Description

【0001】

[0001]
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a backing device with a shoulder belt represented by a rucksack, a baby carrier, and the like, and particularly to a backing device that is gentle on a human body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when walking with a rucksack, the side edges of the shoulder belt may hit the neck. The shoulder belt is usually made of a material having high strength. If the side edge of the shoulder belt made of such a high-strength material frequently hits the neck, the skin of the neck may be damaged.
[0003]
Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2000-217636 discloses a rucksack that can reduce the burden on the side of the neck. In the rucksack disclosed in this publication, a notch is provided in a shoulder belt portion corresponding to a side surface of a neck to prevent a contact between a side surface of the neck and an inner edge of the shoulder belt.
[0004]
Further, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2000-217636 discloses a rucksack in which a member having lower elasticity than a shoulder belt body is attached to a notch portion of the shoulder belt.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-217636 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Rucksacks frequently move from side to side, as the person carrying the rucksack walks or runs. Therefore, even if a notch is provided in the shoulder belt as disclosed in JP-A-2000-217636, the contact between the inner edge of the shoulder belt and the side surface of the neck cannot be completely prevented.
[0007]
If a low elastic member is provided in the notch portion, skin damage due to contact with the inner edge of the shoulder belt can be prevented. However, it is not preferable to attach a low-elasticity member specially to the notch portion separately from the material constituting the shoulder belt because the number of parts increases.
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to provide a backpack provided with a shoulder belt that is gentle on the skin of the neck without increasing the number of parts.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The shoulder belt of the backpack according to the present invention has a first band-shaped member located on the front side and a second band-shaped member located on the back side. In the shoulder belt, at least in a region corresponding to the neck of the person, the second belt-like member extends from the back surface side to the front surface side beyond the side edge of the first belt-like member.
[0010]
In order to maintain the strength of the shoulder belt, preferably, the first belt-like member is formed from a material having high strength. In addition, the second belt-shaped member that comes into contact with the shoulder of the person is preferably formed of a soft material that is gentle on the skin, a breathable mesh material, or the like.
[0011]
According to the present invention, the second band-shaped member comes into contact with the skin of the nape of the neck even if the backpack moves right and left during walking. If the second belt-shaped member is formed of a soft material, the skin of the neck is not damaged. In addition, if the second material is formed of a mesh material having air permeability, moisture in the neck can be removed, so that a comfortable feel can be obtained. Since the second belt-like member is essentially a constituent material of the shoulder belt, the number of parts does not increase.
[0012]
In one embodiment, the shoulder belt further comprises an edge member that stitches over both side edges of the first and second strip members. By providing the edging member, the strength of the shoulder belt is further improved. Even in this case, the edging member extends at least in a region corresponding to the neck of the person, on a surface side of the shoulder belt and away from the side edge of the shoulder belt inward. Therefore, in this region, the second belt-shaped member comes into contact with the skin of the nape.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A backpack having a shoulder belt includes a rucksack, a baby carrier, a school bag, and the like. In the following description, the rucksack will be taken as an example. The present invention is not limited to rucksacks, but is equally applicable to other backpacks such as a baby carrier and a school bag.
[0014]
A rucksack 1 shown in FIG. 1 includes a bag 2 for storing luggage and a pair of shoulder belts 3.
[0015]
FIG. 2 is a plan view (view from the front side) showing a main part of the shoulder belt 3, and FIG. 3 is a bottom view (view from the back side). FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 2, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG.
[0016]
As shown in the drawing, the shoulder belt 3 includes a first band-shaped member 31 located on the front surface side, a second band-shaped member 32 located on the back surface side, and an edging member that covers and stitches both side edges of the first and second band-shaped members. 33.
[0017]
In order to increase the strength of the shoulder belt 3, the first belt-shaped member 31 is preferably formed of a high-strength material. The second belt-shaped member 32 located on the back surface side of the shoulder belt 3 is in contact with a person's shoulder, and is therefore preferably formed of a material that is gentle on the person's skin. For example, to give a soft touch to human skin, the second belt-shaped member 32 is formed of a soft material. In order to provide air permeability to the skin, the second belt-shaped member 32 is formed of a material having air permeability. In the illustrated embodiment, the second belt-shaped member 32 is formed of a soft and breathable mesh material. Although not shown, if a mesh material is provided on the surface of the bag 2 on the side that comes into contact with the back of the person, the rucksack 1 with good air permeability can be obtained as a whole.
[0018]
The edging member 33 prevents fraying of both side edges of the first band-shaped member 31 and the second band-shaped member 32 and improves the strength of the shoulder belt 3. The first band-shaped member 31 and the edging member 33 formed of a material having relatively high strength do not give a gentle touch to the skin. Therefore, if these members directly contact the skin of the nape, there is a possibility that the skin may be damaged.
[0019]
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, at least in the region of the shoulder belt 3 which hits the neck of the person, the second belt-like member 32 extends from the back side to the front side beyond the side edge of the first belt-like member 31. I have. As is clear from FIGS. 2 to 5, in the region that does not hit the neck of a person, the edging member 33 holds both side edges of the first and second band-shaped members 31 and 32, so that An edge member 33 is located.
[0020]
On the other hand, in the region corresponding to the neck of the person, the edging member 33 extends on the front side of the shoulder belt 3 and away from the inner side edge of the shoulder belt 3 (side edge on the side of the neck). Therefore, the second belt-shaped member 32 made of a mesh material is located on the inner side edge of the shoulder belt 3 in the region corresponding to the neck of the person.
[0021]
FIG. 6 schematically shows a person carrying a rucksack according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the second belt-like member 32 made of a soft and breathable mesh material is located on the inner side edge of the pair of shoulder belts 3, so that the inner side edge of the shoulder belt 3 is Even if it comes into contact with the skin of the neck, it does not damage the skin and can remove moisture.
[0022]
The embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment. Various modifications and variations can be made to the illustrated embodiment within the same or equivalent scope as the present invention.
[0023]
For example, as described above, the present invention is not limited to a rucksack, but is widely applicable to a backpack provided with a shoulder belt. Although the shoulder belt provided with the edging member has been described as a preferred embodiment, a shoulder belt having no edging member may be used.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a person carrying a rucksack according to an embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a main part of the shoulder belt.
FIG. 3 is a bottom view showing a main part of the shoulder belt.
FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 2;
FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 2;
