scaffold skirting board provided on a scaffold temporarily provided at a construction site or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a scaffold that is temporarily installed at a construction site, etc., has a basic skeleton constructed by vertically and horizontally combining pillars (handrails, brackets, etc.) that are erected at predetermined intervals and installing treads on beam members. Have been. An operator works on the tread and moves on the tread.
However, when the operator moves the position of the foot on the tread plate or moves the tread plate during the operation, he or she does not always watch the foot. Rather, if you are immersed in the work, you can often say that you act on the tread without worrying much about your feet. In that case, there is a case where the foot is inadvertently stepped out of the tread plate. Since the scaffold has columns and handrails, the worker does not fall, but the posture is lost and an object may fall. In addition, there is a possibility that the worker may not be immersed in the work if he / she thinks that such a step has been taken off from the psychological point of view of the worker.
As a countermeasure against such a problem, a building scaffolding for scaffolding to be arranged outside the treads, that is, on the outer edge in the longitudinal direction of the treads (moving direction when pedestrians walk) has been developed, and is used for prevention of stepping off. (For example, refer to

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the worker walks on the continuously arranged treads as a scaffold, there is no such skirting board on the side end side orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the treads arranged at the terminal position in the forward movement direction of the worker. However, similar to the above, there is a problem that the foot is stepped off from the tread plate.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. The purpose is to provide a building scaffold skirting for working without stepping off the scaffold.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the invention of
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the configuration of the first aspect, the insert support portion extends downward and is formed in a wedge shape that tapers toward a lower side, and the skirting board main body is connected to the side. When placed at the edge, a part of the insert support portion abuts on a side end surface of the tread plate and a predetermined portion of the beam member, and the insert support portion is sandwiched between the tread plate and the beam member. The gist of the present invention is that it is configured to be in a state of being closed.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the configuration of the first or second aspect, the detachment prevention member includes an engagement frame attached to the insert support portion and engaged with the beam member or the tread plate. The gist is that the engagement frame is engaged with a predetermined portion of the beam member or the tread plate so as to be prevented from disengaging by moving about the attachment position to the insert support portion as a fulcrum.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the configuration of the fourth aspect, the disengagement prevention member is pivoted about a position of attachment to the insert support portion, and the engagement frame is engaged with the beam member or the tread plate. The gist is that they are biased in the direction in which they are caused to move.
[0007]
With this configuration, when the worker walks on the continuously arranged treads as a scaffold, the building scaffold is arranged at the side edge of the tread placed at the terminal position in the movement direction of the worker. A skirting board (hereinafter, simply referred to as a skirting board) plays a role like a stepping-off prevention plate because it serves as prevention of stepping-off from the side edge portion of the stepping board or alerting the user of stepping-down prevention.
Even if the feet of the worker walking on the tread hit the skirting board, and the skirting board is likely to fall down or the skirting board is likely to come off,
1) The insert support portion inserted into the gap between the side edge portion and the beam member has a wedge-like shape, abuts on the side end surface of the tread plate and a predetermined portion of the beam member, and contacts the tread plate and the beam member. The insert support portion is sandwiched between the members.
In other words, by the insert supporting portion serving as a stick, the movement of the tread plate in the longitudinal direction is restricted.
2) Since the detachment prevention member is firmly engaged with a predetermined portion of the beam member, the detachment prevention member does not easily come off.
This restricts the movement of the skirting board in the longitudinal direction.
[0008]
According to the present invention, when a worker walks on a continuously arranged tread as a scaffold, it is located at the end position in the movement direction of the worker. Since the skirting board for building scaffolding placed at the side edge of the placed treads will prevent the treads from being removed from the side edges of the treads or to alert them to the prevention of treading, it will act as a treading prevention plate Thus, work can be performed without stepping off the tread plate.
