<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container, which is easily classified for recycling and does not need a packaging material for holding an article. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging container comprises an outer box 4 housing the article 2 and an accessory 3, and an opening 4a for showing the article 2 is formed on the outer box 4, in which a blister cover 5 for holding the article 2 is placed. The blister cover 5 is composed of a housing 5a for holding the article 2 and a flange 5b for positioning the housing 5a. The flange 5b has a shape matched to that of the outer box 4, so that the housing 5a is positioned to block the opening 4a when the blister cover 5 with the housing 5a holding the article 2 is superimposed on the accessory 3 and is put in the outer box 4 together. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、商品と付属品を一緒に収納する包装容器に関する。詳しくは、開口部を有する外箱と、商品を保持し、かつ外箱の開口部を塞ぐ収納部およびこの収納部の外箱内での位置決めを行う位置決め部を有する透明な商品保持部材とを備えることで、商品を保持する梱包材を不要とし、また、リサイクルのための分別が容易に行えるようにしたものである。

【従来の技術】
商品を箱に収納して販売する形態では、販売促進のため、箱の一部を開口して商品が見えるようにした包装容器が用いられる。箱の一部に開口部を設けた包装容器では、商品を保護するため、従来は開口部を塞ぐように透明なフィルムが箱に貼り付けられている（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

また、商品に対して取り扱い説明書等の付属品が添付される場合、箱に商品と付属品とを収納する形態となる。さて、ポータブル型のオーディオ機器等の小形の商品では、商品に対して付属品の容積が大きいものがある。

図６は従来の包装容器の構成例を示す分解斜視図で、商品に対して付属品の容積が大きい場合の従来の包装容器１０１を示す。商品１０２および付属品１０３が入れられる外箱１０４は、付属品１０３の大きさでサイズが決められる。このため、商品１０２は、外箱１０４に対して幅や高さが小さいので、隙間を埋めて商品１０２の位置を規制するために梱包材１０５が用いられる。また、外箱１０４には商品１０２を見せるための開口部１０４ａが設けられ、この開口部１０４ａに透明なフィルム１０６が貼られている。

このような構成の従来の包装容器１０１は、付属品１０３と梱包材１０５に保持された商品１０２とが重ねて外箱１０４に入れられる。梱包材１０５に保持された商品１０２は、開口部１０４ａと対向する位置にあり、フィルム１０６を通して商品１０２を見ることができるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の包装容器では、一般的に紙製の外箱に、プラスチック製のフィルムを貼り付けているため、リサイクルのためには外箱からフィルムをはがす作業が必要となり、リサイクルがしづらいという問題があった。

また、商品より付属品のサイズが大きい場合は、商品の位置を規制するための梱包材が必要となり、包装容器を構成する部材が増えるので、コストを低減できないという問題があった。

本発明は、このような課題を解決するためになされたもので、異なる材質で作られる部材の分別が容易で、かつ商品を保持する梱包材を不要とした包装容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述した課題を解決するため、本発明に係る包装容器は、商品およびこの商品に付属する付属品を収納する包装容器において、開口部を有する外箱と、商品を保持する透明な商品保持部材とを備え、この商品保持部材は、外箱の開口部を塞ぐ形状を有するとともに、内部に商品を保持する収納部と、この収納部の開口部に対する位置決めを行う位置決め部とが設けられ、付属品とともに外箱に収納されるものである。

本発明に係る包装容器によれば、商品保持部材の収納部に商品を入れ、この商品が入れられた商品保持部材を付属品とともに外箱に入れる。商品保持部材が付属品とともに外箱に入れられると、外箱内における収納部の移動は位置決め部によって規制され、この収納部によって外箱の開口部を塞ぐ。商品は収納部内に保持されており、商品保持部材は透明であるので、外箱に収納された商品を開口部から見ることができる。

このように、外箱の開口部が商品保持部材の収納部で塞がれるので、外箱の開口部に透明なフィルム等を貼り付ける必要がない。そして、例えば紙で作られる外箱と、プラスチックで作られる商品保持部材は別体で構成されるので、包装容器としての使用後の分別が容易で、リサイクルが容易に行える。

また、商品は商品保持部材の収納部で保持されるので、例えば、商品の大きさが付属品に対して小形で、外箱の大きさが付属品に合わせてある場合でも、商品を保持するための梱包材を用いる必要がなく、部材点数を減らすことで、コストの低減を図ることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明の包装容器の実施の形態について説明する。図１は第１の実施の形態の包装容器の構成例を示す分解斜視図である。第１の実施の形態の包装容器１は、商品２と付属品３が入れられる外箱４の内部で、商品２を透明なブリスタカバー５で保持することで、商品２を見せるために外箱４に設けられる開口部４ａを塞ぐためのフィルム等の貼り付けを不要とし、かつ、商品２を保持するための梱包材を不要としたものである。

まず、包装容器１に入れられる商品２と付属品３について説明すると、商品２は例えはＡＶ（ＡｕｄｉｏＶｉｓｕａｌ）機器のリモートコントロール装置で、本実施の形態では直方体形状の外形を有しているものとする。また、付属品３は例えば冊子状の取り扱い説明書である。そして、付属品３に対して商品２の大きさは小形である。特に、商品２の幅をＷ１、高さをＨ１、奥行きをＴ１とし、付属品３の幅をＷ２、高さをＨ２、奥行きをＴ２とすると、Ｗ１＜Ｗ２、Ｈ１＜Ｈ２である。

次に、包装容器１を構成する外箱４およびブリスタカバー５について説明する。外箱４は紙製で、中空構造の直方体である。開口部４ａは外箱４の一の面、ここでは正面に設けられる。この開口部４ａの形状は、例えば長方形である。また、外箱４の天面には、商品２および付属品３の出し入れ口４ｂが設けられる。

外箱４の内寸は、幅は付属品３の幅Ｗ２とほぼ同等、高さは付属品３の高さＨ２とほぼ同等であり、外箱４に付属品３を入れたときに、付属品３が幅方向と高さ方向にガタつかない程度に隙間無く収まるような寸法となっている。なお、外箱４の奥行き方向の内寸については後述する。

ブリスタカバー５は透明なプラスチック製で、商品保持部材の一例である。このブリスタカバー５は、商品２を保持する収納部５ａと、位置決め部の一例としてのフランジ部５ｂとから構成される。

収納部５ａは中空構造体で、保持する商品２の形状に合わせて本実施の形態では直方体形状を有する。この収納部５ａの一の面、ここでは背面側は開口しており、フランジ部５ｂは、収納部５ａの開口している背面側に一体に形成される。

収納部５ａの外寸は、ブリスタカバー５の厚み分だけ内寸よりも大きい。そして、外箱４の開口部４ａの幅は、収納部５ａの幅方向の外寸より若干短く、高さは収納部５ａの高さ方向の外寸より若干短く設定され、収納部５ａが開口部４ａから抜けないような寸法となっている。

また、外箱４の奥行き方向の内寸は、付属品３の奥行きＴ２に、収納部５ａの奥行き方向の外寸を加えた長さとほぼ同等であり、外箱４に付属品３とブリスタカバー５を奥行き方向に重ねて入れたときに、付属品３とブリスタカバー５が奥行き方向にガタつかない程度に隙間無く収まるような寸法となっている。

フランジ部５ｂは外箱４の形状に合わせた長方形で、幅は外箱４の幅方向の内寸、すなわち、付属品３の幅Ｗ２とほぼ同等、高さは外箱４の高さ方向の内寸、すなわち付属品３の高さＨ２とほぼ同等であり、外箱４にブリスタカバー５を入れたときに、ブリスタカバー５が幅方向と高さ方向にガタつかない程度に隙間無く収まるような寸法となっている。

そして、外箱４にブリスタカバー５を入れたときに、収納部５ａが開口部４ａと対向する位置となるように、フランジ部５ｂに対する収納部５ａの位置が決められている。

図２は包装容器１の使用状態を示す断面図、図３は包装容器１の使用状態を示す正面図で、次に、第１の実施の形態の包装容器１の使用方法について説明する。ここで、図２（ａ）は包装容器１を外箱４の出し入れ口側から見た断面図、図２（ｂ）は側断面図である。ここで、図２においては図面の煩雑化を防ぐため、商品２と付属品３には断面であることを示すハッチングを入れていない。

外箱４の内部でのブリスタカバー５の幅方向および高さ方向の位置がフランジ部５ｂにより規制されると、収納部５ａは開口部４ａに対向する。図３に示すように、破線で表される収納部５ａの正面の外寸が開口部４ａの寸法より若干大きく設定されているので、開口部４ａは内側から収納部５ａによって塞がれ、収納部５ａが開口部４ａから外側へと抜けることはない。

これにより、ブリスタカバー５と付属品３は外箱４に対して奥行き方向にほぼ隙間無く収まり、位置が規制される。さらに、付属品３は外箱４に対して幅方向と高さ方向にほぼ隙間無く収まり、位置が規制される。

以上のように、ブリスタカバー５の収納部５ａに商品２を収納し、このブリスタカバー５と付属品３とを重ねて外箱４に入れることで、ブリスタカバー５および付属品３は、外箱４の内部で幅方向、高さ方向そして奥行き方向のいずれの方向にも移動できないように位置が規制される。

これにより、梱包材を用いることなく、外箱４の内部で商品２の位置を規制することができる。すなわち、本実施の形態のように、商品２に対して付属品３のサイズが大きい場合、外箱４の大きさは付属品３の大きさで決まり、商品２に対して外箱４のサイズが大きいものとなるが、本実施の形態の包装容器１では、ブリスタカバー５が梱包材の機能を果たす。そして、収納部５ａの位置をフランジ部５ｂで規制することから、簡単な構成で、外力等による位置ずれの発生を防止できる。

このブリスタカバー５は透明であるので、顧客が外箱４の外から開口部４ａを通して、収納部５ａに保持されている商品２を見ることができるようになる。このように、ブリスタカバー５の収納部５ａで外箱４の開口部４ａを塞ぐ構成とすることで、開口部４ａにフィルム等を貼る必要もない。

また、梱包作業は、ブリスタカバー５の収納部５ａに商品２を入れ、このブリスタカバー５と付属品３とを重ねて外箱４に入れるだけで済むので、短時間で行える。

さて、顧客は、商品を購入した後、外箱４からブリスタカバー５および付属品３を取り出し、さらにブリスタカバー５の収納部５ａから商品２を取り出す。上述したように、外箱４の開口部４ａにはフィルム等が貼り付けられてはいないので、外箱４は単一の素材で形成される。また、ブリスタカバー５も単一の素材で形成され、外箱４とブリスタカバー５は別体であるので、分別が容易であり、リサイクルが容易に行えるようになる。さらに、梱包材を用いていないことから、リサイクルにまわす物品も減らすことができる。

図４はブリスタカバーの変形例を示す斜視図である。図４（ａ）に示すブリスタカバー５は、収納部５ａの側部に凸部５１を設け、この凸部５１で図１に示す外箱４の開口部４ａの内側に当接するようにしたものである。収納部５ａは開口部４ａから外側に抜けないようにするため、収納部５ａの外寸が開口部４ａの寸法より若干大きく設定される。そこで、図４（ａ）に示すように、収納部５ａの側部に凸部５１を設けることで、開口部４ａの寸法を大きくしても、この凸部５１で収納部５ａが開口部４ａから外側に抜けることが防止される。よって、商品２の見える部分を増やすことができる。

図４（ｂ）に示すブリスタカバー５は、フランジ部５ｂの４辺に切り欠き部５２を設けたものである。フランジ部５ｂは、図２に示すように外箱４の内部でブリスタカバー５の位置決めを行う機能を持つが、例えば、外箱４の四隅で位置決めができれば、ブリスタカバー５の位置を規制することができる。そこで、フランジ部５ｂの４辺に切り欠き部５２を設けることで、位置決めの機能を低下させることなく、使用する材料を減らすことができる。

図５は第２の実施の形態の包装容器の構成例を示す分解斜視図である。第２の実施の形態の包装容器１１は、ブリスタカバー５にフランジ部に代えて位置決め部として爪部５３を設けて、外箱４の内部での位置決めができるようにしたものである。

第２の実施の形態の包装容器１１において、外箱４の構成は第１の実施の形態の包装容器１と同じであり、正面に開口部４ａが設けられる。また、ブリスタカバー５の収納部５ａの構成も第１の実施の形態と同じである。この収納部５ａの開口している背面側に上下一対の爪部５３が一体に形成される。

供給容器１１には付属品３とブリスタカバー５を仕切るため、仕切り部材の一例として、台紙６が設けられる。この台紙６は外箱４の形状に合わせた長方形で、幅は外箱４の幅方向の内寸、すなわち、付属品３の幅Ｗ２とほぼ同等、高さは外箱４の高さ方向の内寸、すなわち付属品３の高さＨ２とほぼ同等であり、外箱４に台紙６を入れたときに、台紙６が幅方向と高さ方向にガタつかない程度に隙間無く収まるような寸法となっている。

台紙６には、ブリスタカバー５の爪部５３が嵌る係止穴６ａが設けられる。この係止穴６ａに爪部５３を嵌めてブリスタカバー５を取り付けた台紙６を外箱４に入れたときに、収納部５ａが開口部４ａと対向する位置となるように、爪部５３および係止穴６ａの位置が決められている。

次に、第２の実施の形態の包装容器１１の使用方法について説明する。まず、商品２をブリスタカバー５の収納部５ａに入れる。このとき、商品２は顧客に見せたい部分が正面を向くようにして収納部５ａに収納される。

次に、商品２を収納部５ａに収納したブリスタカバー５の爪部５３を台紙６の係止穴６ａに嵌めて、台紙６にブリスタカバー５を取り付ける。そして、台紙６に取り付けられたブリスタカバー５と付属品３とを、奥行き方向に重ねるようにして外箱４に出し入れ口４ｂから入れて、出し入れ口４ｂを閉じる。

さて、顧客は、商品を購入した後、外箱４からブリスタカバー５および付属品３を取り出し、さらに、爪部５３を係止穴６ａから外すことでブリスタカバー５を台紙６から取り外して、収納部５ａから商品２を取り出す。外箱４の開口部４ａにはフィルム等が貼り付けられてはいないので、外箱４は単一の素材で形成される。また、ブリスタカバー５も単一の素材で形成される。さらに、台紙６とブリスタカバー５は、商品２を取り出すときに必ず分離する必要がある。よって、包装容器１１を構成する各部材の分別が容易であり、第２の実施の形態の構成であっても、リサイクルが容易に行えるようになる。

ここで、第２の実施の形態の包装容器１１において、仕切り部材は台紙６を例に説明したが、付属品３を収納する内箱でもよい。すなわち、付属品３として説明書以外に部品等がある場合、付属品群を収納する内箱が用いられる。この内箱の正面に、ブリスタカバー５の爪部５３が嵌る係止穴を設ければよい。また、第１の実施の形態の包装容器１でも、付属品３として、内箱が用いられる形態を適用することができる。

なお、以上説明した第１の実施の形態および第２の実施の形態では、商品２のほぼ全体を見せるように、外箱４の開口部４ａの寸法が設定されているが、商品２の一部を見せるような場合は、開口部４ａの寸法は小さくし、商品２の見せたい位置に合わせて設ければよい。また、開口部４ａの形状も、商品２の外形とは関係なく、円形等でもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明は、商品およびこの商品に付属する付属品を収納する包装容器において、開口部を有する外箱と、商品を保持する透明な商品保持部材とを備え、この商品保持部材は、外箱の開口部を塞ぐ形状を有するとともに、内部に商品を保持する収納部と、この収納部の開口部に対する位置決めを行う位置決め部とが設けられ、付属品とともに外箱に収納されるものである。

これにより、外箱の開口部が商品保持部材の収納部で塞がれるので、外箱の開口部に透明なフィルム等を貼り付ける必要がなく、包装容器としての使用後の分別が容易で、リサイクルが容易に行える。また、商品は商品保持部材の収納部で保持されるので、商品を保持するための梱包材を用いる必要がなく、部材点数を減らすことで、コストの低減を図ることができる。
